バッテリ制御装置及びバッテリ制御方法
 本発明は、バッテリ制御装置及びバッテリ制御方法に関するものである。
 従来より、メインバッテリと、補助電源であるサブバッテリとによって、補器群に給電する電源制御装置が知られている(例えば、特許文献1)。特許文献1記載の電源制御装置では、メインバッテリが劣化していない場合には、燃費優先モード、バランスモード、機能優先モードのとのいずれかをユーザに選択させて、ユーザに選択されたモードによって、サブバッテリの下限SOCを緊急下限値、中間値、最大値のいずれかのSCOに設定する。
特開2015-126574号公報
 上記特許文献1記載の電源制御装置では、サブバッテリの現在のSOCと、設定された下限SOCとのSOC差が大きい場合に、サブバッテリは下限SOCまで放電すると、放電量が大きくなり、サブバッテリの劣化が促進するという問題がある。
 本発明が解決しようとする課題は、バッテリの劣化を防止するバッテリ制御装置及びバッテリ制御方法を提供することである。
 本発明は、バッテリの充電から放電に切り替わる充放電切り替わりを検知し、充放電切り替わりの時点におけるバッテリの状態に応じて放電可能量を設定し、充放電切り替わりの時点からのバッテリの放電量が放電可能量に達した場合に、バッテリの放電を禁止することにより上記課題を解決する。
 本発明によれば、バッテリの劣化を防止できる。
図1は、本発明の一実施の形態に係るバッテリ制御システムのブロック図である。 図2は、エンジン動作により得られるエネルギーと、補器等で消費されるエネルギーとの関係を示すグラフである。 図3は、本実施形態における、バッテリ制御方法の制御フローを示すフローチャートである。 図4は、充放電切り替わり時点より前の充電と充放電切り替わり時点より後の放電におけるSOC特性を示すグラフである。
 以下、本発明に係るバッテリ制御装置及びバッテリ制御方法の一実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図1は本発明の一実施の形態に係るバッテリ制御システムのブロック図である。バッテリ制御システム100は、エンジンを備えた車両に搭載され、バッテリ1の状態を管理し、バッテリ1の充放電を制御するシステムである。なお、バッテリコントローラ10を含む装置が本発明の「バッテリ制御装置」に相当し、バッテリコントローラ10により実行されるバッテリ制御方法が本発明の「バッテリ制御方法」に相当する。
 図1に示すように、バッテリ制御システム100は、バッテリ1、電流センサ2、電圧センサ3、オルタネータ4、エンジン(ENG)5、インバータ6、DCDCコンバータ7、スタータモータ8、リレースイッチ9、バッテリコントローラ10、アイドリングストップ(IS)コントローラ20、エネルギーマネージメントコントローラ30、及び負荷41、42を備えている。
 バッテリ(低電圧バッテリ)1は、スタータモータ8、負荷41を動作させるための低電圧電源である。バッテリ1は、50ボルト以下のバッテリであって例えば12Vバッテリである。バッテリ1は、リチウムイオンバッテリ又は鉛バッテリ等の二次電池である。バッテリ1は、オルタネータ4、スタータモータ8、負荷41に電気的に接続されている。バッテリ1には、過放電を防止する下限SOCが予め設定されている。下限SOCは、バッテリ1に含まれる材料、電池性能等により予め決められる。
 電流センサ2及び電圧センサ3はバッテリ1に接続されている。電流センサ2は、バッテリ1に流れる充放電電流を検出する。電圧センサ3はバッテリ1の端子間電圧を検出する。電流センサ2及び電圧センサ3は検出値をバッテリコントローラ10に出力する。オルタネータ4は、インバータ6及びDCDCコンバータ7を介して、バッテリ1に電気的に接続されている。オルタネータ4は、発電電力をバッテリ1に供給することで、バッテリ1を充電する。オルタネータ4は、エンジン5から得られるエネルギーを元に発電する。オルタネータ4は、ギアユニットを介してエンジン5に連結されており、エンジン5の出力トルク(エンジントルク)により、オルタネータ4に含まれるロータが回転することで、発電する。
