一种大鼠MCAO造模动物固定装置,包括底板,底板的顶面上设置有头部固定件、前爪固定件,后爪固定件,前爪用前爪固定件固定,横轨上有两个带有前爪魔术贴的中部螺丝,根据前爪拉直后距离,拧紧中部螺丝固定在横轨上,动物上部分就固定完毕,后爪固定件上的后抓魔术贴能以底部螺丝为中心的,半径在5cm的圆面上任意位置固定,头部固定时,将弹力皮筋一端挂在顶部固定杆上来控制弹力皮筋的松紧,可根据动物头的厚度调节高度,弹力皮筋另外一端拉直挂住大鼠的上颌的切齿上固定住头部,解决了传统方式动物固定不牢固,影响实验效果和效率的问题,也便于拉出动物舌头,防止动物在实验过程中的窒息的问题。
Description
本发明涉及动物造模技术领域,具体涉及一种大鼠MCAO造模动物固定装置。
世卫组织《2020全球卫生估计》统计显示,2019年10大死亡原因中有7个是非传染性疾病。其中,中风是第二大死亡原因,占总死亡人数的11%。中风,又称“脑卒中”(cerebral stroke),近年来成为全球最关注的重要公共卫生问题之一,脑卒中包括缺血性和出血性卒中,缺血性卒中的发病率高于出血性卒中,占脑卒中总数的60%~70%。脑卒中发病率高、致残率高、复发率高、死亡率高,由于一直缺乏有效的治疗手段,动物模型则成为了理解该疾病的发病机制和研究有效治疗药物的重要工具,目前,脑缺血模型普遍采用国际上广泛认可的大脑中动脉栓塞模型(Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion,MCAO),其发病机理与人类缺血性脑卒中表现相似,对于制作模拟人脑缺血模型对脑缺血发病机制及药物筛选有重要意义。
其中,大鼠脑卒中模型尤为常用,目前主要的动物模型构建方法有开颅机械闭塞法、光化学法、线栓法、栓塞法,其中线栓法为近年来最常用,也是最经典的构建模型方法:分离暴露颈部血管,从颈外动脉( external carotid artery,ECA)或颈总动脉( common carotid artery,CCA)分叉处插入尼龙线,进入颈内动脉( internal carotid artery,ICA),阻断大脑中动脉(Middle Cerebral Artery,MCA)起始端及其所有侧支血液供应,导致MCA区局灶缺血。在上述动物造模的过程中,所有的手术环节一般是在一个台子上完成,并且麻醉中的动物要固定牢靠,否则会影响实验效率和造模效果。
本发明提出一种大鼠MCAO造模动物固定装置,解决了传统固定方式如胶带固定时,动物固定不牢固、易动,影响实验效果和效率的问题,也便于拉出动物舌头,防止其麻醉后的动物,在实验过程中的窒息的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种大鼠MCAO造模动物固定装置,包括底板,所述底板的顶面上设置有头部固定件、前爪固定件,后爪固定件,上述三个固定件之间垂直间隔10厘米;
头部固定件包括顶部固定杆和弹力皮筋,所述底板上对应头部固定件的位置开设有顶部螺纹槽,所述顶部固定杆的底部固定安装有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆上螺纹与顶部螺纹槽中的螺纹吻合,所述顶部固定杆通过螺纹杆固定安装在底板上,所述弹力皮筋活动安装在顶部固定杆上;
前爪固定件包括前爪魔术贴、中部螺丝、滑块,所述底板上对应前爪固定件的位置开设有活动槽,所述滑块安装在活动槽中,所述滑块上开设有中部螺纹槽,所述中部螺丝上的螺纹与中部螺纹槽中的纹路吻合,所述中部螺丝活动安装在滑块上,所述前爪魔术贴安装在中部螺丝顶部;
后抓固定件包括横杆、底部螺丝、后抓魔术贴,所述底部螺丝的长为5cm,所述底板上对应后爪固定件的位置开设有底部螺纹槽,所述底部螺丝上的螺纹与底部螺纹槽中的纹路吻合,所述底部螺丝通过底板固定安装在底板上,所述横杆的中间开设有连接槽,所述横杆通过连接槽能活动套在底部螺丝上,所述后抓魔术贴固定安装在横杆的顶部,所述后抓魔术贴相当于在以底部螺丝为中心,能在半径5cm的圆面上任意位置固定。
优选的,所述顶部固定杆的外侧上等距均匀的固定安装有隔片,所述弹力皮筋能卡在隔片之间。

本发明的工作原理及有益效果为:
1、本发明中,通过头部固定件、前爪固定件,后爪固定件,相互配合能快速将大鼠固定在底板上,同时固定后也能轻松调节大鼠的位置,避免了用胶带固定大鼠时不方便对大鼠的位置进行调整。
