Abstract

ガスタービン制御装置は、第1燃料及び第2燃料を混焼可能な燃焼器を備えるガスタービンを制御するための制御装置である。本装置は、ガスタービンに対する負荷低下要求が取得された場合に、第1燃料の流量を流量目標値になるように制御する。負荷低下要求の取得時の流量目標値は、負荷低下要求に対応する負荷を第1燃料の専焼によって実現するための第1燃料の基本流量目標値を、混焼率に基づいて補正することにより設定される。

Description

ガスタービン制御装置、ガスタービン制御方法、及び、ガスタービン制御プログラム
 本開示は、ガスタービン制御装置、ガスタービン制御方法、及び、ガスタービン制御プログラムに関する。
 本願は、2023年3月20日に日本国特許庁に出願された特願2023-043761号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 燃料の燃焼により生成した燃焼ガスを用いて駆動可能なガスタービンが知られている。ガスタービンは、例えば、その出力軸に発電機が連結されることにより発電するガスタービン発電設備等に利用される。近年、環境問題に対する意識の高まりから、この種のガスタービンにおいても、燃料として、クリーンなエネルギである天然ガスが利用されることがある。天然ガスは、ガス田等から原料天然ガスとして採掘され、液化・精製されることにより、液化天然ガス(LNG:Liquefied Natural Gas)として用いられる。
 ところで、例えば発電設備に対する電力需要の低下や、電力系統の異常検出のような事象が生じた場合には、ガスタービンに対して負荷低下要求がなされることがある。この場合、ガスタービンの負荷低下に伴う回転数の急増を防止するために、燃焼器に供給される燃料流量が低下するように制御される。このような負荷低下時におけるガスタービン制御に関して、例えば特許文献1及び2がある。特許文献1では、ガスタービンの負荷遮断時に、燃焼器に供給される燃料の流量を最小燃料流量に絞ることが開示されている。また特許文献2では、燃焼器に供給される燃料の濃度に基づいて、最小燃料流量を可変に設定することが開示されている。

 近年、前述のようなLNGのような燃料(第1燃料)に対して、単位体積当たりの熱量が比較的低い水素等(第2燃料)を混焼可能なガスタービンの開発が進められている。このようなガスタービンの混焼運転では、混焼率が所定値になるように各燃料の流量制御が行われることがある。
 ここで上記特許文献1及び2では、負荷低下要求がなされた場合に、燃焼器に供給される燃料流量を最小燃料流量に瞬時に絞ることで、急激な回転数の増加を防止している。しかしながら、混焼運転を行うガスタービンに対して負荷低下要求がなされた場合に、混焼状態に関係なく燃焼器に投入される燃料流量を減少させると、ガスタービンの運転状態が不安定になるおそれがある。具体的には、水素等の第2燃料は単位体積当たりの熱量がLNG等の第1燃料に比べて低いため、負荷低下要求時に、燃焼器に供給する燃料の流量を第1燃料の専焼時と同様の最小燃料流量に移行した場合には、ガスタービンに失火が生じる可能性が高くなってしまう。
 本開示の少なくとも一実施形態は上述の事情に鑑みなされたものであり、ガスタービンの負荷が低下する際に運転状態を安定的に維持可能なガスタービン制御装置、ガスタービン制御方法、及び、ガスタービン制御プログラムを提供することを目的とする。
 本開示の少なくとも一実施形態に係るガスタービン制御装置は、上記課題を解決するために、
 第1燃料と、前記第1燃料よりも単位体積当たりの熱量が低い第2燃料との混焼が可能な燃焼器を備えるガスタービンを制御するためのガスタービン制御装置であって、
 前記ガスタービンに対する負荷低下要求を取得するための負荷低下要求取得部と、
 前記負荷低下要求の取得時における前記燃焼器の混焼率を取得するための混焼率取得部と、
 前記負荷低下要求が取得された際の前記第1燃料の流量目標値を設定するための流量目標値設定部と、
 前記負荷低下要求が取得された場合に、前記第1燃料の流量を前記流量目標値になるように制御するための燃料流量制御部と、
を備え、
 前記流量目標値設定部は、前記負荷低下要求に対応する負荷を前記第1燃料の専焼によって実現するための前記第1燃料の基本流量目標値を、前記混焼率に基づいて補正することにより設定する。
 本開示の少なくとも一実施形態に係るガスタービン制御方法は、上記課題を解決するために、
 第1燃料と、前記第1燃料よりも単位体積当たりの熱量が低い第2燃料との混焼が可能な燃焼器を備えるガスタービンを制御するためのガスタービン制御方法であって、
 前記ガスタービンに対する負荷低下要求を取得する工程と、
 前記負荷低下要求の取得時における前記燃焼器の混焼率を取得する工程と、
 前記負荷低下要求が取得された際の前記第1燃料の流量目標値を設定する工程と、
