Abstract
車載用遮断装置(30)は、蓄電部(例えばバッテリ(11))と、蓄電部との間で電力を授受する授受対象(例えば充電装置(80))と蓄電部との間に設けられる導電路(R)と、を備える車両(10)に搭載される。車載用遮断装置(30)は、遮断部(31,32)と、切替部(35)と、を有する。遮断部(31,32)は、導電路(R)に設けられ、導電路(R)に電流が流れることを許容する許容状態から遮断状態に切り替わる。切替部(35)は、導電路(R)に含まれる正極側導電路(例えば第1正極側導電路(14A)及び第2正極側導電路(15A))を流れる電流と導電路(R)に含まれる負極側導電路(例えば第1負極側導電路(14B)及び第2負極側導電路(15B))を流れる電流との比較結果に基づいて遮断部(31,32)を遮断状態に切り替える。
Description
本開示は、車載用遮断装置に関する。
特許文献1には、漏電を検出する漏電検出装置が開示されている。この漏電検出装置は、バッテリ電圧センサと、第1直列回路と、第2直列回路と、電圧分配器と、アナログ-デジタルコンバータと、制御部と、を含む。バッテリ電圧センサは、バッテリの正極端子と負極端子との間のバッテリ電圧を測定するように構成される。第1直列回路は、負極端子に接続される第1ノードとシャーシに接続可能な第2ノードとの間に直列で接続される第1抵抗器及び第1スイッチを含む。第2直列回路は、第2ノードと正極端子に接続される第3ノードとの間に直列で接続される第2抵抗器及び第2スイッチを含む。電圧分配器は、第1直列回路に並列で接続され、第4ノードを通じて直列で接続される第3抵抗器及び第4抵抗器を含む。アナログ-デジタルコンバータは、第1ノードと第4ノードとの間の電圧を示すデジタル信号を生成するように構成されている。制御部は、バッテリ電圧センサ、第1スイッチ、第2スイッチ及びアナログ-デジタルコンバータに動作可能に接続されている。制御部は、第1スイッチがオン状態に制御され、第2スイッチがオフ状態に制御される第1漏電検出モードが実行中である第1検出時点におけるデジタル信号に基づいて、第1検出電圧を決定する。制御部は、第1スイッチがオフ状態に制御され、第2スイッチがオン状態に制御される第2漏電検出モードが実行中である第2検出時点におけるデジタル信号に基づいて、第2検出電圧を決定する。制御部は、バッテリ電圧、第1検出電圧及び第2検出電圧に基づいて、正極端子とシャーシとの間の第1絶縁抵抗及び負極端子とシャーシとの間の第2絶縁抵抗を決定する。制御部は、第1絶縁抵抗及び第2絶縁抵抗に基づいて、バッテリの漏電を判断する。
しかし、特許文献1の構成は、漏電の検出を、バッテリの充放電が中断されている間に行うことを想定しており、バッテリの充放電中での迅速な検出に適さない。例えば、特許文献1の構成では、第1スイッチと第2スイッチを交互にオン状態に切り替える必要があるが、ノイズ抑制のために設けられるコンデンサの影響で検出に時間がかかりやすい。このため、漏電が検出された場合に電流を遮断しようとした場合に、遮断が遅れてしまう。
本開示は、車両に搭載される蓄電部の充放電中に地絡が生じたときに導電路を流れる電流を迅速に遮断することが可能な技術を提供することを目的とする。

蓄電部の充放電中に導電路が地絡した場合、正極側導電路を流れる電流と負極側導電路を流れる電流との間に差が生じ得る。このような差が生じた場合に、上記車載用遮断装置は、正極側導電路を流れる電流と負極側導電路を流れる電流との比較結果に基づいて遮断部を遮断状態に切り替えることができる。つまり、上記車載用遮断装置は、蓄電部の充放電中に地絡が生じたときに導電路を流れる電流を迅速に遮断することができる。

上記車載用遮断装置では、充電装置側からの入力電圧を電圧変換部で昇圧して蓄電部を充電する充電動作中に第2導電路が地絡した場合に、第1正極側導電路を流れる電流と第1負極側導電路を流れる電流との間に差が生じる。このような差が生じた場合に、上記車載用遮断装置は、第1正極側導電路を流れる電流と第1負極側導電路を流れる電流との比較結果に基づいて遮断部を遮断状態に切り替えることができる。つまり、上記車載用遮断装置は、蓄電部の充電中に地絡が生じたときに導電路を流れる電流を迅速に遮断することができる。

図1には、車載用遮断装置30を含む車両10と充電装置80が示されている。車両10は、バッテリ11を動力源として走行する車両であり、例えば電気自動車である。バッテリ11は、車両10外部の充電装置80によって充電される。

車両10は、バッテリ11と、インレット12と、電圧変換部13と、第1導電路14及び第2導電路15を有する導電路Rと、リレー16,17と、車体18と、基準導電路19と、制御部20と、車載用遮断装置30と、を備える。
バッテリ11は、蓄電部の一例に相当する。バッテリ11は、例えば駆動用のモータに電力を供給し得る高圧バッテリである。モータは、車両10の車輪に動力を与えるモータである。バッテリ11の満充電時の出力電圧は、例えば800Vである。バッテリ11は、リチウムイオン電池などの二次電池によって構成されてもよく、その他の種類の蓄電池によって構成されてもよい。
インレット12は、車両10外部の充電装置80に接続される。インレット12には、充電装置80からの電力が供給される。インレット12は、第1端子12Aと、第2端子12Bと、接続部12Cと、を有する。接続部12Cは、接続端子を含んで構成される。
