Abstract

This accommodating body 1 has an accommodation unit that accommodates contents and is assigned individual identification information 5 in a management system. The management system retains, with respect to each accommodating body being managed, accommodating body information that includes: manager information that can be accessed only by a manager of the accommodating body; and general information that can be accessed by all users. When the individual identification information 5 is read out by a prescribed information terminal, the individual identification information 5 enables the information terminal to access the accommodating body information pertaining to the accommodating body 1 specified by the individual identification information 5. In this scenario, the range of the accommodating body information permitted to be accessed by the information terminal is limited on the basis of a prescribed condition.

Description

Containment and access restriction methods
The present invention relates to a container having a storage section for storing contents, and to an access restriction method in a management system for managing the container.
Products such as beverages and medicines are handled in some sort of container during manufacturing, distribution, and consumption. In recent years, various methods have been considered for managing each individual product that is mass-produced industrially.
For example, JP2020-527891A (Patent Document 1) discloses a beverage container with a circuit capable of transmitting data attached to the cap. The beverage container in Patent Document 1 is configured so that data can be transmitted only when the container is opened. Note that technology for attaching electronic devices to containers to achieve traceability can also be found in JP2010-30680A (Patent Document 2) and WO2018/158864 (Patent Document 3).
特表2020-527891号公報(または国際公開第2019/014450号)JP 2020-527891 A (or International Publication No. 2019/014450) 特開2010-30680号公報(または米国特許出願公開第2010/0006204号明細書)JP 2010-30680 A (or U.S. Patent Application Publication No. 2010/0006204 A) 国際公開第2018/158864号International Publication No. 2018/158864
However, attaching electronic devices to a housing can lead to increased costs. This is because, compared to conventional housings, not only is the electronic device itself an additional element, but the work of attaching the electronic device to the housing is also an additional step. Furthermore, if the electronic device is damaged during the distribution process of the housing, it may not be able to perform the expected function.
Therefore, there is a need for a container that can manage each individual in a simpler way, and for a method of restricting access to the management system that manages the container.
The container of the present invention has a storage section for storing contents and is assigned individual identification information in a management system, and the management system holds container information for each managed container, including administrator information accessible only to the administrator of the container and general information accessible to all users, and when the individual identification information is read by a specified information terminal, it enables the information terminal to access the container information for the container specified by the individual identification information, and at this time, the range of the container information that the information terminal is permitted to access is limited based on specified conditions.
The access restriction method according to the present invention is an access restriction method for restricting access to container information in a management system for managing containers having a storage section for storing contents, the management system storing container information for each managed container including administrator information accessible only to the administrator of the container and general information accessible to all users, the method comprising the steps of: when individual identification information attached to the container is read by a specified information terminal, having the information terminal access the container information for the container identified by the individual identification information; and a restriction step of restricting the range of the container information to which the information terminal is permitted to access based on specified conditions.
With these configurations, each individual container can be identified without the need for complex structures such as electronic devices. Furthermore, administrator information used only by the administrator and general information available to the public can be managed using the same container and system. This allows information at each stage of the production, distribution, consumption, etc. of the contents contained in the container to be linked to individual identification information and managed in a centralized manner. Furthermore, because individual identification information that provides a clue to this information is attached to the container, it is easy to access and restrict access to each piece of information.
The following describes preferred embodiments of the present invention. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the preferred embodiments described below.
In one embodiment of the container according to the present invention, the administrator information preferably includes at least one of the following: information identifying the contents, information identifying the place of manufacture of the contents, information identifying the raw materials of the contents, information identifying the manufacturing conditions of the contents, information identifying the quality of the contents, and information identifying the distribution status.

Below, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. Note that the container, which is the subject of the present invention, refers to an article that has a space capable of containing contents and is used for the purpose of containing contents. The container may therefore be a portable container such as a bottle, can, PET bottle, paper carton, plastic container, pouch container, tray, barrel, container, etc., or a fixed container such as a tank, silo, or vat. Furthermore, as is clear from the above examples, the material constituting the container is not limited, and may be plastic, glass, metal, wood, paper, etc. Furthermore, the volume of the container is not limited.
[First embodiment]
A first embodiment of a container according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following, an example in which the container according to the present invention is applied to a beverage product 1 (one example of a container) that is filled with a beverage and distributed will be described.
