Abstract

圧縮機の駆動電流の実測値である実測電流値を検出する電流検出部と、圧縮機の駆動電流の推定値である推定電流値を推定する推定部と、を有する。更に、状態判定装置は、前記実測電流値と前記推定電流値との比率を算出し、算出した比率を用いて、前記圧縮機の状態を判定する判定部を有する。その結果、特別な運転や装置を必要とせずに、通常運転中でも圧縮機の状態を判定できる。

Description

状態判定装置、状態判定方法、故障推定装置、故障推定方法、空気調和システム及び空気調和機
 本発明は、状態判定装置、状態判定方法、故障推定装置、故障推定方法、空気調和システム及び空気調和機に関する。
 空気調和機の冷媒回路内で冷媒を循環させる圧縮機の故障を診断する方法として、様々な方法が提案されている。例えば、冷媒回路の通常運転とは異なる油量調整運転を実行して圧縮機の故障を診断する方法(特許文献1)や、圧縮機を駆動するインバータ回路内に特殊な検出装置を組み込んで圧縮機の故障を診断する方法(特許文献2)が知られている。
 特許文献1の方法では、圧縮機を潤滑する油の状態によっても圧縮機の駆動電流が変化することを考慮し、油量を調整する油量調整運転を実行して油の状態に起因する運転状態量のバラツキを抑制する。そして、油量調整運転を実行してから現状の圧縮機の電流値を取得し、現状の圧縮機の電流値と正常時の圧縮機の電流値とを比較し、その比較結果に基づき、圧縮機の故障の有無を診断している。
 また、特許文献2の方法では、検出装置を用いてインバータ回路内の駆動電流波形を周波数分析し、正常時の分析結果と現状の分析結果とを比較し、その比較結果に基づき、圧縮機の故障の有無を診断する。

 特許文献1の診断方法では、油の状態に起因する運転状態量のバラツキを抑制するために、通常運転とは異なる油量調整運転を実行する必要がある。油量調整運転を行うためには通常運転を中断しなければならない。このため、通常運転を行いながら圧縮機を診断することができず、圧縮機の診断中は通常運転の中断により使用者に不快感を与える恐れがある。
 また、特許文献2の診断方法では、圧縮機を駆動するインバータ回路内に検出装置を組み込む必要があるため、既設の空気調和機で圧縮機の診断を行うのは困難である。
 本発明は上記問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、特別な運転や装置を必要とせずに、通常運転中でも圧縮機の状態を判定できる状態判定装置を提供することにある。
 一つの態様の状態判定装置は、圧縮機の駆動電流の実測値である実測電流値を検出する電流検出部と、圧縮機の駆動電流の推定値である推定電流値を推定する推定部と、を有する。更に、状態判定装置は、前記実測電流値と前記推定電流値との比率を算出し、算出した比率を用いて、前記圧縮機の状態を判定する判定部を有する。
 一つの側面として、特別な運転や装置を必要とせずに、通常運転中でも圧縮機の状態を判定できる。

 以下、図面に基づいて、本願の開示する状態判定装置等を含む空気調和システムの実施例を詳細に説明する。尚、本実施例により、開示技術が限定されるものではない。また、以下に示す各実施例は、矛盾を起こさない範囲で適宜変形しても良い。
<空気調和システムの構成>
 図1は、実施例1の空気調和システム100の一例を示す説明図である。図1に示す空気調和システム100は、空気調和機1と、サーバ装置110と、通信網120とを有する。空気調和機1は、各場所に配置された空気調和機である。サーバ装置110は、空気調和システム100内の空気調和機1の学習モデルを生成及び管理するサーバである。通信網120は、例えば、インターネット等の通信網である。
<空気調和機の構成>
 図2は、実施例1の空気調和機1の一例を示す説明図である。図2に示す空気調和機1は、1台の室外機2と、N台の室内機3と、集中コントローラ7とを有する(Nは2以上の自然数)。室外機2は、液管4及びガス管5で並列に各室内機3と接続する。そして、室外機2と室内機3とが液管4及びガス管5等の冷媒配管で接続することで、空気調和機1の冷媒回路6が形成されている。
<室外機の構成>
 室外機2は、圧縮機11と、四方弁12と、室外熱交換器13と、室外機膨張弁14と、第1の閉鎖弁15と、第2の閉鎖弁16と、アキュムレータ17と、室外機ファン18と、第1の制御ユニット19とを有する。これら圧縮機11、四方弁12、室外熱交換器13、室外機膨張弁14、第1の閉鎖弁15、第2の閉鎖弁16及びアキュムレータ17を用いて、以下で詳述する各冷媒配管で相互に接続されて冷媒回路6の一部を成す室外側冷媒回路を形成する。
 圧縮機11は、例えば、インバータ回路11Aにより回転数が制御される図示しないモータの駆動に応じて、運転容量を可変できる高圧容器型の能力可変型圧縮機である。圧縮機11は、その冷媒吐出側と四方弁12の第1のポート12Aとの間を冷媒配管21で接続している。また、圧縮機11は、その冷媒吸入側とアキュムレータ17の冷媒流出側との間を冷媒配管22で接続している。
 四方弁12は、冷媒回路6における冷媒の流れる方向を切替えるための弁であって、第1~第4のポート12A~12Dを備えている。第1のポート12Aは、冷媒配管21により圧縮機11の吐出管と接続されている。第2のポート12Bは、冷媒配管23により室外熱交換器13の一方の冷媒出入口と接続されている。第3のポート12Cは、冷媒配管26により圧縮機11の吸入口と接続されている。そして、第4のポート12Dは、冷媒配管24により第2の閉鎖弁16と接続されている。
 室外熱交換器13は、冷媒と、室外機ファン18の回転により室外機2の内部に取り込まれた外気とを熱交換する熱交換器である。室外熱交換器13の一方の冷媒出入口は、冷媒配管23により四方弁12の第2のポート12Bと接続されている。室外熱交換器13の他方の冷媒出入口は、冷媒配管25により第1の閉鎖弁15と接続されている。室外熱交換器13は、空気調和機1が冷房運転を行う場合に凝縮器として機能し、空気調和機1が暖房運転を行う場合に蒸発器として機能する。
 室外機膨張弁14は、冷媒配管25に設けられており、図示しないパルスモータで駆動する電子膨張弁である。室外機膨張弁14は、パルスモータに与えられるパルス数に応じて開度が調整されることで、室外熱交換器13に流入する冷媒量、又は、室外熱交換器13から流出する冷媒量を調整するものである。室外機膨張弁14の開度は、空気調和機1が暖房運転を行っている場合、圧縮機11の冷媒吸入側の冷媒過熱度が目標吸入冷媒過熱度となるように調整される。また、室外機膨張弁14の開度は、空気調和機1が冷房運転を行っている場合、全開とされる。
 アキュムレータ17は、冷媒配管26により四方弁12の第3のポート12Cと接続されている。更に、アキュムレータ17は、冷媒配管22により圧縮機11の冷媒流入口接続されている。アキュムレータ17は、冷媒配管26からアキュムレータ17の内部に流入した冷媒をガス冷媒と液冷媒とに分離し、ガス冷媒のみを圧縮機11に吸入させる。
 室外機ファン18は、樹脂材で形成されており、室外熱交換器13の近傍に配置されている。室外機ファン18は、図示しないファンモータの回転に応じて、図示しない吸込口から室外機2の内部へ外気を取り込み、室外熱交換器13において冷媒と熱交換した外気を図示しない吹出口から室外機2の外部へ放出するための空気の流れを生成する。
 また、室外機2には、複数のセンサが配置されている。冷媒配管21には、圧縮機11から吐出される冷媒の圧力を吐出圧力値として検出する吐出圧力センサ31と、圧縮機11から吐出された冷媒の温度、すなわち吐出温度を検出する吐出温度センサ32とが配置されている。冷媒配管26のアキュムレータ17の冷媒流入口近傍には、圧縮機11に吸入される冷媒の圧力を吸入圧力値として検出する吸入圧力センサ33と、圧縮機11に吸入される冷媒の温度、すなわち吸入温度を検出する吸入温度センサ34とが配置されている。
 室外熱交換器13と室外機膨張弁14との間の冷媒配管25には、室外熱交換器13に流入する冷媒の温度、又は、室外熱交換器13から流出する冷媒の温度を検出するための冷媒温度センサ35が配置されている。そして、室外機2の図示しない吸込口付近には、室外機2の内部に流入する外気の温度、すなわち外気温度を検出する外気温度センサ36が配置されている。
 第1の制御ユニット19は、室外機2全体を制御する。第1の制御ユニット19は、図1に示すように、第1の通信部19Aと、第1の入力部19Bと、第1の出力部19Cと、第1の入出力部19Dとを有する。第1の通信部19Aは、室内機3内の第2の制御ユニット50との間、又は集中コントローラ7との間を通信網8を経由して通信する、例えば、UART(Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter)等のインタフェースである。第1の入力部19Bは、吐出圧力センサ31、吐出温度センサ32、吸入圧力センサ33、吸入温度センサ34、冷媒温度センサ35及び外気温度センサ36で検出したセンサ値を入力するインタフェースである。第1の出力部19Cは、室外機ファン18、室外機膨張弁14及び四方弁12を制御する信号を出力するインタフェースである。第1の入出力部19Dは、インバータ回路11Aを制御する信号を出力すると共に、インバータ回路11Aの出力を検出する信号、例えば、圧縮機11が駆動しているときにインバータ回路11Aを流れる実測の駆動電流値(実測値)である実測電流値を入力するインタフェースである。
<室内機の構成>
 図2に示すように、室内機3は、室内熱交換器51と、室内機膨張弁52と、閉鎖弁53と、閉鎖弁54と、室内機ファン55と、第2の制御ユニット50と、リモコン70(図1参照)とを有する。これら室内熱交換器51、室内機膨張弁52、閉鎖弁53及び閉鎖弁54は、後述する各冷媒配管56,57で相互に接続されて、冷媒回路6の一部を成す室内機冷媒回路を構成する。
 室内熱交換器51は、冷媒と、室内機ファン55の回転により図示しない吸込口から室内機3の内部に取り込まれた室内空気とを熱交換させる熱交換器である。室内熱交換器51の一方の冷媒出入口は、冷媒配管56により閉鎖弁53と接続されている。また、室内熱交換器51の他方の冷媒出入口は、冷媒配管57により閉鎖弁54と接続されている。室内熱交換器51は、空気調和機1が暖房運転を行う場合、凝縮器として機能する。これに対して、室内熱交換器51は、空気調和機1が冷房運転を行う場合、蒸発器として機能する。
 室内機膨張弁52は、冷媒配管56に設けられている電子膨張弁である。室内熱交換器51が蒸発器として機能する場合、すなわち、室内機3が冷房運転を行う場合、室内機膨張弁52の開度は、室内熱交換器51の冷媒出口(閉鎖弁54側)での冷媒過熱度が目標冷媒過熱度となるように調整される。また、室内熱交換器51が凝縮器として機能する場合、すなわち室内機3が暖房運転を行う場合、室内機膨張弁52の開度は、室内熱交換器51の冷媒出口(閉鎖弁53側)での冷媒過冷却度が目標冷媒過冷却度となるように調整される。ここで、目標冷媒過熱度や目標冷媒過冷却度とは、室内機3で十分な冷房能力あるいは暖房能力を発揮するのに必要な冷媒過熱度および冷媒過冷却度である。
 室内機ファン55は、樹脂材で形成されており、室内熱交換器51の近傍に配置されている。室内機ファン55は、図示しないファンモータによって回転することで、図示しない吸込口から室内機3の内部に室内空気を取り込み、室内熱交換器51において冷媒と熱交換した室内空気を図示しない吹出口から室内へ放出するための空気の流れを生成する。
 室内機3には各種のセンサが設けられている。冷媒配管56には、室内熱交換器51と室内機膨張弁52との間に、室内熱交換器51に流入する冷媒の温度、又は室内熱交換器51から流出する冷媒の温度を検出する液側冷媒温度センサ61が配置されている。冷媒配管57には、室内熱交換器51から流出又は室内熱交換器51に流入する冷媒の温度を検出するガス側冷媒温度センサ62が配置されている。室内機3の図示しない吸込口付近には、室内機3の内部に流入する室内空気の温度、すなわち吸込温度を検出する吸込温度センサ63が配置されている。
 第2の制御ユニット50は、室内機3全体を制御する。第2の制御ユニット50は、図1に示すように、第2の通信部50Aと、第3の通信部50Bと、第2の入力部50Cと、第2の出力部50Dとを有する。第2の通信部50Aは、室外機2内の第1の制御ユニット19との間、又は集中コントローラ7との間を通信網8を経由して通信する、例えば、UART等のインタフェースである。第3の通信部50Bは、リモコン70との間を赤外線通信等の遠隔通信で通信する。第2の入力部50Cは、液側冷媒温度センサ61、ガス側冷媒温度センサ62及び吸込温度センサ63で検出したセンサ値を入力するインタフェースである。第2の出力部50Dは、室内機ファン55及び室内機膨張弁52を制御する信号を出力するインタフェースである。
