技术领域
本申请涉及电梯领域,具体而言,涉及一种控制柜。
背景技术
目前的电梯控制柜大多数采用将一个独立的变频器安装于一个立式柜体中的形式组成电梯控制柜,但利用该方法安装的电梯控制柜通常体积较大,维护变频器时需要将变频器从控制柜中拆出才能够进行维护操作,操作难度较大,且在装配器件时,需要在立式柜体内进行装配,工作人员在装配时的下手空间受立式柜体的限制,不便于安装,从而导致装配工时较长,装配效率较低。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种控制柜,可减小控制柜的整机体积,同时便于电子器件的安装和维护,可提高安装效率和维护效率。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种控制柜,包括:
背板;
机壳,所述机壳限定出背部敞开的容纳腔,且所述机壳与所述背板可拆卸地连接;
电子器件,所述电子器件安装于所述背板,且位于所述容纳腔。
根据本申请实施例提供的控制柜,通过将机壳和背板设置为可拆卸连接,可减小控制柜的整机体积,同时便于电子器件的安装和维护,可提高安装效率和维护效率。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述机壳包括:
机壳本体,所述机壳本体的前部和背部敞开,且所述机壳本体与所述背板可拆卸地连接;
门体,所述门体与所述机壳本体相连,用于至少部分遮蔽所述机壳本体的前部。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述机壳本体包括首尾顺次相连的第一侧板、顶板、第 二侧板和盖板,其中,所述盖板与所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板背离所述顶板的一端可拆卸地连接,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板与所述背板可拆卸地连接。
根据本申请的一个实施例,还包括:
把手,所述把手与所述机壳相连,且所述机壳在连接所述把手的区域设有加固件。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述背板包括:
主板体,所述主板体的背面设有连接结构,所述电子器件安装于所述主板体的正面,且与所述连接结构相连;
连接于所述主板体边沿的翻边,所述翻边相对于所述主板体向背离所述机壳的方向翻折,所述机壳与所述翻边可拆卸地连接,且所述翻边设有用于安装所述控制柜的装配结构。
根据本申请的一个实施例,至少部分所述电子器件与所述机壳和/或所述背板限定出至少两个风道,且所述机壳在与所述风道相对的区域设有散热孔。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述电子器件包括:沿第一方向顺次布置的电源板组件和模块板组件,所述第一方向与所述背板平行,所述电源板组件相对于所述背板平行设置,所述模块板组件相对于所述背板垂直设置,所述电源板组件与所述背板限定出第一风道,所述模块板组件、所述背板以及所述机壳限定出第二风道。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述电源板组件和所述模块板组件分别布置在所述背板在所述第一方向上背离的两端。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述电子器件包括:驱动板组件和主控板组件,所述电源板组件、所述驱动板组件和所述模块板组件沿所述第一方向顺次布置,且所述主控板组件与所述驱动板组件平行间隔开相对设置,且所述主控板组件布置在所述驱动板组件背离所述背板的一侧。
根据本申请的一个实施例,还包括:
显示装置,所述机壳设有开口,所述显示装置的指示区域在所述开口露出。
根据本申请的一个实施例,还包括:
隔板,所述隔板与所述背板间隔开布置,且所述电子器件布置在所述隔板与所述背板之间,所述显示装置安装于所述隔板。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述电子器件包括平行间隔开设置的第一电路板和第二电路板,所述控制柜还包括:

主控板组件和沿第一方向顺次布置的电源板组件、驱动板组件和模块板组件,所述第一方向与所述背板平行,所述第一电路板为所述主控板组件的主控板,所述第二电路板为所述驱动板组件的驱动板,所述主控板和所述驱动板与所述背板平行布置,且所述主控板布置在所述驱动板背离所述背板的一侧。

接地件,所述接地件的至少部分设于所述背板外侧,用于电连接现场接地点,所述电子器件的接地线与所述接地件相连。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述接地件包括:
第一接地件,所述第一接地件布置在所述背板的内侧,所述电子器件的接地线与所述第一接地件相连;
第二接地件,所述第二接地件布置在所述背板的外侧,且与所述第一接地件连接,所述第二接地件用于电连接现场接地点。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述背板设有缺口,所述第一接地件和所述第二接地件在所述缺口处接触。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相 同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考图1-图22描述根据本申请实施例的控制柜。
本申请实施例提供一种控制柜,如图1-图5所示,该控制柜包括背板110、机壳120和电子器件200。
其中,如图1-图5所示,控制柜可以为用于控制电梯运行的电梯控制柜,也可以为用于其他领域的控制柜。
控制柜的机壳120可以选择碳钢、冷轧板、不锈钢、合金钢或者其他合适的材料制成。
如图1-图5所示,机壳120限定出背部敞开的容纳腔,且机壳120与背板110可拆卸地连接,机壳120可以为背部敞开的矩形结构、梯形结构或者其他的形状结构,机壳120与背板110可以通过螺栓、卡扣或者其他的方式可拆卸地连接。
如图1-图5所示,当机壳120与背板110连接时,机壳120限定出的容纳腔可以为矩形结构,也可以为椭圆、梯形或者其他的形状结构。
如图1-图5所示,电子器件200安装于背板110,且位于容纳腔,电子器件200可以通过螺栓、螺钉或者其他方式安装于背板110靠近机壳120的侧面上,当背板110与机壳120连接时,电子器件200位于机壳120的容纳腔内。
在实际执行过程中,工作人员安装电子器件200时,将各个电子器件200通过螺栓安装于背板110,所有电子器件200安装完成后,将机壳120罩设于所有电子器件200外部且与背板110连接,控制柜整机装配完成后立式固定于指定位置;当工作人员需要对控制柜内部的电子器件200维修时,可从背板110上拆开机壳120,并将机壳120沿远离背板110的方向移动取出,此时电子器件200裸露于外界环境中,可供工作人员维修或更换。