(Beverage product composition)
The beverage product 1 according to this embodiment is a container having a container body 2 (an example of a container portion) and a cap 3, filled with a beverage (an example of a content, not shown) ( FIG. 1 ). In other words, the beverage product 1 is a beverage product distributed in the market, and is intended to be shipped from a supplier of the beverage product (an example of a manager), and to reach consumers through logistics and retail.
In this embodiment, the container body 2 is made of polyethylene terephthalate and is a colorless and transparent container. The container body 2 is obtained by biaxial stretch blow molding using a polyethylene terephthalate preform as a raw material. Note that the material constituting the container body 2 is not limited to polyethylene terephthalate, and may be, for example, polyethylene or polypropylene. Furthermore, the origin of the material may be petroleum, plant-derived raw materials, recycled raw materials, etc.
A label 4 is affixed to the container body 2. In FIG. 1, an example in which the label 4 is a roll label is illustrated, but this is not limiting. For example, the label 4 may be a shrink label. Also, the label 4 does not have to be affixed to the container body 2.
In this embodiment, the cap 3 is made of polypropylene. The cap 3 is obtained by injection molding using polypropylene as a raw material. Note that the material constituting the cap 3 is not limited to polypropylene, and may be, for example, polyethylene. The origin of the material may be petroleum, plant-derived raw materials, recycled raw materials, etc.
A two-dimensional code 5 is printed on the top surface of the cap 3. The two-dimensional code 5 is associated with a unique ID (an example of individual identification information) for individually identifying each managed beverage product 1 in a product management system 10 (described later) that manages the beverage products 1. That is, the unique ID is attached to the top surface of the cap 3 in the form of a two-dimensional code 5. The unique ID is attached in a one-to-one correspondence to each individual beverage product 1, and there will be no duplication.
As understood by taking the beverage product 1 according to this embodiment as an example, the container in this invention refers to an object that is provided to contain the contents (which in this embodiment is a beverage) that are at the center of the added value of the product when the product is manufactured, distributed, consumed, etc., and to enable handling at the points of manufacture, distribution, consumption, etc. Therefore, the container in this invention is a concept that includes not only a storage section that contains an item, but also accessories that are attached to the storage section and used as an integral part. Examples of accessories in this embodiment include items such as the cap 3 that seals the container body 2, labels, tags, stickers, etc. that are attached to the container body 2 and cap 3, and a presentation box that contains the container body 2 sealed by the cap 3. It should be noted that the container in this invention may or may not contain contents.
(Product management system configuration)
A product management system 10 (one example of a management system) according to this embodiment (FIG. 2) is a system accessible to suppliers, distributors, retailers, consumers, and others involved in the beverage product 1, and various information related to the beverage product 1 is managed in an integrated manner on the system. In the product management system 10, information related to each individual beverage product 1 is held in a relational database 11 (hereinafter simply referred to as database 11) in which a unique ID assigned to each individual beverage product 1 is used as a primary key. As described above, the unique ID of each individual beverage product 1 is printed as a two-dimensional code 5 on the top surface of the cap 3 of the beverage product 1.
The product management system 10 holds product information 12 (an example of container information) for each of the beverage products 1 to be managed in a database 11. The product information 12 includes supplier information 12a (an example of administrator information) accessible only to the supplier of the beverage product 1, specific consumer information 12b accessible only to consumers who satisfy certain conditions, and general information 12c accessible to all users. The hardware configuration of the product management system 10 can typically be a general server-type computer, but is not limited thereto as long as it can realize the functions described below.
The supplier information 12a is information used internally by the supplier of the beverage product 1, such as information about production and distribution. Access to the supplier information 12a is limited to the supplier, i.e., the supplier's employees and related parties equivalent thereto (such as those involved in logistics).
The supplier information 12a includes, for example, information identifying the contents of the beverage product 1 (product name, ingredient names, recipe name, production date, best before date, expiration date, etc.), information identifying the production location of the beverage product 1 (factory name, production line name, production lot number, name of production staff, etc.), information identifying the raw materials of the beverage product 1 (raw material name, name of raw material supplier, raw material lot number, date and time of raw material receipt, etc.), information identifying the production conditions of the beverage product 1 (pressure during production, temperature during production, filling head number, transit time, etc.), information identifying the quality of the beverage product 1 (test values, test images, name of inspection staff, etc.), and information identifying the distribution status of the beverage product 1 (delivery location, delivery timing, vehicle number, pallet number, etc.).