 インバータ6は、オルタネータ4の発電電力を直流電力に変換する電力変換器である。DCDCコンバータ7はバッテリ1とインバータ6との間に接続され、インバータ6の出力電圧を変換して、バッテリ1の充電電圧として出力する。またDCDCコンバータ7は、負荷41に対して電力で出力する。
 スタータモータ8は、エンジンをクランキングさせるためのモータである。リレースイッチ9がオンになると、バッテリ1からの電力がスタータモータ8に供給され、スタータモータ8が駆動する。リレースイッチ9はバッテリ1とスタータモータ8の間に接続されており、バッテリ1からスタータモータ8への電気的な導通と遮断を切り替える。リレースイッチ9のオン、オフはISコントローラ20の制御指令により切り替わる。
 負荷41は、低電圧バッテリ1及び/又はオルタネータ4から出力される電力によって動作し、例えばエアーコンディショナーに含まれるファン、スピーカ等のオーディオ機器、ランプ等である。負荷42はエンジン5の動力によって動作し、例えばエアーコンディショナーに含まれるコンプレッサ、トランスミッション等である。
 バッテリコントローラ10は、バッテリ1に接続されたセンサ(電流センサ2及び/又は電圧センサ3)状態を管理し、バッテリ1の充放電を制御する。バッテリコントローラ10は、バッテリ1の状態を管理する機能、バッテリ1の充放電を制御する機能、及び、放電可能量を設定する機能等の各種機能を実行するためのプロセッサであり、コントロールユニット内のメモリに保存されたプログラムを実行する。バッテリコントローラ10は、機能ブロックとして、バッテリ管理部11、充放電制御部12、放電可能量設定部13を有している。なおバッテリコントローラ10は、バッテリ管理部11等の各機能ブロックの機能に限らず、他の機能を有してもよい。
 バッテリ管理部11は、電流センサ2の検出電流、及び、電圧センサ3の検出電圧に基づき、バッテリ1のSOC(充電状態)を算出する。バッテリ1が無負荷状態である場合には、バッテリ管理部11は、電圧センサ3の検出電圧を開放電圧として取得し、バッテリ1の開放電圧とSOCとの相関性を示したマップを参照して、SOCを算出する。バッテリ1が有負荷状態である場合には、バッテリ管理部11は、電流センサ2の検出電流を用いてバッテリ1の充放電電流を積算することで、バッテリ1の充電量又は放電量を算出する。バッテリ管理部11は、バッテリ1の充放電開始時の電池容量(残容量)に、算出した充電量又は放電量を加算することで、現在の電池容量を算出する。そして、バッテリ管理部11は、バッテリ1の満充電容量から現在の電池容量を除算することで、現在SOCを算出する。なお、バッテリ1のSOCの算出方法は、他の方法であってもよい。またバッテリ管理部11は、バッテリ1の充電から放電への切り替わり(以下、「充放電切り替わり」とも称する)を検知する。具体的には、バッテリ管理部11は、バッテリ1のSOCの変化が増加から減少へ切り替わったこと、又は、バッテリ1の電流が充電電流から放電電流に変わったことを特定することで、充放電切り替わりを検知する。バッテリ管理部11は、充放電切り替わりを検知した場合には、充放電切り替わり時点からのバッテリの放電量を算出する。なお、充放電切り替わり時点は、バッテリ1の状態が充電から放電に切り替わったタイミングに相当する。
 充放電制御部12は、インバータ6及びDC/DCコンバータ7に制御指令を出力し、オルタネータ4からバッテリ1に出力される充電電流を制御する。また充放電制御部12は、バッテリ1が満充電に達した場合には、バッテリ1への充電を停止する。充放電制御部12は、バッテリ1から負荷41に対して電力を供給する際には、バッテリ1の放電電流を制御する。バッテリ1の放電によりバッテリ1のSOCが低下し、バッテリ1の下限SOCに達した場合には、充放電制御部12はバッテリ1からの放電を停止する。また充放電制御部12は、バッテリ管理部11により充放電切り替わりを検知した場合に、充放電切り替わり時点からの放電量が放電可能量に達したときには、バッテリ1の放電を停止する。バッテリ1の放電停止後は、バッテリ1のSOCが充放電切り替わり時点のSOCまで、バッテリ1の放電は禁止される。つまり、充放電制御部12は、充放電切り替わり時点からの放電量が放電可能量に達した場合に、バッテリ1の放電を禁止する。