通过将机壳120和背板110设置为可拆卸地连接,不用在机壳120的内壁附近预留操作空间,在安装电子器件200时可将电子器件200尽量在背板110上贴边排布,实现较小的装配工艺间隙,相对于直接在控制柜内部装配电子器件200,可节省工作人员下手安装的空间,提高控制柜内部的空间利用率,减小控制柜的整机体积,同时可在开放式环境下对电子器件200进行维护或更换,实现无约束地安装或拆卸电子器件200,从而提高电子器件200地装配效率和维护效率。
根据本申请实施例提供的控制柜,通过将机壳120和背板110设置为可拆卸连接,可减小控制柜的整机体积,同时便于电子器件200的安装和维护,可提高安装效率和维护效率。
在一些实施例中,如图1-图4、图6-图8所示,机壳120包括机壳本体121和门体122。
其中,如图1-图4、图6-图8所示,机壳本体121的前部和背部敞开,且机壳本体121与背板110可拆卸地连接,机壳本体121可以为前部和背部敞开的矩形结构,也可以为圆形、梯形或者其他的形状结构。
如图1-图4、图6-图8所示,门体122与机壳本体121相连,用于至少部分遮蔽机壳本体121的前部,门体122可以与机壳本体121可枢转地相连,比如,门体122与机壳本体121前侧的其中一边通过铰链1221或者其他方式转动连接,即,门体122可通过铰链1221相对于机壳本体121前侧的其中一边转动;门体122也可以与机壳本体121滑动相连,比如,机壳本体121的前侧设有滑轨,门体122的侧边设有滑块,门体122和机壳本体121通过滑轨和滑块滑动相连。
如图1、图3、图6-图8所示,门体122的前侧设有门锁1222,在控制柜正常工作时可将门锁1222锁止,在需要观察或操作控制柜内部的电子器件200时可将门锁1222解锁,以提高电子器件200的安全性。
如图1、图3、图6-图8所示,门锁1222可以设置于门体122前侧与门体122转轴相背的位置,且门锁1222可相对于门体122前表面向外凸出,即,门锁1222可充当门体122的门把,结构简单且便于工作人员开启门体122。
在实际执行过程中,当控制柜处于正常工作状态或无故障时,门体122通过门锁1222与机壳本体121锁止,此时门体122无法开启,且门体122遮蔽机壳本体121的前部;当需要观察控制柜内部时,开启门锁1222并拉动门锁1222使门体122相对于转轴向远离机壳本体121的方向转动,直至门体122完全不遮蔽机壳本体121的前部。
通过设置门体122,可避免电子器件200暴露于外界环境中而受到灰尘或者其他物质的影响,提高电子器件200的安全性,同时可提高控制柜外部整体的整洁性。
在一些实施例中,如图1-图4、图6-图8所示,机壳本体121包括首尾顺次相连的第一侧板1211、顶板1212、第二侧板1213和盖板1214,其中,盖板1214与第一侧板1211和第二侧板1213背离顶板1212的一端可拆卸地连接,第一侧板1211和第二侧板1213与背板110可拆卸地连接。
其中,如图1-图4、图6-图8所示,第一侧板1211、顶板1212和第二侧板1213可以一体成型,也可以三者分开成型后通过螺钉、螺栓或者其他方式固定连接。
如图1-图4、图6-图8所示,第一侧板1211、顶板1212、第二侧板1213和盖板1214均可以为矩形结构,也可以为梯形或者其他的形状结构,第一侧板1211可以分别与顶板1212、盖板1214形成直角结构,第二侧板1213可以分别与顶板1212、盖板1214形 成直角结构,即,第一侧板1211、顶板1212、第二侧板1213和盖板1214可以首尾顺次相连形成矩形结构,也可以形成梯形或者其他的形状结构,在此不做限制。
如图1-图4、图6-图8所示,第一侧板1211宽度方向上靠近背板110的侧边和第二侧板1213宽度方向上靠近背板110的侧边均与背板110可拆卸地连接,第一侧板1211长度方向上靠近盖板1214的侧边和第二侧板1213长度方向上靠近盖板1214的侧边均与盖板1214可拆卸地连接。
如图1、图2、图4、图6-图8所示,顶板1212在靠近第二侧板1213和第一侧板1211的位置分别设有第一风机1216和第二风机1217,盖板1214在与第一风机1216和第二风机1217对应的位置设有多个散热孔1215,散热孔1215可以多排交叉的形式设置,也可以按照其他的方式设置,第一风机1216可以设置为两个,第二风机1217可以设置为两个,第一风机1216和第二风机1217也可以设置为其他数量。
通过设置第一风机1216、第二风机1217和散热孔1215,可利用第一风机1216和第二风机1217对控制柜内部的电子器件200风冷散热,散热孔1215可使控制柜内部的高温空气与外部环境中的低温空气进行交换,提高散热效果;由于在长期使用过程中,盖板1214上的散热孔1215容易积灰,灰尘较多时容易堵住散热孔1215,从而容易导致控制柜内部散热不佳和电子器件200受到损坏,因此将盖板1214设置为与第一侧板1211和第二侧板1213可拆卸连接,可单独将盖板1214从机壳本体121上拆卸,以便于工作人员定期对盖板1214进行清洁,确保控制柜的散热效果,同时无需将机壳120其他部位拆卸,操作简单。
在一些实施例中,如图1-图8所示,控制柜还包括把手130,把手130与机壳120相连,且机壳120在连接把手130的区域设有加固件131。
其中,如图1-图8所示,第一侧板1211靠近顶板1212的位置和第二侧板1213靠近顶板1212的位置均安装有把手130,把手130可以由条形结构弯折两次形成,把手130也可以为其他的形状结构。
如图3所示,加固件131可以为矩形结构,也可以为椭圆形或者其他的形状结构,两个加固件131分别位于第一侧板1211内侧与把手130对应的位置和第二侧板1213内侧与把手130对应的位置,两个把手130分别与两个加固件131通过螺栓、螺钉或者其他的方式相连。
通过在第一侧板1211和第二侧板1213外侧均设置把手130,可便于工作人员双手提起控制柜,节省工作人员的体力;通过在机壳120内侧把手130对应的位置设置加固件131,可增加把手130与机壳120连接处的机壳120的厚度,从而提高机壳120上与把手130对应位置的强度,避免机壳120与把手130相连的位置在外力的作用下发生变 形,同时机壳120的其他部位无需增加厚度,可节省材料和生产成本。加固件131可以为钣金。
在一些实施例中,如图1-图8所示,背板110包括主板体111和翻边113。
其中,如图4所示,主板体111的背面设有连接结构112,电子器件200安装于主板体111的正面,且与连接结构112相连,主板体111的背面为主板体111背离机壳120的端面,主板体111的正面为主板体111靠近机壳120的端面,连接结构112可以为设于主板体111背面的背板110螺母。
如图4所示,背板110螺母可以设置多个,多个背板110螺母间隔排列设置于背板110上,且多个背板110螺母分别位于背板110背面上与各电子器件200安装部位对应的位置。