 前記負荷低下要求が取得された場合に、前記第1燃料の流量を前記流量目標値になるように制御する工程と、
を備え、
 前記流量目標値を設定する工程では、前記負荷低下要求に対応する負荷を前記第1燃料の専焼によって実現するための前記第1燃料の基本流量目標値を、前記混焼率に基づいて補正することにより設定する。
 本開示の少なくとも一実施形態に係るガスタービン制御プログラムは、上記課題を解決するために、
 第1燃料と、前記第1燃料よりも単位体積当たりの熱量が低い第2燃料との混焼が可能な燃焼器を備えるガスタービンを制御するためのガスタービン制御プログラムであって、
 コンピュータ装置を用いて、
 前記ガスタービンに対する負荷低下要求を取得する工程と、
 前記負荷低下要求の取得時における前記燃焼器の混焼率を取得する工程と、
 前記負荷低下要求が取得された際の前記第1燃料の流量目標値を設定する工程と、
 前記負荷低下要求が取得された場合に、前記第1燃料の流量を前記流量目標値になるように制御する工程と、
を実行可能であり、
 前記流量目標値を設定する工程では、前記負荷低下要求に対応する負荷を前記第1燃料の専焼によって実現するための前記第1燃料の基本流量目標値を、前記混焼率に基づいて補正することにより設定する。
 本開示の少なくとも一実施形態によれば、ガスタービンの負荷が低下する際に運転状態を安定的に維持可能なガスタービン制御装置、ガスタービン制御方法、及び、ガスタービン制御プログラムを提供できる。

 以下、添付図面を参照して本発明の幾つかの実施形態について説明する。ただし、実施形態として記載されている又は図面に示されている構成は、本発明の範囲をこれに限定する趣旨ではなく、単なる説明例にすぎない。
 まず図1を参照して、本開示の少なくとも一実施形態に係るガスタービン制御装置100の制御対象であるガスタービン1について説明する。図1は一実施形態に係るガスタービン1の概略構成を示す図である。
 ガスタービン1は、圧縮空気を生成する圧縮機3、圧縮機3で生成された圧縮機と燃料とを混焼することで燃焼ガスを生成する燃焼器2、燃焼器2に燃料を供給する燃料供給系統4、及び、燃焼ガスによって駆動されるタービン6を備える。圧縮機3及びタービン6は、一軸に連結されている。このような構成を有するガスタービン1では、燃焼器2には、圧縮機3により圧縮された圧縮空気、及び、燃料供給系統4から供給される燃料が供給され、これらが混合燃焼されて、燃焼ガスが生成される。この燃焼ガスは、タービン6に流入し、タービン6を駆動するための動力として機能する。
 燃料供給系統4は、燃焼器2に供給される燃料として、第1燃料F1及び第2燃料F2が混合された混合燃料を取り扱う。第2燃料F2は第1燃料F1に比べて単位体積当たりの熱量が低い燃料である。本実施形態では、第1燃料F1は液化天然ガス(LNG:Liquefied Natural Gas)であり、第2燃料F2は水素ガスである。
 第1燃料F1は、第1燃料供給源7に接続された第1燃料供給ライン8を介して供給される。第1燃料供給ライン8には、第1燃料F1の流量を検出するための流量計10が設けられる。
 第2燃料F2は、第2燃料供給源14に接続された第2燃料供給ライン16を介して供給される。第2燃料供給ライン16には、第2燃料F2の流量を調整するための第1流量調整弁18、及び、第2燃料F2を遮断するための遮断弁13が設けられる。
 第1燃料供給ライン8及び第2燃料供給ライン16は、下流側で互いに合流して主燃料供給ライン22に接続される。第1燃料F1及び第2燃料F2は、第1燃料供給ライン8及び第2燃料供給ライン16の合流部25で合流することで混合され、当該混合された燃料(以下、適宜「混合燃料Fm」と称する)は主燃料供給ライン22によって送られる。
 尚、主燃料供給ライン22には、混合燃料Fmを遮断するための遮断弁24、及び、混合燃料Fmの流量を調整するための第2流量調整弁26が設けられる。
 主燃料供給ライン22の下流側は、燃焼器2が備える複数の燃料噴射ノズルに対応するように、複数の燃料分岐供給ライン28a、28b、・・・に分岐する。本実施形態では後述するように、複数の燃料噴射ノズルには、メイン燃料噴射ノズル52、パイロット燃料噴射ノズル56が含まれるが、更に、トップハット燃料噴射ノズル等が含まれてもよい。この場合、メイン燃料噴射ノズル52は、少なくとも一部がグループ化されていてもよい。複数の燃料分岐供給ライン28a、28b、・・・の各々には、各ラインを流れる混合燃料の流量を調整するための第3流量調整弁30a、30b、・・・が設けられる。複数の燃料分岐供給ライン28a、28b、・・・のうち、燃料分岐供給ライン28a、28b、28cはメイン燃料噴射ノズル52に接続されており、燃料分岐供給ライン28dはパイロット燃料噴射ノズル56に接続される。