<冷媒回路の動作>
 次に、本実施形態における空気調和機1の空調運転時の冷媒回路6における冷媒の流れや各部の動作について説明する。
 空気調和機1が暖房運転を行う場合、四方弁12は、第1のポート12Aと第4のポート12Dとが連通し、第2のポート12Bと第3のポート12Cとが連通するように切替えている。これにより、冷媒回路6は、各室内熱交換器51が凝縮器として機能し、室外熱交換器13が蒸発器として機能する暖房サイクルとなる。尚、説明の便宜上、暖房運転時の冷媒の流れは、図2に示す実線矢印で表記する。
 冷媒回路6が上記の状態で圧縮機11が駆動すると、圧縮機11から吐出された冷媒は、冷媒配管21を流れて四方弁12に流入し、四方弁12から冷媒配管24を流れて、第2の閉鎖弁16を介してガス管5へと流入する。ガス管5を流れる冷媒は、各閉鎖弁54を介して各室内機3に分流する。各室内機3に流入した冷媒は、各冷媒配管57を流れて各室内熱交換器51に流入する。各室内熱交換器51に流入した冷媒は、各室内機ファン55の回転により各室内機3の内部に取り込まれた室内空気との間で熱交換することで凝縮する。つまり、各室内熱交換器51が凝縮器として機能し、各室内熱交換器51で冷媒によって加熱された室内空気が図示しない吹出口から室内に吹き出されることで、各室内機3が設置された室内の暖房が行われる。
 各室内熱交換器51から各冷媒配管56に流入した冷媒は、各室内熱交換器51の冷媒出口側での冷媒過冷却度が目標冷媒過冷却度となるように開度が調整された各室内機膨張弁52を通過して減圧される。ここで、目標冷媒過冷却度は、各室内機3で要求される冷房能力に基づいて定められるものである。
 各室内機膨張弁52で減圧された冷媒は、各冷媒配管56から各閉鎖弁53を介して液管4に流出する。液管4で合流した冷媒は、第1の閉鎖弁15を介して室外機2に流入する。室外機2の第1の閉鎖弁15に流入した冷媒は、冷媒配管25を流れ、室外機膨張弁14を通過して減圧される。室外機膨張弁14で減圧された冷媒は、冷媒配管25を流れて室外熱交換器13に流入し、室外機ファン18の回転によって室外機2の図示しない吸込口から流入した外気と熱交換を行って蒸発する。室外熱交換器13から冷媒配管26へと流出した冷媒は、四方弁12、冷媒配管26、アキュムレータ17及び冷媒配管22の順に流入する。そして、流入した冷媒は、圧縮機11に吸入されて再び圧縮され、四方弁12の第1のポート12A及び第4のポート12D経由で冷媒配管24に流出する。
 また、空気調和機1が冷房運転を行う場合、四方弁12は、第1のポート12Aと第2のポート12Bとが連通し、第3のポート12Cと第4のポート12Dとが連通するように切替えている。これにより、冷媒回路6は、各室内熱交換器51が蒸発器として機能し、室外熱交換器13が凝縮器として機能する冷房サイクルとなる。尚、説明の便宜上、冷房運転時の冷媒の流れは、図2に示す破線矢印で表記する。
 冷媒回路6の状態で圧縮機11が駆動すると、圧縮機11から吐出された冷媒は、冷媒配管21を流れて四方弁12に流入し、四方弁12から冷媒配管26を流れて、室外熱交換器13に流入する。室外熱交換器13に流入した冷媒は、室外機ファン18の回転により室外機2の内部に取り込まれた室外空気との間で熱交換することで凝縮する。つまり、室外熱交換器13が凝縮器として機能し、室外熱交換器13で冷媒によって加熱された室内空気が図示しない吹出口から室外に吹き出す。
 室外熱交換器13から冷媒配管25へと流入した冷媒は、開度が全開とされている室外機膨張弁14を通過して減圧される。室外機膨張弁14で減圧された冷媒は、第1の閉鎖弁15を介して液管4を流れて各室内機3に分流する。各室内機3に流入した冷媒は、各閉鎖弁53を通じて冷媒配管56を流れて室内熱交換器51の冷媒出口で冷媒過冷却度が目標冷媒過冷却度となる開度に調整された室内機膨張弁52を通過して減圧される。室内機膨張弁52で減圧された冷媒は、冷媒配管56を流れて室内熱交換器51に流入し、室内機ファン55の回転によって室内機3の図示しない吸入口から流入した室内空気と熱交換を行って蒸発する。つまり、各室内熱交換器51が蒸発器として機能し、各室内熱交換器51で冷媒によって冷却された室内空気が図示しない吹出口から室内に吹き出されることで、各室内機3が設置された室内の冷房が行われる。
 室内熱交換器51から閉鎖弁54を介してガス管5へ流れる冷媒は、室外機2の第2の閉鎖弁16を介して冷媒配管24に流れて四方弁12の第4のポート12Dに流入する。四方弁12の第4のポート12Dに流入した冷媒は、第3のポート12Cからアキュムレータ17の冷媒流入側に流入する。アキュムレータ17の冷媒流入側から流入した冷媒は、冷媒配管22を介して流入し、圧縮機11に吸入されて再び圧縮されることになる。
 図3は、空気調和機1の冷凍サイクルを示すモリエル線図である。空気調和機1の冷房運転時は、室外熱交換器13が凝縮器として機能し、室内熱交換器51が蒸発器として機能する。また、空気調和機1の暖房運転時は、室外熱交換器13が蒸発器として機能し、室内熱交換器51が凝縮器として機能する。
 圧縮機11は、蒸発器から流入する低温低圧のガス冷媒を圧縮して高温高圧のガス冷媒(図3の点Bの状態になった冷媒)を吐出する。尚、圧縮機11が吐出するガス冷媒の温度が吐出温度であり、吐出温度は、吐出温度センサ32で検出する。
 凝縮器は、圧縮機11からの高温高圧のガス冷媒を空気と熱交換して凝縮させる。この際、凝縮器では、潜熱変化によってガス冷媒が液冷媒となった後は顕熱変化によって液冷媒の温度が低下して過冷却状態となる(図3の点Cの状態)。尚、ガス冷媒が潜熱変化で液冷媒へと相変化している際の温度が高圧飽和温度であり、凝縮器の出口における過冷却状態となっている冷媒の温度が熱交出口温度である。高圧飽和温度は、吐出圧力センサ31で検出した吐出圧力値(図3に「HPS」と表記している圧力値P2)を用いて求められる温度である。熱交出口温度は、冷媒温度センサ35で検出する。モリエル線図を用いれば、吐出圧力値と、吐出温度とに基づき、吐出比エンタルピを求めることができる。尚、説明の便宜上、空気調和機1は、吐出温度を検出する吐出温度センサ32を搭載する場合を例示したが、吐出温度が検出できなくても、吐出圧力値P2及び吐出過熱度に基づき、吐出比エンタルピを求めることができる。但し、この場合の吐出過熱度は予め試験などを行って求めた推定値であり、冷媒回路6の状態が試験を行った際と実働の際とで差異がある場合に、実測の吐出温度を使用する場合に比較して吐出比エンタルピの算出精度が低下する可能性がある。このため、吐出温度センサ32を搭載し、実測の吐出温度を使用して吐出過熱度を求めることが望ましい。
 膨張弁は、凝縮器から流出した低温高圧の冷媒を減圧して、ガスと液とが混在する気液二相冷媒(図3の点Dの状態になった冷媒)とする。
 蒸発器は、流入した気液二相冷媒を空気と熱交換して蒸発させる。この際、蒸発器では、潜熱変化によって気液二相冷媒が全てガス冷媒となった後は顕熱変化によってガス冷媒の温度が上昇して過熱状態(図3の点Aの状態)となり、圧縮機11に吸入される。尚、液冷媒が潜熱変化でガス冷媒へと相変化している際の温度が低圧飽和温度である。低圧飽和温度は、吸入圧力センサ33で検出した吸入圧力値(図3に「LPS」と表記している圧力値P1)を用いて求められる温度である。また、蒸発器で過熱されて圧縮機11に吸入される冷媒の温度が吸入温度である。吸入温度は、吸入温度センサ34で検出する。モリエル線図を用いれば、吸入圧力値と、吸入温度とに基づき、吸入比エンタルピを求めることができる。尚、説明の便宜上、空気調和機1は、吸入温度を検出する吸入温度センサ34を搭載する場合を例示したが、吸入温度が検出できなくても、吸入圧力値P1及び吸入過熱度に基づき、吸入比エンタルピを求めることができる。但し、この場合の吸入過熱度は予め試験などを行って求めた推定値であり、冷媒回路6の状態が試験を行った際と実働の際とで差異がある場合に、実測の吸入温度を使用する場合に比較して吸入比エンタルピの算出精度が低下する可能性がある。このため、吸入温度センサ34を搭載し実測の吸入温度を使用して吸入過熱度を求めることが望ましい。
 なお、凝縮器から流出する際に過冷却状態となっている冷媒の冷媒過冷却度は、高圧飽和温度から凝縮器として機能している熱交換器の冷媒出口における冷媒温度(上述した熱交出口温度)を減じて算出できる。また、蒸発器から流出する際に過熱状態となっている冷媒の冷媒過熱度は、低圧飽和温度から吸入温度を減じて算出できる。
<集中コントローラの構成>
 図4は、実施例1の集中コントローラ7の一例を示すブロック図である。図4に示す集中コントローラ7は、第1の通信部71と、第2の通信部72と、記憶部73と、制御部74とを有する。第1の通信部71は、通信網120を経由してサーバ装置110と通信する、例えば、UART等のインタフェースである。第2の通信部72は、室外機2内の第1の制御ユニット19と、又は、室内機3内の第2の制御ユニット50と、通信網8を経由して通信する、例えば、UART等のインタフェースである。記憶部73は、例えば、フラッシュメモリであって、各種情報やプログラム等を記憶する。記憶部73は、サーバ装置110で生成した学習モデル73Aを記憶する。
 制御部74は、圧縮機11の状態を判定する状態判定装置として機能する。制御部74は、検出部741と、取得部742と、算出部743と、推定部744と、判定部745と、保護制御部746と、を有する。検出部741は、室外機2の第1の制御ユニット19から、例えば、圧縮機11を駆動する際にインバータ回路11Aの一次側を流れる電流値である実測電流値を取得する。また、取得部742は、上述した実測電流値に加えて、以下に記載する圧縮機11の駆動に関わる特徴量を取得する。圧縮機11の駆動に関わる特徴量は、圧縮機11の回転数、圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量及び、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)を取得する。圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量は、第1の制御ユニット19から室外機2内の吐出圧力センサ31、吐出温度センサ32、吸入圧力センサ33、吸入温度センサ34、冷媒温度センサ35及び外気温度センサ36のセンサ値である。更に、取得部742は、圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量として、各室内機3の第2の制御ユニット50から液側冷媒温度センサ61、ガス側冷媒温度センサ62及び吸込温度センサ63のセンサ値を取得する。
 また、取得部742は、学習モデル73Aから圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)を取得する。学習モデル73Aは、圧縮機11の回転数と圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量とを用いて、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)を推定する。なお、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)の推定については、後に詳述する。
 つまり、取得部742は、実測電流値、圧縮機11の回転数、圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量及び圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)を定期的に取得する。
 算出部743は、取得された圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量を用いて、圧縮機11に吸入される冷媒の密度である冷媒吸入密度を算出する。具体的には、算出部743は、圧縮機11の吸入圧力値と吸入温度とに冷媒吸入密度を対応付けたテーブルを参照し、吸入圧力値及び吸入温度に応じた冷媒吸入密度を取得する。なお、上記テーブルは、予め試験などを行って求められて、集中コントローラ7の記憶部73に記憶されている(図4では不図示)。