如图1-图8所示,翻边113连接于主板体111边沿,主板体111与第一侧板1211和第二侧板1213对应的两侧均连接有翻边113,翻边113相对于主板体111向背离机壳120的方向翻折,翻边113的横截面可以呈现为L型结构,也可以呈现为阶梯结构或者其他的形状结构,翻边113的第一段与主板体111相连且垂直,且翻边113的第一段的高度大于连接结构112的高度,翻边113的第二段与主板体111平行且相对于主板体111与第一侧板1211和第二侧板1213对应的两侧向外凸出。
如图1-图8所示,机壳120与翻边113可拆卸地连接,第一侧板1211和第二侧板1213外侧靠近背面的部位设有外壳固定架140,外壳固定架140同样为L型结构,外壳固定架140一端与对应的第一侧板1211或第二侧板1213相连,当将机壳120与背板110相连时,将外壳固定架140的另一端与背板110翻边113的第二段重叠并将两者通过螺栓、螺钉或者其他的方式相连。
如图1-图8所示,翻边113设有用于安装控制柜的装配结构1131,装配结构1131可以为设于翻边113第二段上的两个腰型孔,也可以为其他数量和其他形式的装配结构1131,两个腰型孔沿翻边113的长度方向间隔开设置,外壳固定架140与翻边113上装配结构1131对应的位置同样设有腰型孔。
如图1-图8所示,翻边113长度方向上的两端均设有倒圆角,以避免翻边113的边角过于尖锐导致工作人员在搬运、安装或拆卸背板110时被翻边113的边角划伤。
在实际执行过程中,将机壳120和背板110通过外壳固定架140和翻边113相连,安装后的控制柜整体通过外壳固定架140和翻边113上的腰型孔与指定位置处的螺栓、螺钉配合连接。
通过设置翻边113、相对于翻边113向机壳120内侧凹陷的主板体111以及设置于主板体111背面的连接结构112,且翻边113第一段的高度大于连接结构112的高度, 可使连接结构112不凸出于翻边113,从而提高背板110的整洁性,同时可确保翻边113的第二段能够与指定位置的墙面或者其他安装面完全贴合,从而提高控制柜整体的安装稳定性。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图2和图5所示,控制柜还包括接地件500,接地件500的至少部分设于背板110外侧,用于电连接现场接地点,电子器件200的接地线与接地件500相连。
其中,如图1、图2和图5所示,接地件500可以为接地排,接地件500由铜材料制成,即,接地件500可以为接地铜排。
在实际执行过程中,控制柜内部的电子器件200和板卡的接地线与接地铜排电连接,控制柜外部进出线的动力线的地线同样与接地铜排电连接,同时接地铜排通过线缆与现场接地点电连接。
相关技术中,控制柜内部的电子器件200和板卡的接地通常通过控制柜的外壳实现接地,但外壳的材质为铁板,阻抗较大,因此经常出现板卡和电子器件200接地不可靠而影响性能的问题,同时有些外壳上需要喷塑,而塑粉绝缘则导致无法通过外壳接地。
根据本申请实施例提供的控制柜,通过设置接地件500,可使控制柜内部电子器件200、板卡的接地线和控制柜外部进出线的动力线的地线通过接地件500接到现场接地点,由于接地件500为接地铜排,导电性能强且阻抗小,从而可提高各个部件接地的可靠性。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,接地件500包括第一接地件510和第二接地件520,第一接地件510布置在背板110的内侧,电子器件200的接地线与第一接地件510相连;第二接地件520布置在背板110的外侧,且与第一接地件510连接,第二接地件520用于电连接现场接地点。
其中,如图5所示,第一接地件510安装于背板110的内侧上端,且第一接地件510位于机壳120的内侧,控制柜中各个电子器件200和板卡的接地线与第一接地件510电连接。
如图5所示,第二接地件520安装于背板110的外侧上端,第二接地件520与第一接地件510电连接,同时第二接地件520与第一接地件510通过螺栓、螺钉或者其他方式相连,控制柜外部进出线的动力线的地线与第二接地件520电连接,且第二接地件520与现场接地点通过线缆电连接。
通过设置硬性连接于一体的第一连接件360和第二连接件360,可提高电子器件200、板卡和外部进出线的接地可靠性,同时控制柜内部和外部接地统一,可简化接地操作,便于工作人员实施接地操作。
在一些实施例中,背板110设有缺口,第一接地件510和第二接地件520在缺口处接触。
其中,背板110的主板体111上端设有缺口,第一接地件510位于缺口内,第二接地件520位于背板110的外侧,且第二接地件520通过螺栓、螺钉或者其他方式相连,第一接地件510在缺口内与第二接地件520接触。
通过将第一接地件510和第二接地件520设置为在背板110缺口处接触,可提高第一接地件510和第二接地件520之间的连接可靠性,进一步提高各个部件的接地可靠性。
下面对本申请实施例的控制柜中,显示装置300的布置方式和结构形式进行具体说明。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图3、图6-图10所示,控制柜还包括显示装置300,机壳120设有开口123,显示装置300的指示区域310在开口123露出。
其中,如图1、图3、图6-图10所示,显示装置300除内部的UCMP板391(Unintended car movement protection system,电梯轿厢意外移动保护系统)之外的部分为控制柜的人机交互部分,显示装置300安装于控制柜的内部,机壳120门体122在与显示装置300对应的位置设有开口123,开口123的大小和形状均与显示装置300相同,比如,显示装置300整体为矩形结构,则开口123同样为矩形结构,当门体122关闭时,显示装置300的前端面穿过门体122的开口123,且相对于门体122的前表面向外凸出。
如图9所示,显示装置300的指示区域310为用于指示各个电子器件200工作状态的区域,指示区域310可以通过灯光显示各个电子器件200的工作状态,比如,灯光为绿色时,则该灯光对应的电子器件200处于正常工作状态,若灯光为红色,则表示该灯光对应的电子器件200停止工作或出故障,或者按照其他形式显示电子器件200的工作状态。
如图9和图10所示,显示装置300可以包括按钮板380、显示板390、转换开关343、透明板342、急停按钮344和按键345,转换开关343和急停按钮344可以并排设置,也可以按照其他的方式设置,按键345设有多个,多个按键345分别对应不同的作用,且多个按键345布置于同一区域中,指示区域310可以设于按键345的两侧,也可以设置于其他位置。
当门体122关闭时,显示装置300的前端面穿过门体122的开口123,此时显示装置300的指示区域310、转换开关343、透明板342、急停按钮344和按键345均在开口123露出。