 放電可能量設定部13は、充放電切り替わり時点におけるバッテリ1の状態に応じて放電可能量を設定する。放電可能量は、充放電切り換え時点から放電できる、バッテリ1の放電量を示している。放電可能量設定部13は、充放電切り換え時点のバッテリ1のSOC又は残容量に応じて、充放電可能量を設定する。例えば、放電可能量設定部13は、充放電切り換え時点のバッテリ1のSOC又は残容量が大きいほど放電可能量が大きくなるように、充放電可能量を設定する。例えば、放電可能量設定部13は、バッテリ1の残容量に対して所定の割合(例えば1%)を乗じることで、放電可能量を算出すればよい。このとき、放電可能量設定部13は、所定の割合を、バッテリ1のSOC又は残容量に応じた値とすればよい。また、放電可能量設定部13は、充放電切り替わり時点で放電可能量を設定する際には、バッテリ1の放電量が放電可能量に達した時のSOCが、バッテリ1の過放電を防止する下限SOCより高くなるように、放電可能量を設定するとよい。これにより、バッテリ1の劣化を抑制できる。
 また、放電可能量設定部13は、切り替わりの時点における車両の環境及び/又は負荷41、42の動作状況に応じて、放電可能量を設定してもよい。車両の環境は、車両の周囲環境(車外又は車内の環境)の温度や湿度で表される。温度及び/又は湿度は、エアーコンディショナー等の負荷41、42に対する動作要求を予測するために使用される。例えば、冬の季節で外気温が低い場合、又は、夏の季節で外気温が高い場合には、エアーコンディショナーを使用することが予想され、現在の外気温と快適温度との差が大きい場合には、エアーコンディショナーの風量なども大きくなる。エアーコンディショナーを使用する際に、エンジン5の出力トルクが不足している場合には、バッテリ1の充電容量がエアーコンディショナーの動作に使用される。このような場合には、エアーコンディショナーに対する動作要求を満たすために、バッテリ1の放電量を多くするとよい。すなわち、放電可能量設定部13は、切り替わりの時点における車両の環境から、エアーコンディショナーを使用するシーンを予測できる場合には、放電可能量を大きくしてもよい。
 また、負荷41、42の動作状況から、エンジン5の出力トルクから得られるエネルギーが、負荷41、42の動作、オルタネータ4の動作等に多く使用されている状態で、さらに、別の負荷41、42を動作させようとすると、エネルギー不足が生じる。このようなエネルギー不足が生じた場合には、バッテリ1の放電でエネルギー不足を補完するとよい。すなわち、放電可能量設定部13は、切り替わりの時点における負荷41、42の動作状況から、エンジン5の出力トルクではエネルギー不足となることを予測できる場合には、放電可能量を大きくしてもよい。なお、放電可能量設定部13は、充放電切り換え時点のバッテリ1のSOC又は残容量が十分に大きい場合(例えばSOC:70~80%以上の場合)に、切り替わりの時点における車両の環境及び/又は負荷41、42の動作状況に応じて、放電可能量を大きくしてもよい。つまり、放電可能量設定部13は、バッテリ1を放電させてもバッテリ1の劣化が促進しないようなバッテリ1の状態で、放電可能量を大きくするとよい。
 ISコントローラ20は、アイドリングストップ条件を満たす場合には、アイドリングストップを行う。アイドリングストップ条件は、車速、ブレーキ作動の有無、又はエンジン回転速度等で規定される。例えば、アイドリングストップ条件は、車速がゼロで、ブレーキが作動し、かつ、エンジン回転速度が所定の回転速度閾値未満である場合とする。アイドリングストップ期間(エンジンの停止期間)は、例えば1分のように予め決められている。ISコントローラ20は、アイドリングストップの経過時間がアイドリングストップ期間に達した場合、又は、アイドリングストップ中に、車両の状態がアイドリングストップ条件を満たさない状態となった場合には、アイドリングストップを解除する。ISコントローラ20は、アイドリングストップを解除する際には、リレースイッチ9をオンにして、スタータモータ8を駆動させる。