2、本发明中,通过螺纹杆能快速将顶部固定杆固定在底板上,通过动物大小调节弹力皮筋一端挂在顶部固定杆上的高度来控制弹力皮筋的松紧,通过顶部固定杆上的隔片能防止弹力皮筋固定在顶部固定杆上时滑动,弹力皮筋另外一端拉直挂住大鼠的上颌顶部螺纹槽个切齿上固定住头部,便于拉出舌头,降低窒息风险,避免了传统固定方式固定麻醉后的大鼠头部时容易导致大鼠窒息的问题。
3、本发明可以很好的解决造模过程中动物固定问题,可以保证动物在实验过程中保持不动,且适用于不同体长的实验大鼠,方便科研人员进行手术操作,进而科研人员提高动物造模实验效率和造模效果。

请参阅图1-图4,本发明提供一种大鼠MCAO造模动物固定装置技术方案:包括底板1,底板1的顶面上设置有头部固定件、前爪固定件,后爪固定件,上三个固定件之间垂直间隔10厘米;
头部固定件包括顶部固定杆3和弹力皮筋4,底板1上对应头部固定件的位置开设有顶部螺纹槽2,顶部固定杆3的底部固定安装有螺纹杆9,螺纹杆9上螺纹与顶部螺纹槽2中的螺纹吻合,顶部固定杆3通过螺纹杆9固定安装在底板1上,弹力皮筋4活动安装在顶部固定杆3上,通过螺纹杆9能快速将顶部固定杆3固定在底板1上,将弹力皮筋4的一端套在顶部固定杆3顶部以下,另外一端拉直挂住大鼠的上颌顶部螺纹槽2个切齿上,用于固定动物头部,同时也便于拉出舌头,降低窒息风险,避免了传统固定方式固定麻醉后的大鼠头部时容易导致大鼠窒息的问题;
顶部螺纹杆9固定不动,弹力皮筋4套于螺纹杆9上,可适当根据动物头的厚度调节高度,弹力皮筋4跟普通皮筋类似,可以拿下来,弹力皮筋4一头挂在螺纹杆9上,一头用于挂住动物的上颌2个切齿,此时动物头是偏向一边的,腹面朝上,用镊子拉出动物舌头,防止动物窒息。
前爪固定件包括前爪魔术贴14、中部螺丝15、滑块17,底板1上对应前爪固定件的位置开设有活动槽5,滑块17安装在活动槽5中,滑块17上开设有中部螺纹槽20,中部螺丝15上的螺纹与中部螺纹槽20中的纹路吻合,中部螺丝15活动安装在滑块17上,前爪魔术贴14安装在中部螺丝15顶部,转动中部螺丝15能使中部螺丝15向下移动,通过与滑块17配合能将底板1夹住,从而将前爪魔术贴14固定在当前位置上,便于对大鼠的前爪进行固定;
前爪用前爪固定件固定,活动槽5横轨上有两个带有前爪魔术贴14的活动螺栓,根据前爪拉直后距离,拧紧中部螺丝15后固定在横轨上,动物的前爪是水平在一条线上,横杆以上部分动物就固定完毕。
后抓固定件包括横杆6、底部螺丝7、后抓魔术贴8,底板1上对应后爪固定件的位置开设有底部螺纹槽11,底部螺丝7上的螺纹与底部螺纹槽11中的纹路吻合,底部螺丝7通过底板1固定安装在底板1上,横杆6的中间开设有连接槽12,横杆6通过连接槽12能活动套在底部螺丝7上,后抓魔术贴8固定安装在横杆6的顶部,后抓魔术贴8的位置是可以移动的,调整好后抓魔术贴8的位置后,对其进行固定;底部螺丝7通过底部螺纹槽11固定在底板1上,横杆6通过连接槽12套在底部螺丝7的顶部以下,根据动物的大小,可转动横杆6调整后抓魔术贴8固定动物后爪部分,随后将底部螺丝7拧紧,能将横杆6的位置固定住。
为了增大活动范围,使用不同大小的大鼠,后爪固定件为固定件,带有后抓魔术贴8,可以在横杆6(5cm)上随意滑动,滑动到合适位置,拧紧即可固定,底部螺丝7可以在随时拧紧固定横杆6,后抓魔术贴8在以底部螺丝7为中心的,半径在5cm的圆面上任意位置固定,这样就可以后爪固定器,可以固定任何体长、体宽的动物。
进一步的,顶部固定杆3的外侧上等距均匀的固定安装有隔片19,弹力皮筋4能卡在隔片19之间,通过隔片19能防止弹力皮筋4固定在顶部固定杆3上时滑动,导致头部固定松动。
进一步的,中部螺丝15的顶部活动安装有转动块18,前爪魔术贴14固定安装在转动块18上,当转动中部螺丝15时通过转动块18能防止前爪魔术贴14跟随转动,便于调整前爪魔术贴14的角度。
进一步的,活动槽5的内壁上开设有滑槽16,滑块17的两端活动卡在滑槽16中,滑块17通过滑槽16活动安装在活动槽5中,通过滑槽16能使滑块17带动中部螺丝15在活动槽5中移动,方便调整前爪魔术贴14在底板1上的位置。
进一步的,横杆6的顶面上开设有一圈波浪纹路10,当底部螺丝7将横杆6固定时通过波浪纹路10能加大与底部螺丝7之间的摩擦,能固定的更稳定。
进一步的,底部螺丝7的顶部固定安装有拨片13,通过拨片13能方便手动转动底部螺丝7,便于进行调整。
