本申请要求于2023年06月26日提交中国专利局、申请号为202321653530.7、发明名称为“密封结构和户外柜”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请属于储物设备领域,尤其涉及一种密封结构和户外柜。
背景技术
在户外柜存放储能设备时,需要设置户外柜内部为密封结构,以保证储能设备的安全。相关技术中,门框翻边和密封组件之间存在间隙,间隙中的积水会通过反水渗透进入柜体,不能有效将外界环境与柜体内环境隔离,门体密封效果较差。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种密封结构和户外柜,在密封结构的基础上形成导水结构,将第一密封件与门框翻边之间形成的导水结构设置为通过开口与外界连通,保证了门框翻边与门框之间的积水可以经由导水结构后从开口流出,避免了密封件内部积水过多以反水渗透进入户外柜,同时可以基于雨水或者人工喷水实现密封件内部的自清洁。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种密封结构,应用于户外柜;该密封结构包括:
第一密封件,所述第一密封件为空心结构且其下端具有开口;
在所述第一密封件安装在所述户外柜的门框翻边上之后,所述第一密封件与所述门框翻边之间形成的导水结构通过所述开口与外界连通。
根据本申请实施例提供的密封结构,通过在门框翻边安装第一密封件,并将第一密封件与门框翻边之间形成的导水结构设置为通过开口与外界连 通,保证了门框翻边与门框之间的积水可以经由导水结构后从开口流出,在密封结构的基础上形成导水结构,避免了密封件内部积水过多以反水渗透进入户外柜,同时可以基于雨水或者人工喷水实现密封件内部的自清洁。
本申请一个实施例的密封结构,所述第一密封件包括安装于第一竖直门框翻边的第一子密封件和安装于第二竖直门框翻边的第二子密封件;所述第一子密封件和所述第二子密封件中的至少一个为所述空心结构且所述至少一个的下端具有所述开口。
本申请一个实施例的密封结构,所述第一密封件包括安装于顶部水平门框翻边的第三子密封件;所述第三子密封件的两端分别与所述第一子密封件的上端和所述第二子密封件的上端连接,且所述第一子密封件和所述第二子密封件为所述空心结构且所述第一子密封件和所述第二子密封件的下端均具有所述开口。
本申请一个实施例的密封结构,所述第一密封件包括安装于顶部水平门框翻边的第三子密封件;所述第三子密封件的两端分别与所述第一子密封件的上端和所述第二子密封件的上端留有空隙,且所述第一子密封件为所述空心结构且其下端具有所述开口。
本申请一个实施例的密封结构,所述第一密封件包括安装于顶部水平门框翻边的第三子密封件;所述第三子密封件靠近所述第一子密封件的一端,与所述第一子密封件的上端连接,所述第三子密封件靠近所述第二子密封件的一端,与所述第二子密封件的上端之间留有空隙,且所述第一子密封件为所述空心结构且其下端具有所述开口。

根据本申请实施例提供的户外柜,通过在户外柜的柜体上设置密封结构,可以将密封组件内的积水通过密封结构排至外界,避免了密封组件内部积水过多导致反水渗透至户外柜。
本申请一个实施例的户外柜,所述柜体为多个,多个所述柜体并列设置,每一个所述柜体均对应设置有所述门框、所述门体和所述密封结构。
本申请一个实施例的户外柜,所述柜体包括多个顺次设置的舱体。
本申请实施例中的上述一个或多个技术方案,至少具有如下技术效果之一:
通过在门框翻边安装第一密封件,并将第一密封件与门框翻边之间形成的导水结构设置为通过开口与外界连通,保证了门框翻边与门框之间的积水可以经由导水结构后从开口流出,在密封结构的基础上形成导水结构,避免了密封件内部积水过多以反水渗透进入户外柜,同时可以基于雨水或者人工喷水实现密封件内部的自清洁。
进一步地,通过在第一竖直门框翻边上安装第一子密封件,在第二竖直门框翻边上安装第二子密封件,且将第一子密封件和第二子密封件中的至少一个为空心结构且至少一个的下端具有开口,进而形成导水结构,密 封件内的积水可以通过开口向外界排出,避免密封件内部积水过多导致反水渗透进入户外柜。
更进一步地,通过将第一密封件的下端设置为低于第二密封件以形成相对于整体门框的凸出部分,第一密封件和门框翻边之间的间隙可以通过凸出部分与外界环境直接连通,进而形成导水结构,密封件内的积水能够通过凸出部分向外界排出,从而避免密封件内部积水过多导致反水渗透进入户外柜,密封效果较好。
更进一步地,通过在户外柜的柜体上设置密封结构,可以将密封组件内的积水通过密封结构排至外界,避免了密封组件内部积水过多导致反水渗透至户外柜。