 アイドリングストップ中、エンジン5は停止しており、負荷41、42はバッテリ1の電力で動作する。すなわち、アイドリングストップ前は、エンジン5が駆動しているため、バッテリ1はオルタネータ4の発電電力で充電される。アイドリングストップが行われると、バッテリ1は充電から放電に切り替わる。そして、バッテリ管理部11は、アイドリングストップにより生じる充放電切り替わりを検知する。
 EMコントローラ30は、車両におけるエネルギーマネージメントシステムを制御するコントロールユニットである。エネルギーマネージメントシステムは、車両に搭載され、補器用のエネルギーを制御するシステムである。エネルギーマネージメントシステムは、エンジン5の出力トルクを、負荷41、42及びオルタネータ4を動作するためのエネルギーに分配する。
 図2を参照して、車両の走行中、エネルギーマネージメントシステムで実行されるエネルギーの分配について説明する。図2は、エンジン動作により得られるエネルギーと、補器等で消費されるエネルギーとの関係を示すグラフである。図2において「ENGトルク」はエンジン5の出力トルクで得られるエネルギーを示し、「TM負荷」は負荷42に含まれるトランスミッションを動作するために必要なエネルギーを、「AC負荷」はエアーコンディショナーを動作するために、エンジン5の出力トルクから得る必要のあるエネルギーを、「発電負荷」はオルタネータ4や負荷41を動作させるために必要なエネルギーを示す。
 図2(а)に示すように、「通常」時では、「ENGトルク」のエネルギーが、「TM負荷」、「AC負荷」、及び「発電負荷」に分配されたとしても、エネルギー(Ea)相当の余裕トルク(エンジン余裕トルク)ができる。エンジン余裕トルクはバッテリ1の充電に使用される。「通常」の状態から、例えばエアーコンディショナーの出力が上がると、「ECGトルク」のエネルギーの多くが「AC負荷」で消費される。そのため図2(b)に示すように、EMコントローラ30は、「ENGトルク」のエネルギーを「発電負荷」に分配できなくなり、エネルギー(Eb)相当のエンジントルクが不足する。図2(b)に示すように、「ENGトルク」のエネルギーが、エンジントルクを必要とする負荷の必要エネルギーに対して不足する、いわゆるエンジントルク収支が合わない状態となった場合には、「発電負荷」を下げて、一時的にオルタネータ4からの出力に制限をかける。しかしながら、オルタネータ4からの出力に制限をかけると、オルタネータ4からの電力が負荷41に十分に供給されず、例えば負荷41に含まれる、エアーコンディショナーのファンが動作しなくなり、エアーコンディショナーの出力性能が下がってしまう。
 EMコントローラ30は、図2(b)に示すようなエンジントルク収支が合わない状態である場合には、バッテリ1を充電から放電に切り替えて、バッテリ1の放電電力で、エネルギー(Eb)相当のエンジントルクを補完する。つまり、EMコントローラ30は、オルタネータ4からの出力に制限をかけて「発電負荷」を減らし、エンジントルクの不足分に相当するエネルギーを、バッテリ1の放電で得る。
 なお上記では「AC負荷」のエネルギー上昇により、エンジントルクが不足する例を説明したが、「発電負荷」のエネルギーが上昇した場合にも、エンジントルクが不足することがある。例えば、エンジントルク収支が合っている状態で、負荷41を動作させるために必要なエネルギーが増加した場合には、エンジントルクが不足する。EMコントローラ30は、バッテリ1を充電から放電に切り替えて、バッテリ1の放電電力で、エンジントルクの不足分を補完する。
