本申请要求于2023年06月19日提交中国专利局、申请号为202321567690.X,发明名称为“滚刷支架及清洁设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请属于智能家居技术领域,具体涉及一种滚刷支架及清洁设备。
背景技术
由于扫地机的滚刷支架上的风道相对平滑,风嘴处有倒扣,无法直接出模,因此现有的滚刷支架的各组成部分通常为组装结构,容易产生漏气和缝隙积灰的问题,影响产品清扫性能。
申请内容
(一)申请目的
本申请的目的是提供一种滚刷支架及清洁设备,解决滚刷支架密封性较差,且容易积灰的问题。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,本申请第一方面提供了一种滚刷支架,包括:壳体、风嘴及盖板。壳体中包括腔体和风道。腔体用于容置滚刷,风道上包括出风口及让位口。风嘴设置于出风口上。盖板设置于让位口上并封闭让位口。壳体、风嘴及盖板为一体结构。
可选地,壳体与盖板的材质相同。
可选地,壳体和盖板的材质为ABS材料。
可选地,壳体与盖板的材质不相同。
可选地,壳体的材质为ABS材料。盖板为复合结构,包括ABS材料层及玻璃纤维层。

2、本申请的实施例中所提供的清洁设备,具备上述的滚刷支架,因此具有更好的清洁性能,且不易积灰,便于日常的维护和清洁。

如图1~3所示,本实施例的滚刷支架包括:壳体1、风嘴2及盖板3。壳体1中包括腔体和风道11。腔体用于容置滚刷,风道11上包括出风口12及让位口13。风嘴2设置于出风口12上。盖板3设置于让位口13上并 封闭让位口13。壳体1、风嘴2及盖板3为一体结构。
在一些示例中,如图1~3所示,腔体与风道11连通为一体,用于容纳滚刷。让位口13靠近出风口12,以便于出模。
在一些示例中,如图1~3所示,让位口13的形状为方形。如此设置便于加工制造。但需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,让位口13的形状也可以为圆形、椭圆形或其他多边形,只要能够便于出风口12处的风嘴2的出模,防止壳体1上的风道11与风嘴2出模发生干涉即可,本实施例对此不做过多的限制。
在一些示例中,如图1~3所示,在风道11的长度方向上,让位口13的宽度大于出风口12的宽度。如此设置,便于风嘴2的出模。
在一些示例中,参阅图1,风嘴2的材质为柔性塑料。柔性塑料也称软胶,是用塑料通过注塑形成﹐常温下手感较软﹐但不需经过硫化处理,具有良好的耐热性能和机械性能。
在一些示例中,如图1所示,壳体1、风嘴2及盖板3的一体结构通过三次注塑成型。
具体的,通过第一次注塑,成型滚刷支架的壳体1,如图2所示,形成的壳体1中包括风道11,风道11上设有出风口12及让位口13,其中,让位口13用于第二次注塑风嘴2的内行位出模;通过第二次模内注塑,在出风口12上形成风嘴2,如图3所示,其中,第二次注塑风嘴2的内行位出模时,行位在让位口13处抽出;通过第三次模内注塑,在让位口13上形成盖板3,即完成了滚刷支架的整体注塑,如图1所示,壳体1、风嘴2及盖板3形成一体结构。
本实施例中所提供的滚刷支架包括壳体1、风嘴2及盖板3,壳体1、风嘴2及盖板3为一体结构,使风道11形成完整的密封结构,能够避免出现密封不严、漏气的情况,能够提高清洁设备的清扫性能,且因为没有缝隙,所以不会积累灰尘。
在一些实施例中,参阅图1,壳体1与盖板3的材质相同。
在一些示例中,参阅图1,壳体1和盖板3的材质为ABS材料。
具体的,ABS材料是指丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,是一种强度高、 韧性好、易于加工成型的热塑型高分子结构材料。壳体1和盖板3的材质均选用ABS材料,能够使盖板3与壳体1连接良好,并且能够使变形量在0.2mm左右的可控范围内。