充電装置80は、授受対象の一例に相当する。充電装置80は、例えば、400Vの直流電圧を供給する装置である。充電装置80は、第1端子12Aに接続される第1相手側端子81と、第2端子12Bに接続される第2相手側端子82と、接続部12Cに接続される相手側接続部83と、を備える。相手側接続部83は、相手側接続端子を含んで構成される。充電装置80は、充電器84を備える。充電器84は、商用電源などの交流電力を直流電力に変換して出力する。充電器84は、例えばオフボードチャージャとして構成される。
充電装置80は、正極側供給路85と、負極側供給路86と、保護接地線87と、を備える。正極側供給路85及び負極側供給路86は、充電器84からの電力をインレット12側に供給する電気経路である。正極側供給路85の一端は、充電器84の正極側の端子に電気的に接続される。正極側供給路85の他端は、第1相手側端子81に電気的に接続される。負極側供給路86の一端は、充電器84の負極側の端子に電気的に接続される。負極側供給路86の他端は、第2相手側端子82に電気的に接続される。保護接地線87の一端は、接地される。保護接地線87の他端は、相手側接続部83に電気的に接続される。
充電装置80は、第1SPD88と、第2SPD89と、を備える。第1SPD88及び第2SPD89は、サージ防護デバイス(Surge protective device)である。第1SPD88は、正極側供給路85と保護接地線87との間に設けられる。第1SPD88は、正極側供給路85で生じた過電圧を保護接地線87に逃がす機能を有する。第2SPD89は、負極側供給路86と保護接地線87との間に設けられる。第2SPD89は、負極側供給路86で生じた過電圧を保護接地線87に逃がす機能を有する。
充電装置80は、図示しないプラグを備える。プラグは、インレット12に接続される。充電装置80は、プラグを介してインレット12に直流電力を供給する。
インレット12とバッテリ11との間には、電圧変換部13が設けられる。電圧変換部13は、インレット12側から入力された電圧を変換してバッテリ11側に出力する変換動作を行う。電圧変換部13は、本実施形態では、インレット12側から入力された電圧を昇圧してバッテリ11側に出力する昇圧動作を行う。電圧変換部13は、例えばDCDCコンバータによって構成される。
導電路Rは、充電装置80とバッテリ11との間に設けられる。導電路Rは、例えば電線やバスバーなどによって構成される。導電路Rは、第1導電路14及び第2導電路15を有する。

第2導電路15は、電圧変換部13とバッテリ11との間に設けられる。第2導電路15は、第2正極側導電路15Aと、第2負極側導電路15Bと、を含む。第2正極側導電路15Aの一端は、バッテリ11の高電位側の端子に電気的に接続される。第2正極側導電路15Aの他端は、電圧変換部13に電気的に接続される。第2負極側導電路15Bの一端は、バッテリ11の低電位側の端子に電気的に接続される。第2負極側導電路15Bの他端は、電圧変換部13に電気的に接続される。
第1正極側導電路14A及び第2正極側導電路15Aは、導電路Rの正極側導電路を構成する。第1負極側導電路14B及び第2負極側導電路15Bは、導電路Rの負極側導電路を構成する。
上述した電圧変換部13は、変換動作において、第1導電路14に印加された電圧を変換(具体的には、昇圧)して第2導電路15に印加する。より具体的には、電圧変換部13は、第1正極側導電路14Aと第1負極側導電路14Bの間に印加された電圧を変換して第2正極側導電路15Aと第2負極側導電路15Bの間に印加する。
リレー16は、第1正極側導電路14Aに設けられる。リレー17は、第1負極側導電路14Bに設けられる。リレー16,17は、オン状態のときにインレット12と電圧変換部13との間に電流が流れることを許容する。リレー16,17は、オフ状態のときにインレット12と電圧変換部13との間に電流が流れることを遮断する。リレー16,17は、接点を有する機械式のリレーであってもよいし、半導体スイッチング素子によって構成される半導体リレーであってもよい。
基準導電路19は、車体18に電気的に接続される。基準導電路19は、インレット12の接続部12Cに電気的に接続される。基準導電路19は、充電装置80の相手側接続部83が接続部12Cに接続された状態において、保護接地線87に電気的に接続される。これにより、車体18が、保護接地線87に電気的に接続される。
制御部20は、電圧変換部13、リレー16,17を制御する。制御部20は例えばマイクロコンピュータを含んで構成される。制御部20は、例えば、MCU(Micro Controller Unit)として構成される。制御部20は、CPUなどの情報処理部、ROMやRAMなどの記憶部を含む。
制御部20は、充電装置80のプラグがインレット12に接続されていない状態において、リレー16,17をオフ状態に制御しつつ、電圧変換部13を停止させておく。制御部20は、充電装置80のプラグがインレット12に接続された場合に、リレー16,17をオン状態に切り替え、電圧変換部13に変換動作を行わせる。制御部20は、例えば、第1導電路14に印加された400Vの電圧を800Vに昇圧して第2導電路15に印加する。これにより、バッテリ11に800Vの電力が供給される。なお、制御部20は、例えば充電装置80からの信号に基づいて、充電装置80のプラグがインレット12に接続されているか否かを判定する。