该户外柜包括:柜体110、门框、门体160和密封结构。
在该实施例中,门框上设置有门框翻边190。
门体160设置于门框。
密封结构设置于柜体110,且在门体160闭合的情况下,门体160将密封结构挤压于门框。
在实际执行过程中,如图7和图8所示,在门体160闭合的情况下,门体160将密封结构压紧于门框,门板钣金、密封组件和门框翻边190之间可以通过压合作用将密封件压缩至目标压缩量,以形成密封结构。
在应用过程中,可以在户外柜存放储能设备。
根据本申请实施例提供的户外柜,通过在户外柜的柜体110上设置密封结构,可以将密封组件内的积水通过密封结构排至外界,避免了密封组件内部积水过多导致反水渗透至户外柜。
在一些实施例中,柜体110可以为多个。
在该实施例中,多个柜体110并列设置,每一个柜体110均对应设置有门框、门体160和密封结构。
每个柜体110的门框和门槛对应的翻边190也均设置有密封组件。
在各柜体110对应的门体160闭合的情况下,各门体160、密封组件和门框翻边190之间均可形成密封结构。
根据本申请实施例提供的户外柜,通过将多个柜体110并列设置,且每个柜体110均对应设置有门框、门体160和密封结构,在各柜体110对应的门体160闭合的情况下,各门体160、密封件和门框翻边190之间均可形成密封结构,在实际应用中,可以实现各柜体110内防尘防水,以便于存放更多储能设备。
如图1所示,在一些实施例中,柜体110内可以包括多个顺次设置的舱体。

根据本申请实施例提供的户外柜,通过设置柜体110内可以包括多个顺次设置的舱体,在实际应用中,各舱体也可以形成密封结构,实现了各柜体110内防尘防水,以便于存放更多储能设备。
下面参考图1至图9描述本申请实施例的密封结构。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的密封结构可以应用于户外柜。
图2为户外柜的截面示意图,如图9所示,该密封结构包括:第一密封件。
在该实施例中,第一密封件为空心结构且其下端具有开口230。
在第一密封件安装在户外柜的门框翻边190上之后,第一密封件与门框翻边190之间形成的导水结构(具有用于导水的通道)通过开口230与外界连通,以保证在雨水天气时,在门框翻边190与门框之间的积水经由导水结构后从开口230流出。
门框翻边190设置于门框。
门框翻边190为户外柜的门框上的翻边。
第一密封件围设于门框翻边190,且第一密封件与门框翻边190之间形成的导水结构与外界连通。
根据本申请实施例提供的密封结构,通过在门框翻边190安装第一密封件,并将第一密封件与门框翻边190之间形成的导水结构设置为通过开口230与外界连通,保证了门框翻边190与门框之间的积水可以经由导水结构后从开口230流出,在密封结构的基础上形成导水结构,避免了密封件内部积水过多以反水渗透进入户外柜,同时可以基于雨水或者人工喷水实现密封件内部的自清洁。
在一些实施例中,第一密封件包括第一子密封件140和第二子密封件170。
在该实施例中,门框可以包括立柱,立柱可以包括竖直翻边120。
竖直翻边120包括第一竖直门框翻边和第二竖直门框翻边。
第一子密封件140安装于第一竖直门框翻边。
第二子密封件170安装于第二竖直门框翻边。
第一子密封件140和第二子密封件170中的至少一个为空心结构且至少一个的下端具有开口230。
在实际执行过程中,可以将第一子密封件140设置为空心结构,且第一子密封件140的下端具有开口230;或者可以将第二子密封件170设置为空心结构,且第二子密封件170的下端具有开口230;或者还可以将第一子密封件140和第二子密封件170均设置为空心结构,且第一子密封件140和第二子密封件170的下端均具有开口230。
根据本申请实施例提供的密封结构,通过在第一竖直门框翻边上安装第一子密封件140,在第二竖直门框翻边上安装第二子密封件170,且将第一子密封件140和第二子密封件170中的至少一个为空心结构且下端具有开口230,进而形成导水结构,密封件内的积水可以通过开口230向外界排出,避免密封件内部积水过多导致反水渗透进入户外柜。
在一些实施例中,第一密封件可以包括第三子密封件180。
在该实施例中,第三子密封件180可以安装于顶部水平门框翻边。
下面对第三子密封件180和第一子密封件140以及第二子密封件170之间的四种连接方式作具体说明。
如图9(a)所示,在一些实施例中,第三子密封件180的两端可以分别与第一子密封件140的上端和第二子密封件170的上端连接。