进一步的,顶部固定杆3的高度为5厘米,能通过动物大小调节弹力皮筋4挂在顶部固定杆3上的高度,控制弹力皮筋4的松紧,便于固定大鼠的头部。
进一步的,弹力皮筋4作为优选为普通橡皮筋,材料简单,便于获取。
本发明的工作原理:
在使用本装置时,挑选好实验用的大鼠后,对其麻醉,将大鼠展开在底板1上,将前爪魔术贴14移动到大鼠前爪位置并进行固定,随后转动中部螺丝15与滑块17配合能将底板1夹住,从而将前爪魔术贴14固定在当前位置上,再将横杆6套在底部螺丝7上,底部螺丝7通过底部螺纹槽11能固定在底板1上,根据动物的大小,可转动横杆6调整后抓魔术贴8固定动物后爪部分,随后将底部螺丝7拧紧,将横杆6的位置固定住,最后通过螺纹杆9将顶部固定杆3固定在底板1上,将弹力皮筋4的一端套在顶部固定杆3顶部以下,另外一端拉直挂住大鼠的上颌顶部螺纹槽2个切齿上,固定动物头部,同时便于拉出舌头,降低窒息风险,这时就可进行实验了。

Claims (8)
- 一种大鼠MCAO造模动物固定装置,包括底板(1),其特征在于,所述底板(1)的顶面上设置有头部固定件、前爪固定件,后爪固定件,上述三个固定件之间垂直间隔10厘米;头部固定件包括顶部固定杆(3)和弹力皮筋(4),所述底板(1)上对应头部固定件的位置开设有顶部螺纹槽(2),所述顶部固定杆(3)的底部固定安装有螺纹杆(9),所述螺纹杆(9)上螺纹与顶部螺纹槽(2)中的螺纹吻合,所述顶部固定杆(3)通过螺纹杆(9)固定安装在底板(1)上,所述弹力皮筋(4)活动安装在顶部固定杆(3)上;前爪固定件包括前爪魔术贴(14)、中部螺丝(15)、滑块(17),所述底板(1)上对应前爪固定件的位置开设有活动槽(5),所述滑块(17)安装在活动槽(5)中,所述滑块(17)上开设有中部螺纹槽(20),所述中部螺丝(15)上的螺纹与中部螺纹槽(20)中的纹路吻合,所述中部螺丝(15)活动安装在滑块(17)上,所述前爪魔术贴(14)安装在中部螺丝(15)顶部;后抓固定件包括横杆(6)、底部螺丝(7)、后抓魔术贴(8),所述底板(1)上对应后爪固定件的位置开设有底部螺纹槽(11),所述底部螺丝(7)上的螺纹与底部螺纹槽(11)中的纹路吻合,所述底部螺丝(7)通过底板(1)固定安装在底板(1)上,所述横杆(6)的中间开设有连接槽(12),所述横杆(6)通过连接槽(12)能活动套在底部螺丝(7)上,所述后抓魔术贴(8)安装在横杆(6)的顶部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大鼠MCAO造模动物固定装置,其特征在于,所述顶部固定杆(3)的外侧上等距均匀的固定安装有隔片(19),所述弹力皮筋(4)能卡在隔片(19)之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大鼠MCAO造模动物固定装置,其特征在于,所述中部螺丝(15)的顶部活动安装有转动块(18),所述前爪魔术贴(14)固定安装在转动块(18)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大鼠MCAO造模动物固定装置,其特征在于,所述活动槽(5)的内壁上开设有滑槽(16),所述滑块(17)的两端活动卡在滑槽(16)中,所述滑块(17)通过滑槽(16)活动安装在活动槽(5)中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大鼠MCAO造模动物固定装置,其特征在于,所述横杆(6)的顶面上开设有一圈波浪纹路(10)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大鼠MCAO造模动物固定装置,其特征在于,所述底部螺丝(7)的顶部固定安装有拨片(13)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大鼠MCAO造模动物固定装置,其特征在于,所述顶部固定杆(3)的高度为5厘米。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种大鼠MCAO造模动物固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹力皮筋(4)作为优选为普通橡皮筋。