 図2は図1の燃焼器2の断面構成例である。燃焼器2は、外筒32、ライナ34、尾筒(不図示)、及びバーナ36を備えている。外筒32はタービンケーシング(図示せず)の外周部に設けられた円筒状の部材である。外筒32のうち上流側(図2において左方)の端部(頭部)はエンドカバー38により閉止されている。ライナ34は内部に燃焼室40を形成する円筒状の燃焼器内筒であり、外筒32の内側に設置されており、外筒32との間に環状の空気流路を形成している。このライナ34には空気孔が多数穿設されている。燃焼室40はライナ34によってバーナ36と尾筒との間に形成された空間であり、バーナ36から噴出する燃料が空気42とともにここで燃焼する。尾筒はタービン6のガスパスの入口(初段静翼入口)とライナ34とを滑らかに接続する部材である。また、エンドカバー38には、バーナ36に燃料を分配する燃料分配器44が設けられている。また、特に図示していないが、燃焼器2には燃焼室40内の燃料及び空気の混合気に着火する着火装置も備わっている。
 バーナ36は、燃焼室40との間に位置するようにエンドカバー38に設けられている。このバーナ36には複数の要素バーナが含まれていて、燃焼器2の中央部に1つのパイロットバーナ46が配置され、パイロットバーナ46の径方向外側にパイロットバーナ46を包囲するように複数のメインバーナ48が配置されている。
 各メインバーナ48は、空気孔プレート50、及び、燃料噴射ノズルとして複数のメイン燃料噴射ノズル52を備えている。但し、空気孔プレート50は、複数のメインバーナ48のもの同士が連結されている。この空気孔プレート50は、主面(最も面積の大きな面)が燃焼室40に臨むように配置されていて、エンドカバー38から燃焼室40に向かう方向に延在する複数の空気孔54を有している。これら空気孔54から燃焼室40に空気42が噴出する。複数の燃料噴射ノズル52にはそれぞれ対となる空気孔54があり、各燃料噴射ノズル52は対応する空気孔54と同軸となるように燃料分配器44から延在している。また、各燃料噴射ノズル52は、先端が空気孔54に挿入される(空気孔54内に位置する)場合もあるが、本実施の形態では先端が空気孔54の入口に対向する(空気孔プレート50よりもエンドカバー38側に位置する)ように構成されている。燃料噴射ノズル52から噴射されたガス燃料は、対応関係にある空気孔54を介して、当該空気孔54を通る空気42とともに燃焼室40に噴出する。
 パイロットバーナ46は、前述のメインバーナ48と構成が類似しており、複数のメインバーナ48の中心に位置している。パイロットバーナ46は、燃料噴射ノズルとして、パイロット燃料噴射ノズル56を備えている。
 続いて上記構成を有するガスタービン1を制御するためのガスタービン制御装置100について説明する。ガスタービン制御装置100は、ガスタービン1を制御するためのコントロールユニットであり、例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、及びコンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体等から構成されている。そして、各種機能を実現するための一連の処理は、一例として、プログラムの形式で記憶媒体等に記憶されており、このプログラムをCPUがRAM等に読み出して、情報の加工・演算処理を実行することにより、各種機能が実現される。尚、プログラムは、ROMやその他の記憶媒体に予めインストールしておく形態や、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体に記憶された状態で提供される形態、有線又は無線による通信手段を介して配信される形態等が適用されてもよい。コンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体とは、磁気ディスク、光磁気ディスク、CD-ROM、DVD-ROM、半導体メモリ等である。
 図3は一実施形態に係るガスタービン制御装置100の機能的構成を示すブロック図である。ガスタービン制御装置100は、負荷低下要求取得部102と、異常検知部103と、混焼率取得部104と、流量目標値設定部106と、燃料配分比設定部107と、燃料流量制御部108とを備える。
 負荷低下要求取得部102は、ガスタービン1に対する負荷低下要求を取得するための構成である。負荷低下要求は、ガスタービン1の負荷が現時点に比べて減少するように要求するための指令であって、例えば、ガスタービン1の負荷を所定未満にする指令であってもよい。本実施形態では、負荷低下要求の一例として、送電系統からガスタービンが解列し、ガスタービン発電設備の負荷遮断が発生したことを異常検知部103が検出した場合に、ガスタービン1の負荷(出力)をゼロにするための指令を取得する場合について説明する。
