Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车支付方法、装置及车辆,该方法包括:将支付界面显示于挡风玻璃上,通过语音输入数字完成密码输入,包括:获取多张不同的图像,将所有密码与图像进行对应,使每个密码对应至少一张图像;支付界面包含有一组图像,其规则为:该图像组至少包含预设密码组中所有密码各自所对应的至少一张图像,同时该图像组中的每张图像各对应着一个数字;通过语音输入一组数字,根据数字、图像以及密码的对应关系获取语音输入的数字组所对应的密码组,并与预设密码组进行密码比对;同时,根据语音进行语音身份识别;若密码比对以及语音身份识别均通过,则完成支付。

本发明属于汽车支付技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车支付方法、装置及车辆。
随着智能化水平的提高,现代汽车不仅具备移动通行的功能,还具备了娱乐、社交、办公、移动支付等“第三空间”功能。当通过车载信息娱乐系统IVI查找饭店、预定酒店等需要支付操作时,传统方式是输入金融账号密码。但是当车内有其它乘客,车主不方便也不愿意在其它乘客面前输入账号密码,此时,一种汽车支付密码保护方法就显得格外重要。
此外,即使其它乘客记住了车主输入的安全密码,也要保证如果不是车主在驾驶汽车,记住安全密码的乘客也无法使用汽车的支付功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种汽车支付方法、装置及车辆,解决汽车支付时车主不方便也不愿意在其它乘客面前输入账号密码的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种汽车支付方法,应用于车辆的电子设备中,
将支付界面显示于挡风玻璃上,通过语音输入数字完成密码输入,包括:
获取多张不同的图像,将所有密码与图像进行对应,使每个密码对应至少一张图像;
将支付界面显示于挡风玻璃上,所述支付界面包含有一组图像,其规则为:该图像组至少包含预设密码组中所有密码各自所对应的至少一张图像,同时该图像组中的每张图像各对应着一个数字;
通过语音输入一组数字,根据数字、图像以及密码的对应关系获取语音输入的数字组所对
应的密码组,并与预设密码组进行密码比对;
同时,根据语音进行语音身份识别;若密码比对以及语音身份识别均通过,则完成支付。
基于相同的发明构思,本发明还提供一种用于实现上述中任意一项所述的汽车支付方法的汽车支付装置,该装置包括:
车载信息娱乐系统IVI,用于提供支付界面;
密码设置及转换模块,集成于IVI中,用于设置预设密码组以及完成密码与图像的对应,并根据所述规则生成图像组;
抬头显示HUD,用于将支付界面显示于挡风玻璃上;
语音识别模块,用于语音身份识别以及识别语音输入的数字组;
支付控制模块,用于密码比对以及接收语音身份识别结果,最终完成支付决策。
基于相同的发明构思,本发明还提供一种车辆,该车辆采用上述中任意一项所述的汽车支付方法。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:
本发明将支付界面显示于挡风玻璃上,并通过语音输入数字完成密码输入,使支付时驾驶员视线可不用脱离前方,同时手可以不用离开方向盘,提高了驾驶的安全性;并且支付界面显示的是一组图像,该图像组可以根据所述规则随机生成,即使是同一预设密码组,每次显示的图像组也可以不一样,包括图像组本身不一样和图像组内图像的顺序不一样两种情况,避免了不方便也不愿意在其它乘客面前输入账号密码的问题;同时,还根据语音进行语音身份识别,即使乘客记住了图像密码,也无法使用汽车支付功能,进一步提高了支付的安全性。
进一步的,根据喜好将所有密码与图像进行对应,以方便记忆密码与图像之间的对应关系。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
随着汽车智能化水平的提升,汽车正逐渐成为人们移动、办公、休闲、娱乐等“第三生活空间”。汽车座舱在给用户提供查询地点及周边服务信息的同时,根据需要也要给用户提供支付功能。为此,就需要一种汽车支付系统。更进一步,如果车内有其它乘客,汽车座舱空间并非是完全的个人空间,因此一种支付密码保护方法成为汽车支付系统的一部分重要功能。即使其它乘客记住了车主输入的安全密码,也要保证如果不是车主在驾驶汽车,记住安全密码的乘客也无法使用汽车的支付功能。
本发明提供一种汽车支付系统及装置,以及一种密码保护方法,能有效的解决以上问题。
驾驶员认知包括注意力、感知、记忆、学习、规划、推理和决策。驾驶员在车内的活动分为主任务(驾驶任务)和次任务(非驾驶任务),这两类任务均需要消耗驾驶员的认知资源,增加驾驶员的心理负荷,从而会影响驾驶安全。