上述した構成においては、充電装置80からバッテリ11を充電する際に、車体18が保護接地線87に電気的に接続される。このため、仮に地絡しても、車体18に触れた者が感電することを避けることができる。しかし、例えば電圧変換部13で昇圧後の電圧が印加される第2導電路15が地絡した場合、第1導電路14を介して充電装置80の正極側供給路85及び負極側供給路86に昇圧後の電圧が供給される。この場合、第1SPD88及び第2SPD89に想定外の過電圧が印加され、故障するおそれがある。例えば、第2SPD89が故障すると、負極側供給路86が第2SPD89を介して保護接地線87に短絡するおそれがある。負極側供給路86が保護接地線87に短絡すると、保護接地線87に想定外の大電流が流れ、保護接地線87が溶断するおそれがある。車載用遮断装置30は、このような状況において保護接地線87が溶断する前に、迅速に電力経路を遮断することを目的とする。
車載用遮断装置30は、車両10に搭載される装置である。車載用遮断装置30は、導電路Rが地絡した場合に、導電路Rを流れる電流を遮断する。車載用遮断装置30は、遮断部31,32と、電流検出部33,34と、切替部35と、比較部36と、駆動部37,38と、を有する。
遮断部31は、第1正極側導電路14Aに設けられる。遮断部32は、第1負極側導電路14Bに設けられる。遮断部31,32は、駆動信号が入力されることに応じて、許容状態から遮断状態に切り替わる。許容状態は、第1導電路14に電流が流れることを許容する状態である。遮断状態は、第1導電路14に電流が流れることを遮断する状態である。遮断部31は、遮断状態になった後、許容状態に復帰できない構成であってもよいし、復帰できる構成であってもよい。復帰できない構成は、例えば、駆動信号が入力されることに応じて第1導電路14を物理的に切断する火工遮断器(例えばパイロヒューズ(PYROFUSE(登録商標)))であってもよい。復帰できる構成は、例えばスイッチである。スイッチは、接点を有する機械式のスイッチであってもよいし、MOSFETやIGBTなどの半導体スイッチであってもよい。
電流検出部33は、第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流を検出する。電流検出部33は、充電装置80側からバッテリ11側に流れる電流を正として検出値を出力する。電流検出部34は、第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流を検出する。電流検出部34は、バッテリ11側から充電装置80側に流れる電流を正として検出値を出力する。電流検出部33,34の検出値は、比較部36に入力される。電流検出部33,34は、第1導電路14に非接触で配置される非接触式であってもよいし、第1導電路14に接触して配置される接触式であってもよい。非接触式は、例えば、ホール素子等の磁気センサによって構成される。接触式は、例えばシャント抵抗と、シャント抵抗の両端電圧を増幅して出力する差動増幅器と、によって構成される。
切替部35は、第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流と第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流との比較結果(本実施形態では差)に基づいて遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える。切替部35は、比較部36と、駆動部37,38とを有する。
比較部36は、第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流と第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流とを比較する。具体的には、比較部36は、第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流の値と第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流の値との差を算出する。比較部36は、算出した差が、予め定められた閾値を超えるか否かを判定する。比較部36は、差が閾値を超えたと判定した場合、駆動部37,38に向けて指示信号を出力する。比較部36は、差が閾値を超えていないと判定した場合、指示信号を出力しない。
駆動部37は、指示信号が入力されると、駆動信号を出力して遮断部31を遮断状態に切り替える。駆動部38は、指示信号が入力されると、駆動信号を出力して遮断部32を遮断状態に切り替える。
車載用遮断装置30は、以下のように動作する。リレー16,17がオン状態に切り替わり、電圧変換部13が昇圧動作を行うと、充電装置80からの電力がバッテリ11に供給される。このとき、第1正極側導電路14A及び第2正極側導電路15Aでは、充電装置80側からバッテリ11側に電流が流れ、第1負極側導電路14B及び第2負極側導電路15Bでは、バッテリ11側から充電装置80側に電流が流れる。
充電装置80からバッテリ11に正常に電力が供給されている状態では、第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流と第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流は同程度である。このため、比較部36は、第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流と第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流との差は閾値を超えていないと判定し、指示信号を出力しない。その結果、遮断部31,32は、許容状態で維持される。
