Abstract

본 명세는 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치에 관한 것이다. 이에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치는, 광을 조사하는 광원부, 입자를 이송하고, 상기 입자와 조사된 상기 광이 만나는 영역이 형성되는 유로부, 상기 입자에 상기 광이 조사됨으로써 발생하는 형광을 검출하는 형광 검출부, 상기 형광 검출부와 동일한 평면 상에 위치하고, 상기 입자에 상기 광이 조사됨으로써 발생하는 산란광을 검출하는 산란광 검출부, 상기 유로부를 기준으로 상기 형광 검출부와 반대 방향에 위치하고, 상기 형광 검출부가 검출하는 형광을 집광하는 집광 미러 및 상기 형광 검출부로 유입되는 산란광을 차단하는 광학 필터를 포함할 수 있다.

Description

산란광 및 형광 검출 장치
본 실시예들은 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 산란광과 형광을 모두 검출할 수 있는 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 공기 중에 부유하는 바이오에어로졸(바이러스, 박테리아, 곰팡이 포자 등 생물학적 입자)을 측정하는 기술은 공중 보건, 환경 모니터링, 생명 과학 연구 등 다양한 분야에서 중요하다.
특히, 바이오에어로졸의 크기뿐만 아니라 구체적인 특성과 농도를 정확하게 판단하기 위해 바이오에어로졸에 레이저를 조사함으로써 발생하는 형광과 산란광을 모두 검출하는 기술이 발전하고 있다.
그러나, 바이오에어로졸을 측정하기 위해서는 형광과 산란광을 각각 분리하여 수광해야 하는데, 형광 검출부와 산란 검출부가 분리됨으로써 시스템의 부피가 증가하고 조립성이 나빠지는 등의 문제가 있어 제품화가 어렵다는 단점이 존재한다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 본 발명의 실시예들은 형광 검출부와 산란광 검출부를 동일한 평면 상에 위치시키는 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치를 제공하는 것을 그 기술적 과제로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예들은 형광 검출부의 형성 위치를 특정하는 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치를 제공하는 것을 그 기술적 과제로 한다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 전술한 것에 한정되지 않으며, 언급하지 않은 또 다른 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
상술한 바와 같은 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 장치는, 광을 조사하는 광원부, 입자를 이송하고, 상기 입자와 조사된 상기 광이 만나는 영역이 형성되는 유로부, 상기 입자에 상기 광이 조사됨으로써 발생하는 형광을 검출하는 형광 검출부, 상기 형광 검출부와 동일한 평면 상에 위치하고, 상기 입자에 상기 광이 조사됨으로써 발생하는 산란광을 검출하는 산란광 검출부, 상기 유로부를 기준으로 상기 형광 검출부와 반대 방향에 위치하고, 상기 형광 검출부가 검출하는 형광을 집광하는 집광 미러 및 상기 형광 검출부로 유입되는 산란광을 차단하는 광학 필터를 포함할 수 있다.
실시예들에 따라, 상기 입자는 상기 유로부의 상단에 위치하는 제1 입자와 상기 유로부의 하단에 위치하는 제2 입자를 포함하고, 상기 형광 검출부는 상기 제1 입자에 상기 광이 조사됨으로써 발생하는 형광이 상기 집광 미러에 의해 집광되는 제1 위치와 상기 제2 입자에 상기 광이 조사됨으로써 발생하는 형광이 상기 집광 미러에 의해 집광되는 제2 위치의 사이에 위치할 수 있다.
실시예들에 따라, 상기 광의 초점은 상기 유로부의 내부에 형성될 수 있다.
실시예들에 따라, 상기 집광 미러는 구면 형상 또는 비구면 형상으로 형성될 수 있다.
실시예들에 따라, 상기 집광 미러의 반지름이 r인 경우, 상기 유로부의 센터는 상기 집광 미러로부터 r/2에 대응하는 위치와 상기 집광 미러로부터 r에 대응하는 위치의 사이에 형성될 수 있다.