 すなわち、エネルギーマネージメントシステムは、エンジン5の出力トルクが、負荷41及び/又はオルタネータ4の動作に必要なエネルギーに対して不足した場合には、バッテリ1の放電よりエネルギー不足を補完する。これにより、エンジントルク収支を保ちつつ、負荷41に対して電力を供給できる。
 上記のように、EMコントローラ30は、車両の走行中、「ENGトルク」のエネルギーを、「TM負荷」、「AC負荷」、及び「発電負荷」に分配しても、エンジン余裕トルクがある場合には(図2(а)の状態)、エンジン5の出力トルクでオルタネータ4を駆動させてバッテリ1を充電することで、エンジン余裕トルク相当のエネルギーをバッテリ1の充電に使用する。この状態で、例えばAC負荷が大きくなり、エンジントルク収支が合わない状態になった場合には、EMコントローラ30は、バッテリ1を充電から放電に切り替えるために、制御指令をバッテリコントローラ10に出力する。バッテリコントローラ10の充放電制御部12はバッテリ1を充電から放電に切り替える。そして、バッテリ管理部11は、エネルギー不足の補完により生じる充放電切り替わりを検知する。
 次に、図3を参照して、バッテリ制御方法の制御フローを説明する。図3は、バッテリ制御方法の制御フローを示すフローチャートである。バッテリコントローラ10は、車両の走行を開始する(イグニッションスイッチがオンになる)と制御フローを開始する。なお図3に示す制御フローは、車両の走行開始後、バッテリ1が充電から放電に切り替わり、放電が禁止されるまでのフローを示している。なお、図3の制御フローは車両の走行中に実行されてもよく、車両の停車中に実行されてもよい。
 ステップS1にて、バッテリ管理部11は、電流センサ2の検出電流及び/又は電圧センサ3の検出電圧に基づき、バッテリ1の現在のSOC(現在SOC)を算出する。ステップS2にて、バッテリ管理部11は、今回SOCから前回SOCを差し引くことで、前回SOCと今回SOCの差分(ΔSOC)を算出する。今回SOCは現在SOCに相当する。前回SOCは前回の制御フローのループで、ステップS1の制御フローで算出されたSOCに相当する。
 ステップS3にて、バッテリ管理部11は、SOC差分の今回値(ΔSOC)とSOC差分の前回値(ΔSOCn―1)とを比較する。SOC差分の今回値は今回の制御フローのループで、ステップS2の制御フローで算出されたSOCに相当する。SOC差分の前回値は前回の制御フローのループで、ステップS2の制御フローで算出されたSOCに相当する。SOC差分の今回値(ΔSOC)が前回値(ΔSOCn―1)より小さい場合には、バッテリ1のSOCの変化が増加から減少へ切り替わったことになり、バッテリ管理部11は、バッテリ1の充放電切り替わりを検知する。SOC差分の今回値(ΔSOC)が前回値(ΔSOCn―1)以上である場合には、制御フローはステップS1に戻る。
 充放電切り替わりが検知された場合には、放電可能量設定部13は、充放電切り替わり時点におけるバッテリ1の状態に応じて放電可能量を設定する(ステップS4)。充放電制御部12は、バッテリ1の充電から放電に切り替えて、バッテリ1の放電を開始する(ステップS5)。ステップS6にて、バッテリ管理部11はバッテリ1の放電量を算出する。ステップS7にて、バッテリ管理部11は、充放電切り換え時点から現在までの放電量と、放電可能量を比較する。放電量が放電可能量以下である場合には、制御フローはステップS6に戻る。放電量が放電可能量より大きい場合には、ステップS8にて、バッテリ管理部11は、バッテリ1の放電量が放電可能量に達したと判定し、バッテリ1の放電を禁止する。そして、バッテリコントローラ10は、図3に示す制御フローを終了する。
 なお放電禁止後、充放電制御部12は、バッテリ1のSOCが放電開始時のSOC(ステップS5の制御フローを実行した時のSOC)になるまで、バッテリ1を充電してもよい。