第2正極側導電路15Aが地絡した場合には、第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流が第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流と比較して大きくなる。比較部36は、第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流と第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流との差(本実施形態では、第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流から第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流を差し引いた差)が閾値を超えたと判定すると、指示信号を出力する。その結果、駆動部37は、遮断部31を遮断状態に切り替え、駆動部38は、遮断部32を遮断状態に切り替える。これにより、第1導電路14を流れる電流が遮断される。
以下の説明は、第1実施形態の車載用遮断装置30の効果に関する。車載用遮断装置30では、充電装置80側からの入力電圧を電圧変換部13で昇圧してバッテリ11を充電する充電動作中に第2導電路15が地絡した場合に、第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流と第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流との間に差が生じる。このような差が生じた場合に、車載用遮断装置30は、第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流と第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流との差に基づいて遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替えることができる。つまり、車載用遮断装置30は、バッテリ11の充電中に地絡が生じたときに導電路Rを流れる電流を迅速に遮断することができる。
<第2実施形態>
第1実施形態では、切替部35が第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流と第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流との差が閾値を超えたときに遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える構成であった。これに対し、第2実施形態では、切替部35が所定期間における上記差の積分値が閾値を超えたときに遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える構成について説明する。なお、第2実施形態の構成は、図1に示す構成と同じであるため、図1を参照して説明する。
第1実施形態では、切替部35が第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流と第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流との差が閾値を超えたときに遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える構成であった。これに対し、第2実施形態では、切替部35が所定期間における上記差の積分値が閾値を超えたときに遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える構成について説明する。なお、第2実施形態の構成は、図1に示す構成と同じであるため、図1を参照して説明する。
第2実施形態の車載用遮断装置30の切替部35は、第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流と第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流との差(本実施形態では、第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流から第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流を差し引いた差)の所定期間における積分値が閾値を超えたときに遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える。
比較部36は、所定期間において第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流と第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流との差の積分値を算出する。所定期間は、例えば直近の一定時間であってもよいし、測定開始条件が成立してからの期間であってもよい。
測定開始条件は、例えば導電路Rを流れる電流(例えば、電流検出部33によって検出される電流、又は電流検出部34によって検出される電流)が予め定められた測定開始電流を超えたことであってもよい。測定開始電流は、直流電流で流れて問題のない程度の電流であることが好ましく、例えば第1SPD88及び第2SPD89が許容可能な電流であることが好ましい。