실시예들에 따르면, 형광 검출부와 산란광 검출부를 동일한 평면 상에 위치시키는 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치를 제공함으로써, 구조가 단순하면서 동시에 저가의 광학계를 이용해 높은 광학적 검출율을 제공할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
실시예들에 따르면, 형광 검출부의 형성 위치를 특정하는 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치를 제공함으로써, 형광 검출부가 검출하는 형광의 광량을 효율적으로 높일 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
본 발명에서 얻을 수 있는 효과는 이상에서 언급한 효과들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급하지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 명세서에 개시된 실시 예를 상세히 설명하되, 도면 부호에 관계없이 동일하거나 유사한 구성요소는 동일한 참조 번호를 부여하고 이에 대한 중복되는 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
이하의 설명에서 사용되는 구성요소에 대한 접미사 "모듈" 및 "부"는 명세서 작성의 용이함만이 고려되어 부여되거나 혼용되는 것으로서, 그 자체로 서로 구별되는 의미 또는 역할을 갖는 것은 아니다. 또한, 본 명세서에 개시된 실시 예를 설명함에 있어서 관련된 공지 기술에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 명세서에 개시된 실시 예의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우 그 상세한 설명을 생략한다.

본 출원에서, "포함한다" 또는 "가지다" 등의 용어는 명세서상에 기재된 특징, 숫자, 단계, 동작, 구성요소, 부품 또는 이들을 조합한 것이 존재함을 지정하려는 것이지, 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 특징들이나 숫자, 단계, 동작, 구성요소, 부품 또는 이들을 조합한 것들의 존재 또는 부가 가능성을 미리 배제하지 않는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.
도 1은 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치를 나타내는 도면이다. 도 2는 도 1의 A-A 단면을 나타내는 단면도이다. 도 3은 도 1의 B-B 단면을 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치(1000)는 도 1에 도시된 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치(1000)에 대응한다.
도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하면, 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치(1000)는 광원부(100), 유로부(200), 집광 미러(300), 형광 검출부(400), 산란광 검출부(500), 잡광 제거부(600)를 포함할 수 있다.
광원부(100)는 광을 조사하는 구성으로, 광원부(100)가 조사하는 광은 가시 영역 파장대로 이루어질 수 있다. 이때, 광원부(100)가 조사하는 광은 후술하겠지만 유로부(200)의 내부에서 이송되는 입자와 만남으로써 형광과 산란광을 발생시킬 수 있는 광에 해당할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 광원부(100)는 레이저 다이오드(Laser Diode)에 해당할 수 있다.
또한, 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치(1000)는 광원부(100)에서 조사되는 광의 초점을 조절하기 위해 렌즈(101)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 즉, 조사되는 광의 초점의 위치를 조절하기 위해 광의 굴절을 조절하는 렌즈(101)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 이에 대한 자세한 설명은 도 4 내지 도 6에서 설명하도록 한다.
유로부(200)는 입자를 이송하는 구성으로, 광원부(100)가 조사하는 광과 입자가 서로 만날 수 있는 영역이 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 광원부(100)가 조사하는 광은 유로부(200)의 내부에서 이송되는 입자와 만날 수 있다. 이때, 유로부(200)에서 이송되는 입자는 공기 중에 부유하는 바이오에어로졸(bioaerosol)에 해당할 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로는, 광원부(100)가 조사하는 광은 집광 미러(300)가 위치하는 영역에서 유로부(200)의 내부에서 이송되는 입자와 만날 수 있다. 또한, 유로부(200)는 내부에 입자가 한 방향으로 이송할 수 있도록 하기 위해 팬(201)을 포함할 수 있다.
집광 미러(300)는 형광 검출부(400)와 마주보는 방향에 위치할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로는, 집광 미러(300)는 유로부(200)를 기준으로 형광 검출부(400)와 반대 방향에 위치할 수 있다. 집광 미러(300)는 형광 검출부(400)의 검출 대상인 형광을 집광하고, 집광한 형광이 형광 검출부(400)로 유입될 수 있도록 구면 형상 또는 비구면 형상으로 이루어질 수 있다. 집광 미러(300)에 대한 자세한 설명은 도 4 및 도 5에서 설명하도록 한다.
형광 검출부(400)는 입자에 광이 조사됨으로써 발생하는 형광을 검출하고, 산란광 검출부(500)는 입자에 광이 조사됨으로써 발생하는 산란광을 검출할 수 있다. 형광(fluorescence)은 특정 물질이 빛을 흡수한 후, 더 낮은 에너지(긴 파장)의 빛을 방출하는 현상이고, 산란광(scattered light)은 빛이 입자나 분자와 상호작용하여 다양한 각도로 흩어지는 현상이다.