驾驶员通过视觉、听觉和触觉获取驾驶信息,其中,视觉是主要的获取信息通道。如果驾驶员的视线离开前方超过2秒,这对正在行驶的汽车是个很危险的行为。即使现在出现的L3级自动驾驶汽车,也要求驾驶员的视野不能脱离前方。
在车辆使用支付功能时,驾驶员对其操作是超过2秒的。为此,本发明遵循设计心理学,提出以下设计原则:
(1)输入支付密码时,驾驶员视线可不用脱离前方,同时手可以不用离开方向盘;
(2)如果车辆有其它乘客,密码的隐私安全要保证。
本发明的汽车支付系统,如图1所示:
汽车IVI(In-Vehicle Infotainment,车载信息娱乐系统)里的应用程序支付界面,在汽车前挡风玻璃上显示;
驾驶员可通过语音交互的方式,向IVI输入密码;同时通过DMS人脸识别技术和语音识别技术,双重确定驾驶员身份。其中,语音身份识别技术可以借用神经网路来实现,也可以利用声音处理、声纹特征提取等方法来实现。
语音指令密码要经过密码保护措施。汽车支付密码保护方法:
一般的密码是由数字或字母组成,将数字密码图像化,给驾驶员呈现图像符号,更能帮助驾驶员进行识别,同时也能起到很好的保密效果。具体内容如下:
密码设置:根据真实密码的数量(比如N个),驾驶员提前选择N个图像(图像内容不限,根据驾驶员喜好,比如风景、人物、符号、文字等)。或者选择1张照片,进行分割生成N张照片。然后将图像和密码数字关联,一张图像对应一个密码,如图2所示。
当然,也可以使一个密码对应多张图像。此时,图像数需要大于密码的个数。
例如用文字图像代替密码:图像为“我要安全开车”6张,代替数字密码“454323”6个数字,如图3所示。驾驶员首选输入密码,然后根据对应的图像,选择图像,使图像和密码对应。此时,可以根据喜好将所有密码与图像进行对应,以方便记忆密码与图像之间的对应关系。例如:将喜欢的图像与预设密码组里的密码进行对应,将不喜欢的图像与预设密码组之外的密码对应;或将分割生成的子图像按顺序与密码对应,此时左上角的图像就对应着第一个密码,方便记忆。
例如用一张照片(比如人物赫本)设置密码,首先需要选择一张照片,然后对照片进行分割成N张(对应N个密码)。同样以“454323”6个数字密码举例,采用赫本图像作为密码。首选选择赫本照片,然后指定密码个数N(本例为6),对赫本图像进行拆分,如图4所示,然后按照拆分图像①②③④⑤⑥进行密码匹配。
密码界面变换:将密码界面变换为带图像的密码界面,随机将密码图像安放在密码界面上。还是以图像文字图像(“我要安全开车”6张)举例,转换完的密码为“159732”,代表了真实密码“454323”,如图5所示。
根据预设密码组生成图像组的规则为:该图像组至少包含预设密码组中所有密码各自所对应的至少一张图像,同时该图像组中的每张图像各对应着一个数字。
例如:该图像组仅包含预设密码组中所有密码各自所对应的至少一张图像;或该图像组除包含预设密码组中所有密码各自所对应的至少一张图像之外,还包含有预设密码组之外的至少一个密码所对应的至少一张图像,预设密码组之外的至少一个密码所对应的至少一张图像可以起到干扰其他乘客的目的。
此外,每个密码可以对应多张图像,在生成图像组的时候,可以从该密码对应的多张图像中选择至少一张图像,驾驶员在语音输入的时候可以只选择其中一张图像。如果预设密码组中有重复的密码,可以只选择某一张图像,也可以选择多张图像。例如图5中,“159732”对应着预设密码“454323”,“151737”也对应着预设密码“454323”,可以有效防止乘客破解密
码规则。
每次支付时,该图像组均根据所述规则随机生成。此时,同一预设密码组,每次显示的图像组也可以不一样,包括图像组本身不一样和图像组内图像的顺序不一样两种情况。
最后,显示时,该图像组可以规则排列,与图像对应的数字显示于图像内或图像旁或省略不显示,省略不显示时,如图5所示,数字与图像规则排列的位置有着对应关系,就可以把数字省略;当该图像组不规则排列时,与图像对应的数字显示于图像内或图像旁。
本发明基于视野不离开车辆前方,以及不需要手动输入密码的原则,保证驾驶安全。采用HUD支付界面显示,驾驶员语音输入转换后的密码(非原始密码,如“159732”),经过DMS的人脸识别和语音识别双重身份确认技术,完成密码的安全、高效的输入,如图6、图7和图8所示。
通过本发明,可保证输入密码时的行驶安全:驾驶员视线在前方,手可握住方向盘;密码转换,可以实现在车内有其它乘客的情况下,能实现驾驶员密码很好的隐私保护;三重支付身份认证,能确保非车主是无法使用汽车的支付功能。
需要说明的是,为了保证安全,可以在停车时或在车速较低时使用本发明的汽车支付方法;此外,可以多个人一同使用,即每个人可以分别设置一个支付密码以及对应的语音识别身份。
如图9所示,基于驾驶员认知的汽车支付系统及密码保护装置,包括:
IVI:提供车载应用程序,当需要支付时,提供支付界面。
