Description
本申请总地涉及汽车天窗的技术领域,更具体地涉及一种天幕装置和车辆。
随着新能源车的快速发展,汽车天窗的尺寸需求也越来越大,全景天窗和天幕也越来越受欢迎。然而全景天幕也有它的缺点,难以隔热,且无法阻挡阳光和紫外线,基本需要额外的外置遮阳帘,既不方便也不美观。
发明内容

为至少部分地解决上述问题,本申请第一方面提供一种天幕装置,用于车辆,所述天幕装置包括:
至少两层天幕玻璃;
天幕片,所述天幕片穿设于所述至少两层天幕玻璃之间,所述天幕片设置有至少两个功能区;
驱动组件,所述驱动组件包括第一驱动机构,所述第一驱动机构连接至所述天幕片的一端;以及
控制组件,所述控制组件配置为:控制所述第一驱动机构转动,以使所述天幕片移动;当所述天幕片移动到不同位置时,所述天幕玻璃展示不同的所述功能区。
根据本申请第一方面的天幕装置,控制组件控制第一驱动机构转动,以使天窗得以切换到天幕片的不同的功能区,从而实现遮阳和透光的效果,与外置遮阳帘相比,使用方便,且更为美观。
可选地,所述驱动组件还包括第二驱动机构,所述第二驱动机构连接至所述天幕片的另一端;所述控制组件配置为:控制所述第一驱动机构和所述第二驱动机构配合地转动,以使所述天幕片收入所述第一驱动机构和所述第二驱动机构中的一者,伸出所述第一驱动机构和所述第二驱动机构中的另一者。

本申请提供了一种用于车辆的天幕装置(也称天窗)和具有该天幕装置的车辆。
以下,将参照附图对本申请的具体实施方式进行更详细地说明,这些附图示出了本申请的代表实施方式,并不是限定本申请。
图1至图4示出了根据本申请的具体实施方式的天幕装置200,用于车辆,天幕装置200包括至少两层天幕玻璃(图中未示出)、天幕片100、导向组件110、驱动组件120以及控制组件130。
天幕片100穿设于至少两层天幕玻璃之间。天幕片100设置有至少两个功能区101。不同的功能区101例如构造为具有不同的光学功能。多个功能区101例如沿天幕片100的长度方向X排列。天幕片100的长度方向X也即天幕玻璃和天幕装置200的长度方向。
驱动组件120包括第一驱动机构121,第一驱动机构121连接至天幕片100的一端,例如天幕片100的沿长度方向X的一端。
控制组件130配置为:控制第一驱动机构121转动,以使天幕片100移动(例如;当天幕片100移动到不同位置时,天幕玻璃展示不同的功能区101。例如第一驱动机构121构造为卷轴,其转动轴线沿天幕片100的宽度方向Y延伸(方向X与方向Y垂直),当其转动时,将天幕片100卷绕其上,使得天幕片100沿长度方向X移动。天幕片100的宽度方向Y也即天幕玻璃和天幕装置200的宽度方向。
根据本申请的天幕装置200,控制组件130控制第一驱动机构121转动,以使天窗得以切换到天幕片100的不同的功能区101,从而实现遮阳和透光的效果,与外置的遮阳帘相比,使用方便,且更为美观。
进一步的,驱动组件120还包括第二驱动机构122,第二驱动机构122连接至天幕片100的另一端。控制组件130配置为:控制第一驱动机构121和第二驱动机构122配合地转动,以使天幕片100收入第一驱动机构121和第二驱动机构122中的一者,伸出第一驱动机构121和第二驱动机构122中的另一者。例如,与第一驱动机构121类似,第二驱动机构也构造为卷轴,其连接至天幕片100的沿长度方向X的另一端,其转动轴线沿天幕片100的宽度方向Y延伸。本申请采用双驱动机构,可以往复移动天幕片100,且通过将新的天幕片100拼接至旧的天幕片100,再通过驱动组件驱动,
即可实现天幕片100的更换,操作难度小。
详细地说,参照图2,天幕片100可选为胶片,具有柔韧性和一定的透明度,便于天幕片100的卷绕和功能区101的制作。可选地,功能区101包括遮阳区103和透明区102。遮阳区103为不透光的胶片,可采用在透光胶片的表面涂覆相应的遮光材料(如二氧化钛涂料等)形成。当天窗处切换到天幕片100的遮阳区103时,天幕片100遮挡进入车内的阳光,起到遮阳效果。相对应的,透明区102可采用透明胶片,以使车内人员获得天窗外的视野。
进一步地,功能区101还包括场景滤镜区104,场景滤镜区104包括至少两个部分,且各个部分的透明度不同,以区分出场景图案。场景滤镜区104的设置,使得天窗外的光线透过天幕片100,在天幕片100上形成一定的风景或场景的图案,增加车内的使用者的体验。当然,依据车辆的配置,功能区101也可以包括多个场景滤镜区104,以丰富使用者的场景体验。