 次に、本実施形態に係るバッテリ制御システムで制御されるバッテリ1のSOC特性を、参考例と比較して説明する。図4は、充放電切り替わり時点より前の充電と充放電切り替わり時点より後の放電におけるSOC特性を示すグラフである。図4において、充電開始SOCは、充放電切り替わり時点より前の充電を開始した時点のSOCを示す。充電完了SOCは、充放電切り替わり時点のSOCを示す。放電SOCаは、本実施形態に係るバッテリ制御システムにおいて、バッテリ1の放電量が放電可能量に達した時のSOCを示す。放電SOCは、参考例に係るバッテリ制御システムにおいて、バッテリ1の放電量が放電可能量に達した時のSOC(放電終了時のSOC)を示す。参考例では、充放電切り替わり時点後の放電終了時のSOCが、充電開始SOCに対して1%低いSOCになるよう、放電可能量が設定されている。
 図4の矢印аに示すように、本実施形態では、放電可能量は、放電開始SOCに対して数パーセント程度(例えば1%程度)の低下になるよう設定されており、バッテリ1の放電可能量に達した時のSOCが、切り替わりの直前の充電における充電開始SOCよりも高くなるように設定されている。そのため、放電可能量により許容される放電可能量は、充放電切り替わり時点の直前の充電量と比較して、大きく抑えられている。そのため、図4のエリアDаの面積部分で表される放電量は小さくなる。一方、参考例では、充放電切り替わり時点の直後の放電を終えると、放電終了時のSOCは、放電開始時のSOC(充電完了SOCに相当)よりも低くなっており、放電開始時から放電終了時までのSOCの低下幅は大きい。そのため、図4のエリアDの面積部分で表される放電量は大きい。すなわち、本実施形態では、参考例と比較して充放電切り替わり時点の直後の放電量が抑制され、バッテリ1の劣化を防止できる。
 上記のように、本実施形態に係るバッテリ制御装置及びバッテリ制御方法において、バッテリコントローラ10は、充放電切り替わりを検知し、充放電切り替わりの時点におけるバッテリ1の状態に応じて放電可能量を設定し、充放電切り替わりの時点からのバッテリ1の放電量が放電可能量に達した場合に、バッテリ1の放電を禁止する。これにより、バッテリ1の充放電切り替わり後の放電量が抑制され、バッテリ1の劣化を防止できる。
 また本実施形態において、バッテリコントローラ10は、アイドリングストップにより生じる充放電切り替わりを検知する。これにより、アイドリングストップ中のバッテリ1放電量が抑制され、バッテリ1の劣化を防止できる。
 また本実施形態において、車両は、エンジン5の出力トルクを、車両の負荷41、42及び/又はオルタネータ4を動作するためのエネルギーに分配するエネルギーマネージメントシステムを備え、エネルギーマネージメントシステムは、エンジン5の出力トルクが、負荷41、42及び/又はオルタネータ4の動作に必要なエネルギーに対して不足した場合には、バッテリ1の放電よりエネルギー不足を補完し、バッテリコントローラ10は、エネルギー不足の補完により生じる充放電切り替わりを検知する。これにより、エネルギーマネージメントによりバッテリ1を放電させる場合に、バッテリ1の放電量が抑制され、バッテリ1の劣化を防止できる。
 また本実施形態において、バッテリコントローラ10は、充放電切り替わりの時点における車両の環境及び/又は負荷41、42の動作状況に応じて、放電可能量を設定する。これにより、車両の環境からエアーコンディショナー等の補器類を大きな出力で動作させる際に、エンジントルクが不足するようなシーンでは、バッテリ1の放電によりエネルギー不足を補完できる。また、負荷41、42を動作させるために必要なエネルギーが大きく、エンジントルクが不足するようなシーンでは、バッテリ1の放電によりエネルギー不足を補完できる。
 また本実施形態において、バッテリコントローラ10は、バッテリ1の放電量が放電可能量に達した時のSOCが、バッテリ1の過放電を防止する下限SOCより高くなるように、放電可能量を設定する。これにより、バッテリ1の劣化を防止できる。