急停按钮344通过线束与电梯安全回路电连接实现电梯紧急状态的停机;转换开关343通过线束与对应的电子器件200电连接实现电梯不同工作状态的转换,通常在出现 故障或检修时切换成紧急电动模式,工作人员可通过显示装置300上的按键345对电梯进行手动调节,按键345与按钮板380和显示板390电连接,按钮板380和显示板390通过线排与对应的电子器件200电连接,按钮板380和显示板390可将信号传递至对应的电子器件200,以实现人机交互指令的执行。
通过在门体122设置开口123,且将显示装置300的指示区域310、转换开关343、透明板342、急停按钮344和按键345在开口123露出,可便于工作人员通过显示装置300获取控制柜内部电子器件200的工作状态以及对电子器件200进行调试、维护或更换。
在实际执行过程中,如图1、图3、图6-图8所示,控制柜还包括隔板150,隔板150与背板110间隔开布置,且电子器件200布置在隔板150与背板110之间,显示装置300安装于隔板150。
其中,如图1、图3、图6-图8所示,隔板150与背板110平行设置,且两者间隔开布置,隔板150的一端与电子器件200的安装支架相连,隔板150的另一端与机壳120的第一侧板1211相连,即,隔板150通过电子器件200的安装支架和机壳120的第一侧板1211支撑固定。
如图1、图3、图6-图8所示,电子器件200均安装于背板110靠近机壳120的侧面,且位于隔板150的背面,控制柜还包括网关370,显示装置300和网关370均安装于隔板150上。
在实际执行过程中,工作人员可通过外露的显示装置300获取电子器件200的工作状态以及对电子器件200进行调试、维护或更换;若网关370出现故障,则工作人员开启门体122后即可对网关370进行维修。
通过设置隔板150,可将控制柜中需要经常调试和操作的装置安装于隔板150上,则工作人员可在控制柜外部直接进行操作,或者仅需开启门体122即可对装置进行操作,操作方便简单,同时隔板150可将电子器件200和外部环境进行隔离,避免在开启门体122对显示装置300或网关370进行操作时灰尘或者其他杂质进入电子器件200中影响电子器件200的工作。
在一些实施例中,如图11-图15所示,显示装置300包括PCB板卡320、多个导光体330和壳体340。
其中,如图11-图15所示,PCB板卡320上设有多个指示灯321,多个指示灯321安装于显示装置300按键345的两侧,多个导光体330的入光面与多个指示灯321相对设置,导光体330可以为柱状结构,柱状导光体330的一个端面与指示灯321对应设置,以使指示灯321发出的光能够通过导光体330显示。
如图11-图15所示,壳体340设有指示区域310,壳体340在指示区域310的位置设有多个导光孔,多个导光孔与多个导光体330一一对应设置,且导光体330的另一个端面凸出于导光孔的外表面,或者导光体330的另一个端面于导光孔的外表面平齐。
壳体340在指示区域310的背面设有多个隔离罩350,多个隔离罩350限定出多个隔离腔351,每个导光体330均安装一隔离腔351,且导光体330的出光面朝向指示区域310,1各隔离罩350可以限定出1个或多个隔离腔351。
如图11-图15所示,隔离罩350整体可以呈现为矩形结构,也可以为圆形结构或者其他的形状结构,隔离罩350靠近PCB板卡320的端面向内凹陷设有凹槽,凹槽形成隔离腔351,导光孔设于凹槽的底面,凹槽可以为矩形凹槽,也可以为圆形或者其他形状的凹槽。
在实际执行过程中,安装导光体330时,将导光体330插入隔离罩350的隔离腔351中,并使导光体330的出光面设于对应的导光孔中,将PCB板卡320安装于壳体340内部,并使PCB板卡320上的指示灯321与导光体330的入光面对应设置,当指示灯321开启时,光源从导光体330的入光面发散至导光体330的出光面,此时工作人员可在壳体340外部直接观察到指示灯321的灯光颜色和状态。
根据本申请实施例提供的控制柜的显示装置300,通过设置隔离罩350和隔离腔351,可利用隔离腔351的壁面将相邻两个导光体330隔开,相邻两个导光体330的出光面互不干扰,从而降低相邻两个导光体330之间发生串光的可能性。
在一些实施例中,如图11-图15所示,多个隔离罩350背离指示区域310的端面相互平齐。
其中,如图11-图15所示,隔离腔351的壁面高度大于或等于导光体330的高度,即,安装后的导光体330完全位于隔离腔351中,且若1个隔离罩350限定出多个隔离腔351,则相邻两个导光体330被隔离腔351的壁面隔开。
如图11-图15所示,多个隔离罩350背离指示区域310的端面可以与PCB板卡320朝向隔离罩350的端面平齐,即,安装PCB板卡320和导光体330后,隔离罩350背离指示区域310的端面与PCB板卡320朝向隔离罩350的端面贴合,此时导光体330完全被隔离罩350隔开。
通过将多个隔离罩350背离指示区域310的端面设置为相互平齐,可使隔离罩350和PCB板卡320配合将多个导光体330单独包裹,即,将多个导光体330分别设置在一个单独的区域,进一步避免相邻两个导光体330之间发生串光。
在一些实施例中,如图11-图15所示,显示装置300还包括多个连接件360,连接件360具有第一安装结构361和多个安装位,每个导光体330均安装一安装位,每个隔 离罩350均具有多个隔离腔351,多个连接件360与多个隔离罩350一一对应,壳体340设有多个第二安装结构341,第一安装结构361与第二安装结构341相连。
其中,如图11-图15所示,每个连接件360均具有1个第一安装结构361和多个安装位,每个隔离罩350沿壳体340的高度方向具有多个隔离腔351,安装位的数量和隔离腔351的数量相同,比如,隔离罩350具有4个隔离腔351,则连接件360同样具有4个安装位,隔离罩350也可以沿壳体340的长度方向或者其他方向具有多个隔离腔351。
在实际执行过程中,4个导光体330与同一个连接件360上的4个安装位一一对应安装,且安装于同一个连接件360上的4个导光体330与同一个隔离罩350的4个隔离腔351一一对应安装,连接件360通过第一安装结构361与壳体340上的第二安装结构341相连。
通过将每个隔离罩350设置为具有多个隔离腔351和连接件360上具有多个安装位,可将多个导光体330通过一个连接件360安装于壳体340上,操作简便,可提高安装效率。
在一些实施例中,如图11-图15所示,连接件360包括连接筋362,多个安装位和第一安装结构361通过连接筋362相连,隔离罩350中每个隔离腔351处均设有避让口352,连接筋362贯穿避让口352。
其中,如图11-图15所示,多个安装位沿壳体340的长度方向间隔开设置,且多个连接筋362同样沿壳体340的长度方向间隔开设置,隔离腔351靠近第二安装结构341的端面设有避让口352。