在另一些示例中,参阅图1,壳体1和盖板3的材质为聚烯烃。
具体的,聚烯烃通常指由乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯等α-烯烃以及某些环烯烃单独聚合或共聚合而得到的一类热塑性树脂,具有原料丰富,价格低廉,容易加工成型的优点。
在另一些示例中,参阅图1,壳体1和盖板3的材质为聚甲醛。
具体的,聚甲醛又名缩醛树脂,是热塑性结晶性高分子聚合物,具有耐疲劳强度高、耐磨性好、吸水率低、表面硬度大、刚性好、尺寸稳定性好、产品的尺寸精度高、滑动性好等优点。
在另一些示例中,参阅图1,壳体1和盖板3的材质为聚碳酸酯。
具体的,聚碳酸酯是一种强韧的热塑性树脂,具高强度及弹性系数、高冲击强度、耐疲劳性佳、尺寸稳定性良好、蠕变也小(高温条件下也极少有变化)、高度透明性及自由染色性。
本实施例的壳体1与盖板3采用相同的材质,因此具有相同的性能,注塑成型工艺中容易实现良好的连接,有效的提高了风道的密封性。
在一些实施例中,参阅图1,壳体1与盖板3的材质不相同。
在一些示例中,参阅图1,壳体1的材质为ABS材料。盖板3为复合结构,包括ABS材料层及玻璃纤维层。
示例的,盖板3的ABS材料层及玻璃纤维层的设置方式包括但不限于层叠设置、往复交叉设置及混合设置。
示例的,盖板3的ABS材料和玻璃纤维的含量比例不同,相差5%~30%。
具体的,盖板3包括ABS材料及玻璃纤维,与ABS材料的壳体1相容性好,且收缩率小。
在另一些示例中,参阅图1,壳体1的材质为ABS材料。盖板3为复合结构,包括ABS材料层、玻璃纤维层及聚碳酸酯层。
示例的,盖板3的ABS材料层、玻璃纤维层及聚碳酸酯层的设置方式包括但不限于层叠设置、往复交叉设置及混合设置。
示例的,盖板3的ABS材料、玻璃纤维及聚碳酸酯的含量比例不同,相差5%~30%。
具体的,盖板3包括ABS材料、玻璃纤维及聚碳酸酯,即与ABS材料的壳体1相容性好,又具有较小的收缩率,有利于使盖板3与壳体1之间形成良好的连接。
在另一些示例中,参阅图1,壳体1的材质为ABS材料。盖板3为复合结构,包括玻璃纤维层与聚碳酸酯层。
示例的,盖板3的玻璃纤维层与聚碳酸酯层的设置方式包括但不限于层叠设置、往复交叉设置及混合设置。
示例的,盖板3的玻璃纤维与聚碳酸酯的含量比例不同,相差5%~30%。
具体的,盖板3包括玻璃纤维与聚碳酸酯。玻璃纤维绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好、机械强度高。聚碳酸酯具高强度及弹性系数、高冲击强度、耐疲劳性佳、尺寸稳定性良好、蠕变也小,弥补了玻璃纤维性脆,耐磨性较差的缺点。盖板3的材质包括玻璃纤维与聚碳酸酯,既与ABS材料的壳体1相容性好,又具有较小的收缩率。
在另一些示例中,参阅图1,壳体3的材质为ABS材料。盖板3为复合结构,包括聚酰胺层与玻璃纤维层。
示例的,盖板3的聚酰胺层与玻璃纤维层的设置方式包括但不限于层叠设置、往复交叉设置及混合设置。
示例的,盖板3的聚酰胺与玻璃纤维的含量比例不同,相差5%~30%。
具体的,盖板3包括聚酰胺和玻璃纤维。聚酰胺俗称尼龙,具有强韧、耐磨、自润滑、使用温度范围宽的优点,且成本低,能够弥补玻璃纤维性脆、耐磨性较差的缺点。盖板3的材质包括聚酰胺和玻璃纤维,既能够与ABS材料的壳体1具有较好的相容性,又能够降低收缩率。
本实施例壳体1与盖板3的材质不相同,降低了对盖板3材料的限制。
在一些实施例中,如图1~3所示,风道11包括相邻设置的第一通道111和第二通道112。出风口12连通于第一通道111。让位口13由第一通道111的靠近出风口12的一侧延伸至第二通道112的远离出风口12的一侧。
在一些示例中,如图1~3所示,第一通道111和第二通道112分别用于容纳一个滚刷且相互连通。如此设置,结构更加合理,有利于空气在风道11内的流通。