 なおバッテリコントローラ10、ISコントローラ20、及びEMコントローラ30は、必ずしも1つのECUで構成されなくてもよく、複数のECUで構成されてもよく、車両に搭載された複数のECUが、バッテリコントローラ10、ISコントローラ20、及びEMコントローラ30の機能を有してもよい。例えばISコントローラ20は、以下の要領で、各ECUからの制御指令に基づきアイドリングストップを実行するか解除するか判定する。ECUは、アイドリングストップ条件を満たさない場合には、アイドリングストップ条件を満たしていない旨の制御指令を、ISコントローラ20に送信する。アイドリングストップ条件は、車速やエンジン回転速度など、複数の条件をもっており、アイドリングストップ条件を満たすか否かの判定は、ECU等の複数のECUで行われる。そしてISコントローラ20は、少なくとも1つのECUから、アイドリングストップ条件を満たさない旨の制御指令を受信した場合には、アイドリングストップを解除する。本実施形態における「バッテリコントローラ10」が本発明の「コントローラ」に相当する。

Claims (6)

  1.  車両に搭載されたバッテリを制御するバッテリ制御装置であって、
     前記バッテリに接続されたセンサの検出値に基づき前記バッテリの状態を管理し、前記バッテリの充放電を制御するコントローラを備え、
     前記コントローラは、
      前記バッテリの充電から放電に切り替わる充放電切り替わりを検知し、
      前記充放電切り替わりの時点における前記バッテリの状態に応じて放電可能量を設定し、
      前記充放電切り替わりの時点からの前記バッテリの放電量が前記放電可能量に達した場合に、前記バッテリの放電を禁止するバッテリ制御装置。
  2.  請求項1記載のバッテリ制御装置において、
     前記バッテリは、エンジンに連結されたオルタネータの発電電力により充電され、
     前記コントローラは、アイドリングストップにより生じる前記充放電切り替わりを検知するバッテリ制御装置。
  3.  請求項1記載のバッテリ制御装置において、
     前記バッテリは、エンジンに連結されたオルタネータの発電電力により充電され、
     前記車両は、前記エンジンの出力トルクを、前記車両の負荷及び/又は前記オルタネータを動作するためのエネルギーに分配するエネルギーマネージメントシステムを備え、
     前記エネルギーマネージメントシステムは、
      前記出力トルクが、前記負荷及び/又は前記オルタネータの動作に必要なエネルギーに対して不足した場合には、前記バッテリの放電よりエネルギー不足を補完し、
     前記コントローラは、前記エネルギー不足の補完により生じる前記充放電切り替わりを検知するバッテリ制御装置。
  4.  請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ制御装置において、
     前記コントローラは、前記充放電切り替わりの時点における前記車両の環境及び/又は前記車両の負荷の動作状況に応じて、前記放電可能量を設定するバッテリ制御装置。
  5.  請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ制御装置において、
     前記コントローラは、
      前記バッテリの放電量が前記放電可能量に達した時のSOCが、前記バッテリの過放電を防止する下限SOCより高くなるように、前記放電可能量を設定するバッテリ制御装置。
  6.  コントローラにより実行される、車両に搭載されたバッテリを制御するバッテリ制御方法であって、
     前記コントローラは、
      前記バッテリ1に接続されたセンサの検出値に基づき前記バッテリの状態を管理し、
      前記バッテリ1の充放電を制御するコントローラを備え、
      前記バッテリの充電から放電に切り替わる充放電切り替わりを検知し、
      前記充放電切り替わりの時点における前記バッテリの状態に応じて放電可能量を設定し、
      前記充放電切り替わりの時点からの前記バッテリの放電量が前記放電可能量に達した場合に、前記バッテリの放電を禁止するバッテリ制御方法。