功能区101还可以包括幕布区105,幕布区105可为白色。当天窗处切换至天幕片100的幕布区105时,可配合车辆的投影设备,便于使用者观看。
可选地,参照图2,沿长度方向X,功能区101之间间隔开,以区分不同的功能。
具体到驱动组件120,参照图1和图4,第一驱动机构121包括第一辊123和第一电机124,第一电机124的输出端连接至第一辊123。详细地说,第一电机124的输出端可直接连接至第一辊123的端部,以驱动第一辊123转动。作为替代方案,第一电机124的输出端和第一辊123的端部之间也可通过减速器以及联轴器连接,以提升对第一辊123的传动精度。第二驱动机构122包括第二辊125和第二电机126,第二电机126的输出端连接至第二辊125,当第二电机126启动时,第二辊125受到第二电机126的驱动而转动。同样,第二电机126的输出端可直接连接至第二辊125的端部,以驱动第二辊125转动。作为替代方案,第二电机126的输出端和第二辊125的端部之间也可通过减速器以及联轴器连接,以提升对第二辊125的传动精度。
第一电机124和第二电机126为步进电机或伺服电机,使得第一电机
124和第二电机126得以通过接收方波信号和方向信号的控制信号而转动,传动更为精准。
具体到控制组件130,参照图4,控制组件130包括控制器131和按钮开关132。控制器131分别与第一电机124以及第二电机126电连接。按钮开关132与控制器131电连接。按钮开关132用于供用户操作。当按钮开关132被按压时,按钮开关132处于导通状态,从而电路导通。控制器131可选为微处理控制器131(IC芯片),体积较小,便于安装。此外,控制器131、第一电机124以及第二电机126均与电源133连接,电源133可选为车辆的电瓶装置,从而无需额外布置单独的电源。
控制器131配置为:根据按钮开关132的指令控制第一电机124和第二电机126转动。控制器131接收按钮开关132的信号进行处理计算,然后再发送方波信号和方向信号至第一电机124和第二电机126,以精准控制第一电机124和第二电机126转动。
具体来说,控制器131配置为:按第一方式按压按钮开关132时,控制器131控制第一电机124和第二电机126在按钮开关132的导通时长内持续转动,以使天幕片100在按钮开关132的导通时长内连续移动;按第二方式按压按钮开关132时,控制器131控制第一电机124和第二电机126转动,以使天幕片100切换至下一个功能区101。采用第一方式或第二方式按压按钮开关132,可分别控制天幕片100不分功能区101连续移动或直接切换至下一功能区101,便于使用者操作。
详细地说,第一方式的按压时长超过0.5秒,第二方式的按压时长低于0.5秒。以0.5秒为临界点,判定按压按钮开关132的方式为第一方式还是第二方式,符合使用者的操作逻辑,提升使用体验。
根据本申请的天幕装置200还包括导向组件110,导向组件110沿天幕片100的宽度方向Y设置于天幕片100的侧方,以引导天幕片100沿天幕片100的长度方向X移动。
详细地说,参照图1和图3,天幕装置200设置有两组导向组件110,分别位于天幕片100的两侧。导向组件110包括两根定位导轨111,两根定位导轨111分别设置于天幕片100的上方和下方。定位导轨111包括若干个滚动轴承112和定位带113。滚动轴承112的轴线沿宽度方向Y延伸。全部滚动轴承112沿长度方向X排布。定位带113绕设至滚动轴承112,
从而将全部滚动轴承112作为一个整体包裹,这使得定位带113在全部滚动轴承112的外部形成封闭的环,也使得滚动轴承112可以在该环的内部支撑定位带113。定位带113沿长度方向X延伸,且定位带113与天幕片100的边沿的表面贴合设置,从而天幕片100被夹持在上下两个定位带之间。当驱动组件120驱动天幕片100沿长度方向X移动时,天幕片100在移动过程中与定位带113紧密配合,使得天幕片100保持平整,且定位精准。可以理解的,天幕片100移动时,在摩擦力的作用下,定位带113随之移动,滚动轴承112用于使定位带113可以循环移动。