第一子密封件140和第二子密封件170为空心结构且第一子密封件140和第二子密封件170的下端均具有开口230。
如图9(b)所示,在一些实施例中,第三子密封件180的两端可以分别与第一子密封件140的上端和第二子密封件170的上端留有空隙。
第一子密封件140为空心结构且其下端具有开口230。
如图9(c)所示,在一些实施例中,第三子密封件180靠近第一子密封件140的一端,可以与第一子密封件140的上端连接,第三子密封件180靠近第二子密封件170的一端,可以与第二子密封件170的上端之间留有空隙。
第一子密封件140为空心结构且其下端具有开口230。
如图9(d)所示,在一些实施例中,第三子密封件180靠近第一子密封件140的一端,可以与第一子密封件140的上端之间留有空隙,第三子密封件180靠近第二子密封10件170的一端,可以与第二子密封件170的上端连接。
第一子密封件140为空心结构且其下端具有开口230。
根据本申请实施例提供的密封结构,在顶部水平门框翻边安装第三子密封件180,并提供四种第三子密封件180与第一子密封件140和第二子密封件170之间的连接方式,在实际应用中可以基于用户实际需求进行选择,适用于多种不同的情况,具有较高的普适性,适用场景较广泛。
在一些实施例中,密封结构还可以包括第二密封件150。在该实施例中,第二密封件150安装于底部水平门框翻边130。
第二密封件150的两端分别与第一子密封件140的下端和第二子密封件170的下端之间留有空隙。
根据本申请实施例提供的密封结构,通过在底部水平门框翻边130上安装第二密封件150,且将第二密封件150的两端分别与第一子密封件140的下端和第二子密封件170的下端之间设置有空隙,便于排出密封件内的 积水,避免密封件内部积水过多导致反水渗透进入户外柜。
在一些实施例中,第一密封件的下端可以低于第二密封件150。
在该实施例中,通过将安装于竖直翻边120的第一密封件的下端设置为低于安装于底部水平门框翻边130的第二密封件150,可以形成相对于整体门框的凸出部分,第一密封件和门框翻边190之间的间隙可以通过凸出部分与外界环境直接连通,基于重力作用,密封件内部的积水可以顺着密封件流至外界,避免了密封件内部积水过多以反水渗透进入户外柜。
发明人在研发过程中发现,相关技术中,第一密封件和门框翻边190之间存在自然间隙,间隙中的积水通过反水渗透进入户外柜,门体160密封效果较差。
如图5和图6所示,在本申请中,门框的立柱的竖直翻边120相对整体门框有部分凸出部分(即第一密封件的下端低于第二密封件150的部分),在门框周围的门框翻边190上都设置有第一密封件,第一密封件和门框翻边190之间的间隙可以通过凸出部分与外界环境直接连通,进而形成导水结构,从而避免密封件内部积水过多导致反水渗透进入户外柜,密封效果较好。
根据本申请实施例提供的密封结构,通过将第一密封件的下端设置为低于第二密封件150以形成相对于整体门框的凸出部分,第一密封件和门框翻边190之间的间隙可以通过凸出部分与外界环境直接连通,进而形成导水结构,密封件内的积水能够通过凸出部分向外界排出,从而避免密封件内部积水过多导致反水渗透进入户外柜,密封效果较好。
在一些实施例中,第一密封件和第二密封件150之间可以焊接连接。
在该实施例中,焊接连接可以包括直角焊接,
将第一密封件和第二密封件150之间设置为直角焊接,可以形成直角密封结构。
在实际应用中,密封件中的积水可以通过直角密封结构自然流出。
在本申请中,将第一密封件和第二密封件150之间设置为直角焊接,相对于现有技术中的圆弧焊接,减少了焊接变形,保证了底部水平门框翻边130的平面度。
根据本申请实施例提供的密封结构,通过将第一密封件和第二密封件 150之间设置为直角焊接,减少了焊接变形,并保证了底部水平门框翻边130的平面度,降低了加工制造难度。
在一些实施例中,密封组件可以包括:第一连接部210和缓冲部220。
在该实施例中,第一连接部210安装于门框翻边190,且第一连接部210呈C型结构。
缓冲部220与第一连接部210相连,且缓冲部220设置于第一连接部210远离门框的一侧。
缓冲部220的横截面可以为半圆形。
在实际执行过程中,在门体160闭合的情况下,缓冲部220的直边可以夹紧于门体160和第一连接部210之间。
根据本申请实施例提供的密封结构,通过将第一连接部210设置为C型结构,将缓冲部220设置为与第一连接部210相连,能够在门体160闭合的情况下,缓冲部220的直边可以夹紧于门体160和第一连接部210之间,以形成密封结构,实现了户外柜内防尘防水。