別の例として、測定開始条件は、第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流と第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流との差の増加量が判定値を超えたことであってもよい。この場合、比較部36は、例えば上記差を所定の判定期間ごとに算出するとともに、判定期間ごとに上記差の増加量を算出し、算出した増加量が判定値を超えたか否かを判定する。
測定開始条件が成立した場合に開始される所定期間は、測定終了条件が成立した場合に終了してもよい。つまり、測定終了条件が成立した場合に、積分値がクリアされてもよい。測定終了条件は、例えば導電路Rを流れる電流(例えば、電流検出部33によって検出される電流、又は電流検出部34によって検出される電流)が予め定められた測定終了電流を下回ったことであってもよい。測定終了電流は、測定開始電流と同じであってもよいし、異なっていてもよい。
比較部36は、算出した積分値が閾値を超えるか否かを判定する。比較部36は、積分値が閾値を超えたと判定した場合、駆動部37,38に向けて指示信号を出力する。比較部36は、積分値が閾値を超えていないと判定した場合、指示信号を出力しない。
駆動部37は、指示信号が入力されると、駆動信号を出力して遮断部31を遮断状態に切り替える。駆動部38は、指示信号が入力されると、駆動信号を出力して遮断部32を遮断状態に切り替える。
第1SPD88及び第2SPD89は、両端電圧に印加される電圧によって流れる電流が大きく変化する。このため、遮断部31,32は、第1SPD88及び第2SPD89の許容損失以下で遮断されることが好ましい。第2実施形態の車載用遮断装置30は、第1SPD88及び第2SPD89の許容損失以下となるように閾値が設定される場合に、第1SPD88及び第2SPD89が故障する前に第1導電路14及び第2導電路15に流れる電流を遮断することができる。
<第3実施形態>
第1実施形態では、切替部35が第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流と第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流との差が閾値を超えたときに遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える構成であった。これに対し、第3実施形態では、切替部35が所定期間における上記差の二乗の積分値が閾値を超えたときに遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える構成について説明する。なお、第3実施形態の構成は、図1に示す構成と同じであるため、図1を参照して説明する。
第1実施形態では、切替部35が第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流と第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流との差が閾値を超えたときに遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える構成であった。これに対し、第3実施形態では、切替部35が所定期間における上記差の二乗の積分値が閾値を超えたときに遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える構成について説明する。なお、第3実施形態の構成は、図1に示す構成と同じであるため、図1を参照して説明する。
第3実施形態の車載用遮断装置30の切替部35は、第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流と第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流との差(本実施形態では、第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流から第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流を差し引いた差)の二乗の所定期間における積分値が閾値を超えたときに遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える。
比較部36は、所定期間において第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流と第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流との差の二乗の積分値を算出する。所定期間は、例えば直近の一定時間であってもよいし、測定開始条件が成立してからの期間であってもよい。
測定開始条件は、例えば導電路Rを流れる電流(例えば、電流検出部33によって検出される電流、又は電流検出部34によって検出される電流)が予め定められた測定開始電流を超えたことであってもよい。測定開始電流は、直流電流で流れて問題のない程度の電流であることが好ましく、例えば保護接地線87が発煙しない程度の電流であることが好ましい。
別の例として、測定開始条件は、第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流と第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流との差の増加量が判定値を超えたことであってもよい。この場合、比較部36は、例えば上記差を所定の判定期間ごとに算出するとともに、判定期間ごとに上記差の増加量を算出し、算出した増加量が判定値を超えたか否かを判定する。