密码设置及转换模块:根据驾驶员的需要,将真实密码转化成图像化密码。此模块可集成在IVI中。
HUD:同步显示IVI的密码支付界面,实现驾驶员视线不必脱离前方。
语音识别模块:识别驾驶员声音密码的数字,以及对驾驶员身份的识别。
人脸识别模块:通过视觉,对驾驶员进行身份识别。
支付控制模块:对输入的语音密码进行识别,接收语音识别模块和人脸识别模块的身份判断信息。最终决策密码认证,并通知IVI完成支付。
本发明还提供一种车辆,该车辆采用上述中任意一项所述的汽车支付方法。
综上所述,本发明提出一种汽车密码输入方式:无需驾驶员视线脱离前方,无需驾驶员手脱离方向盘。通过HUD和语音数字输入技术,解决驾驶员输入密码时的驾驶安全问题。本发明还提出一种汽车支付密码隐私保护方法、密码转换方法,将真实密码转化为图像密码(图像可为数字图像、文字图像、符号图像、人物图像、物品图像、风景图像等等),使用图像密码替代真实密码,保障在有乘客的情况下,驾驶员的真实密码不会泄露。本发明还提出一种汽车
支付安全认证方法,通过输入支付密码、语音识别认证和人脸识别认证,三重身份认证;通过三重支付认证识别技术,即使乘客记住了图像密码,也无法使用汽车支付功能,提高支付安全。
需要指出,根据实施的需要,可将本申请中描述的各个步骤/部件拆分为更多步骤/部件,也可将两个或多个步骤/部件或者步骤/部件的部分操作组合成新的步骤/部件,以实现本发明的目的。
本领域的技术人员容易理解,以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种汽车支付方法,应用于车辆的电子设备中,其特征在于,将支付界面显示于挡风玻璃上,通过语音输入数字完成密码输入,包括:获取多张不同的图像,将所有密码与图像进行对应,使每个密码对应至少一张图像;将支付界面显示于挡风玻璃上,所述支付界面包含有一组图像,其规则为:该图像组至少包含预设密码组中所有密码各自所对应的至少一张图像,同时该图像组中的每张图像各对应着一个数字;通过语音输入一组数字,根据数字、图像以及密码的对应关系获取语音输入的数字组所对应的密码组,并与预设密码组进行密码比对;同时,根据语音进行语音身份识别;若密码比对以及语音身份识别均通过,则完成支付。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车支付方法,其特征在于,密码由数字、字母或者其结合组成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车支付方法,其特征在于,多张不同的图像为多张不同的完整图像或至少一张完整图像经过分割生成的多张子图像。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车支付方法,其特征在于,根据喜好将所有密码与图像进行对应,以方便记忆密码与图像之间的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车支付方法,其特征在于,每次支付时,该图像组均根据所述规则随机生成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车支付方法,其特征在于,显示时,该图像组规则排列,与图像对应的数字显示于图像内或图像旁或省略不显示,省略不显示时数字与图像规则排列的位置有着对应关系;当该图像组不规则排列时,与图像对应的数字显示于图像内或图像旁。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车支付方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:还进行人脸识别;若人脸识别也通过,才完成支付。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车支付方法,其特征在于,利用抬头显示HUD将支付界面显示于挡风玻璃上。
- 一种用于实现权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的汽车支付方法的汽车支付装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:车载信息娱乐系统IVI,用于提供支付界面;密码设置及转换模块,集成于IVI中,用于设置预设密码组以及完成密码与图像的对应,并根据所述规则生成图像组;抬头显示HUD,用于将支付界面显示于挡风玻璃上;语音识别模块,用于语音身份识别以及识别语音输入的数字组;支付控制模块,用于密码比对以及接收语音身份识别结果,最终完成支付决策。
- 一种车辆,其特征在于,该车辆采用权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的汽车支付方法。