 尚、負荷低下要求は、このような負荷をゼロにするための指令に限らず、現時点に比べて少ない負荷でガスタービン1を運転するための要求指令を広く含むことができる。また、負荷低下要求を取得することには、ガスタービン制御装置が他の装置から負荷低下要求を受信することの他に、自身の内部処理によって負荷低下要求を生成することも含む。
 混焼率取得部104は、負荷低下要求の取得時における混焼率を取得するための構成である。混焼率は、例えば、第1燃料供給ライン8に配置された流量計10によって取得された第1燃料F1の流量と、第2燃料供給ライン16に配置された流量計15によって取得された第2燃料F2の流量とに基づいて演算された結果として取得されてもよい。また混焼率取得部104は、混焼率そのものに代えて、混焼率に関連するパラメータを取得することにより、当該パラメータから演算的に混焼率を取得してもよい。
 流量目標値設定部106は、負荷低下要求が取得された際の燃焼器2に供給する燃料の流量目標値CSOを設定するための構成である。ここで、燃焼器2に供給する燃料は、混焼状態である場合は第1燃料F1と第2燃料F2の混合燃料Fmの燃料流量であり、第1燃料の専焼状態である場合は第1燃料F1の燃料流量である。燃焼器2に供給する燃料流量は、第2流量調整弁26によって調節することが可能である。流量目標値CSOの設定は、後に詳述するが、負荷低下要求に対応する負荷を第1燃料F1の専焼によって実現するとした場合に必要な燃料流量である基本流量目標値CSOf1を、負荷低下要求を取得した際の混焼率に基づいて補正することにより行われる。
 燃料配分比設定部107は、燃焼器2が備える複数の燃料噴射ノズルのうち、特定の燃料噴射ノズルに対する燃料配分比を設定するための構成である。本実施形態では、このような燃料配分比の一例として、燃料供給系統4による総燃料供給流量に対するパイロット燃料噴射ノズル56への燃料供給量の配分比(いわゆるパイロット燃料比Dpl)を取り扱う。
 燃料流量制御部108は、燃料供給系統4による燃料流量を制御するための構成である。燃料流量制御部108は、負荷低下要求が取得された場合、流量目標値設定部106で設定された流量目標値、及び、燃料配分比設定部107で設定された燃料配分比に基づいて、第1燃料F1及び第2燃料F2の流量及び燃料配分比を制御する。
 ここで図4及び図5を参照して、流量目標値設定部106の詳細構成について説明する。図4は図3の流量目標値設定部106の構成を示すブロック図であり、図5は時刻t1において負荷低下要求が取得された場合における遮断弁13の開度、燃焼器2に供給する燃料の流量目標値CSO、及び、混焼率の時間的推移を示すタイムチャートである。
 図4に示すように、流量目標値設定部106は、基本流量目標値設定部110を備える。基本流量目標値設定部110によって設定される基本流量目標値CSOf1は、第1燃料F1の専焼時において負荷低下要求値に対応するように決定される。本実施形態では、負荷低下要求がガスタービンの負荷をゼロにするための要求であるため、基本流量目標値CSOf1は、ガスタービン1が第1燃料F1の専焼時において運転が可能な最小流量値として設定される。
 流量目標値設定部107は、基本流量目標値CSOf1を、必要に応じて混焼率に基づいて補正することにより流量目標値CSOを設定する。このような補正の有効/無効は、負荷低下要求取得部102によって取得された負荷低下要求に基づくスイッチT1の切替制御によって行われる。
 負荷低下要求は、負荷低下要求取得部102からタイマ112に入力される。タイマ112は、負荷低下要求が入力された時点t1から所定期間Tr1にわたってスイッチT1に対してON指令を出力するように構成される。一方で、負荷低下要求が取得されていない場合や、負荷低下要求が取得された場合であっても取得時点t1から所定期間Tr1が経過した後は、スイッチT1はOFFに切り替えられる。
 また流量目標値設定部106では、混焼率取得部104で取得された混焼率が関数FX1に入力されることにより、第1補正値A1が算出される。関数FX1は、混焼率と第1補正値A1との相関を規定する関数として予め用意される。関数FX1から出力される第1補正値A1は、負荷低下要求取得部102において負荷低下要求が取得された時点t1から所定期間Tr1、スイッチT1がONになっている間、基本流量目標値CSOf1に乗算される。これにより、基本流量目標値CSOf1が第1補正値A1によって補正されることで、流量目標値CSOが求められる。
 図5の例では、時刻t1において負荷低下要求が取得される。これに伴って、流量目標値設定部106では、スイッチT1がONに切り替えられることにより、基本流量目標値CSOf1が第1補正値A1によって補正されることで、基本流量目標値CSOf1より大きな流量目標値CSOfmが設定される。このように負荷低下要求が取得された場合の燃料流量の流量目標値CSOが、混焼率に基づいて設定される。この流量目標値CSOは、負荷低下要求に対応する負荷値(本実施形態では負荷遮断時に対応するゼロ負荷)になるように、基本流量目標値CSOf1を混焼率に基づいて補正することで求められる。これにより、負荷低下要求に対応してガスタービン1の負荷を低下するように燃焼器2に供給する燃料を絞った場合においても、ガスタービン1の運転状態を安定的に維持できる。