 算出部743は、圧縮機11から吐出される冷媒の比エンタルピである吐出比エンタルピと、圧縮機11に吸入される冷媒の比エンタルピである吸入比エンタルピとの差分である比エンタルピ差を算出する。具体的には、算出部743は、吐出比エンタルピから吸入比エンタルピを減じて比エンタルピ差を算出する。算出部743は、図3に示すモリエル線図と、吐出圧力値と、吐出温度とに基づき、吐出比エンタルピを求める。更に、算出部743は、図3に示すモリエル線図と、吸入圧力値と、吸入温度とに基づき、吸入比エンタルピを求める。なお、図3のモリエル線図は、予め試験などを行って求められて、集中コントローラ7の記憶部73に記憶されている(図4では不図示)。記憶部73には、例えば、図3に示すモリエル線図内の吐出圧力値、吐出温度、吸入圧力値、吸入温度、吸入比エンタルピや吐出比エンタルピ等が記憶されている。
 推定部744は、特徴量を用いて圧縮機11の運転負荷に応じた駆動電流値として推定電流値を推定する。推定部744は、冷媒吸入密度(以下の数式ではpと記載)、圧縮機11の回転数、比エンタルピ差及び、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数、以下の数式ではkと記載)を用いて、推定電流値を推定する。
 数式:推定電流値=k×p×(圧縮機11の回転数)×比エンタルピ差
 推定部744は、取得部742にて圧縮機11の回転数及び、圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量を取得する度(例えば、5分毎に取得)に推定電流値を推定する。
 判定部745は、推定部744にて推定された推定電流値と、検出部741にて検出された実測電流値との比較結果、例えば、推定電流値と実測電流値との比率(実測電流値÷推定電流値)を算出する。判定部745は、算出した比率に基づき、圧縮機11の状態を判定する。尚、圧縮機11の状態としては、正常と、劣化と、故障とがある。正常は、圧縮機11が正常に動作している状態である。故障は、圧縮機11に異常が発生している状態である。劣化は、圧縮機11が正常時に比較して圧縮機11の能力が低下しており、近い将来(例えば、1~2か月後)に圧縮機11が故障する可能性のある状態である。つまり、判定部745は、算出した比率に基づき、例えば、暖房運転、冷房運転や除湿運転等の通常運転中でも、圧縮機11の状態を常に判定する。
 次に、判定部745が上述した比率を用いて圧縮機11の状態を判定する方法について説明する。判定部745は、算出した比率が以下に説明する正規分布のうちのどの範囲(以降、判定範囲と記載する)の値であるかを確認して、圧縮機11の状態を判定する。図5は、比率の正規分布の一例を示す説明図である。判定部745は、当該正規分布にて比率が判定範囲内の値であるか否かで圧縮機11の状態を判定する。ここで、判定範囲は、第1の所定範囲と、第2の所定範囲とを有する。第1の所定範囲は、統計的に算出された比率の出現の標準偏差σ及び比率の出現の平均値をμとした場合、図5に示すように、例えば、μ±1σとする。第1の所定範囲では、比率が0.8~1.2の範囲となる。比率がμ±1σの範囲内の場合、圧縮機11の状態が正常と推定できる。所定範囲がμ±1σの範囲内には、算出した比率のうちの約68%が含まれる。一方で、μ±1σの範囲外には、算出した比率のうちの残りの約32%に含まれる。そして、算出した比率が所定範囲外の値となることが頻発する状態は、圧縮機11が正常に駆動している状態では起こり難く、圧縮機11の劣化が始まっている、あるいは、ある程度劣化が進んでいると推定できる。
 また、第2の所定範囲は、統計的に算出された比率の出現の標準偏差σ及び比率の出現の平均値をμとした場合、図5に示すように、例えば、μ±2σとする。つまり、第1の所定範囲の上限値から所定値σを加算した第1の上限値から、第1の所定範囲の下限値から所定値σを減算した第1の下限値までの第2の所定範囲を設定する。第2の所定範囲では、比率が0.6~1.4の範囲となる。第2の所定範囲がμ±2σの範囲内には、算出した比率のうちの約95%が含まれる。一方で、μ±2σの範囲外には、算出した比率のうちの残りの約5%に含まれる。そして、算出した比率が第2の所定範囲外の値となることが頻発する状態は、圧縮機11が正常に駆動している状態では起こり難く、圧縮機11に異常が発生、すなわち、圧縮機11が故障していると推定できる。また、比率が第2の所定範囲内では、比率が第1の所定範囲内の場合を除き、圧縮機11が劣化していると推定できる。
 図5に示す第1の所定範囲:μ±1σ及び第2の所定範囲:μ±2σに応じた比率に対応する圧縮機11の状態は図6に示す通りである。図6は、比率、圧縮機11の状態及び保護制御内容の関係性の一例を示す説明図である。比率<0.6の場合は、比率が第2の所定範囲外であるため、圧縮機11の状態は異常となる。また、0.6≦比率<0.8の場合は、比率が第1の所定範囲外、かつ、第2の所定範囲内であるため、圧縮機11の状態は劣化となる。また、0.8≦比率<1.2の場合は、比率が第1の所定範囲内であるため、圧縮機11の状態は正常となる。また、1.2≦比率<1.4の場合は、比率が第1の所定範囲外、かつ、第2の所定範囲内であるため、圧縮機11の状態は劣化となる。比率≧1.4の場合は、比率が第2の所定範囲外であるため、圧縮機11の状態は異常となる。
 つまり、判定部745は、算出した比率が第1の所定範囲内にあるか否かを判定する。判定部745は、図5及び図6に示すように、算出した比率が第1の所定範囲内にある場合、圧縮機11が正常と判定する。
 また、判定部745は、算出した比率が第1の所定範囲内にない、すなわち比率が第1の所定範囲外の場合、算出した比率が第2の所定範囲内にあるか否かを判定する。判定部745は、図5及び図6に示すように、算出した比率が第1の所定範囲外かつ第2の所定範囲内にある場合、圧縮機11が劣化していると判定する。また、判定部745は、図5及び図6に示すように、算出した比率が第2の所定範囲内にない、すなわち比率が第2の所定範囲外の場合、圧縮機11が故障していると判定する。
 本実施例では、算出した比率が第2の所定範囲外であることが頻発して実測平均値μが±2σの範囲外の値であるときに、圧縮機11が故障していると判定している。尚、第2の所定の範囲については、その範囲を狭くするほど圧縮機11を故障と判定する感度は上がる一方で、故障していない圧縮機11を誤判定する可能性も高まる。そこで、本実施例では、故障判定の感度と判定精度とのバランスがよい±2σの範囲を採用しているが、感度をより上げたい場合は所定範囲を±3σとすればよく、設定変更可能である。
 判定部745は、推定電流値と実測電流値との比率を順次(圧縮機11の回転数や圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量を定期的、例えば5分毎に取得する度に)算出し、所定時間分、例えば、1時間分の比率の平均値を算出し、算出した比率の平均値が第1の所定範囲内にあるか否かを判定する。判定部745は、比率の平均値が第1の所定範囲内の場合、圧縮機11が正常と判定する。
 また、判定部745は、比率の平均値が第1の所定範囲外の場合、比率の平均値が第2の所定範囲内にあるか否かを判定する。判定部745は、比率の平均値が第2の所定範囲内の場合、圧縮機11が劣化していると判定する。また、判定部745は、比率の平均値が第2の所定範囲外の場合、圧縮機11が故障していると判定する。
 保護制御部746は、判定部745にて圧縮機11が劣化していると判定した場合、比率に応じて圧縮機11の負荷を軽減するように圧縮機11を制御する。比率に応じて圧縮機11の負荷を軽減する方法としては、例えば、比率に応じて圧縮機11の上限回転数を制限する方法や、比率に応じて圧縮機11の圧力比(吐出圧力センサ31で検出した吐出圧力と、吸入圧力センサで検出した吸入圧力の比)を制限する方法等がある。また、保護制御部746は、判定部745にて圧縮機11が故障していると判定した場合、圧縮機11の動作を停止する。
 ここで、保護制御部746の保護制御内容につき、図6を用いて説明する。本実施形態では、保護制御として圧縮機11の制御上の上限回転数を低下させる上限回転数低下制御と、圧縮機11の吐出圧力と吸入圧力との圧力比を低下させる圧力比低下制御とを設けており、圧縮機11が劣化していると判定した際に、少なくとも、いずれか一方の保護制御を実行する。図6は、上限回転数低下制御と圧力比低下制御を行う際に保護制御部746が参照するテーブルの一例であり、比率に応じて、圧縮機11の上限回転数を抑制する度合いを示す上限回転数低下率と、圧縮機11の上限回転数(単位はrps)と、圧縮機11の圧力比の上限値を抑制する度合いを占めす上限圧力比低下率と、圧縮機11の上限圧力比がそれぞれ定められている。
 保護制御部746は、求めた比率が0.8≦比率<1.2未満(第1の所定範囲内の値)である場合は、圧縮機11は正常であると判定し、図6のテーブルを参照して圧縮機11の上限回転数や上限圧力比を低下させない。また、保護制御部746は、求めた比率が0.6未満、あるいは、1.4以上(第2の所定範囲外の値)である場合は、圧縮機11は故障していると判定し、図6のテーブルを参照して圧縮機11を停止させる。
 保護制御部746は、求めた比率が0.6≦比率<0.8、あるいは、求めた比率が1.2≦比率<1.4(第1の所定範囲外の値であり、かつ、第2の所定範囲内の値)である場合は、圧縮機11が劣化していると判定し、図6のテーブルを参照して圧縮機11の上限回転数や上限圧力比を低下させる。具体的には、求めた比率が0.7≦比率<0.8である場合又は、求めた比率が1.2≦比率<1.3である場合は、保護制御部746は図6のテーブルを参照して、上限回転数低下率を80%及び上限回転数を96rpsとする上限回転数低下制御と、上限圧力比低下率を80%及び上限圧力比を12.0とする圧力比低下制御とのうちの少なくともいずれか一方を実行する。また、求めた比率が0.6≦比率<0.7未満である場合又は、求めた比率が1.3≦比率<1.4である場合は、保護制御部746は図6のテーブルを参照して上限回転数低下率を70%及び上限回転数を84rpsとする上限回転数低下制御と、上限圧力比低下率を70%及び上限圧力比を10.5とする圧力比低下制御とのうちの少なくともいずれか一方を実行する。
 以上に説明したように、保護制御部746は圧縮機11が劣化していると判定した際に、上限回転数低下制御及び圧力比低下制御のうちの少なくともいずれか一方の保護制御を実行して圧縮機11の負荷を軽減する。このように保護制御を行うことで、圧縮機11の劣化速度を遅くして故障に至るまでの時間を長くする。圧縮機11が故障に至るまでの時間を長くすると、故障に至るまでの間に交換する圧縮機11の手配・入手が行え、また、圧縮機11の交換作業に関するスケジュールの立案などが事前に行える。このため、圧縮機11が故障してから交換用の圧縮機11の手配や交換作業のスケジュール立案を行う場合と比べて、迅速に圧縮機11の交換が行え、かつ、圧縮機11が故障して停止する前に交換ができるので、圧縮機11の故障から交換までの間に空調運転が行えないといった不便を使用者にかけることがない。
 そして、保護制御を実行する際は、比率が第1の所定範囲の下限値(=0.9)から小さくなるほど、又は、比率が第1の所定範囲の上限値(=1.2)から大きくなるほど、上限回転数低下率や上限圧力比低下率を大きくしている。圧縮機11が劣化していると判定したものの、その度合いが小さい(本実施形態では、比率が0.7≦比率<0.8の場合、もしくは、1.2≦比率<1.3の場合)場合は、上限回転数低下率や上限圧力比低下率を最小限に留めることで、圧縮機11の劣化を抑えつつ、空調能力の低下を最小限に抑えている。また、圧縮機11の劣化の度合いが大きい(本実施形態では、比率が0.6≦比率<0.7、もしくは、1.3≦比率<1.4の場合)場合は、上限回転数低下率や上限圧力比低下率を大きくすることで、圧縮機11の劣化速度を最大限に遅くするようにしている。
<サーバ装置の構成>
 図1に示すように、サーバ装置110は、蓄積部111と、学習部112とを有する。蓄積部111は、集中コントローラ7から、例えば、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を特徴量として定期的、例えば、5分毎に収集し、収集した特徴量を蓄積する。学習部112は、蓄積部111に記憶している特徴量のうち、一定期間、例えば、30日分の特徴量を用いて、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを求める学習モデル73Aを生成し、これ以降は30日毎に、これまでに取得した特徴量を用いて学習モデルを更新する。学習部112は、生成もしくは更新した学習モデル73Aを集中コントローラ7に提供する。集中コントローラ7は、サーバ装置110から受信した学習モデル73Aを記憶部73に記憶する。