Specific consumer information 12b is information that can be accessed by consumers who meet certain conditions. For example, a unique user ID may be assigned to each individual consumer, and the user ID of the consumer who purchased each individual beverage product 1 may be linked to the unique ID of that individual beverage product, so that each consumer may check the purchase date, purchase location, etc. only for the individual beverage product 1 linked to their own user ID. In this case, the supplier may be able to keep track of the purchase history of each consumer.
Furthermore, for example, by setting conditions (region, time, retail store, etc.) related to the acquisition route of beverage product 1 and providing promotional campaign information accessible to consumers who satisfy the conditions, it is possible to develop a promotional campaign that is targeted to a specific region, time, retail store, etc. In this case, the promotional campaign information provided in a limited manner is an example of specific consumer information 12b.
Furthermore, it is also possible to allow some of the information given above as examples of supplier information 12a to be accessible only to the individual beverage product 1 purchased by the consumer. The purchase history and the accessible part of supplier information 12a in these examples are examples of specific consumer information 12b. For example, when a consumer inquires about the quality of a beverage product 1 to a supplier, the specific consumer may be allowed to access some or all of the information specifying the ingredients, manufacturing conditions, and quality of the individual beverage product 1 that is the subject of the inquiry, to help explain that the individual beverage product was manufactured normally. In this case, the supplier may set up an association between a user ID and a unique ID of the beverage product 1 that is allowed to be accessed by the consumer who has that user ID.
In other words, examples of specific consumer information 12b include information on the purchase history of beverage products 1 purchased by a specific consumer, promotional campaign information targeted at consumers who meet certain conditions, and a portion of supplier information 12a that is disclosed only to a specific consumer.
General information 12c is information accessible to all users, and examples include information about a website introducing beverage product 1 and information about a promotional campaign with no restrictions. In addition, some of the information identifying the contents of beverage product 1 (product name, ingredient name, recipe name, production date, best-before date, best-before date, etc.), information identifying the production location of beverage product 1 (factory name, production line name, production lot number, name of person in charge of production, etc.), information identifying the raw materials of beverage product 1 (raw material name, name of raw material supplier, raw material lot number, date and time of receipt of raw materials, etc.), information identifying the production conditions of beverage product 1 (pressure during production, temperature during production, filling head number, transit time, etc.), information identifying the quality of beverage product 1 (test value, test image, name of person in charge of inspection, etc.), and information identifying the distribution status of beverage product 1 (delivery location, delivery timing, vehicle number, pallet number, etc.), which are given as examples of supplier information 12a above, may be treated as general information 12c. For example, the names of ingredients, expiration date, and factory name are information that has traditionally been made public to all users by being printed on the label 4, so there is no problem in treating this as general information 12c.
All of the supplier information 12a, the specific consumer information 12b, and the general information 12c may be stored directly or indirectly in the database 11. For example, instead of storing the information about a promotional campaign itself in the database 11, the URL of a website that contains that information is stored in the database 11, and a user who has access to the database 11 can connect to that URL. This is an example of general information 12c being indirectly stored in the database 11.
The above-described configuration of the product information 12 allows information on the manufacturing, distribution, and consumption stages of the beverage product 1 to be managed in a centralized manner by linking it to the unique ID of each individual beverage product 1. In addition, since the unique ID is attached to the beverage product 1 in the form of a two-dimensional code 5, each piece of information can be easily accessed.
When the two-dimensional code 5 is read by a specific information terminal 20 (such as a smartphone, tablet terminal, or dedicated terminal), the information terminal 20 can access the database 11 via the Internet N. At this time, the product information 12 that can be accessed is, of the product information 12 stored in the database 11, the product information 12 about the individual beverage product 1 identified by the unique ID associated with the read two-dimensional code 5.
Here, the range of product information 12 that is permitted to be accessed by the information terminal 20 is limited based on the user of the information terminal 20. Here, the method by which the product management system 10 determines the authority of each user is not limited. For example, a mode may be adopted in which authentication by the user ID of the user is required when accessing the product management system 10, and access to the product information 12 is permitted within a range according to the authority of the user specified by the user ID. In addition, access to the supplier information 12a may be permitted only when the two-dimensional code 5 is read via a dedicated application permitted for use only by users on the manager's side (employees of the manager and related parties equivalent thereto), and access to the specific consumer information 12b and the general information 12c may be permitted when access is made via a general-purpose application (such as a standard two-dimensional code reader).
(Modification)
The beverage product 1A (FIG. 3) according to the modified example differs from the above embodiment in that an invisible print 6 is provided on the top surface of the cap 3 in addition to the two-dimensional code 5. The invisible print 6 is applied using invisible ink and cannot be seen by the naked eye. The invisible ink contains a component that emits light when irradiated with ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength, and the invisible print 6 can be read only when irradiated with ultraviolet light of that wavelength.
In this modified example, the two-dimensional code 5 and the invisible print 6 both enable access to the database 11 when read by the information terminal 20. Furthermore, the two-dimensional code 5 and the invisible print 6 affixed to the same beverage product 1 are associated with the same unique ID. However, in this modified example, the first information indicated by the two-dimensional code 5 and the second information indicated by the invisible print 6 are different information.
When the two-dimensional code 5 is read by the information terminal 20, access to the specific consumer information 12b and general information 12c is permitted. On the other hand, when the invisible print 6 is read by the information terminal 20, access to the supplier information 12a is permitted. In the latter case, the information terminal 20 needs to be equipped with a light-emitting device that emits ultraviolet light to make the invisible ink visible.
In the modified example, the supplier information 12a cannot be seen with the naked eye, so that it is difficult for anyone other than those who are already aware of the existence of the supplier information 12a (typically employees of the supplier, etc.) to notice that the supplier information 12a has been attached. This makes it difficult for general consumers, etc. to become aware of the existence of the supplier information 12a, while providing the beverage product 1 itself with a clue to access all of the product information 12.

In the following, an example in which the container according to the present invention is applied to a storage container for storing the stored sake and a tank for filling the stored sake at a sake brewery will be described.
(Configuration of storage vessels and tanks)
A storage container and a tank are both examples of a container. A storage container is a device that contains stored alcohol, and a tank is a device that has a storage section that temporarily contains the stored alcohol to be filled.
In this embodiment, a two-dimensional code 5 associated with a unique ID is attached to the top surface of the storage container and each side surface of the tank. The form of the two-dimensional code 5 is the same as in the first embodiment. Note that an invisible print 6 may be attached together with the two-dimensional code 5. In this case, the invisible print 6 is the same as in the modified example of the first embodiment.
Facilities other than storage containers and tanks used in manufacturing plants may also be subject to management, and two-dimensional codes 5 or the like may be attached to each piece of equipment subject to management. However, for simplicity, storage containers and tanks will be used as examples in the following explanation.
(Management system configuration)
The management system 30 (Fig. 4) according to this embodiment is a system that can be accessed by the manufacturer (one example of a manager) and other parties involved in the production of stored sake, and various information related to the stored sake is managed centrally on the system. In the management system 30, information related to each storage container and tank is held as a relational database 31 (hereinafter simply referred to as database 31) in which a unique ID assigned to each container and tank is used as a primary key. The unique ID of each storage container and tank is printed as a two-dimensional code 5 on the top of the storage container and on the side of the tank.
The management system 30 holds container information 32 for each of the storage containers and tanks to be managed in a database 31. The container information 32 includes administrator information 32a that is accessible only to the manufacturer of the stored liquor, and general information 32b that is accessible to all users. The hardware configuration of the management system 30 can typically be a general server-type computer, but is not limited thereto as long as it can realize the functions described below.
Administrative information 32a is information used internally by the manufacturer of stored liquor, such as the factory name, production line name, name of production staff, quality inspection results, etc. Access to administrative information 32a is limited to employees of the manufacturer, etc.
General information 32b is information that can be accessed by all users, including those who are not employees of the manufacturer, but is information that is intended to be provided specifically at the manufacturing plant. For example, general information 32b about storage containers includes information about storage containers and tanks (materials, year of manufacture, etc.), information about the stored liquor contained in the storage containers and tanks (place of origin and type of ingredients, etc.), etc., which are handled as general information 32b.
When the two-dimensional code 5 is read by a specific information terminal 40 (such as a smartphone, tablet terminal, or dedicated terminal), the information terminal 40 can access the database 31 via the Internet N. At this time, the container information 32 stored in the database 31 that can be accessed is the container information 32 for the container identified by the unique ID associated with the read two-dimensional code 5, out of the container information 32 stored in the database 31.
The scope of the container information 32 that is permitted to be accessed by the information terminal 40 is restricted in the same manner as in the first embodiment. In other words, methods that can be used include requesting user authentication, separating applications used by administrators and others, separating access destinations based on the two-dimensional code 5 and the invisible print 6, and so on.