 つまり、時刻t1において負荷低下要求が取得されると、流量目標値CSOは、基本流量目標値CSOf1より大きくなるように一時的に設定される。これにより、負荷低下要求によってガスタービン1の負荷が低下するように燃料流量を減少させた際に、ガスタービン1の運転状態が不安定になることを抑制できる。
 図5の例では、負荷低下要求が取得された場合に、第2燃料F2の供給を遮断すべく、第2燃料供給ライン16に設けられた遮断弁13を全閉状態に切り替えている。これは、燃料流量を最低限に絞る場合に、第1燃料F1と第2燃料F2の両方の流量を制御するよりも、単位体積当たりの熱量が多い第1燃料F1のみの流量を制御する方が弁の制御が行いやすいためである。第2燃料供給ライン16に設けられた遮断弁13を全閉状態に切り替えた後の所定時間Trは、合流部25から燃焼器2までの燃料配管に残存している混合燃料が燃焼器2に流れ、所定時間Trの経過後は、第1燃料F1のみが燃焼器2に流れることになる。よって、流量目標値設定部106は、負荷低下要求が取得された時点t1から所定期間Tr1が経過した時刻t2では、流量目標値CSOとして、基本流量目標値CSOf1を設定する。つまり、負荷低下要求が取得された時点t1から所定期間Tr1が経過することを条件として、流量目標値CSOが基本流量目標値CSOf1に変更される。これにより、負荷低下要求が取得された時点t1から所定期間Tr1は、基本流量目標値CSOf1より大きな流量目標値が設定されることで、負荷変動によるガスタービン1の運転状態の不安定化を抑制できる。そして、所定期間Tr1が経過した後は、流量目標値CSOを基本流量目標値CSOf1に設定することで、第1燃料F1の専焼によるガスタービン1の低負荷運転状態に安定的に移行することができる。
 所定期間Tr1は、第1燃料F1を供給するための第1燃料供給ライン8と第2燃料F2を供給するための第2燃料供給ライン16との合流部25から燃焼器2まで、第1燃料F1及び第2燃料F2の混合燃料が至るための所要時間に基づいて設定される。これにより、第2燃料F2の遮断時において、合流部25から燃焼器2までの間に残存する混合燃料が燃焼器2に至るまでの間、燃焼器2に供給する燃料の流量目標値CSOを基本流量目標値CSOf1より大きく設定することで、燃料流量を絞ることによるガスタービン1の運転状態の不安定化を抑制できる。
 尚、図5の例では、負荷低下要求が取得された場合に、第2燃料供給ライン16に設けられた遮断弁13を全閉状態に切り替えているが、第2燃料F2の供給を必ずしも遮断する必要はない。この場合、タイマ112によって、スイッチT1を所定期間Tr1が経過後にOFFに切り替えることは必要なく、所定期間Tr1の経過後も混焼率によって補正された流量目標値CSOfmが維持されるように制御すればよい。
 続いて他の実施形態について図6及び図7を参照して説明する。図6は、図3の燃料配分比設定部107の一構成例を示すブロック図であり、図7は時刻t1において負荷低下要求が取得された場合における遮断弁13の開度、燃焼器2に供給する燃料の流量目標値CSO、混焼率、及び、パイロット燃料配分比Dplの時間的推移を示すタイムチャートである。
 図6に示すように、燃料配分比設定部107は、基本燃料配分比設定部114を備える。基本燃料配分比設定部114は、基本燃料配分比を設定するための構成である。本実施形態では特に、基本燃料配分比設定部114は、負荷低下要求の取得時に一時的に増加するように基本燃料配分比を設定する。具体的には、基本燃料配分比は、基本的に第1値Dpl1を有するが、時刻t1で負荷低下要求が取得されると、所定期間Tr2、第2値Dpl2(>第1値Dpl1)に増加する。そして、所定期間Tr2が経過すると、再び第1値Dpl1に戻される。このように負荷低下要求があった際に、一時的に燃料配分比を増加するように基本燃料配分比を設定することで、負荷変化に伴うガスタービン1の異常燃焼や失火を効果的に防止できる。
 尚、この所定期間Tr2は、前述の所定期間Tr1より短く設定されているが、両者の大小関係は限定されず、また両者が同じであってもよい。
 燃料配分比設定部107は、負荷低下要求の取得時における基本燃料配分比の増加率を混焼率に基づいて補正することにより、燃料配分比を設定する。図6では、燃料配分比設定部107は、基本燃料配分比を、混焼率に基づいて算出される第2補正値A2を用いて補正することにより燃料配分比を設定する。