<学習モデル>
 圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kは、前述した通り、学習モデル73Aで求めることができる。そこで、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kについて説明する。本来、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kは、例えば、圧縮機11の体積効率、圧縮機11の圧縮効率、圧縮機11の行程容積(排除容積)があれば算出できる。しかしながら、圧縮機11の体積効率及び圧縮効率は、圧縮機11の回転数や冷媒回路6における圧力比(高圧と低圧との比)により変化する。そして、例えば、圧縮機11の納品書や仕様書に記載があるのは、限られた運転条件下での値のみであり、想定される全ての条件におけるデータがないため、例えば、テーブルとして予め記憶部などに記憶しておくのは困難である。また、圧縮機11の行程容積は、自社で製造した圧縮機であれば取得できるものの、他社から圧縮機を購入する場合では納品書・仕様書に記載がないことが多く取得が難しい。また、既設の空気調和機では、搭載されている圧縮機についての情報・仕様がわからないケースも考えられる。従って、圧縮機11の体積効率、圧縮効率及び行程容積から圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを求めることは困難である。そこで、本実施例では、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値に基づき、学習モデル73Aで求める。
 学習モデル73Aは、複数の特徴量の内、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を用いて回帰分析法の一種である重回帰分析法で生成されている。重回帰分析法では、複数のシミュレーション結果から得られた回帰式のうち、P値(生成した学習モデルの精度に運転状態量が与える影響度合いを示す値(所定の重みパラメータ))が一番小さく、かつ、補正R2(生成した学習モデルの精度を示す値)が0.9以上1.0以下の間のできるだけ大きい値となる回帰式を選択して学習モデルとして生成する。ここで、P値および補正R2は、重回帰分析法で学習モデルを生成する際に、当該学習モデルの精度に関わる値であり、P値が小さいほど、また、補正R2が1.0に近い値であるほど、生成された学習モデルの精度が高くなる。
 学習モデル73Aは、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを求める回帰式である。回帰式は、例えば、(α1×圧縮機11の回転数)+(α2×吐出圧力値)+(α3×吸入圧力値)+α4である。係数α1~α4は、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを求める際に決定されるものである。制御部74は、回帰式に、取得部742にて取得された現在の圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を代入することで、現時点での圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを算出する。
<学習処理>
 ここで、学習部112が学習モデル73Aを生成する際に行われる学習処理について説明する。図7は、実施例1の学習処理に関わる学習部112の処理動作の一例を示すフローチャートである。図7においてサーバ装置110内の学習部112は、集中コントローラ7から圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を定期的(例えば、5分毎)に取得する(ステップS11)。そして、学習部112は、取得した圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を蓄積部111に順次蓄積する。
 学習部112は、ステップS11にて取得された一定期間分、例えば、30日分の圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を用いて学習モデル73Aを生成する(ステップS12)。学習部112は、生成した学習モデル73Aを通信網120経由で集中コントローラ7に送信し(ステップS13)、図7に示す処理動作を終了する。そして、集中コントローラ7は、通信網120経由で受信した学習モデル73Aを記憶部73に記憶する。
<状態判定処理>
 次に集中コントローラ7が圧縮機11の状態を常に判定できる状態判定処理について説明する。図8は、実施例1の状態判定処理に関わる集中コントローラ7の処理動作の一例を示すフローチャートである。図8において集中コントローラ7内の制御部74は、現在は取得タイミングであるか否かを判定する(ステップS21)。尚、取得タイミングとしては、前述した5分毎である。制御部74内の取得部742は、現在が取得タイミングの場合(ステップS21:Yes)、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値、吸入圧力値及び圧縮機11の実測電流値を取得する(ステップS22)。尚、吐出圧力値は吐出圧力センサ31、吸入圧力値は吸入圧力センサ33で検出する。実測電流値は検出部741で圧縮機11のインバータ回路11Aから検出する。
 制御部74内の算出部743は、学習モデル73Aを用いて圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを算出する(ステップS23)。尚、学習モデル73Aは、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を回帰式に代入することで圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを算出する。
 制御部74内の推定部744は、算出した圧縮機の効率に関わる状態量(係数)k、圧縮機11の冷媒吸入密度、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出比エンタルピ及び吸入比エンタルピを用いて、圧縮機11の推定電流値を推定する(ステップS24)。尚、算出部743は、圧縮機11の吸入圧力値と吸入温度とに冷媒吸入密度を対応付けたテーブルを参照し、吸入圧力値及び吸入温度に応じた冷媒吸入密度を取得する。算出部743は、図3に示すモリエル線図と、吐出圧力値と、吐出温度とに基づき、吐出比エンタルピを算出する。更に、算出部743は、図3に示すモリエル線図と、吸入圧力値と、吸入温度とに基づき、吸入比エンタルピを算出する。そして、推定部744は、(効率に関わる状態量(係数)k)×(冷媒吸入密度p)×(圧縮機11の回転数)×(比エンタルピ差(吐出比エンタルピ-吸入比エンタルピ))を用いて、圧縮機11の推定電流値を推定する。
 制御部74内の判定部745は、実測電流値÷推定電流値の演算を行い、現時点の比率を算出する(ステップS25)。判定部745は、所定時間分の比率を算出したか否かを判定する(ステップS26)。所定時間分は、例えば、1時間分である。判定部745は、所定時間分の比率を算出していない場合(ステップS26:No)、ステップS21の処理に戻る。また、判定部745は、所定時間分の比率を算出した場合(ステップS26:Yes)、所定時間分の比率から比率の平均値を算出する(ステップS27)。
 そして、判定部745は、算出した比率の実測平均値が第1の所定範囲内にあるか否かを判定する(ステップS28)。判定部745は、算出した比率の実測平均値が第1の所定範囲内の場合(ステップS28:Yes)、圧縮機11が正常であると判断し(ステップS29)、図8に示す処理動作を終了する。
 また、判定部745は、算出した比率の実測平均値が第1の所定範囲外の場合(ステップS28:No)、算出した比率の実測平均値が第2の所定範囲内であるか否かを判定する(ステップS30)。判定部745は、算出した比率の実測平均値が第2の所定範囲内の場合(ステップS30:Yes)、圧縮機11が劣化していると判断する(ステップS31)。そして、保護制御部746は、圧縮機11が劣化していると判断された場合、ステップS29で算出した比率に応じて圧縮機11の保護制御を実行し(ステップS32)、図8に示す処理動作を終了する。このように、圧縮機11が劣化していると判定した際は圧縮機11の負荷を軽減する制御を行うことで、圧縮機11の劣化速度を遅くして故障に至るまでの時間を長くする。圧縮機11が故障に至るまでの時間を長くすると、故障に至るまでの間に交換する圧縮機11の手配・入手が行え、また、圧縮機11の交換作業に関するスケジュールの立案などが事前に行える。このため、圧縮機11が故障してから交換用の圧縮機11の手配や交換作業のスケジュール立案を行う場合と比べて、迅速に圧縮機11の交換が行え、かつ、圧縮機11が故障して停止する前に交換ができるので、圧縮機11の故障から交換までの間に空調運転が行えないといった不便を使用者にかけることがない。
 また、判定部745は、算出した比率の実測平均値が第2の所定範囲外の場合(ステップS30:No)、圧縮機11が故障していると判断する(ステップS33)。そして、保護制御部746は、圧縮機11が故障していると判断された場合、圧縮機11の動作を停止し(ステップS34)、圧縮機11の故障を報知出力し(ステップS35)、図8に示す処理動作を終了する。算出した比率の実測平均値が第2の所定範囲外の場合、実際にはまだ圧縮機11は駆動しているので、算出した比率の実測平均値が算出できるが、比率の値としては圧縮機11が正常であれば取り得ない値(前述したように、比率が第2の所定範囲外の値は全体の5%であり、まれな値)であり、圧縮機11が相当なダメージを負っていると推測できる。このような状態で圧縮機11を駆動し続けると、例えば圧縮機11内部に格納されているモータの軸が損傷し、軸の一部が欠けた微小な粉状の破片(鉄粉)が冷媒と共に冷媒回路6に吐出されて冷媒回路6内を循環し、膨張弁の弁部に粉状の破片が噛み込むなど、冷媒回路6を構成する装置や部材にダメージを与えることも考えられる。本発明では、比率が第2の所定範囲外であるときに圧縮機11を停止して故障を報知することで、冷媒回路6を構成する装置や部材がダメージを受ける前に圧縮機11の交換を促すことができる。尚、報知出力は、空気調和機1を操作するリモコンの表示部や、空気調和機1を管理する管理者のPCや携帯端末の表示部等に圧縮機11の故障を報知するアラーム出力である。その結果、空気調和機1は、特別な運転や装置を必要とせずに、通常運転中でも圧縮機11の状態を判定できる。
 判定部745は、所定時間分の比率を算出したのでない場合(ステップS26:No)、現在が取得タイミングであるか否かを判定すべく、ステップS21の処理に戻る。制御部74は、現在が取得タイミングでない場合(ステップS21:No)、現在が取得タイミングであるか否かを判定すべく、ステップS21の処理に戻る。
<実施例1の効果>
 実施例1の空気調和機1では、通常の空気調和機で検出できる特徴量のみで圧縮機11の状態を判定できるので、判定のために特殊な運転を必要とせず、また、特殊な装置も必要がない。しかも、空気調和機1では、常に圧縮機11の実測電流値と推定電流値との比率を算出し、算出した比率を用いて、圧縮機11の状態を判定するので、圧縮機11の状態を正確、かつ、常に判定できる。その結果、簡易かつコストをかけずに、圧縮機11の状態を正確、かつ、常に判定できる。
 空気調和機1では、比率が第1の所定範囲内の値であれば圧縮機11を正常と判定すると共に、比率が第1の所定範囲外の値、かつ、比率が第2の所定範囲内の値の場合に、圧縮機11が劣化していると判定する。その結果、圧縮機11の正常や劣化の状態を正確、かつ、常に判定できる。つまり、圧縮機11の劣化を予測することで、圧縮機11が故障する前に、圧縮機11の負荷を軽減して故障に至るまでの時間を長くすることが可能になる。
 空気調和機1では、比率が第2の所定範囲外の値の場合に圧縮機11が故障していると判定する。その結果、圧縮機11の故障を正確、かつ、常に判定できる。
 空気調和機1では、圧縮機11が劣化していると判定した場合に、比率に応じて圧縮機11の負荷を軽減するように圧縮機11を制御する。その結果、圧縮機11が故障に至るまでの時間を長くでき、その間を利用して圧縮機11の交換に関わる作業を行い故障する前に圧縮機11を交換できるので、圧縮機11の故障から交換までの間に空調運転が行えないといった不便を使用者にかけることがない。
 従来の空気調和機では、単一の閾値(例えば、50A以上)を持つ電流異常検知で、圧縮機11の故障を検知していた。例えば、高負荷(高回転)運転下では、単一の閾値で圧縮機11の故障を検知して停止できるものの、例えば、低負荷(低回転)運転下では、以下の理由で、圧縮機11の故障を検知して停止できない。
 例えば、正常状態で20A程度の負荷が、圧縮機11の劣化で実測電流値が30Aとなっても、閾値以下なので圧縮機11の故障と検知できない。そして、実測電流値が30Aの状態で圧縮機11が駆動し続けることで、例えば、圧縮機11内部に格納されているモータの軸が損傷し、軸の一部が欠けた微小な粉状の破片(鉄粉)が冷媒と共に冷媒回路6に吐出されて冷媒回路6内を循環し、例えば、膨張弁の弁部に粉状の破片が噛み込むなど、冷媒回路6を構成する装置や部材にダメージを与えることも考えられる。この際、圧縮機11を交換しても冷媒回路6内に残留する粉状の破片は除去できないため、この粉状の破片によるダメージが生じる場合も考えられる。実施例1の空気調和機1では、圧縮機11の異常を早めに検知できるので、上述した粉状の破片が冷媒回路6に多く流入する前に圧縮機11を交換することができ、冷媒回路6を構成する装置や部材にダメージを与えるような事態を抑制できる。
 尚、実施例1の空気調和システム100では、サーバ装置110内の学習部112で学習した学習モデル73Aを生成し、生成した学習モデル73Aを集中コントローラ7に提供する場合を例示した。しかしながら、集中コントローラ7に学習モデルを生成する生成部を設けても良く、その実施の形態につき、実施例2として以下に説明する。
 図9は、実施例2の空気調和システム100Aの一例を示すブロック図である。尚、実施例1の空気調和システム100と実施例2の空気調和システム100Aとが同一の構成には同一符号を付すことで、その重複する構成及び動作の説明については省略する。図9に示す空気調和システム100Aは、サーバ装置110がなく、室外機2、室内機3及び集中コントローラ7Aを含む空気調和機1で構成する。図9に示す空気調和機1は、サーバ装置110と通信ができない空気調和機である。
 図10は、実施例2の集中コントローラ7Aの一例を示すブロック図である。図10に示す集中コントローラ7A内の制御部74は、検出部741、取得部742、算出部743、推定部744、判定部745及び保護制御部746の他に、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを求める学習モデル73Aを生成する生成部747を有する。
 生成部747は、例えば、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を特徴量として定期的、例えば、5分毎に収集し、収集した特徴量を蓄積する。生成部747は、蓄積した一定期間、例えば、30日分の圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を用いて、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを求める学習モデル73Aを生成する。生成部747は、生成した学習モデル73Aを記憶部73に記憶する。
<実施例2の効果>
 実施例2のサーバ装置110と通信できない空気調和機1であっても、通常の空気調和機で検出できる特徴量のみで圧縮機11の状態を判定できるので、判定のために特殊な運転を必要とせず、また、特殊な装置も必要がない。しかも、空気調和機1では、常に圧縮機11の実測電流値と推定電流値との比率を算出し、算出した比率を用いて、圧縮機11の状態を判定するので、圧縮機11の状態を正確、かつ、常に判定できる。その結果、簡易かつコストをかけずに、圧縮機11の状態を正確、かつ、常に判定できる。
<変形例>
 ここまでに説明した実施例1および実施例2では、吐出圧力と吐出温度とを用いて吐出比エンタルピを算出する場合を例示した。しかしながら、空気調和機では、吐出温度を検出できない場合も考えられる。そこで、例えば、吐出温度が検出できなくても、吐出圧力から吐出エンタルピを算出できる場合について以下に説明する。
 前述した通り、各実施例では、空気調和機1に吐出温度センサ32が搭載されている場合を例示したが、吐出温度センサ32が搭載されていない場合もある。この場合、空気調和機1では、吐出温度センサ32が搭載されていなくても、図3に示すように、吐出過熱度が分かれば、吐出圧力値を用いて吐出比エンタルピを算出できる。但し、この場合の吐出過熱度は予め試験などを行って求めた推定値であり、冷媒回路6の状態が試験を行った際と実働の際とで差異がある場合に、実測の吐出温度を使用する場合に比較して吐出比エンタルピの算出精度が低下する可能性がある。このため、吐出温度センサ32を搭載し、実測の吐出温度を使用して吐出過熱度を求める方が、吐出比エンタルピの算出精度が高まることは言うまでもない。
 また、実施例1および実施例2では、吸入圧力と吸入温度とを用いて吸入比エンタルピを算出する場合を例示した。しかしながら、空気調和機では、吸入温度を検出できない場合も考えられる。そこで、例えば、吸入温度が検出できなくても、吸入圧力から吸入エンタルピを算出できる場合について以下に説明する。
 前述した通り、各実施例では、空気調和機1に吸入温度センサ34が搭載されている場合を例示したが、吸入温度センサ34が搭載されていない場合もある。この場合、空気調和機1では、吸入温度センサ34が搭載されていなくても、図3に示すように、吸入過熱度が分かれば、吸入圧力値を用いて吸入比エンタルピを算出できる。但し、この場合の吸入過熱度は予め試験などを行って求めた推定値であり、冷媒回路6の状態が試験を行った際と実働の際とで差異がある場合に、実測の吸入温度を使用する場合に比較して吸入比エンタルピの算出精度が低下する可能性がある。このため、吸入温度センサ34を搭載し、実測の吸入温度を使用して吸入過熱度を求める方が、吸入比エンタルピの算出精度が高まることは言うまでもない。
 また、空気調和機は、吐出温度センサ32及び吸入温度センサ34の何れか一方しか搭載さていない場合も考えられるが、吐出過熱度の方が吸入過熱度と比べて推定値がばらつく可能性が大きい。従って、いずれか一方のみ取得する場合は、吐出温度センサ32のみを搭載し、吐出温度を取得する方が望ましい。
 また、実施例2の空気調和機1内の集中コントローラ7A内の制御部74は、状態判定装置の機能を実行する場合を例示した。しかしながら、集中コントローラ7A内の制御部74でなくても良く、例えば、室外機2内の第1の制御ユニット19又は、室内機3内の第2の制御ユニット50内に状態判定装置の機能を実行しても良く、適宜変更可能である。
 空気調和機1の集中コントローラ7A内に状態判定装置の機能を実行するソフトウェアをインストールし、集中コントローラ7A内の制御部74で状態判定装置の機能を実行させても良く、適宜変更可能である。この場合、学習部を持たない既設の空気調和機1に状態判定装置の機能実行するソフトウェアをインストールすることで、既設の空気調和機1であっても、圧縮機11の状態判定に必要な仕組みを簡単に搭載できる。
 尚、実施例1及び2の空気調和機1では、1台の室外機2に対してN台の室内機3を接続した場合の圧縮機11の状態を判定する状態判定装置を例示した。これに対し、1台の室外機2と1台の室内機3とが接続した空気調和機1についても、実施例1や実施例2と同様の方法で圧縮機11の状態を判定できる。
 本実施例では、学習モデル73Aは、サーバ装置110又は集中コントローラ7Aで生成する場合を例示したが、利用者がシミュレーション結果から学習モデル73Aを算出しても良い。また、本実施例では、重回帰分析法を用いて学習モデル73Aを生成する場合を例示したが、一般の回帰分析法を行える機械学習手法のSVR(Support Vector Regression)、NN(Neural Network)などを用いて学習モデル73Aを生成しても良い。その際、特徴量選択に当たっては重回帰分析法で用いたP値や補正R2の代わりに、学習モデル73Aの精度が向上するよう特徴量を選択する一般の手法(Forward Feature Selection法、Backward feature Eliminationなど)を使えばよい。
 尚、実施例1の空気調和システム100では、サーバ装置110より取得した学習モデル73Aを用いて、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量を求め、求めた圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量を用いて推定電流値を推定する場合を例示したが、これに限定されるものではなく、適宜変更可能である。例えば、サーバ装置110に、圧縮機11の機種毎に各々の圧縮機11の駆動に関わる特徴量に対応付けて駆動電流値を予め記憶する図示しない記憶部を有してもよい。圧縮機11の駆動に関わる特徴量としては例えば、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力、吐出温度、吸入圧力、吸入温度などがある。
 集中コントローラ7内の推定部744は、搭載されている圧縮機11の機種名などの機種に関する機種情報とともに、検出した圧縮機11の駆動に関わる特徴量をサーバ装置110に送信する。サーバ装置110は、受信した機種情報を参照し、記憶部に記憶されている機種毎の特徴量と駆動電流値とを対応させたデータの中から、当該圧縮機11の機種に対応するデータにアクセスし、受信した圧縮機11の駆動に関わる特徴量に対応する駆動電流値を記憶部から読み出し、読み出した駆動電流値を推定電流値として、集中コントローラ7内の推定部744に送信する。
 サーバ装置110が受信した圧縮機11の駆動に関わる特徴量に対応する駆動電流値を記憶部から読み出す際は、圧縮機11の駆動に関わる特徴量が所定の範囲内である値に対応する駆動電流値を全て読み出し、読み出した全ての駆動電流値の平均値を算出し、この平均値を推定電流値として集中コントローラ7内の推定部744に送信するようにしてもよい。ここで、所定の範囲は、受信した圧縮機11の駆動に関わる特徴量を中心値とした範囲であり、例えば、中心値から±5%の範囲である。
 中心値から±5%の範囲にある特徴量であるときの圧縮機11の運転状態は、受信した特徴量であるときの圧縮機11の運転状態に近いものであると考えられる。集中コントローラ7内の推定部744が圧縮機11の駆動に関わる特徴量を取得する際に、外乱が生じた場合、例えば一時的に空調負荷が大きくなった場合は、当該特徴量に対応する駆動電流値のみを推定電流値として圧縮機11の状態判定を行うと誤判定する可能性がある。これに対し、中心値から±5%の範囲にある特徴量であるときの駆動電流値の平均値を推定電流値とすれば、上述した外乱による影響を軽減でき、圧縮機11の状態判定を行う際に誤判定してしまうことを抑制できる。圧縮機11の駆動に関わる特徴量が内にある。
 以上に説明したように、サーバ装置110から推定電流値を取得するようにすることで、推定部744が推定電流値を算出する必要がなくなるため、その処理負担を軽減できる。
 尚、実施例1の空気調和機と同一の構成には同一符号を付すことで、その重複する構成及び動作の説明については省略する。
<集中コントローラの構成>
 図11は、実施例3の集中コントローラ7の一例を示すブロック図である。図11に示す集中コントローラ7は、第1の通信部71と、第2の通信部72と、記憶部73と、制御部74とを有する。第1の通信部71は、通信網120を経由してサーバ装置110と通信する、例えば、UART等のインタフェースである。第2の通信部72は、室外機2内の第1の制御ユニット19と、又は、室内機3内の第2の制御ユニット50と、通信網8を経由して通信する、例えば、UART等のインタフェースである。記憶部73は、例えば、フラッシュメモリであって、各種情報やプログラム等を記憶する。記憶部73は、サーバ装置110で生成した学習モデル73Aを記憶する。