測定開始条件が成立した場合に開始される所定期間は、測定終了条件が成立した場合に終了してもよい。つまり、測定終了条件が成立した場合に、積分値がクリアされてもよい。測定終了条件は、例えば導電路Rを流れる電流(例えば、電流検出部33によって検出される電流、又は電流検出部34によって検出される電流)が予め定められた測定終了電流を下回ったことであってもよい。測定終了電流は、測定開始電流と同じであってもよいし、異なっていてもよい。
比較部36は、算出した積分値が閾値を超えるか否かを判定する。比較部36は、積分値が閾値を超えたと判定した場合、駆動部37,38に向けて指示信号を出力する。比較部36は、積分値が閾値を超えていないと判定した場合、指示信号を出力しない。
駆動部37は、指示信号が入力されると、駆動信号を出力して遮断部31を遮断状態に切り替える。駆動部38は、指示信号が入力されると、駆動信号を出力して遮断部32を遮断状態に切り替える。
第3実施形態の車載用遮断装置30は、保護接地線87が発煙しないように閾値が設定される場合に、保護接地線87が発煙する前に第1導電路14及び第2導電路15に流れる電流を遮断することができる。
<第4実施形態>
第1実施形態では、切替部35が第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流と第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流との差が閾値を超えたときに遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える構成であった。これに対し、第4実施形態では、上記差を用いて算出される温度Twに基づいて遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える構成について説明する。なお、第4実施形態の構成は、図1に示す構成と同じであるため、図1を参照して説明する。
第1実施形態では、切替部35が第1負極側導電路14Bを流れる電流と第1正極側導電路14Aを流れる電流との差が閾値を超えたときに遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える構成であった。これに対し、第4実施形態では、上記差を用いて算出される温度Twに基づいて遮断部31,32を遮断状態に切り替える構成について説明する。なお、第4実施形態の構成は、図1に示す構成と同じであるため、図1を参照して説明する。

Claims (7)
- 蓄電部と、前記蓄電部との間で電力を授受する授受対象と前記蓄電部との間に設けられる導電路とを備える車両に搭載される車載用遮断装置であって、
前記導電路に設けられ、前記導電路に電流が流れることを許容する許容状態から遮断状態に切り替わる遮断部と、
前記導電路に含まれる正極側導電路を流れる電流と前記導電路に含まれる負極側導電路を流れる電流との比較結果に基づいて前記遮断部を前記遮断状態に切り替える切替部と、を有する
車載用遮断装置。 - 前記切替部は、前記正極側導電路を流れる電流と前記負極側導電路を流れる電流との差に基づいて前記遮断部を前記遮断状態に切り替える
請求項1に記載の車載用遮断装置。 - 前記切替部は、前記差が閾値を超えたときに前記遮断部を前記遮断状態に切り替える
請求項2に記載の車載用遮断装置。 - 前記切替部は、所定期間における前記差の積分値が閾値を超えたときに前記遮断部を前記遮断状態に切り替える
請求項2に記載の車載用遮断装置。 - 前記切替部は、所定期間における前記差の二乗の積分値が閾値を超えたときに前記遮断部を前記遮断状態に切り替える
請求項2に記載の車載用遮断装置。 - 前記切替部は、以下の式(A)によって算出されるTwが閾値を超えたときに前記遮断部を前記遮断状態に切り替える
請求項2に記載の車載用遮断装置。

ΔTw(n)=ΔTw(n-1)×exp(-Δt/τw)+Rthw×Rw(n-1)×ΔI(n-1)2×(1-exp(-Δt/τw))。
ΔI(n)は、検出n回目の前記差。
nは、1以上の整数。
Δtは、前記差を検出する単位時間。
τwは、前記導電路の放熱時定数(s)。
Rthwは、前記導電路の熱抵抗(℃/W)。
Rw(n)は、検出n回時の前記導電路の抵抗(Ω)。Rw(n)=Rw(0)×(1+κw×(Tw-To))。
Rw(0)は、温度Toでの前記導電路の抵抗(Ω)。
κwは、前記導電路の抵抗温度係数(/℃)。 - 前記授受対象は、前記車両のインレットに接続される充電装置であり、
前記車両は、前記インレットと前記蓄電部との間に設けられ前記インレット側から入力された電圧を昇圧して前記蓄電部側に出力する電圧変換部を備え、
前記導電路は、前記インレットと前記電圧変換部との間に設けられる第1導電路と、前記電圧変換部と前記蓄電部との間に設けられる第2導電路と、を有し、
前記第1導電路は、前記正極側導電路の一部である第1正極側導電路と、前記負極側導電路の一部である第1負極側導電路と、を含み、
前記切替部は、前記第1正極側導電路を流れる電流と前記第1負極側導電路を流れる電流との比較結果に基づいて前記遮断部を前記遮断状態に切り替える
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の車載用遮断装置。