このような第2補正値A2を用いた補正の有効/無効は、負荷低下要求取得部102によって取得された負荷低下要求に基づくスイッチT2の切替制御によって行われる。負荷低下要求取得部102で取得された負荷低下要求は、タイマ116に入力される。タイマ116は、負荷低下要求が入力された時点t1から所定期間Tr2にわたってスイッチT2に対してON指令を出力するように構成される。一方で、負荷低下要求が取得されていない場合や、負荷低下要求が取得された場合であっても取得時点t1から所定期間Tr2が経過した後では、スイッチT2はOFFに切り替えられる。
 また燃料配分比設定部107では、混焼率取得部104で取得された混焼率が関数FX2に入力されることにより、第2補正値A2が算出される。関数FX2は、混焼率と第2補正値A2との相関を規定する関数として予め用意される。関数FX2の出力は、前述のように負荷低下要求取得部102において負荷低下要求が取得された時点t1から所定期間Tr2、すなわちスイッチT2がONになっている間、第2値Dpl2にある基本燃料配分比に加算される。これにより、基本燃料配分比Dpl2が第2補正値A2によって補正されることで、所定期間Tr2では、燃料配分比が第3値Dpl3に設定される。
 このように燃料配分比設定部107は、負荷低下要求の取得時における燃料配分比の増加率を混焼率に基づいて設定する。これにより、ガスタービン1の負荷低下時に第2燃料F2を遮断した場合であっても、ガスタービン1の混焼率の変化に応じて燃料配分比を補正することで、異常燃焼や失火を防止し、ガスタービンの運転状態を安定的に維持できる。
 その他、本開示の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で、上記した実施形態における構成要素を周知の構成要素に置き換えることは適宜可能であり、また、上記した実施形態を適宜組み合わせてもよい。
 上記各実施形態に記載の内容は、例えば以下のように把握される。
(1)一態様に係るガスタービン制御装置は、
 第1燃料と、前記第1燃料よりも単位体積当たりの熱量が低い第2燃料との混焼が可能な燃焼器を備えるガスタービンを制御するためのガスタービン制御装置であって、
 前記ガスタービンに対する負荷低下要求を取得するための負荷低下要求取得部と、
 前記負荷低下要求の取得時における前記燃焼器の混焼率を取得するための混焼率取得部と、
 前記負荷低下要求が取得された際の前記第1燃料の流量目標値を設定するための流量目標値設定部と、
 前記負荷低下要求が取得された場合に、前記第1燃料の流量を前記流量目標値になるように制御するための燃料流量制御部と、
を備え、
 前記流量目標値設定部は、前記負荷低下要求に対応する負荷を前記第1燃料の専焼によって実現するための前記第1燃料の基本流量目標値を、前記混焼率に基づいて補正することにより設定する。
 上記(1)の態様によれば、負荷低下要求が取得される場合の燃焼器に供給する燃料の流量目標値が、混焼率に基づいて設定される。この流量目標値は、第1燃料の専焼によって負荷低下要求に対応する負荷値になるようにガスタービンを制御するための燃料の基本流量目標値を混焼率に基づいて補正することで求められる。これにより、負荷低下要求によってガスタービンの負荷を低下するように燃料を絞った場合においても、ガスタービンの運転状態を安定的に維持できる。
(2)他の態様では、上記(1)の態様において、
 前記流量目標値設定部は、前記混焼率に基づいて算出される第1目標値を用いて、前記基本流量目標値より大きくなるように、前記負荷低下要求が取得された場合の前記流量目標値を設定する。
 上記(2)の態様によれば、負荷低下要求が取得された際の燃焼器に供給する燃料の流量目標値が、第1燃料の専焼時に対応する基本流量目標値より大きくなるように設定される。これにより、負荷低下要求によってガスタービンの負荷が低下するように燃料流量を減少させた際に、ガスタービンの運転状態が不安定になることを抑制できる。
(3)他の態様では、上記(2)の態様において、
 前記燃料流量制御部は、前記負荷低下要求が取得された場合に、前記第2燃料を遮断し、
 前記流量目標値設定部は、前記負荷低下要求が取得された時点から所定期間が経過した場合、前記流量目標値として、前記基本流量目標値を設定する。
 上記(3)の態様によれば、負荷低下要求が取得された時点から所定期間が経過することを条件として、流量目標値が基本流量目標値に変更される。これにより、負荷低下要求が取得された時点から所定期間は、基本流量目標値より大きな流量目標値が設定されることで、負荷変動によるガスタービンの運転状態の不安定化を抑制できる。そして、所定期間が経過した後は、流量目標値を基本流量目標値に設定することで、第1燃料の専焼によるガスタービンの低負荷運転状態に安定的に移行することができる。
(4)他の態様では、上記(3)の態様において、