 制御部74は、圧縮機11の故障を推定する故障推定装置として機能する。制御部74は、検出部741と、取得部742と、算出部743と、推定部744と、判定部745とを有する。検出部741は、室外機2の第1の制御ユニット19から、例えば、圧縮機11を駆動する際にインバータ回路11Aの一次側を流れる電流値である実測電流値を取得する。また、取得部742は、上述した実測電流値に加えて、以下に記載する圧縮機11の駆動に関わる特徴量を取得する。圧縮機11の駆動に関わる特徴量は、圧縮機11の回転数、圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量及び、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)を取得する。圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量は、第1の制御ユニット19から室外機2内の吐出圧力センサ31、吐出温度センサ32、吸入圧力センサ33、吸入温度センサ34、冷媒温度センサ35及び外気温度センサ36のセンサ値である。更に、取得部742は、圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量として、各室内機3の第2の制御ユニット50から液側冷媒温度センサ61、ガス側冷媒温度センサ62及び吸込温度センサ63のセンサ値を取得する。
 また、取得部742は、学習モデル73Aから圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)を取得する。学習モデル73Aは、圧縮機11の回転数と圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量とを用いて、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)を推定する。なお、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)の推定については、後に詳述する。
 つまり、取得部742は、実測電流値、圧縮機11の回転数、圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量及び圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)を定期的に取得する。
 算出部743は、取得された圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量を用いて、圧縮機11に吸入される冷媒の密度である冷媒吸入密度を算出する。具体的には、算出部743は、圧縮機11の吸入圧力値と吸入温度とに冷媒吸入密度を対応付けたテーブルを参照し、吸入圧力値及び吸入温度に応じた冷媒吸入密度を取得する。なお、上記テーブルは、予め試験などを行って求められて、集中コントローラ7の記憶部73に記憶されている(図11では不図示)。
 算出部743は、圧縮機11から吐出される冷媒の比エンタルピである吐出比エンタルピと、圧縮機11に吸入される冷媒の比エンタルピである吸入比エンタルピとの差分である比エンタルピ差を算出する。具体的には、算出部743は、吐出比エンタルピから吸入比エンタルピを減じて比エンタルピ差を算出する。算出部743は、図3に示すモリエル線図と、吐出圧力値と、吐出温度とに基づき、吐出比エンタルピを求める。更に、算出部743は、図3に示すモリエル線図と、吸入圧力値と、吸入温度とに基づき、吸入比エンタルピを求める。なお、図3のモリエル線図は、予め試験などを行って求められて、集中コントローラ7の記憶部73に記憶されている(図4では不図示)。記憶部73には、例えば、図3に示すモリエル線図内の吐出圧力値、吐出温度、吸入圧力値、吸入温度、吸入比エンタルピや吐出比エンタルピ等が記憶されている。
 推定部744は、特徴量を用いて圧縮機11の運転負荷に応じた駆動電流値として推定電流値を推定する。推定部744は、冷媒吸入密度(以下の数式ではpと記載)、圧縮機11の回転数、比エンタルピ差及び、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数、以下の数式ではkと記載)を用いて、推定電流値を推定する。
 数式:推定電流値=k×p×(圧縮機11の回転数)×比エンタルピ差
 推定部744は、取得部742にて圧縮機11の回転数及び、圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量を取得する度(例えば、5分毎に取得)に推定電流値を推定する。
 判定部745は、推定部744にて推定された推定電流値と、検出部741にて検出された実測電流値との比較結果に基づき、圧縮機11が故障しているか否かを判定する。判定部745は、推定電流値と実測電流値との比率、例えば、(実測電流値÷推定電流値)が所定範囲内の場合に圧縮機11が故障していないと判定する。尚、比率は、推定電流値と実測電流値との比である。また、判定部745は、推定電流値と実測電流値との比率が所定範囲外の場合に圧縮機11が故障していると判定する。
 図12は、比率の正規分布の一例を示す説明図である。当該正規分布にて比率が所定範囲内の値であるか否かで圧縮機11の故障を判定する。ここで、所定範囲は、統計的に算出された比率の出現の標準偏差σ及び比率の出現の平均値をμとした場合、図12に示すように、例えば、μ±2σとする。上記所定範囲:μ±2σでは、比率が0.6~1.4の範囲となる。所定範囲がμ±2σの範囲内には、算出した比率のうちの約95%が含まれる。一方で、μ±2σの範囲外には、算出した比率のうちの残りの約5%に含まれる。そして、算出した比率が所定範囲外の値となることが頻発する状態は、圧縮機11が正常に駆動している状態では起こり難く、圧縮機11に異常が発生、すなわち、圧縮機11が故障していると推定できる。
 本実施例では、算出した比率が所定範囲外であることが頻発して実測平均値μが±2σの範囲外の値であるときに、圧縮機11が故障していると判定している。尚、所定の範囲については、その値を小さくするほど圧縮機11を故障と判定する感度は上がる一方で、故障していない圧縮機11を誤判定する可能性も高まる。そこで、本実施例では、故障判定の感度と判定精度とのバランスがよい±2σの範囲を採用しているが、感度をより上げたい場合は所定範囲を±1σとすればよく、判定精度を上げたい場合は所定範囲を±3σとすればよい。
 判定部745は、推定電流値と実測電流値との比率を順次(圧縮機11の回転数や圧縮機11の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量を取得する度に)算出し、所定時間分、例えば、1時間分の比率の平均値を算出し、算出した比率の平均値が所定範囲内にあるか否かを判定する。判定部745は、比率の平均値が所定範囲内の場合、圧縮機11が故障してない、すなわち正常と判定する。また、判定部745は、比率の平均値が所定範囲外の場合、圧縮機11が故障していると判定する。
<サーバ装置の構成>
 サーバ装置110は、蓄積部111と、学習部112とを有する。蓄積部111は、集中コントローラ7から、例えば、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を特徴量として定期的、例えば、5分毎に収集し、収集した特徴量を蓄積する。学習部112は、蓄積部111に記憶している特徴量のうち、一定期間、例えば、30日分の特徴量を用いて、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを求める学習モデル73Aを生成し、これ以降は30日毎に、これまでに取得した特徴量を用いて学習モデルを更新する。学習部112は、生成もしくは更新した学習モデル73Aを集中コントローラ7に提供する。集中コントローラ7は、サーバ装置110から受信した学習モデル73Aを記憶部73に記憶する。
<学習モデル>
 圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kは、前述した通り、学習モデル73Aで求めることができる。そこで、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kについて説明する。本来、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kは、例えば、圧縮機11の体積効率、圧縮機11の圧縮効率、圧縮機11の行程容積(排除容積)があれば算出できる。しかしながら、圧縮機11の体積効率及び圧縮効率は、圧縮機11の回転数や冷媒回路6における圧力比(高圧と低圧との比)により変化する。そして、例えば、圧縮機11の納品書や仕様書に記載があるのは、限られた運転条件下での値のみであり、想定される全ての条件におけるデータがないため、例えば、テーブルとして予め記憶部などに記憶しておくのは困難である。また、圧縮機11の行程容積は、自社で製造した圧縮機であれば取得できるものの、他社から圧縮機を購入する場合では納品書・仕様書に記載がないことが多く取得が難しい。また、既設の空気調和機では、搭載されている圧縮機についての情報・仕様がわからないケースも考えられる。従って、圧縮機11の体積効率、圧縮効率及び行程容積から圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを求めることは困難である。そこで、本実施例では、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値に基づき、学習モデル73Aで求める。
 学習モデル73Aは、複数の特徴量の内、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を用いて回帰分析法の一種である重回帰分析法で生成されている。重回帰分析法では、複数のシミュレーション結果から得られた回帰式のうち、P値(生成した学習モデルの精度に運転状態量が与える影響度合いを示す値(所定の重みパラメータ))が一番小さく、かつ、補正R2(生成した学習モデルの精度を示す値)が0.9以上1.0以下の間のできるだけ大きい値となる回帰式を選択して学習モデルとして生成する。ここで、P値および補正R2は、重回帰分析法で学習モデルを生成する際に、当該学習モデルの精度に関わる値であり、P値が小さいほど、また、補正R2が1.0に近い値であるほど、生成された学習モデルの精度が高くなる。
 学習モデル73Aは、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを求める回帰式である。回帰式は、例えば、(α1×圧縮機11の回転数)+(α2×吐出圧力値)+(α3×吸入圧力値)+α4である。係数α1~α4は、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを求める際に決定されるものである。制御部74は、回帰式に、取得部742にて取得された現在の圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を代入することで、現時点での圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを算出する。
<学習処理>
 ここで、学習部112が学習モデル73Aを生成する際に行われる学習処理について説明する。図13は、実施例3の学習処理に関わる学習部112の処理動作の一例を示すフローチャートである。図13においてサーバ装置110内の学習部112は、集中コントローラ7から圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を定期的(例えば、5分毎)に取得する(ステップS11A)。そして、学習部112は、取得した圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を蓄積部111に順次蓄積する。
 学習部112は、ステップS11Aにて取得された一定期間分、例えば、30日分の圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を用いて学習モデル73Aを生成する(ステップS12A)。学習部112は、生成した学習モデル73Aを通信網120経由で集中コントローラ7に送信し(ステップS13A)、図13に示す処理動作を終了する。そして、集中コントローラ7は、通信網120経由で受信した学習モデル73Aを記憶部73に記憶する。