安装连接件360和导光体330时,将多个导光体330与多个安装位一一对应安装,安装导光体330和安装位之后将导光体330插入隔离腔351中,同时多个连接筋362与多个隔离腔351的避让口352一一对应安装,装配完成时,连接筋362与安装位相连的一端位于隔离腔351内部,连接筋362与第一安装结构361相连的一端贯穿避让口352设于隔离罩350的外部。
通过设置连接筋362,可提高导光体330的固定可靠性,提升连接件360的强度。
在一些实施例中,如图11-图15所示,避让口352的宽度沿靠近指示区域310的方向逐渐变小。
其中,如图11-图15所示,避让口352整体可以呈现为梯形结构,也可以呈现为V形或者其他的形状结构,梯形避让口352的上底靠近指示区域310设置,梯形避让口352的下底远离指示区域310设置,避让口352的最小宽度可以小于或等于连接筋362的宽度。
在实际执行过程中,安装连接件360时,移动连接件360以使连接筋362从避让口 352远离指示区域310的一端向避让口352靠近指示区域310的一端移动,即,连接筋362从避让口352宽度较大的一端向宽度较小的一端移动,当连接筋362位于避让口352宽度最小的位置时,由于连接筋362的宽度大于或等于避让口352的最小宽度,因此此时连接筋362被避让口352的两侧壁面夹紧。
通过将避让口352的宽度设置为沿靠近指示区域310的方向逐渐变小,在连接筋362处于避让口352宽度较大的位置时可便于连接筋362的移动,在连接筋362处于避让口352宽度最小的位置时可利用避让口352的两侧壁面夹紧连接筋362,从而提高连接筋362的固定可靠性。
在一些实施例中,如图11-图15所示,隔离腔351的腔壁设有限位槽353,安装位的外壁与限位槽353配合。
其中,如图11-图15所示,限位槽353的形状与安装位外壁对应部位的形状相同,且安装位外壁的宽度大于隔离腔351的宽度,当将导光体330安装于隔离腔351中时,安装位与导光体330一同安装于隔离腔351内,限位槽353的设置可使安装位能够完全位于隔离腔351中,同时安装位的外壁与限位槽353的内壁贴合。
通过设置限位槽353,在确保安装位能够安装于隔离腔351中的同时,可通过限位槽353限制安装位在壳体340高度方向上的自由度,进而限制导光体330的自由度,以避免导光体330在安装过程中出现歪斜。
在一些实施例中,如图11-图15所示,连接筋362包括连接主段3621和多个连接支段3622,连接主段3621沿隔离罩350的多个隔离腔351的分布方向延伸,且位于隔离腔351外,第一安装结构361设于连接主段3621;多个连接支段3622间隔开与连接主段3621相连,且每个连接支段3622背离连接主段3621的一端均设有安装位,连接支段3622贯穿避让口352。
其中,如图11-图15所示,连接主段3621从第一安装结构361处沿壳体340的高度方向向两侧延伸设置,连接支段3622沿壳体340的长度方向设置,且连接支段3622的一端与连接主段3621相连,连接支段3622的另一端设有安装位,多个连接支段3622沿连接主段3621的延伸方向间隔开设置。
通过上述连接主段3621和连接支段3622的设置,可为多个导光体330的安装提供足够的位置,同时可进一步提高连接件360的强度,从而进一步提高导光体330的固定可靠性。
在一些实施例中,如图11-图15所示,第二安装结构341包括邻近隔离罩350设置的安装柱,第一安装结构361包括安装孔,安装柱贯穿安装孔。
其中,如图11-图15所示,壳体340内侧位于每个隔离罩350具有避让口352的端 面的旁边均设有安装柱,第二安装结构341还包括多个设置于安装柱外周的支撑件,支撑件的高度与壳体340内表面至限位槽353底部的距离相同。
如图11-图15所示,安装孔设置于连接件360上,将第一安装结构361和第二安装结构341连接时,将安装孔朝向安装柱移动,以使安装柱未与壳体340相连的一端插入安装孔内,继续移动安装孔直至安装孔靠近壳体340的端面与支撑件贴合,此时连接件360整体与壳体340平行。
将第一安装结构361设置为安装孔,第二安装结构341设置为安装柱,安装方式简单,结构简单,可在一定程度上提高显示装置300的安装效率,通过设置支撑件,可使连接件360整体处于平衡状态,从而进一步避免导光体330出现歪斜的情况。
在一些实施例中,如图11-图15所示,连接件360具有多个套筒363,套筒363限定出安装位。
其中,如图11-图15所示,每个连接支段3622远离连接主段3621的一端均具有套筒363,套筒363内部沿套筒363的高度方向设有通孔,通孔为安装位,通孔的直径可以稍大于或等于导光体330的直径。
将导光体330安装于安装位时,将导光体330插入套筒363的通孔中,并使套筒363整体位于导光体330的中间部位。
通过利用套筒363限定出安装位,结构简单且安装可靠性高,安装导光体330的操作简单,从而可进一步提高显示装置300的安装效率。
下面对本申请实施例的控制柜中,电子器件200的布置方式进行具体说明。
在一些实施例中,如图2、图5-图8、图16-图19所示,控制柜包括柜体100、电源板组件210、驱动板组件230和模块板组件220。
其中,如图2、图5-图8、图16-图19所示,柜体100包括上述任一种实施例的机壳120和背板110,电子器件200包括电源板组件210、驱动板组件230和模块板组件220,电源板组件210、驱动板组件230和模块板组件220沿第一方向顺次布置,第一方向与柜体100的背面(背板110)平行,比如,第一方向与背板110的长度方向平行,电源板组件210、驱动板组件230和模块板组件220沿背板110的长度方向从下至上顺次设置。
通过在柜体100内直接设置电源板组件210、驱动板组件230和模块板组件220,可将电源板组件210、驱动板组件230和模块板组件220根据控制柜的形状和内部空间选择合适的安装方式,相对于将独立的变频器安装于柜体100内的空间利用率更高,可以不限制控制柜的形态,同时电源板组件210、驱动板组件230和模块板组件220沿与背板110平行的方向顺次布置,实现扁平化布局,可降低电子器件200的整体厚度,从而 可适用于狭小空间的场景,另外电源板组件210、驱动板组件230和模块板组件220可单独装配好之后再一起组装,装配简单。
根据本申请实施例提供的控制柜,通过电源板组件210、驱动板组件230和模块板组件220的设置,可提高控制柜的空间利用率,减小控制柜的整体尺寸,装配简单,同时可扩大控制柜的适用范围。
在一些实施例中,如图2、图5-图8、图16-图19所示,电子器件200包括主控板组件240,主控板组件240与驱动板组件230平行间隔开相对设置,且主控板组件240布置在驱动板组件230背离背板110的一侧。