 前記所定期間は、前記第1燃料を供給するための第1燃料供給路と前記第2燃料を供給するための第2燃料供給路との合流部から前記燃焼器まで、前記第1燃料及び前記第2燃料の混合燃料が至るための所要時間に基づいて設定される。
 上記(4)の態様によれば、ガスタービンの負荷低下要求が取得されることで第2燃料が遮断されて第1燃料の流量目標値が基本流量目標値より大きく設定される所定期間が、第1燃料及び第2燃料の混合燃料が合流部から燃焼器までに至るまでの所要時間に基づいて設定される。これにより、第2燃料の遮断時において、合流部から燃焼器までの間に残存する混合燃料が燃焼器に至るまでの間、第1燃料の流量目標値を基本流量目標値より大きく設定することで、負荷変動によるガスタービンの運転状態の不安定化を抑制できる。そして、所定期間が経過した後は、流量目標値を基本流量目標値に設定することで、第1燃料の専焼によるガスタービンの低負荷運転状態に安定的に移行することができる。
(5)他の態様では、上記(1)から(4)のいずれか一態様において、
 前記燃焼器が有する複数の異なる燃料噴射ノズルに対する燃料配分比を設定するための燃料配分比設定部を更に備え、
 前記燃料配分比設定部は、前記負荷低下要求の取得時に、前記燃料配分比を一時的に増加するように設定する。
 上記(5)の態様によれば、負荷低下要求の取得時に燃料配分比を一時的に増加するように設定することで、負荷変化に伴うガスタービンの異常燃焼や失火を効果的に防止できる。
(6)他の態様では、上記(5)の態様において、
 前記燃料配分比は、前記複数の異なる燃料噴射ノズルのうちパイロット燃料噴射ノズルに対する燃料配分比を規定するパイロット燃料比である。
 上記(6)の態様によれば、制御対象となる燃料配分比をパイロット燃料比とすることで、負荷変化に伴うガスタービンの異常燃焼や失火を効果的に防止できる。
(7)他の態様では、上記(5)又は(6)の態様において、
 前記燃料配分比設定部は、前記負荷低下要求の取得時における前記燃料配分比の増加率を前記混焼率に基づいて設定する。
 上記(7)の態様によれば、負荷低下要求の取得によってガスタービンの負荷が変化する際の燃料配分比の制御目標値が、増加率を混焼率に基づいて設定される。これにより、ガスタービンの負荷低下時において、ガスタービンの混焼率に応じて燃料配分比を補正することで、異常燃焼や失火を防止し、ガスタービンの運転状態を安定的に維持できる。
(8)他の態様では、上記(1)から(7)のいずれか一態様において、
 前記ガスタービンの異常を検知した場合に、前記負荷低下要求を出力するための異常検知部を更に備える。
 上記(8)の態様によれば、ガスタービンで異常が検知された場合に、負荷低下要求が出力される。このように出力された負荷低下要求を取得することをトリガーとして、前述の燃料流量制御を実施することにより、ガスタービンで異常が検知された際にガスタービンの負荷低下制御を、ガスタービンの運転状態を安定的に維持しながら実施することができる。
(9)他の態様では、上記(1)から(8)のいずれか一態様において、前記負荷低下要求は、前記ガスタービンの負荷をゼロ負荷にするための要求である。
 上記(9)の態様によれば、負荷低下要求によってガスタービンの負荷をゼロにする際に、ガスタービンの運転状態を安定的に維持可能である。
(10)一態様に係るガスタービン制御方法は、
 第1燃料と、前記第1燃料よりも単位体積当たりの熱量が低い第2燃料との混焼が可能な燃焼器を備えるガスタービンを制御するためのガスタービン制御方法であって、
 前記ガスタービンに対する負荷低下要求を取得する工程と、
 前記負荷低下要求の取得時における前記燃焼器の混焼率を取得する工程と、
 前記負荷低下要求が取得された際の前記第1燃料の流量目標値を設定する工程と、
 前記負荷低下要求が取得された場合に、前記第1燃料の流量を前記流量目標値になるように制御する工程と、
を備え、
 前記流量目標値を設定する工程では、前記負荷低下要求に対応する負荷を前記第1燃料の専焼によって実現するための前記第1燃料の基本流量目標値を、前記混焼率に基づいて補正することにより設定する。
 上記(10)の態様によれば、負荷低下要求が取得された場合の燃焼器に供給する燃料の流量目標値が、混焼率に基づいて設定される。この流量目標値は、第1燃料の専焼によって負荷低下要求に対応する負荷値になるようにガスタービンを制御するための燃料の基本流量目標値を混焼率に基づいて補正することで求められる。これにより、ガスタービンの混焼時において負荷低下要求によってガスタービンの負荷を低下するように燃料を絞った場合においても、ガスタービンの運転状態を安定的に維持できる。
(11)一態様に係るガスタービン制御プログラムは、
 第1燃料と、前記第1燃料よりも単位体積当たりの熱量が低い第2燃料との混焼が可能な燃焼器を備えるガスタービンを制御するためのガスタービン制御プログラムであって、
 コンピュータ装置を用いて、
 前記ガスタービンに対する負荷低下要求を取得する工程と、