따라서, 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치(1000)는 광원부(100)에서 조사되는 광이 유로부(200)의 내부에서 이동하는 입자와 만남으로써 발생하는 형광과 산란광을 형광 검출부(400)와 산란광 검출부(500)를 이용해 동시에 검출할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
형광 검출부(400)는 집광 미러(300)와 마주보는 위치에 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 형광 검출부(400)는 집광 미러(300)에서 집광된 형광이 모두 유입될 수 있도록 집광 미러(300)의 아래 측에 위치할 수 있다.
산란광 검출부(500)는 형광 검출부(400)와 동일한 평면 상에 위치할 수 있다. 즉, 산란광 검출부(500)와 형광 검출부(400)는 모두 동일한 인쇄회로기판(Printed Circuit Board, PCB) 상에 형성될 수 있다.
따라서, 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치(1000)는 종래의 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치와 달리 형광 검출부(400)와 산란광 검출부(500)가 동일한 평면 상에 위치함으로써 구조가 보다 단순해지고 특히 저가로 구성을 설계함과 동시에 높은 광학적 검출율을 제공할 수 있다는 효과가 있다. 특히, 광원부(100)가 조사하는 광의 초점의 위치 및 집광 미러(300)와 유로부(200) 또는 형광 검출부(400) 간의 위치 관계를 효율적으로 설정함으로써 높은 광학적 검출율을 제공할 수 있다. 이에 대한 자세한 설명은 도 6 및 도 7에서 설명하도록 한다.
잡광 제거부(600)는 광원부(100)에서 조사되는 광 중 유로부(200)의 내부에 위치하는 입자와 만나지 않은 광을 제거하는 구성이다. 즉, 광원부(100)에서 조사되는 광 중 입자와 만나지 않아 형광 또는 산란광을 발생하지 않은 광은 잡광 제거부(600)로 입사되고, 잡광 제거부(600)의 내부에서 제거될 수 있다.
도 4는 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치를 나타내는 평면도이다. 도 5는 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치를 나타내는 측면도이다.
도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치(1000)는 도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치(1000)에 대응된다.
이하, 도 4 및 도 5를 참조하여 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치(1000)에 대해 보다 자세히 설명하도록 한다.
도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 광원부(100)에서 조사되는 광은 렌즈(101)에 의해 유로부(200)의 내부에 위치한 입자와 만날 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로는, 광원부(100)에서 조사되는 광의 초점은 렌즈(101)에 의해 유로부(200)의 내부에 위치할 수 있다. 이에 대한 자세한 설명은 도 6에서 설명하도록 한다.
입자에 광이 조사된 경우, 광의 파장대 및 입자의 특성에 의해 형광과 산란광이 모두 발생할 수 있다. 이때, 발생한 형광은 곧바로 형광 검출부(400)로 이동할 수도 있고, 집광 미러(300)에 반사되어 형광 검출부(400)로 이동할 수 있다. 즉, 형광 검출부(400)가 검출하는 형광은 입자에 광이 조사됨으로써 발생한 형광 중 곧바로 형광 검출부(400)로 이동한 형광과 입자에 광이 조사됨으로써 발생한 형광 중 집광 미러(300)로 이동하고, 집광 미러(300)에서 반사되어 형광 검출부(400)로 이동한 형광을 포함할 수 있다.
따라서, 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치(1000)는 집광 미러(300)에 의해 형광 검출부(400)가 검출하는 형광의 광량을 늘릴 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
그리고, 형광과 달리 발생한 산란광은 곧바로 산란광 검출부(500)로 이동할 수 있다. 즉, 산란광 검출부(500)가 검출하는 산란광은 입자에 광이 조사됨으로써 발생한 산란광 중 곧바로 산란광 검출부(500)로 이동한 산란광만을 포함할 수 있다.
이때, 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치(1000)는 입자에 광이 조사됨으로써 발생한 산란광 중 집광 미러(300)로 이동하고, 집광 미러(300)에서 반사되는 산란광이 형광 검출부(400)로 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위해 광학 필터(410)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 즉, 광학 필터(410)는 형광 검출부(400)로 유입되는 형광은 통과시키고 형광 검출부(400)로 유입되는 산란광은 차단시킬 수 있다. 예를 들어, 광학 필터(410)는 유전체 코팅을 이용하는 필터 또는 선택적 파장을 흡수하는 필터를 포함할 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로는 광학 필터(410)는 형광 파장에 대응하는 파장은 투과시키고, 산란광 파장에 대응하는 파장은 차단시킬 수 있다. 이때, 형광 파장은 500nm~600nm에 해당할 수 있고, 산란광 파장은 405nm~450nm에 해당할 수 있다.