<故障判定処理>
 次に集中コントローラ7が圧縮機11の故障を常に判定できる故障判定処理について説明する。図14は、実施例3の故障判定処理に関わる集中コントローラ7の処理動作の一例を示すフローチャートである。図14において集中コントローラ7内の制御部74は、現在は取得タイミングであるか否かを判定する(ステップS21A)。尚、取得タイミングとしては、前述した5分毎である。制御部74内の取得部742は、現在が取得タイミングの場合(ステップS21A:Yes)、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値、吸入圧力値及び圧縮機11の実測電流値を取得する(ステップS22A)。尚、吐出圧力値は吐出圧力センサ31、吸入圧力値は吸入圧力センサ33で検出する。実測電流値は検出部741で圧縮機11のインバータ回路11Aから検出する。
 制御部74内の算出部743は、学習モデル73Aを用いて圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを算出する(ステップS23A)。尚、学習モデル73Aは、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を回帰式に代入することで圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを算出する。
 制御部74内の推定部744は、算出した圧縮機の効率に関わる状態量(係数)k、圧縮機11の冷媒吸入密度、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出比エンタルピ及び吸入比エンタルピを用いて、圧縮機11の推定電流値を推定する(ステップS24A)。尚、図示は省略するが、記憶部73には圧縮機11の吸入圧力値と吸入温度とに冷媒吸入密度を対応付けたテーブルが予め記憶されており、算出部743はこのテーブルを参照し、吸入圧力値及び吸入温度に応じた冷媒吸入密度を取得する。算出部743は、図3に示すモリエル線図と、吐出圧力値と、吐出温度とに基づき、吐出比エンタルピを算出する。更に、算出部743は、図3に示すモリエル線図と、吸入圧力値と、吸入温度とに基づき、吸入比エンタルピを算出する。そして、推定部744は、(効率に関わる状態量(係数)k)×(冷媒吸入密度p)×(圧縮機11の回転数)×(吐出比エンタルピ-吸入比エンタルピ)を用いて、圧縮機11の推定電流値を推定する。
 制御部74内の判定部745は、実測電流値÷推定電流値の演算を行い、現時点の比率を算出する(ステップS25A)。判定部745は、所定時間分の比率を算出したか否かを判定する(ステップS26A)。所定時間分は、例えば、1時間分である。判定部745は、所定時間分の比率を算出していない場合(ステップS26A:No)、ステップS21Aの処理に戻る。また、判定部745は、所定時間分の比率を算出した場合(ステップS26A:Yes)、所定時間分の比率から比率の平均値を算出する(ステップS27A)。
 そして、判定部745は、算出した比率の平均値が所定範囲外であるか否かを判定する(ステップS29A)。判定部745は、算出した比率の平均値が所定範囲外の場合(ステップS29A:Yes)、圧縮機11の故障と判断し(ステップS30A)、圧縮機11の故障を報知出力し(ステップS31A)、図14に示す処理動作を終了する。尚、報知出力は、空気調和機1を操作するリモコンの表示部や、空気調和機1を管理する管理者のPCや携帯端末の表示部等に圧縮機11の故障を報知するアラーム出力である。その結果、空気調和機1は、特別な運転や装置を必要とせずに、通常運転中でも圧縮機11の状態を判定して故障を推定できる。
 判定部745は、算出した比率の平均値が所定範囲内の場合(ステップS29A:No)、圧縮機11の正常と判断し(ステップS32A)、図14に示す処理動作を終了する。また、制御部74は、現在が取得タイミングでない場合(ステップS21A:No)、現在が取得タイミングであるか否かを判定すべく、ステップS21Aの処理に戻る。
<実施例3の効果>
 実施例3の空気調和機1では、通常の空気調和機で検出できる特徴量のみで圧縮機11の故障を判定できるので、判定のために特殊な運転を必要とせず、また、特殊な装置も必要がない。しかも、空気調和機1では、常に圧縮機11の実測電流値及び推定電流値を用いて圧縮機11の故障有無を判定するので、圧縮機11の故障を正確に常に判定できる。その結果、簡易かつコストをかけずに、圧縮機11の故障を正確に常に判定できる。
 従来の空気調和機では、単一の閾値(例えば、50A以上)を持つ電流異常検知で、圧縮機11の故障を検知していた。例えば、高負荷(高回転)運転下では、単一の閾値で圧縮機11の故障を検知して停止できるものの、例えば、低負荷(低回転)運転下では、以下の理由で、圧縮機11の故障を検知して停止できない。
 例えば、正常状態で20A程度の負荷が、圧縮機11の劣化で実測電流値が30Aとなっても、閾値以下なので圧縮機11の故障と検知できない。そして、実測電流値が30Aの状態で圧縮機11が駆動し続けることで、例えば、圧縮機11内部に格納されているモータの軸が損傷し、軸の一部が欠けた微小な粉状の破片(鉄粉)が冷媒と共に冷媒回路6に吐出されて冷媒回路6内を循環し、例えば、膨張弁の弁部に粉状の破片が噛み込むなど、冷媒回路6を構成する装置や部材にダメージを与えることも考えられる。この際、圧縮機11を交換しても冷媒回路6内に残留する粉状の破片は除去できないため、この粉状の破片によるダメージが生じる場合も考えられる。実施例3の空気調和機1では、圧縮機11の異常を早めに検知できるので、上述した粉状の破片が冷媒回路6に多く流入する前に圧縮機11を交換することができ、冷媒回路6を構成する装置や部材にダメージを与えるような事態を抑制できる。
 尚、実施例3の空気調和システム100では、サーバ装置110内の学習部112で学習した学習モデル73Aを生成し、生成した学習モデル73Aを集中コントローラ7に提供する場合を例示した。しかしながら、集中コントローラ7に学習モデルを生成する生成部を設けても良く、その実施の形態につき、実施例4として以下に説明する。
 尚、実施例3の空気調和システム100と実施例4の空気調和システム100Aとが同一の構成には同一符号を付すことで、その重複する構成及び動作の説明については省略する。図9に示す空気調和システム100Aは、サーバ装置110がなく、室外機2、室内機3及び集中コントローラ7Aを含む空気調和機1で構成する。図9に示す空気調和機1は、サーバ装置110と通信ができない空気調和機である。
 図15は、実施例4の集中コントローラ7Aの一例を示すブロック図である。図15に示す集中コントローラ7A内の制御部74は、検出部741、取得部742、算出部743、推定部744及び判定部745の他に、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを求める学習モデル73Aを生成する生成部746Aを有する。
 生成部746Aは、例えば、圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を特徴量として定期的、例えば、5分毎に収集し、収集した特徴量を蓄積する。生成部746Aは、蓄積した一定期間、例えば、30日分の圧縮機11の回転数、吐出圧力値及び吸入圧力値を用いて、圧縮機11の効率に関わる状態量(係数)kを求める学習モデル73Aを生成する。生成部746Aは、生成した学習モデル73Aを記憶部73に記憶する。
<実施例4の効果>
 実施例4のサーバ装置110と通信できない空気調和機1であっても、通常の空気調和機で検出できる特徴量のみで圧縮機11の故障を判定できるので、判定のために特殊な運転を必要とせず、また、特殊な装置も必要がない。しかも、空気調和機1では、常に圧縮機11の実測電流値及び推定電流値を用いて圧縮機11の故障有無を判定するので、圧縮機11の故障を正確に常に判定できる。その結果、簡易かつコストをかけずに、圧縮機11の故障を正確に常に判定できる。
<変形例>
 ここまでに説明した実施例3および実施例4では、吐出圧力と吐出温度とを用いて吐出比エンタルピを算出する場合を例示した。しかしながら、空気調和機では、吐出温度を検出できない場合も考えられる。そこで、例えば、吐出温度が検出できなくても、吐出圧力から吐出エンタルピを算出できる場合について以下に説明する。
 前述した通り、各実施例では、空気調和機1に吐出温度センサ32が搭載されている場合を例示したが、吐出温度センサ32が搭載されていない場合もある。この場合、空気調和機1では、吐出温度センサ32が搭載されていなくても、図3に示すように、吐出過熱度が分かれば、吐出圧力値を用いて吐出比エンタルピを算出できる。但し、この場合の吐出過熱度は予め試験などを行って求めた推定値であり、冷媒回路6の状態が試験を行った際と実働の際とで差異がある場合に、実測の吐出温度を使用する場合に比較して吐出比エンタルピの算出精度が低下する可能性がある。このため、吐出温度センサ32を搭載し、実測の吐出温度を使用して吐出過熱度を求める方が、吐出比エンタルピの算出精度が高まることは言うまでもない。
 また、実施例3および実施例4では、吸入圧力と吸入温度とを用いて吸入比エンタルピを算出する場合を例示した。しかしながら、空気調和機では、吸入温度を検出できない場合も考えられる。そこで、例えば、吸入温度が検出できなくても、吸入圧力から吸入エンタルピを算出できる場合について以下に説明する。
 前述した通り、各実施例では、空気調和機1に吸入温度センサ34が搭載されている場合を例示したが、吸入温度センサ34が搭載されていない場合もある。この場合、空気調和機1では、吸入温度センサ34が搭載されていなくても、図3に示すように、吸入過熱度が分かれば、吸入圧力値を用いて吸入比エンタルピを算出できる。但し、この場合の吸入過熱度は予め試験などを行って求めた推定値であり、冷媒回路6の状態が試験を行った際と実働の際とで差異がある場合に、実測の吸入温度を使用する場合に比較して吸入比エンタルピの算出精度が低下する可能性がある。このため、吸入温度センサ34を搭載し、実測の吸入温度を使用して吸入過熱度を求める方が、吸入比エンタルピの算出精度が高まることは言うまでもない。
 また、空気調和機は、吐出温度センサ32及び吸入温度センサ34の何れか一方しか搭載さていない場合も考えられるが、吐出過熱度の方が吸入過熱度と比べて推定値がばらつく可能性が大きい。従って、いずれか一方のみ取得する場合は、吐出温度センサ32のみを搭載し、吐出温度を取得する方が望ましい。
 また、実施例4の空気調和機1内の集中コントローラ7A内の制御部74は、故障推定装置の機能を実行する場合を例示した。しかしながら、集中コントローラ7A内の制御部74でなくても良く、例えば、室外機2内の第1の制御ユニット19又は、室内機3内の第2の制御ユニット50内に故障推定装置の機能を実行しても良く、適宜変更可能である。
 空気調和機1の集中コントローラ7A内に故障推定装置の機能を実行するソフトウェアをインストールし、集中コントローラ7A内の制御部74で故障推定装置の機能を実行させても良く、適宜変更可能である。この場合、学習部を持たない既設の空気調和機1に故障推定装置の機能実行するソフトウェアをインストールすることで、既設の空気調和機1であっても、圧縮機11の劣化判定に必要な仕組みを簡単に搭載できる。
 尚、実施例3及び4の空気調和機1では、1台の室外機2に対してN台の室内機3を接続した場合の圧縮機11の故障を推定する故障推定装置を例示した。これに対し、1台の室外機2と1台の室内機3とが接続した空気調和機1についても、実施例3や実施例4と同様の方法で圧縮機11の故障を推定できる。
 本実施例では、学習モデル73Aは、サーバ装置110又は集中コントローラ7Aで生成する場合を例示したが、利用者がシミュレーション結果から学習モデル73Aを算出しても良い。また、本実施例では、重回帰分析法を用いて学習モデル73Aを生成する場合を例示したが、一般の回帰分析法を行える機械学習手法のSVR(Support Vector Regression)、NN(Neural Network)などを用いて学習モデル73Aを生成しても良い。その際、特徴量選択に当たっては重回帰分析法で用いたP値や補正R2の代わりに、学習モデル73Aの精度が向上するよう特徴量を選択する一般の手法(Forward Feature Selection法、Backward feature Eliminationなど)を使えばよい。
