Abstract

本发明涉及一种大鼠颈静脉取血固定装置,包括两个结构相同的前肢固定块,两个前肢固定块相对设置;所述前肢固定块包括底座和固定臂,固定臂设置在底座的上方。本发明提出的一种大鼠颈静脉取血固定装置,结构简单,易于制作,制作成本低;只需一人便可完成取血,节省劳动力;头罩可以防止大鼠撕咬针头或者工作人员手指,避免工作人员受伤,同时保证取血工作顺利进行。

Description

大鼠颈静脉取血固定装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种大鼠颈静脉取血固定装置。
背景技术
大鼠取血过程困难,常用办法中,眦静脉窦取血和股静脉取血等方法都有取血量少且重复次数低等问题,颈静脉窦取血的方法简单可重复性高。参见图1,现有的颈静脉取血过程中,需要使大鼠平躺,一人人工将大鼠双手撑开,暴露静脉窦位置,另一人从大鼠头顶方向平行大鼠躯体位置入针取血。这种方法需要两人配合完成,且容易出现大鼠撕咬针头或者工作人员手指的现象。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提出一种大鼠颈静脉取血固定装置,结构简单,易于制作,只需一人便可完成取血。
本发明解决上述问题的技术方案是:一种大鼠颈静脉取血固定装置,其特殊之处在于:
包括两个结构相同的前肢固定块,两个前肢固定块相对设置;
所述前肢固定块包括底座和固定臂,固定臂设置在底座的上方。
优选的,底座为棱台结构,棱台结构上包括第一斜面,两个前肢固定块的底座上的第一斜面相对设置,固定臂在第一斜面的相反方向设置。
优选的,还包括头罩,头罩为喇叭状结构,喇叭状结构后端设有杆状固定段。
两个固定臂分别用于固定大鼠的前肢,两个第一斜面形成的空隙放置大鼠的背部和颈部,头罩用于限制大鼠头部的移动,防止其撕咬针头或者工作人员手指。
优选的,还包括底板,两个前肢固定块的底座分别与底板连接。
优选的,两个前肢固定块的底座分别与底板固定连接。
优选的,一个前肢固定块的底座与底板固定连接,另一个前肢固定块的底座通过燕尾槽结构与底板连接,便于调整二者之间的距离,便于对应不同大小的大鼠。
优选的,两个前肢固定块的底座分别通过燕尾槽结构与底板连接,两个前肢固定块沿着燕尾槽可以相对移动,调整二者之间的距离,便于对应不同大小的大鼠。
优选的,所述底板上设有U型块,U型块的一侧设有紧固螺钉,紧固螺钉通过螺纹连接方式与U型块连接,头罩的固定段位于U型块上,紧固螺钉对头罩的固定段进行夹紧。
优选的,所述U型块底部通过燕尾槽结构与底板连接。
优选的,所述头罩的喇叭状结构为透明材质制成。
优选的,所述底板为亚克力板。
本发明的优点:
本发明提出的一种大鼠颈静脉取血固定装置,结构简单,易于制作,制作成本低;只需一人便可完成取血,节省劳动力;头罩可以防止大鼠撕咬针头或者工作人员手指,避免工作人员受伤,同时保证取血工作顺利进行。