其中,如图2、图5-图8、图16-图19所示,主控板组件240包括主控板241和安装于主控板241上的电子器件200,驱动板组件230包括驱动板231和预充电板232,电源板组件210包括电源板213和电容板212,模块板组件220包括模块板221和散热器222。
如图2、图5-图8、图16-图19所示,控制柜根据工作原理可划分为驱动部分、控制部分、电源部分和人机交互部分,驱动板组件230、模块板组件220、电源板组件210中的电容板212构成驱动部分;主控板组件240、显示装置300中的UCMP板391构成控制部分;电源板组件210中的电源板213构成电源部分;显示装置300中除UCMP板391之外的部分构成人机交互部分。
如图2、图5-图8、图16-图19所示,电源部分从驱动板231的输入三相交流电取电并转化成各个电压等级的电源给驱动板组件230内的各个部分供电。
如图2、图5-图8、图16-图19所示,控制部分通过线束从电源部分取电,主控板241是控制部分的核心,主控板241通过控制驱动部分来实现电梯曳引机带动轿厢上升、下降、停止开门的平稳性及减震等控制功能的实现。
控制部分中的UCMP板391通过线束与电梯安全回路、轿厢、主控板241相连接来实现提前开门功能:电梯正常运行进入门区时,继电器常开触点闭合,门锁1222回路被短接,直到电梯平层,释放所有的输出接触器,完成提前开门功能,可提升开门效率。
UCMP板391还可以实现轿厢意外移动保护功能:当轿厢出现意外移动或轿厢出门区时,DZ7_EN信号或DZ8_EN信号无效,继电器线圈失电,其常开触点断开,门锁1222回路断开,使电梯停止运行。
UCMP板391还可以实现再平层功能:电梯运行到平层位置开门,比如由于轿厢内载重改变,使轿厢上移或下移,当系统检测到轿厢移动距离超过一定的数值,一般为10mm-20mm,系统执行再平层功能。
UCMP板391还可以实现轿门或厅门短接检测功能:在开门状态时,MCU (Microcontroller Unit,微控制器)控制UCMP板391动作行为,通过前门锁1222检测、后门锁1222检测、总门锁1222检测判断相应的短接位置。
主控板组件240和驱动板组件230沿壳体340的宽度方向平行间隔开相对设置,驱动板组件230安装于背板110靠近机壳120的侧面,主控板组件240安装于驱动板组件230远离背板110的一侧,主控板组件240通过主控支架242与驱动板组件230相连。
由于驱动板组件230整体厚度较小,因此将主控板组件240和驱动板组件230沿壳体340的宽度方向平行间隔开相对设置,可提高柜体100内部的空间利用率。
在一些实施例中,如图2、图5-图8、图16-图19所示,电源板组件210相对于柜体100的背面(背板110)平行设置,驱动板组件230相对于柜体100的背面(背板110)平行设置,模块板组件220相对于柜体100的背面(背板110)垂直设置。
其中,如图2、图5-图8、图16-图19所示,电源板组件210、驱动板组件230和模块板组件220从背板110的上端至下端顺次设置,驱动板组件230与背板110平行设置,主控板组件240与驱动板231平行设置,即,主控板组件240同样与背板110平行设置。
通过将电源板组件210和驱动板组件230相对于背板110平行设置,可减小电子器件200整体的厚度,实现扁平化布局从而减小柜体100的整体体积,以使柜体100能够适用于狭窄空间内,通过将模块板组件220相对于背板110垂直设置,由于模块板组件220整体体积较大且电子器件200较少,因此可通过模块板组件220为驱动板组件230和主控板组件240提供一定的支撑力。
在一些实施例中,如图2、图5-图8、图16-图19所示,驱动板组件230包括驱动板231和预充电板232,预充电板232相对于驱动板231平行布置,且布置在驱动板231背离柜体100的背面(背板110)的一侧。
其中,驱动板231的横截面积大于预充电板232的横截面积,预充电板232安装于驱动板231背离背板110的侧面上,即,预充电板232和驱动板231在柜体100的宽度方向上叠层设置,且预充电板232通过正、负铜螺柱与驱动板231电连接。
通过将预充电板232和驱动板231叠层设置,可提高控制柜的空间利用率,同时预充电板232和驱动板231之间通过铜端子实现硬连接,相对于线束连接的可靠性较高。
在一些实施例中,如图2、图5-图8、图16-图19所示,驱动板231相对于柜体100的背面(背板110)的布置高度低于电源板组件210相对于柜体100的背面的布置高度。
其中,如图2、图5-图8、图16-图19所示,电源板组件210的电源板213和电容板212相对于背板110的布置高度均高于驱动板231相对于背板110的布置高度,预充电板232的上端通过正、负铜端子与电容板212电连接,预充电板232的下端通过正、负铜端子与驱动板231电连接,即,电容板212、预充电板232和驱动板231叠层设置。
通过将电容板212、预充电板232和驱动板231叠层设置,可有效解决小体积情况下驱动板231布不下预充电板232的情况,提高控制柜的空间利用率,同时电容板212、预充电板232和驱动板231叠之间均通过铜螺柱实现硬连接,可提高整体的连接可靠性。
在一些实施例中,如图2、图5-图8、图16-图19所示,驱动板组件230的主回路端子233设置在靠近模块板组件220的一侧,且驱动板组件230的主回路端子233通过刚性连接件360与模块板组件220连接。
其中,主回路端子233为铜端子,刚性连接件360可以为焊针,铜端子通过焊针焊接于模块板组件220的模块板221上。
如图2、图5-图8、图16-图19所示,驱动部分的主要工作原理为:R、S、T、N三相交流电、零线从驱动板231端子排输入,N与R、S、T任意一相并联取220V电压给电源板213供电,三相交流电后靠铜端子R、铜端子S、铜端子T流经模块板221,通过模块板221上的整流芯片将三相交流电整流成直流电;后通过正、负铜排流经预充电板232,预充电板232主要在控制柜启动时对整个回路起保护作用,同时预充电板232一方面通过上部的正、负铜螺柱与电容板212并联,电容板212主要功能是通过放电来减少电压的波动来降低谐波,另一方面通过下部的正、负铜螺柱与驱动板231电连接后通过驱动板231的正、负端子排输出正、负母线,然后电路从预充电板232通过正、负铜排,负铜排输入和输出共用,与正铜排并联,再流经模块板221,通过模块板221的逆变芯片将直流电逆变成三相交流电;再通过铜端子U、铜端子V、铜端子W,流经驱动板231上靠驱动板231上部U端子排、V端子排、W端子排输出;B相电流从模块板221上的制动芯片流出,经过铜端子B后流经驱动板231通过驱动板231下部的B端子排输出。
通过将驱动部分的主回路端子233利用刚性连接件360与模块板221相连,可提高驱动板231和模块板221之间连接的可靠性。
在一些实施例中,如图20-图22所示,电子器件200包括平行间隔开设置的第一电路板和第二电路板,控制柜还包括连接板400,连接板400相对于第一电路板垂直布置,且第一电路板和第二电路板通过连接板400电连接。