本实施例的让位口13由第一通道111的靠近出风口12的一侧延伸至第二通道112的远离出风口12的一侧,能够为风嘴2的脱模提供足够的空间,避免发生干涉。
第二方面,本实施例还提供了一种清洁设备。本实施例的清洁设备包括:设备本体、至少一个如上的滚刷支架及至少一个滚刷。滚刷支架设置于设备本体上。如滚刷的数量有多个,那么该多个滚刷可同时设置于该滚刷支架上。
可以理解的是,本实施例的清洁设备可以为扫地机器人、扫拖一体机或满足要求的其他清洁设备。
在一些示例中,滚刷包括支撑部件及设置于支撑部件外面的清洁部件组成,支撑部件可以采用高强度的支撑材料做成,例如金属管材、硬塑料等,清洁部件由具有较好清洁效果的材料做成,例如发泡橡胶、泡沫、无纺布、棉布、绒布等材料。如此设置,既能提高滚刷整体的结构强度,又能具有好的清洁能力。
在一些示例中,清洁设备还包括风机装置及尘盒,风机装置与滚刷支架上的风嘴连接,每对滚刷设置于一个滚刷支架且与地面具有一定干涉,滚刷能够将地面上的垃圾扫起并卷带到风道中,然后被风机装置产生并经过尘盒装置的有吸力的气体吸入尘盒装置内,以将垃圾收集在尘盒装置中。
可以理解的是,清洁设备还可以包括:驱动系统、感知系统、控制模块、能源系统和人机交互系统等。上述各个系统相互协调配合,使清洁设备能够自主移动以实现清洁功能。清洁设备中构成上述各系统的功能元件等集成地设置在设备主体内。
本实施例中所提供的清洁设备,具备上述实施例中的滚刷支架,因此具有更好的清洁性能,且不易积灰,便于日常的维护和清洁。
本领域的技术人员容易理解的是,在不冲突的前提下,上述各有利方式可以自由地组合、叠加。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚刷支架,其中,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体中包括腔体和风道;所述腔体用于容置滚刷,所述风道上包括出风口及让位口;
    风嘴,设置于所述出风口上;
    盖板,设置于所述让位口上并封闭所述让位口;
    所述壳体、所述风嘴及所述盖板为一体结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚刷支架,其中,所述壳体与所述盖板的材质相同。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的滚刷支架,其中,所述壳体和所述盖板的材质为ABS材料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的滚刷支架,其中,所述壳体与所述盖板的材质不相同。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的滚刷支架,其中,所述壳体的材质为ABS材料;所述盖板为复合结构,包括ABS材料层及玻璃纤维层。
  6. 根据权利要求1或4所述的滚刷支架,其中,所述壳体的材质为ABS材料;所述盖板为复合结构,包括ABS材料层、玻璃纤维层及聚碳酸酯层。
  7. 根据权利要求1或4所述的滚刷支架,其中,所述壳体的材质为ABS材料;所述盖板为复合结构,包括玻璃纤维层与聚碳酸酯层。
  8. 根据权利要求1或4所述的滚刷支架,其中,所述壳体的材质为ABS材料;所述盖板为复合结构,包括聚酰胺层与玻璃纤维层。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的滚刷支架,其中,所述风道包括相邻设置的第一通道和第二通道;所述出风口连通于所述第一通道;所述让位口由所述第一通道的靠近所述出风口的一侧延伸至所述第二通道的远离所述出风口的一侧。
  10. 一种清洁设备,其中,包括:
    设备本体;
    至少一个如权利要求1~9中任一项所述的滚刷支架,设置于所述设备本体上;
    至少一个滚刷,所述滚刷设置于一个所述滚刷支架上。