进一步地,参照图1至图3,天幕片100设置有沿长度方向X间隔排布的定位孔106,导向组件110的至少一根定位带113设置有与定位孔106相配合的凸起部114。在本实施方式中,位于天幕片100下方的定位带113设置有凸起部114。天幕片100在重力作用下,其定位孔106可与凸起部114较为紧密地配合,有利于防止天幕片100和定位带113之间出现偏移,从而实现对天幕片100的精准传递。参照图1,导向组件110还包括轴承滚筒115,轴承滚筒115的轴线沿Y方向延伸,轴承滚筒115沿长度方向X间隔分布于天幕玻璃的两端,且轴承滚筒115分别分布于天幕片100的上方和下方。天幕片100通过上下两个轴承滚筒115的中间进入定位带113或移出定位带113,有利于避免天幕片100在移动过程中的磨损。此外,沿宽度方向Y,轴承滚筒115的尺寸大于滚动轴承112的尺寸,使得轴承滚筒115在宽度方向Y延伸至定位带113的外侧,也即轴承滚筒115位于定位带113外。从而,沿宽度方向Y,在天幕片100的两侧,轴承滚筒115的两端沿宽度方向Y均凸出于天幕片100,以充分覆盖天幕片100,更好地导向天幕片100,以防止天幕片100起皱。
参见图2,沿宽度方向Y,功能区101与天幕片100的边沿也间隔开,以免导向组件110磨损功能区101。
具体到天幕装置200的安装,天幕玻璃沿宽度方向Y的两侧设置有固定槽条(图中未示出),天幕玻璃连接至固定槽条。固定槽条可与车辆的车架的车顶结构相固定,从而实现天幕玻璃的安装。而滚动轴承112和轴承滚筒115均转动连接至固定槽条,从而将导向组件110和天幕玻璃的安装集成在固定槽条上,利于提升根据本申请的天幕装置200的安装效率。
可选地,天幕玻璃沿长度方向X具有弧度,且固定槽条沿天幕玻璃的
边沿延伸,从而适用于弧形车顶的车辆。
对应地,作为替代方案,天幕玻璃也可以为平面玻璃,且固定槽条沿天幕玻璃的边沿延伸,适用于平面车顶的车辆。
本申请还提供一种车辆,包括根据前述的天幕装置200。根据本申请的车辆,采用天幕装置200,可在天窗切换天幕片100的不同的功能区101,提升使用者体验,且使用方便,更为美观。
除非另有定义,本文中所使用的技术和科学术语与本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施目的,不是旨在限制本申请。本文中出现的诸如“设置”等术语既可以表示一个部件直接附接至另一个部件,也可以表示一个部件通过中间件附接至另一个部件。本文中在一个实施方式中描述的特征可以单独地或与其它特征结合地应用于另一个实施方式,除非该特征在该另一个实施方式中不适用或是另有说明。

Claims (16)
- 一种天幕装置(200),用于车辆,其特征在于,所述天幕装置(200)包括:至少两层天幕玻璃;天幕片(100),所述天幕片(100)穿设于所述至少两层天幕玻璃之间,所述天幕片(100)设置有至少两个功能区(101);驱动组件(120),所述驱动组件(120)包括第一驱动机构(121),所述第一驱动机构(121)连接至所述天幕片(100)的一端;以及控制组件(130),所述控制组件(100)配置为:控制所述第一驱动机构(121)转动,以使所述天幕片(100)移动;当所述天幕片(100)移动到不同位置时,所述天幕玻璃展示不同的所述功能区(101)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的天幕装置(200),其特征在于,所述驱动组件(120)还包括第二驱动机构(122),所述第二驱动机构(122)连接至所述天幕片(100)的另一端;所述控制组件(130)配置为:控制所述第一驱动机构(121)和所述第二驱动机构(122)配合地转动,以使所述天幕片(100)收入所述第一驱动机构(121)和所述第二驱动机构(122)中的一者,伸出所述第一驱动机构(121)和所述第二驱动机构(122)中的另一者。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的天幕装置(200),其特征在于,还包括导向组件(110),所述导向组件(110)沿所述天幕片(100)的宽度方向设置于所述天幕片(100)的侧方,以引导所述天幕片(100)沿所述天幕片(100)的长度方向移动。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的天幕装置(200),其特征在于,所述天幕片(100)为胶片。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的天幕装置(200),其特征在于,所述功能区(101)包括遮阳区(103)、透明区(102)、幕布区(105)以及场景滤镜区(104),所述场景滤镜区(104)包括至少两个部分,各个所述部分的透明度不同,以区分出场景图案。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的天幕装置(200),其特征在于,沿所述天幕片(100)的长度方向,所述功能区(101)间隔分布。