其中,如图20-图22所示,电子器件200包括主控板组件240和沿第一方向顺次布置的电源板组件210、驱动板组件230和模块板组件220,第一方向与背板110平行,第一电路板可以为主控板组件240的主控板241,第二电路板可以为驱动板组件230的驱动板231,主控板241和驱动板231与背板110平行布置,且主控板241布置在驱动板231背离背板的一侧。
连接板400可以为PCB板,主控板241和驱动板231之间连接的电路可以设置于连 接板400上,连接板400的第一端与主控板241相连,第二端与驱动板231相连。
第一电路板和第二电路板通过连接板400电连接,相对于通过线束连接的可靠性较高,同时相对于仅用硬连接器连接所占用的空间较小,且结构简单,连接方式简单。
在一些实施例中,如图20-图22所示,连接板400的第一端和第一电路板中的一个设有母插排2411,另一个设有与母插排2411插接的弯角公插排410,连接板400的第二端设有弯脚焊针,弯脚焊针与第二电路板焊接。
其中,如图20-图22所示,第一电路板可以为主控板组件240中的主控板241,第二电路板可以为驱动板组件230中的驱动板231,主控板241靠近驱动板231的一侧设有母插排2411,连接板400远离驱动板231的一端设有弯角公插排410,连接板400靠近驱动板231的一端设有弯角焊针420,连接板400通过弯角焊针420与驱动板231焊接,通过弯角公插排410与主控板241的母插排2411电连接。
如图20-图22所示,安装时,将连接板400通过弯角焊针420与驱动板231焊接后,再将主控板241的母插排2411与连接板400的弯角公插排410连接。
连接板400通过弯角公插排410和弯角焊针420分别与主控板241和驱动板231连接,可在实现主控板241和驱动板231之间的电连接的同时,通过硬连接将主控板241和驱动板231相连,连接可靠性较高。
在一些实施例中,如图6-图8、图16和图17所示,至少部分电子器件200与机壳120和/或背板110限定出至少两个风道,且机壳120在与风道相对的区域设有散热孔1215。
其中,如图6-图8、图16和图17所示,部分电子器件200可以与机壳120限定出至少两个风道,部分电子器件200也可以与背板110限定出至少两个风道,部分电子器件200也可以分别与机壳120和背板110限定出至少一个风道,机壳120上与每个风道对应的区域均设有散热孔1215,且机壳120与散热孔1215相对的侧面可以设有第一风机1216和第二风机1217,第一风机1216和第二风机1217分别与至少两个风道一一对应设置。
通过设置风道和对应的散热孔1215,可提高控制柜的散热效果,确保控制柜中电子器件200的使用安全性,避免电子器件200温度过高导致损坏。
在一些实施例中,如图6-图8、图16和图17所示,电子器件200包括:沿第一方向顺次布置的电源板组件210和模块板组件220,第一方向与背板110平行,电源板组件210相对于背板110平行设置,模块板组件220相对于背板110垂直设置,电源板组件210与背板110限定出第一风道250,模块板组件220、背板110以及机壳120限定出第二风道260。
其中,如图6-图8、图16和图17所示,电源板组件210与背板110平行设置,则电源板组件210与背板110限定出的第一风道250的宽度较大,模块板组件220与背板110垂直设置,则模块板组件220、背板110以及机壳120限定出的第二风道260高度较大,通过第一风机1216使第一风道250中的空气流动,通过第二风机1217使第二风道260中的空气流动。
通过电源板组件210与背板110限定出第一风道250,模块板组件220、背板110以及机壳120限定出第二风道260,可使第一风道250和第二风道260分别对不同的电子器件200进行散热,从而扩大第一风道250和第二风道260的散热区域,提高散热效果。
在一些实施例中,如图6-图8、图16和图17所示,电源板组件210包括电源支架211、电容板212和电源板213,电源支架211安装于柜体100;电容板212安装于电源支架211,电源支架211、电容板212和柜体100限定出第一风道250;电源板213安装于电容板212背离电源支架211的一侧,且电源板213的背面朝向电容板212。
其中,如图6-图8、图16和图17所示,电源板213设有电子器件200的端面为正面,反之为背面,电容板212和电源板213均相对于背板110平行设置,且电容板212与电源板213间隔开设置,电源板213设于电容板212远离背板110的一侧,两个电源支架211分别与电容板212和电源板213在背板110的长度方向两侧相连,两个电源支架211之间具有一定的间隙,且安装于电容板212上的电子器件200位于两个电源支架211之间。
如图6-图8、图16和图17所示,电容板212、两个电源支架211以及背板110形成的空间为第一风道250,通过第一风机1216使第一风道250中的空气流动,从而为位于第一风道250中的电子器件200散热。
通过电源支架211、电容板212和柜体100限定出第一风道250,可利用第一风机1216对电容板212上的电子器件200进行散热,同时电源板213的背面朝向电容板212,可减小电源板213和电容板212之间的距离减小,从而可将电源板213上电子器件200的热量传递至电容板212处,并同样通过第一风机1216进行散热,从而可在确保散热效果的同时减少第一风机1216的数量。
在一些实施例中,如图6-图8、图16和图17所示,模块板组件220包括模块板221、散热器222和模块板支架223,模块板221的正面朝向驱动板组件230;散热器222布置在模块板221的背面;模块板221通过模块板支架223安装于柜体100,且模块板支架223设有供散热器222贯穿的避让孔,模块板支架223与柜体100限定出第二风道260,且模块板支架223隔开模块板221与第二风道260。
其中,如图6-图8、图16和图17所示,模块板221设有电子器件200的端面为正面,模块板221的正面朝向驱动板组件230设置,模块板221的背面与模块板支架223间隔开设置,模块板支架223可以为倒L型结构,也可以为其他的形状结构,模块板支架223的上端用于与隔板150相连,模块板支架223的下端与背板110相连。
如图6-图8、图16和图17所示,散热器222的基板与模块板221的背面贴合设置,散热器222的翅片安装于模块板支架223远离模块板221的一侧,当机壳120与背板110相连时,机壳120与模块板221平行且靠近模块板221的内壁面、模块板支架223、相邻两个散热器222翅片之间形成第二风道260,此时第二风道260与模块板221之间通过模块板支架223隔开,利用第二风机1217使第二风道260中的空气流动,从而降低模块板221上的热量。
