At this time, the planning unit 52 executes replanning of the operation plan according to the latest situation based on the status information (described in detail below) transmitted from each of the multiple mobile devices 30.
  • the mobile device 30 moves even during the calculation time of the operation plan, and is no longer in the location given as odometry at the start of the operation plan, so there is a problem that the initial position of the mobile device 30 in the operation plan deviates between the planned and actual positions.
  • This problem is not a problem if the speed of the mobile device 30 is sufficiently slow, or the calculation time of the operation plan is sufficiently short, and the distance traveled by the mobile device 30 during the calculation time of the operation plan is not very long.
  • this initial position deviation problem is likely to occur, particularly in multi-agent operation planning problems where a long calculation time is required for the operation plan.
  • the planning unit 52 plans an operation plan assuming that the mobile device 30 will operate according to the operation plan before replanning for Tp seconds from the current time when the replanning trigger is notified.
  • Tp is a constant specified by a parameter, and is specified by estimating the maximum calculation time of the operation plan. This ensures that, if the calculation of the operation plan is completed within Tp seconds, there will be no discrepancy between the operation plan followed by the mobile device 30 and the operation plan sent from the planning unit 52.

  • the planning unit 52 creates job information for re-planning in which the job information of the action from "current" to before the start position is updated to "completed". Also, the planning unit 52 plans the operation plan after the start position based on the job information for re-planning and the information on the start position of the re-planning. Then, as shown in FIG. 7 (4), the planning unit 52 combines the actions from "current" to before the start position with the planned operation plan from the start position onwards to obtain a re-planned operation plan.
  • the mobile device 30 does not necessarily follow the operation plan until the operation plan is re-formulated due to delays or advances caused by errors in the required time model or external disturbances. Description

記憶装置16は、ROM(Read Only Memory)、及びHDD(Hard Disk Drive)、SSD(Solid State Drive)等により構成され、オペレーティングシステムを含む各種プログラム、及び各種データを格納する。
 記憶媒体読取装置22は、CD(Compact Disc)-ROM、DVD(Digital Versatile Disc)-ROM、ブルーレイディスク、USB(Universal Serial Bus)メモリ等の各種記憶媒体に記憶されたデータの読み込みや、記憶媒体に対するデータの書き込み等を行う。
 移動機30は、例えば、AMR(Autonomous Mobile Robot)、AGV等である。
具体的には、策定部52は、MAPF(Multi Agent Path Finding;複数台経路計画)により運行計画を策定する。策定部52は、運行計画のアルゴリズムとして、MAPF問題を扱う任意のソルバー、例えば、CCBS(Continuous Conflict-Based Search)等を用いてよい。
この場合のプロセッサとしては、FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)等の製造後に回路構成を変更可能なPLD(Programmable Logic Device)、及びASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)等の特定の処理を実行させるために専用に設計された回路構成を有するプロセッサである専用電気回路等が例示される。