도 6은 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치의 광의 초점이 형성되는 위치를 설명하기 위한 도면이다. 보다 구체적으로는, 도 6은 광의 초점의 위치의 이동에 따른 입자와 광의 충돌이 가능한 면적의 차이를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 6에 도시된 유로부(200)는 도 1 내지 도 5에 도시된 유로부(200)에 대응된다.
먼저, 도 6의 (a)를 참조하면, 도 6의 (a)는 광의 초점이 유로부(200)의 센터에 형성되는 경우를 나타내는 도면이다. 유로부(200)의 폭을 W, 유로부(200)의 높이를 H, 광원부(100)가 조사하는 광의 수직 각도를 a라고 가정한 경우, 유로부(200)의 내부에 위치한 입자와 광이 만나는 면적 S는 하기 수학식 1을 만족할 수 있다.

그리고, 도 6의 (b)를 참조하면, 도 6의 (b)는 광의 초점이 유로부(200)의 오른쪽에 형성되는 경우를 나타내는 도면이다. 보다 구체적으로는 도 6의 (b)는 광의 초점이 유로부(200)의 내부에 위치하고, 동시에 광원부(100)와 가장 멀리 위치한 경우를 나타낸다. 마찬가지로, 유로부(200)의 폭을 W, 유로부(200)의 높이를 H, 광원부(100)가 조사하는 광의 수직 각도를 a라고 가정한 경우, 유로부(200)의 내부에 위치한 입자와 광이 만나는 면적 S'는 하기 수학식 2를 만족할 수 있다.

마지막으로, 도 6의 (c)를 참조하면, 도 6의 (c)는 광의 초점이 유로부(200)의 왼쪽에 형성되는 경우를 나타내는 도면이다. 보다 구체적으로는 도 6의 (c)는 광의 초점이 유로부(200)의 내부에 위치하고, 동시에 광원부(100)와 가장 가깝게 위치한 경우를 나타낸다. 마찬가지로, 유로부(200)의 폭을 W, 유로부(200)의 높이를 H, 광원부(100)가 조사하는 광의 수직 각도를 a라고 가정한 경우, 유로부(200)의 내부에 위치한 입자와 광이 만나는 면적 S"는 하기 수학식 3을 만족할 수 있다.

수학식 1 내지 3에 따르면, 광원부(100)에서 조사되는 광의 초점이 맺히는 위치는 유로부(200)의 중심이 아닌 중심을 기준으로 광원부(100)와 가깝게 또는 멀게 형성되는 경우가 유로부(200)의 내부에 위치한 입자와 광이 만나는 면적이 큰 경우에 해당할 수 있다. 즉, 유로부(200)의 내부에서 이동하는 입자의 유량이 동일하다고 가정한 경우, 광원부(100)에서 조사되는 광의 초점이 맺히는 위치가 유로부(200)의 중심에 해당하는 경우보다 광원부(100)에서 조사되는 광의 초점이 맺히는 위치가 유로부(200)의 중심을 기준으로 앞 또는 뒤에 해당하는 경우가 유로부(200)의 내부에 위치한 입자와 광이 만나는 면적이 2배에 해당할 수 있다.
따라서, 광원부(100)가 조사하는 광은 초점이 유로부(200)의 내부에 형성되는 것이 바람직하며, 그 중에서도 초점이 유로부(200)의 중심을 기준으로 광원부(100)와 가깝게 또는 멀게 형성되는 것이 바람직할 수 있다.
도 7은 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치의 형광 검출부의 위치를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 7에 도시된 유로부(200)는 도 1 내지 도 6에 도시된 유로부(200)에 대응된다. 도 7에 도시된 집광 미러(300)는 도 1 내지 도 5에 도시된 집광 미러(300)에 대응된다.
도 7을 참조하면, 집광 미러(300)로부터 유로부(200)의 중심(센터)까지의 거리를 v, 집광 미러(300)의 반지름을 r이라고 한 경우, 유로부(200)의 중심은 집광 미러(300)의 초점인 r/2과 집광 미러(300)의 반지름인 r의 사이에 위치할 수 있다. 이때, 집광 미러(300)는 구면 형상 또는 비구면 형상으로 이루어질 수 있다.