- 根据权利要求2所述的天幕装置(200),其特征在于,所述第一驱动机构(121)包括第一辊(123)和第一电机(124),所述第一电机(124)的输出端连接至所述第一辊(123);所述第二驱动机构(122)包括第二辊(125)和第二电机(126),所述第二电机(126)的输出端连接至所述第二辊(125)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的天幕装置(200),其特征在于,所述控制组件(130)包括:控制器(131),所述控制器(131)分别与所述第一电机(124)以及所述第二电机(126)电连接;以及按钮开关(132),用于供用户操作,所述按钮开关(132)与所述控制器(131)电连接,所述按钮开关配置为在被按压时处于导通状态;其中,所述控制器(131)配置为:根据所述按钮开关(132)的指令控制所述第一电机(124)和所述第二电机(126)转动。
- 根据权利要求8所述的天幕装置(200),其特征在于,所述控制器(131)配置为:当所述按钮开关(132)被以第一方式按压时,所述控制器(131)控制所述第一电机(124)和所述第二电机(126)在所述按钮开关(132)的导通时长内持续转动,以使所述天幕片(100)在所述按钮开关(132)的导通时长内连续移动;当所述按钮开关(132)被以第二方式按压时,所述控制器(131)控制所述第一电机(124)和所述第二电机(126)转动,以使所述天幕片(100)切换至下一个所述功能区(101)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的天幕装置(200),其特征在于,所述第一方式的按压时长超过0.5秒,所述第二方式的按压时长低于0.5秒。
- 根据权利要求3所述的天幕装置(200),其特征在于,所述导向组件(110)包括两根定位导轨(111),两根所述定位导轨(111)分别设置于所述天幕片(100)的上方和下方;所述定位导轨(111)包括:若干个滚动轴承(112),所述滚动轴承(112)沿所述长度方向排布;以及定位带(113),所述定位带(113)绕设至所述滚动轴承(112),所述定位带(113)沿所述长度方向延伸,且所述定位带(113)与所述天幕片(100)贴合设置。
- 根据权利要求11所述的天幕装置(200),其特征在于,所述导向组件(110)还包括轴承滚筒(115),所述轴承滚筒(115)沿所述长度方向间隔分布于所述天幕玻璃的两端,且所述轴承滚筒(115)分布于所述天幕片(100)的上方和下方;沿所述宽度方向,所述轴承滚筒(115)的尺寸大于所述滚动轴承(112)的尺寸,且所述轴承滚筒(115)位于所述定位带(113)外。
- 根据权利要求11或12所述的天幕装置(200),其特征在于,所述天幕片(100)设置有沿所述长度方向间隔排布的定位孔(106),所述导向组件(110)的至少一根所述定位带(113)设置有与所述定位孔(106)相配合的凸起部(114)。
- 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的天幕装置(200),其特征在于,所述天幕玻璃的两侧设置有固定槽条,所述天幕玻璃连接至所述固定槽条,且所述固定槽条用于安装至所述车辆的车架,以安装所述天幕玻璃。
- 根据权利要求14所述的天幕装置(200),其特征在于,所述天幕玻璃具有弧度,且所述固定槽条沿所述天幕玻璃的边沿延伸;或者所述天幕玻璃为平面玻璃,且所述固定槽条沿所述天幕玻璃的边沿延伸。
- 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1至15中任一项所述的天幕装置(200)。
