- the liquid crystal in the liquid crystal layer 30 can be deflected in the electric field formed by the pixel electrode 12 and the fourth electrode 21. Since the deflection angles of the liquid crystal in different electric fields are different, and when the deflection angles of the liquid crystal are different, its ability to transmit light is different. - the display panel includes data lines 13 and scan lines 14 that cross and extend, and the data lines 13 and the scan lines 14 define sub-pixels 50 .
- the width S of the slit 124 can be set according to actual needs.
- the width S of the slit 124 refers to the spacing between two adjacent branch electrodes 123.
- FIG. 7 when the width S of the slit 124 increases, the lateral electric field intensity parallel to the display surface direction is weakened, and the longitudinal electric field intensity perpendicular to the display surface direction is increased, the liquid crystal efficiency is improved, and it is beneficial to increase the ratio of the width of the pixel branch to the width S of the slit 124.

- (c) (a) is a film structure where the auxiliary electrode 11 corresponding to a sub-pixel 50 is located
- (d) is a film structure where the pixel electrode 12 corresponding to a sub-pixel 50 is located.

- the display panel includes a plurality of light-transmitting areas A1 and a non-light-transmitting area A2 located between two adjacent light-transmitting areas A1, the auxiliary electrode 11 includes a first electrode 111 and a second electrode 112 that are separately arranged, the first electrode 111 is located in the light-transmitting area A1 and is electrically connected to the pixel electrode 12, and the second electrode 112 includes a first sub-portion 1122 located in the non-light-transmitting area A2.
- the light-transmitting area A1 is transparent to light, and the light-impermeable area A2 is not transparent to light.

- the signal lines may include data lines 13, scanning lines 14, common electrodes, etc., but are not limited thereto.
- Various capacitors, transistors, etc. are also arranged in the light-impermeable area A2 for the needs of the sub-pixels 50.