따라서, 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치(1000)는 유로부(200)가 중심이 집광 미러(300)의 초점인 r/2과 집광 미러(300)의 반지름인 r의 사이에 위치하도록 배치됨으로써 산란광과 형광이 발생하는 포인트가 위, 아래로 바뀌어도 모든 발생한 산란광과 형광이 각각 산란광 검출부(500)와 형광 검출부(400)로 도달할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
또한, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 형광 검출부(400)가 형성되는 위치는 제1 위치와 제2 위치의 사이에 위치할 수 있다. 이때, 제1 위치는 유로부(200)의 상단부에 위치하는 제1 입자(하얀색 점)에 광이 조사됨으로써 발생하는 형광이 집광 미러(300)에 의해 반사되고, 반사된 형광이 다시 집광되는 위치에 해당할 수 있다. 그리고, 제2 위치는 유로부(200)의 하단부에 위치하는 제2 입자(빗금 점)에 광이 조사됨으로써 발생하는 형광이 집광 미러(300)에 의해 반사되고, 반사된 형광이 다시 집광되는 위치에 해당할 수 있다.
즉, 유로부(200)의 내부에 존재하는 입자의 위치에 따라 발생하는 형광의 위치가 달라지고, 마찬가지로 발생한 형광이 집광 미러(300)에 의해 반사되고, 집광되는 위치 또한 달라질 수 있다.
따라서, 실시예들에 따른 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치(1000)는 유로부(200)의 상단부에 위치하는 입자에 의해 발생하는 형광이 집광되는 위치와 하단부에 위치하는 입자에 의해 발생하는 형광이 집광되는 위치의 사이에 형광 검출부(400)를 배치시킴으로써, 형광 검출부(400)로 유입되는 형광의 광량을 보다 효율적으로 높일 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
상술한 바와 같이 개시된 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예들에 대한 상세한 설명은 당업자가 본 발명을 구현하고 실시할 수 있도록 제공되었다. 상기에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예들을 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야의 숙련된 당업자는 본 발명의 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 예를 들어, 당업자는 상술한 실시예들에 기재된 각 구성을 서로 조합하는 방식으로 이용할 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명은 여기에 나타난 실시예들에 제한되려는 것이 아니라, 여기서 개시된 원리들 및 신규한 특징들과 일치하는 최광의 범위를 부여하려는 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 광을 조사하는 광원부;
    입자를 이송하고, 상기 입자와 조사된 상기 광이 만나는 영역이 형성되는 유로부;
    상기 입자에 상기 광이 조사됨으로써 발생하는 형광을 검출하는 형광 검출부;
    상기 형광 검출부와 동일한 평면 상에 위치하고, 상기 입자에 상기 광이 조사됨으로써 발생하는 산란광을 검출하는 산란광 검출부;
    상기 유로부를 기준으로 상기 형광 검출부와 반대 방향에 위치하고, 상기 형광 검출부가 검출하는 형광을 집광하는 집광 미러; 및
    상기 형광 검출부로 유입되는 산란광을 차단하는 광학 필터를 포함하는, 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 입자는,
    상기 유로부의 상단에 위치하는 제1 입자와 상기 유로부의 하단에 위치하는 제2 입자를 포함하고,
    상기 형광 검출부는,
    상기 제1 입자에 상기 광이 조사됨으로써 발생하는 형광이 상기 집광 미러에 의해 집광되는 제1 위치와 상기 제2 입자에 상기 광이 조사됨으로써 발생하는 형광이 상기 집광 미러에 의해 집광되는 제2 위치의 사이에 위치하는, 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 광의 초점은 상기 유로부의 내부에 형성되는, 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 집광 미러는 구면 형상 또는 비구면 형상으로 형성되는, 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 집광 미러의 반지름이 r인 경우,
    상기 유로부의 센터는 상기 집광 미러로부터 r/2에 대응하는 위치와 상기 집광 미러로부터 r에 대응하는 위치의 사이에 형성되는, 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 광학 필터는,
    상기 광의 파장보다 긴 파장은 투과시키고, 상기 광의 파장과 동일한 파장은 차단시키는, 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 광학 필터는 상기 형광 검출부와 상기 유로부의 사이에 형성되는, 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 광원부가 조사하는 광 중 상기 입자와 만나지 않은 광이 입사되는 잡광 제거부를 더 포함하는, 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 산란광 검출부는 상기 형광 검출부와 일정 거리 이격되어 위치하는, 산란광 및 형광 검출 장치.