如图4为户外柜的主视图,其中,如图5所示,在一些实施例中,第一密封件还可以包括至少两个凸起。
在该实施例中,至少两个凸起对称设置于缓冲部240的弧形边。
在实际执行过程中,将至少两个凸起对称设置于缓冲部240的弧形边,密封件中的积水可以通过至少两个凸起排到外界环境。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种密封结构,其特征在于,应用于户外柜;所述密封结构包括:
    第一密封件,所述第一密封件为空心结构且其下端具有开口;
    在所述第一密封件安装在所述户外柜的门框翻边上之后,所述第一密封件与所述门框翻边之间形成的导水结构通过所述开口与外界连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述第一密封件包括安装于第一竖直门框翻边的第一子密封件和安装于第二竖直门框翻边的第二子密封件;所述第一子密封件和所述第二子密封件中的至少一个为所述空心结构且所述至少一个的下端具有所述开口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述第一密封件包括安装于顶部水平门框翻边的第三子密封件;所述第三子密封件的两端分别与所述第一子密封件的上端和所述第二子密封件的上端连接,且所述第一子密封件和所述第二子密封件为所述空心结构且所述第一子密封件和所述第二子密封件的下端均具有所述开口。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述第一密封件包括安装于顶部水平门框翻边的第三子密封件;所述第三子密封件的两端分别与所述第一子密封件的上端和所述第二子密封件的上端留有空隙,且所述第一子密封件为所述空心结构且其下端具有所述开口。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述第一密封件包括安装于顶部水平门框翻边的第三子密封件;所述第三子密封件靠近所述第一子密封件的一端,与所述第一子密封件的上端连接,所述第三子密封件靠近所述第二子密封件的一端,与所述第二子密封件的上端之间留有空隙,且所述第一子密封件为所述空心结构且其下端具有所述开口。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述第一密封件包括安装于顶部水平门框翻边的第三子密封件;所述第三子密封件靠近所述第一子密封件的一端,与所述第一子密封件的上端之间留有空隙,所述第三子密封件靠近所述第二子密封件的一端,与所述第二子密封件的上端连接,且所述第一子密封件为所述空心结构且其下端具有所述开口。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述密 封结构还包括安装于底部水平门框翻边的第二密封件,且所述第二密封件的两端分别与第一子密封件的下端和第二子密封件的下端之间留有空隙。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述第一密封件的下端低于所述第二密封件。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述第一密封件和所述第二密封件之间焊接连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的密封结构,其特征在于,所述密封结构还包括:
    第一连接部,所述第一连接部安装于所述门框翻边,且所述第一连接部呈C型结构;
    缓冲部,所述缓冲部与所述第一连接部相连,且所述缓冲部设置于所述第一连接部远离所述门框的一侧。
  11. 一种户外柜,其特征在于,包括:
    柜体;
    门框,所述门框上设置有门框翻边;
    门体,所述门体设置于所述门框;
    如权利要求1-10任一项所述的密封结构,所述密封结构设置于所述柜体,且在所述门体闭合的情况下,所述门体将所述密封结构挤压于所述门框。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的户外柜,其特征在于,所述柜体为多个,多个所述柜体并列设置,每一个所述柜体均对应设置有所述门框、所述门体和所述密封结构。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的户外柜,其特征在于,所述柜体包括多个顺次设置的舱体。