- the material of the signal line in the non-light-transmitting area A2 is any one of molybdenum (Mo), aluminum (Al), chromium (Cr), gold (Au), titanium (Ti), nickel (Ni), neodymium (Nd) and copper (Cu) or an alloy thereof, but is not limited thereto.
- a black matrix can be set in the non-light-transmitting area A2, and the orthographic projection of the black matrix on the first substrate 10 coincides with the orthographic projection of the non-light-transmitting area A2 on the first substrate 10.
- the black matrix can block light, prevent light leakage from the sub-pixel 50, and improve the display effect.
- the first electrode 111 is located in the middle area of the light-transmitting area A1, and the first electrode 111 is spaced from the boundary of the light-transmitting area A1.
- the shape of the first electrode 111 can be rectangular, elliptical, etc., but is not limited thereto.
- the shape of the first electrode 111 can be adaptively set according to the shape of the pixel electrode 12. That is to say, the outline of the first electrode 111 can be roughly the same as the outline of the light-transmitting area A1.
- the area enclosed by the outline of the electrode 111 is smaller than the area of the light-transmitting region A1 of one sub-pixel 50 .
- the second electrode 112 further includes a second sub-portion 1123 disposed in the light-transmitting area A1 , and the first sub-portion 1122 and the second sub-portion 1123 are connected to each other.
- the middle area of the light-transmitting area A1 corresponds to the edge area of the light-transmitting area A1. Since the edge area of the light-transmitting area A1 is adjacent to the non-light-transmitting area A2, the liquid crystal in the edge area is easily affected by the coupling between the signal line of the non-light-transmitting area A2 and the pixel electrode 12 and cannot be deflected at a preset angle, thereby affecting the display effect of the display panel.
- the second electrode 112 can shield the coupling between the signal line of the non-light-transmitting area A2 and the pixel electrode 12.
- the boundary of the pixel electrode 12 can be extended to the non-light-transmitting area A2, thereby increasing the opening area of the pixel electrode 12 and improving the aperture ratio.
- the first electrode 111 and the second electrode 112 are arranged in the same layer and spaced apart, that is, a gap is formed between the first electrode 111 and the second electrode 112.
- the width of the orthographic projection of the gap on the first substrate 10 can be 5 microns to 10 microns, but is not limited thereto, as long as the first electrode 111 and the second electrode 112 are not connected.
- the gap can surround the periphery of the first electrode 111 for nearly a circle, so that the first electrode 111 is separated from the second electrode 112.
- the boundary line between the second sub-portion 1123 and the first sub-portion 1122 at least partially overlaps with the boundary line between the light-transmitting area A1 and the non-light-transmitting area A2, and the boundary between the second sub-portion 1123 and the first electrode 111 can correspond to the contour of the first electrode 111, which means that the width of the gap between the second electrode 112 and the first electrode 111 can be uniformly set, but is not limited to this.
- the first electrode 111 may be a whole film layer, that is, the first electrode 111 is not provided with a pattern.
- the first electrode 111 may also be a film layer provided with a hollow pattern. This application does not limit this.
- the pixel electrode 12 includes opposite first side edges 1201 and a second side edge 1202 connecting the two first side edges 1201, and the orthographic projection of the first side edge 1201 on the second electrode 112 overlaps with the first sub-portion 1122.
- the second electrode 112 can be used as a shielding layer to shield the coupling capacitance between the data line 13 and the pixel electrode 12. Since the second electrode 112 is a transparent material, the second electrode 112 does not affect the size of the light-transmitting area A1 of the display panel.
- the orthographic projection of the second side 1202 on the second electrode 112 overlaps the first sub-portion 1122.
- the second electrode 112 can be used as a shielding layer to shield the coupling capacitance between the scan line 14 and the pixel electrode 12.
- the pixel electrode 12 includes a third side 1203 opposite to the second side 1202, the third side 1203 connects the two adjacent first sides 1201, and the orthographic projection of the third side 1203 on the auxiliary electrode 11 does not overlap with the second sub-portion 1123.
- the display panel also includes a third electrode 15, the third electrode 15 is adjacent to the third side 1203, and the orthographic projection of the third side 1203 on the third electrode 15 is located within the third electrode 15.
- the third side 1203 of the pixel electrode 12 is opposite to the second side 1202, and the third side 1203 connects the two first side 1201.
- the first side 1201, the second side 1202, and the third side 1203 constitute the boundary of the pixel electrode 12.
- a third electrode 15 is disposed adjacent to the third side 1203, and the orthographic projection of the third side 1203 on the third electrode 15 is located within the third electrode 15. In other words, the third side 1203 overlaps the third electrode 15.
- the third side 1203 is located on the side of the boundary of the third electrode 15 away from the boundary of the light-transmitting area A1.
- the orthographic projection of the third side 1203 on the auxiliary electrode 11 does not overlap with the second sub-portion 1123, which means that, when viewed from the top view shown in FIG3 , the third side 1203 is spaced apart from the second sub-portion 1123. As shown in FIG6 , the third side 1203 is located on the side of the second sub-portion 1123 away from the boundary of the light-transmitting area A1.
- the display panel includes cross-extended data lines 13 and scan lines 14, and the data lines 13 and the scan lines 14 are located in the non-light-transmitting area A2; wherein, the orthogonal projections of the data lines 13 and the scan lines 14 on the auxiliary electrode 11 are located in the second electrode 112, the orthogonal projections of the first side 1201 on the data lines 13 are located in the data lines 13, and the orthogonal projections of the second side 1202 on the scan lines 14 are located in the scan lines 14.
- the display panel includes a plurality of data lines 13 extending along a first direction and a plurality of data lines 13 extending along a second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are arranged at an angle.
- the first direction and the second direction may be perpendicular, but are not limited thereto.
- FIG. 3 takes the first direction and the second direction being perpendicular as an example for explanation.
- a sub-pixel 50 as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, two adjacent data lines 13 are adjacent to each other.
- the data line 13, the scan line 14 and the third electrode 15 are all made of opaque materials, so the data line 13, the scan line 14 and the third electrode 15 define the range of the light-transmitting area A1.
- the area enclosed by the boundary of the data line 13 close to the pixel electrode 12, the boundary of the scan line 14 close to the pixel electrode 12 and the boundary of the third electrode 15 close to the pixel electrode 12 constitutes the light-transmitting area A1.
- the pixel electrode 12 and the positive projection of the signal line on the first substrate 10 are arranged at intervals. Since the pixel electrode 12 is not arranged in the interval area, the liquid crystal in the interval area cannot be controlled to deflect, and the interval area cannot be effectively displayed. That is, the effective display area of the pixel is smaller than the area defined by the signal line.
- the coupling effect between the data line 13 and the pixel electrode 12 can be avoided, and the boundary of the pixel electrode 12 can extend in the direction close to the data line 13 to overlap with the data line 13, so the liquid crystal in the interval area overlaps with the pixel electrode 12 and can be controlled to deflect, so that the interval area can be effectively displayed, and the aperture ratio is increased.
- the second electrode 112 as a shielding layer, the coupling effect between the scan line 14 and the pixel electrode 12 can be avoided, and the boundary of the pixel electrode 12 can extend toward the scan line 14 , thereby increasing the aperture ratio.
- the coupling effect between the third electrode 15 and the pixel electrode 12 can be avoided, and the boundary of the pixel electrode 12 can extend toward the third electrode 15 , thereby increasing the aperture ratio.
- the light-transmitting area A1 is jointly defined by the data line 13, the scanning line 14 and the third electrode 15, that is, the data line 13 is close to the boundary of the pixel electrode 12, the scanning line 14 is close to the boundary of the pixel electrode 12, and the third electrode 15 is close to the boundary of the pixel electrode 12 to form the light-transmitting area A1, and the first side 1201, the second side 1202, and the third side 1203 of the pixel electrode 12 are all located outside the light-transmitting area A1.
- the orthographic projection of the first side 1201 on the data line 13 may coincide with the boundary of the end of the data line 13 close to the pixel electrode 12. In this case, compared with the scheme in which the data line 13 and the pixel electrode 12 are arranged at intervals, the aperture ratio of the pixel electrode 12 can still be increased.
- the orthographic projection of the second side 1202 on the scan line 14 may coincide with the boundary of the end of the scan line 14 close to the pixel electrode 12.
- the orthographic projection of the third side 1203 on the third electrode 15 may coincide with the boundary of the end of the third electrode 15 close to the pixel electrode 12.
- the second sub-portion 1123 is provided with an opening 1120 adjacent to the third side 1203, the first electrode 111 is electrically connected to the pixel electrode 12 through the first via hole 1111, and the orthographic projection of the first via hole 1111 on the third electrode 15 is located inside the third electrode 15.
- the second electrode 112 surrounds the first electrode 111 and is only provided with an opening 1120 at the third side 1203 adjacent to the pixel electrode 12, and the connecting wire passes through the opening 1120 to connect the first electrode 111 and the first via hole 1111.
- the connecting wire of the pixel electrode 12 is also connected to the first via hole 1111, thereby realizing the electrical connection between the second electrode 112 and the pixel electrode 12.
- the positive projection of the first via hole 1111 on the third electrode 15 is located in the third electrode 15, and the first via hole 1111 is arranged close to the opening 1120, so that the connecting wire can be shortened, and the arrangement of the signal line in the non-light-transmitting area A2 can be more compact.
- the first via hole 1111 is arranged in the non-light-transmitting area A2, and the outer dimensions of the positive projection of the first via hole 1111 on the first substrate 10 can be set larger, thereby having a better conductive effect. This is because if the first via hole 1111 is arranged in the light-transmitting area A1, the aperture ratio will be sacrificed.
- the display panel includes a plurality of sub-pixels 50, and the second electrodes 112 corresponding to two adjacent sub-pixels 50 are connected.
- the non-display area NA of the display panel is provided with a signal input terminal 16, and the second electrode 112 is electrically connected to the signal input terminal 16.
- the second electrodes 112 corresponding to two adjacent sub-pixels 50 are connected, which means that the second electrodes 112 of the display panel are a continuously arranged grid-like film layer, and the second electrodes 112 are provided with signals by the signal input terminal 16 .
- the signal input terminal 16 may be disposed in the non-display area NA. There may be one or more signal input terminals 16 . By disposing more signal input terminals 16 , a stable voltage signal may be provided to the second electrode 112 .
- the signal input terminal 16 can provide a fixed voltage signal, such as a common voltage, but is not limited thereto.
- the voltage signal of the signal input terminal 16 can be equal to the voltage signal of the fourth electrode 21, but is not limited thereto.
- the signal input terminal 16 can also be provided with no signal, in which case the second electrode 112 is not connected to any signal.
- the second sub-section 1123 When the signal input terminal 16 is connected to the common voltage, the second sub-section 1123 forms a voltage difference with the pixel electrode 12, which slightly affects the liquid crystal efficiency in the overlapping area. However, the light transmittance increased by increasing the aperture ratio is much greater than the light transmittance lost by the liquid crystal efficiency in the overlapping area being affected. Therefore, overall, the second sub-section 1123 is set to 1123 can still increase the light transmittance of the display panel.
- the viewing angle of the display panel can also be improved.
- the pixel electrode 12 includes a first trunk electrode 121 and a second trunk electrode 122 that are crossed and perpendicular, and the first trunk electrode 121 and the second trunk electrode 122 divide the pixel electrode 12 into four pixel sub-portions 12a, and the angles between the branch electrodes 123 of the four pixel sub-portions 12a and the second trunk electrode 122 are all different.
- the adjacent two sides of the second sub-portion 1123 are provided with a chamfer 11211.
- the included angles between the branch electrodes 123 of the four sub-pixels 50 and the second trunk electrode 122 may be 45°, 135°, ⁇ 45°, and ⁇ 135°, respectively.
- a chamfer 11211 is provided at the angle between two adjacent sides of the pixel electrode 12, and the chamfer 11211 connects two adjacent sides of the second sub-portion 1123 and forms an obtuse angle with the two adjacent sides of the second sub-portion 1123.
- the display panel includes a second substrate 20 arranged opposite to the first substrate 10, and the second substrate 20 is arranged on the side of the pixel electrode 12 away from the first substrate 10; wherein a liquid crystal layer 30 is sandwiched between the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 20, and a fourth electrode 21 is provided on the side of the first substrate 10 close to the second substrate 20.
- the liquid crystal in the liquid crystal layer 30 is deflected at least by the electric field formed by the fourth electrode 21 and the pixel electrode 12.
- the electric field formed by the area of the auxiliary electrode 11 located in the light-transmitting area A1 and the fourth electrode 21 can also deflect the liquid crystal in the liquid crystal layer 30.

像素电极12和辅助电极11的材料可以为ITO(氧化铟锡)、IZO(氧化铟锌)、IZTO(氧化铟锌锡)、IAZO(氧化铟铝锌)、IGZO(氧化铟镓锌)、IGTO(氧化铟镓锡)、AZO(氧化铝锌)、ATO(氧化锑锡)、IGZTO(氧化铟镓锌锡)等,但不限于此。