通过模块板支架223与柜体100限定出第二风道260,可对模块板221上的电子器件200进行散热,确保散热效果,通过模块板支架223隔开模块板221与第二风道260,可形成独立的第二风道260,从而避免因第二风道260中的空气流动带来的模块板221积灰、降低模块板221寿命等问题。
在一些实施例中,如图6-图8、图16和图17所示,电源板组件210和模块板组件220分别布置在背板110在第一方向上背离的两端。
其中,如图6-图8、图16和图17所示,第一方向为与背板110平行的方向,电源板组件210及其限定出的第一风道250布置于背板110在第一方向的第一端,模块板组件220及其限定出的第二风道260布置于背板110在第一方向的第二端。
通过将电源板组件210和模块板组件220分别布置在背板110在第一方向上背离的两端,可使热源相互远离,避免热源距离过近导致温度进一步升高,同时可使第一风道250和第二风道260相互远离,以形成两个独立的散热风道,从而提高散热效率。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种控制柜,其特征在于,包括:
    背板;
    机壳,所述机壳限定出背部敞开的容纳腔,且所述机壳与所述背板可拆卸地连接;
    电子器件,所述电子器件安装于所述背板,且位于所述容纳腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制柜,其特征在于,所述机壳包括:
    机壳本体,所述机壳本体的前部和背部敞开,且所述机壳本体与所述背板可拆卸地连接;
    门体,所述门体与所述机壳本体相连,用于至少部分遮蔽所述机壳本体的前部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的控制柜,其特征在于,所述机壳本体包括首尾顺次相连的第一侧板、顶板、第二侧板和盖板,其中,所述盖板与所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板背离所述顶板的一端可拆卸地连接,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板与所述背板可拆卸地连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的控制柜,其特征在于,还包括:
    把手,所述把手与所述机壳相连,且所述机壳在连接所述把手的区域设有加固件。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的控制柜,其特征在于,所述背板包括:
    主板体,所述主板体的背面设有连接结构,所述电子器件安装于所述主板体的正面,且与所述连接结构相连;
    连接于所述主板体边沿的翻边,所述翻边相对于所述主板体向背离所述机壳的方向翻折,所述机壳与所述翻边可拆卸地连接,且所述翻边设有用于安装所述控制柜的装配结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的控制柜,其特征在于,至少部分所述电子器件与所述机壳和/或所述背板限定出至少两个风道,且所述机壳在与所述风道相对的区域设有散热孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的控制柜,其特征在于,所述电子器件包括:沿第一方向顺次布置的电源板组件和模块板组件,所述第一方向与所述背板平行,所述电源板组件相对于所述背板平行设置,所述模块板组件相对于所述背板垂直设置,所述电源板组件与所述背板限定出第一风道,所述模块板组件、所述背板以及所述机壳限定出第二风道。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的控制柜,其特征在于,所述电源板组件和所述模块板组件分别布置在所述背板在所述第一方向上背离的两端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的控制柜,其特征在于,所述电子器件包括:驱动板组件和主控板组件,所述电源板组件、所述驱动板组件和所述模块板组件沿所述第一方向顺次布置,且所述主控板组件与所述驱动板组件平行间隔开相对设置,且所述主控板组件布置在所述驱动板组件背离所述背板的一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的控制柜,其特征在于,还包括:
    显示装置,所述机壳设有开口,所述显示装置的指示区域在所述开口露出。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的控制柜,其特征在于,还包括:
    隔板,所述隔板与所述背板间隔开布置,且所述电子器件布置在所述隔板与所述背板之间,所述显示装置安装于所述隔板。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的控制柜,其特征在于,所述电子器件包括平行间隔开设置的第一电路板和第二电路板,所述控制柜还包括:
    连接板,所述连接板相对于所述第一电路板垂直布置,且所述第一电路板和所述第二电路板通过所述连接板电连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的控制柜,其特征在于,所述连接板的第一端和所述第一电路板中的一个设有母插排,另一个设有与所述母插排插接的弯角公插排,所述连接板的第二端设有弯脚焊针,所述弯脚焊针与所述第二电路板焊接。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的控制柜,其特征在于,所述电子器件包括:
    主控板组件和沿第一方向顺次布置的电源板组件、驱动板组件和模块板组件,所述第一方向与所述背板平行,所述第一电路板为所述主控板组件的主控板,所述第二电路板为所述驱动板组件的驱动板,所述主控板和所述驱动板与所述背板平行布置,且所述主控板布置在所述驱动板背离所述背板的一侧。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的控制柜,其特征在于,还包括:
    接地件,所述接地件的至少部分设于所述背板外侧,用于电连接现场接地点,所述电子器件的接地线与所述接地件相连。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的控制柜,其特征在于,所述接地件包括:
    第一接地件,所述第一接地件布置在所述背板的内侧,所述电子器件的接地线与所述第一接地件相连;
    第二接地件,所述第二接地件布置在所述背板的外侧,且与所述第一接地件连接,所述第二接地件用于电连接现场接地点。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的控制柜,其特征在于,所述背板设有缺口,所述第一接地件和所述第二接地件在所述缺口处接触。