参见图2-图5,一种大鼠颈静脉取血固定装置,包括两个结构相同的前肢固定块1,两个前肢固定块1相对设置。所述前肢固定块1包括底座2和固定臂3,固定臂3设置在底座2的上方。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,参见图5,所述底座2为棱台结构,棱台结构上包括第一斜面4,两个前肢固定块1的底座2上的第一斜面4相对设置,固定臂3在第一斜面4的相反方向设置。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,参见图2和图3,还包括头罩5,头罩5为喇叭状结构,喇叭状结构后端设有杆状固定段6。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,参见图2和图3,还包括底板7,两个前肢固定块1的底座2分别与底板7连接。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,参见图2,两个前肢固定块1的底座2分别与底板7固定连接。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,一个前肢固定块1的底座2与底板7固定连接,另一个前肢固定块1的底座2通过燕尾槽结构与底板7连接,便于调整二者之间的距离,便于对应不同大小的大鼠。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,参见图3,两个前肢固定块1的底座2分别通过燕尾槽结构与底板7连接,两个前肢固定块1沿着燕尾槽可以相对移动,调整二者之间的距离,便于对应不同大小的大鼠。
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,参见图2和图3,所述底板7上设有U型块8,U型块8的一侧设有紧固螺钉9,紧固螺钉9通过螺纹连接方式与U型块 8连接,头罩5的固定段位于U型块8上,紧固螺钉9对头罩5的固定段进行夹紧。
优选地,所述U型块8底部通过燕尾槽结构与底板7连接。所述头罩5的喇叭状结构为透明材质制成。
实施例
参见图2-图5,一种大鼠颈静脉取血固定装置,包括两个结构相同的前肢固定块1、头罩5、底板7,两个前肢固定块1相对设置。所述前肢固定块1包括底座2和固定臂3,固定臂3设置在底座2的上方。
参见图5,所述底座2为棱台结构,棱台结构上包括第一斜面4,两个前肢固定块1的底座2上的第一斜面4相对设置,固定臂3在第一斜面4的相反方向设置。头罩5为喇叭状结构,喇叭状结构后端设有杆状固定段6。
参见图3,两个前肢固定块1的底座2分别通过燕尾槽结构与底板7连接,两个前肢固定块1沿着燕尾槽可以相对移动,调整二者之间的距离,便于对应不同大小的大鼠。参见图2和图3,所述底板7上设有U型块8,U型块8的一侧设有紧固螺钉9,紧固螺钉9通过螺纹连接方式与U型块8连接,头罩5的固定段位于U型块8上,紧固螺钉9对头罩5的固定段进行夹紧。所述U型块8底部通过燕尾槽结构与底板7连接。所述头罩5的喇叭状结构为透明材质制成。底板7为亚克力板。
本发明的使用方法为:
将大鼠平躺,将一个前肢用皮筋固定在一个前肢固定块1的固定臂3上,大鼠的背部紧贴前肢固定块1上固定第一斜面4,挪动另一个前肢固定块1,使大鼠的背部紧贴其第一斜面4,再将另一个前肢用皮筋固定在固定臂3上,移动U型块8,使面罩正对大鼠的头部,根据实际情况移动杆状固定段6,使大鼠头部进入面罩5内,固定紧固螺钉9。此时大鼠已固定好,可以进行颈静脉窦取血。

  1. 一种大鼠颈静脉取血固定装置,其特征在于:
    包括两个结构相同的前肢固定块(1),两个前肢固定块(1)相对设置;
    所述前肢固定块(1)包括底座(2)和固定臂(3),固定臂(3)设置在底座(2)的上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大鼠颈静脉取血固定装置,其特征在于:
    所述底座(2)为棱台结构,棱台结构上包括第一斜面(4),两个前肢固定块(1)的底座(2)上的第一斜面(4)相对设置,固定臂(3)在第一斜面(4)的相反方向设置。

    还包括头罩(5),头罩(5)为喇叭状结构,喇叭状结构后端设有杆状固定段(6)。

    一个前肢固定块(1)的底座(2)与底板(7)固定连接,另一个前肢固定块(1)的底座(2)通过燕尾槽结构与底板(7)连接,便于调整二者之间的距离,便于对应不同大小的大鼠。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种大鼠颈静脉取血固定装置,其特征在于:
    两个前肢固定块(1)的底座(2)分别通过燕尾槽结构与底板(7)连接,两个前肢固定块(1)沿着燕尾槽可以相对移动,调整二者之间的距离,便于对应不同大小的大鼠。
  8. 根据权利要求4-7任一所述的一种大鼠颈静脉取血固定装置,其特征在于:
    所述底板(7)上设有U型块(8),U型块(8)的一侧设有紧固螺钉(9),紧固螺钉(9)通过螺纹连接方式与U型块(8)连接,头罩(5)的固定段位于U型块(8)上,紧固螺钉(9)对头罩(5)的固定段进行夹紧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种大鼠颈静脉取血固定装置,其特征在于:
