例如,如图12和图14所示,第三颜色子像素103的发光区010的四条边到环形子限定结构330被第二开口220暴露的边缘之间的距离分别为a、b、c、d,如a、b、c、d的取值范围包括:0≤a≤20μm,0≤b≤20μm,0≤c≤20μm,0≤d≤20μm。 例如,上述环形子限定结构330与围绕其的四个第一颜色子像素101的发光区010之间的距离分别为a’、b’、c’、d’,如a’、b’、c’、d’的取值范围包括:0≤a’≤20μm,0≤b’≤20μm,0≤c’≤20μm,0≤d’≤20μm。例如,a’、b’、c’、d’可以均相等,也可以至少一个与其他三个不等,如a’=c’≠b’=d’,或者a’≠b’≠c’≠d’。