 また、図示した各部の各構成要素は、必ずしも物理的に図示の如く構成されていることを要しない。すなわち、各部の分散・統合の具体的形態は図示のものに限られず、その全部又は一部を、各種の負荷や使用状況等に応じて、任意の単位で機能的又は物理的に分散・統合して構成することができる。
 更に、各装置で行われる各種処理機能は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)(又はMPU(Micro Processing Unit)、MCU(Micro Controller Unit)等のマイクロ・コンピュータ)上で、その全部又は任意の一部を実行するようにしても良い。また、各種処理機能は、CPU(又はMPU、MCU等のマイクロ・コンピュータ)で解析実行するプログラム上、又はワイヤードロジックによるハードウェア上で、その全部又は任意の一部を実行するようにしても良いことは言うまでもない。

  1.  圧縮機の駆動電流の実測値である実測電流値を検出する電流検出部と、
     圧縮機の駆動電流の推定値である推定電流値を推定する推定部と、
     前記実測電流値と前記推定電流値との比率を算出し、算出した比率を用いて、前記圧縮機の状態を判定する判定部と、
     を有することを特徴とする状態判定装置。
  2.  第1の所定範囲の上限値から所定値を加算した第1の上限値から、前記第1の所定範囲の下限値から前記所定値を減算した第1の下限値までの第2の所定範囲を設定し、
     前記判定部は、
     前記比率が第1の所定範囲内の値であれば前記圧縮機を正常と判定すると共に、前記比率が前記第1の所定範囲外の値、かつ、前記比率が前記第2の所定範囲内の値の場合に、前記圧縮機が劣化していると判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の状態判定装置。
  3.  前記判定部は、
     前記比率が前記第2の所定範囲外の値の場合に前記圧縮機が故障していると判定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の状態判定装置。
  4.  前記判定部にて前記圧縮機が劣化していると判定した場合に、前記比率に応じて前記圧縮機の負荷を軽減するように圧縮機を制御する保護制御部を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の状態判定装置。

     前記実測電流値と前記推定電流値との比率を算出し、算出した前記比率を用いて、前記圧縮機の状態を判定する判定部と、

     前記圧縮機の回転数及び前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量を用いて、前記圧縮機の効率に関わる状態量を求める学習モデルを生成する学習部を有し、
     前記推定部は、
     前記サーバ装置より取得した前記学習モデルを用いて、前記圧縮機の効率に関わる状態量を求め、求めた前記圧縮機の効率に関わる状態量を用いて前記推定電流値を推定することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の空気調和システム。
  16.  前記サーバ装置は、
     異なる圧縮機の機種毎に各々の圧縮機の駆動に関わる特徴量に対応付けて駆動電流値が記憶された記憶部を有し、
     前記推定部は、
     前記空気調和機に搭載されている前記圧縮機の機種における、検出した前記圧縮機の駆動に関わる特徴量に対応する前記駆動電流値を前記記憶部から読み出し、読み出した前記駆動電流値を前記推定電流値とすることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の空気調和システム。
  17.  前記推定部は、
     検出した圧縮機の駆動に関わる特徴量に対応する前記駆動電流値を前記記憶部から読み出す際に、前記圧縮機の駆動に関わる特徴量が所定の範囲内である値に対応する前記駆動電流値を全て読み出し、読み出した複数の駆動電流値の平均値を前記推定電流値とすることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の空気調和システム。
  18.  インバータ回路により駆動される圧縮機と、室外熱交換器及び膨張弁を備える室外機と、室外機に接続される室内機と、を有する空気調和機であって、
     前記圧縮機の駆動電流の実測値である実測電流値を検出する電流検出部と、
     圧縮機の駆動電流である推定値である推定電流値を推定する推定部と、
     前記実測電流値と前記推定電流値との比率を算出し、算出した前記比率を用いて、前記圧縮機の状態を判定する判定部と、
    を有することを特徴とする空気調和機。
  19.  圧縮機を駆動する実測の駆動電流値である実測電流値を検出する検出部と、
     前記実測電流値を含む、前記圧縮機の駆動に関わる特徴量を取得する取得部と、
     前記特徴量を用いて前記圧縮機の運転負荷に応じた駆動電流値を推定電流値として推定する推定部と、
     前記推定部にて推定された推定電流値と、前記検出部にて検出された前記実測電流値とを用いて、前記圧縮機の状態を判定する判定部と、

     前記特徴量として、前記実測電流値、前記圧縮機の回転数、前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量及び、前記圧縮機の効率に関わる状態量を取得することを特徴とする請求項19に記載の故障推定装置。
  21.  前記取得部にて取得された前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する前記冷媒の状態量を用いて、前記圧縮機に吸入される前記冷媒の密度である冷媒吸入密度と、前記圧縮機から吐出される前記冷媒の比エンタルピである吐出比エンタルピと前記圧縮機に吸入される前記冷媒の比エンタルピである吸入比エンタルピとの差分である比エンタルピ差とを夫々算出する算出部をさらに有し、
     前記推定部は、
     前記冷媒吸入密度、前記圧縮機の回転数、前記比エンタルピ差及び、前記圧縮機の効率に関わる状態量を用いて、前記推定電流値を推定し、
     前記判定部は、
     前記推定部にて推定された前記推定電流値と、前記検出部にて検出された前記実測電流値との比較結果に基づき、前記圧縮機が故障しているか否かを判定する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の故障推定装置。
  22.  前記圧縮機の回転数と前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する前記冷媒の状態量とを用いて、前記圧縮機の効率に関わる状態量を求める学習モデルをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項21に記載の故障推定装置。
  23.  前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する前記冷媒の状態量は、
     前記圧縮機の吐出圧力及び吸入圧力を含むことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の故障推定装置。
  24.  前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する前記冷媒の状態量は、
     前記圧縮機の吐出温度を含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の故障推定装置。
  25.  前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する前記冷媒の状態量は、
     前記圧縮機の吸入温度を含むことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の故障推定装置。
  26.  前記推定電流値と前記実測電流値との比が所定範囲内の場合に前記圧縮機が故障していないと判定すると共に、前記推定電流値と前記実測電流値との比が前記所定範囲外の場合に前記圧縮機が故障していると判定することを特徴とする請求項19~25の何れか一つに記載の故障推定装置。
  27.  前記取得部は、
     前記実測電流値、前記圧縮機の回転数及び、前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量を定期的に取得し、
     前記推定部は、
     前記取得部にて前記圧縮機の回転数及び、前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する前記冷媒の状態量を取得する度に前記推定電流値を推定し、
     前記判定部は、
     前記推定電流値と前記実測電流値との比較結果を、前記推定電流値を推定する度に算出し、所定時間分の比較結果の平均値を算出し、算出した前記平均値に基づき、前記圧縮機が故障しているか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項26に記載の故障推定装置。
  28.  圧縮機の故障を推定する故障推定装置が、
     前記圧縮機を駆動する実測の駆動電流値である実測電流値を検出する処理と、
     前記実測電流値を含む、前記圧縮機の駆動に関わる特徴量を取得する処理と、
     前記圧縮機の駆動に関わる特徴量を用いて前記圧縮機の運転負荷に応じた駆動電流値を推定電流値として推定する処理と、
     推定された推定電流値と、検出された実測電流値とを用いて、前記圧縮機の状態を判定する処理と、
     を実行することを特徴とする故障推定方法。
  29.  圧縮機、室外熱交換器及び膨張弁を備えた室外機と、室外機に接続される室内機とを有する空気調和機と、前記空気調和機と通信可能なサーバ装置とを有し、
     前記サーバ装置は、
     前記圧縮機の回転数及び前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量を用いて、前記圧縮機の効率に関わる状態量を求める学習モデルを生成する学習部を有し、
     前記空気調和機は、
     前記圧縮機を駆動する実測の駆動電流値である実測電流値を検出する検出部と、
     前記圧縮機の実測電流値、前記圧縮機の回転数、前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量及び、前記圧縮機の効率に関わる状態量を取得する取得部と、
     前記取得部にて取得された前記圧縮機の回転数、前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する前記冷媒の状態量及び、前記学習モデルで求められた前記圧縮機の効率に関わる状態量を用いて、前記圧縮機の運転負荷に応じて駆動電流値を推定電流値として推定する推定部と、
     前記推定部にて推定された前記推定電流値と、前記検出部にて検出された前記実測電流値とを用いて、前記圧縮機の状態を判定する判定部と、
     を有することを特徴とする空気調和システム。
  30.  圧縮機、室外熱交換器及び膨張弁を備えた室外機と、室外機に接続される室内機とを有する空気調和機であって、
     前記圧縮機を駆動する実測の駆動電流値である実測電流値を検出する検出部と、
     前記圧縮機の実測電流値、前記圧縮機の回転数及び、前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する冷媒の状態量を取得する取得部と、
     前記取得部にて取得された前記圧縮機の回転数及び、前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する前記冷媒の状態量を用いて生成され、前記圧縮機の効率に関わる状態量を求める学習モデルと、
     前記取得部にて取得された前記圧縮機の回転数及び、前記圧縮機の駆動に関連する前記冷媒の状態量と、前記学習モデルで求められた前記圧縮機の効率に関わる状態量とを用いて、前記圧縮機の運転負荷に応じて駆動電流値を推定電流値として推定する推定部と、
     前記推定部にて推定された前記推定電流値と、前記検出部にて検出された前記実測電流値とを用いて、前記圧縮機の状態を判定する判定部と、
     を有することを特徴とする空気調和機。