 前記負荷低下要求の取得時における前記燃焼器の混焼率を取得する工程と、
 前記負荷低下要求が取得された際の前記第1燃料の流量目標値を設定する工程と、
 前記負荷低下要求が取得された場合に、前記第1燃料の流量を前記流量目標値になるように制御する工程と、
を実行可能であり、
 前記流量目標値を設定する工程では、前記負荷低下要求に対応する負荷を前記第1燃料の専焼によって実現するための前記第1燃料の基本流量目標値を、前記混焼率に基づいて補正することにより設定する。
 上記(11)の態様によれば、負荷低下要求が取得された場合の燃焼器に供給する燃料の流量目標値が、混焼率に基づいて設定される。この流量目標値は、第1燃料の専焼によって負荷低下要求に対応する負荷値になるようにガスタービンを制御するための燃料の基本流量目標値を混焼率に基づいて補正することで求められる。これにより、ガスタービンの混焼時において負荷低下要求によってガスタービンの負荷を低下するように燃料を絞った場合においても、ガスタービンの運転状態を安定的に維持できる。

Claims (11)

  1.  第1燃料と、前記第1燃料よりも単位体積当たりの熱量が低い第2燃料との混焼が可能な燃焼器を備えるガスタービンを制御するためのガスタービン制御装置であって、
     前記ガスタービンに対する負荷低下要求を取得するための負荷低下要求取得部と、
     前記負荷低下要求の取得時における前記燃焼器の混焼率を取得するための混焼率取得部と、
     前記負荷低下要求が取得された際の前記第1燃料の流量目標値を設定するための流量目標値設定部と、
     前記負荷低下要求が取得された場合に、前記第1燃料の流量を前記流量目標値になるように制御するための燃料流量制御部と、
    を備え、
     前記流量目標値設定部は、前記負荷低下要求に対応する負荷を前記第1燃料の専焼によって実現するための前記第1燃料の基本流量目標値を、前記混焼率に基づいて補正することにより設定する、ガスタービン制御装置。
  2.  前記流量目標値設定部は、前記混焼率に基づいて算出される第1目標値を用いて、前記基本流量目標値より大きくなるように、前記負荷低下要求が取得された場合の前記流量目標値を設定する、請求項1に記載のガスタービン制御装置。
  3.  前記燃料流量制御部は、前記負荷低下要求が取得された場合に、前記第2燃料を遮断し、
     前記流量目標値設定部は、前記負荷低下要求が取得された時点から所定期間が経過した場合、前記流量目標値として、前記基本流量目標値を設定する、請求項2に記載のガスタービン制御装置。
  4.  前記所定期間は、前記第1燃料を供給するための第1燃料供給路と前記第2燃料を供給するための第2燃料供給路との合流部から前記燃焼器まで、前記第1燃料及び前記第2燃料の混合燃料が至るための所要時間に基づいて設定される、請求項3に記載のガスタービン制御装置。
  5.  前記燃焼器が有する複数の異なる燃料噴射ノズルに対する燃料配分比を設定するための燃料配分比設定部を更に備え、
     前記燃料配分比設定部は、前記負荷低下要求の取得時に、前記燃料配分比を一時的に増加するように設定する、請求項1又は2に記載のガスタービン制御装置。
  6.  前記燃料配分比は、前記複数の異なる燃料噴射ノズルのうちパイロット燃料噴射ノズルに対する燃料配分比を規定するパイロット燃料比である、請求項5に記載のガスタービン制御装置。
  7.  前記燃料配分比設定部は、前記負荷低下要求の取得時における前記燃料配分比の増加率を前記混焼率に基づいて設定する、請求項5に記載のガスタービン制御装置。
  8.  前記ガスタービンの異常を検知した場合に、前記負荷低下要求を出力するための異常検知部を更に備える、請求項1又は2に記載のガスタービン制御装置。
  9.  前記負荷低下要求は、前記ガスタービンの負荷をゼロ負荷にするための要求である、請求項1又は2に記載のガスタービン制御装置。
  10.  第1燃料と、前記第1燃料よりも単位体積当たりの熱量が低い第2燃料との混焼が可能な燃焼器を備えるガスタービンを制御するためのガスタービン制御方法であって、
     前記ガスタービンに対する負荷低下要求を取得する工程と、
     前記負荷低下要求の取得時における前記燃焼器の混焼率を取得する工程と、
     前記負荷低下要求が取得された際の前記第1燃料の流量目標値を設定する工程と、
     前記負荷低下要求が取得された場合に、前記第1燃料の流量を前記流量目標値になるように制御する工程と、
    を備え、
     前記流量目標値を設定する工程では、前記負荷低下要求に対応する負荷を前記第1燃料の専焼によって実現するための前記第1燃料の基本流量目標値を、前記混焼率に基づいて補正することにより設定する、ガスタービン制御方法。
  11.  第1燃料と、前記第1燃料よりも単位体積当たりの熱量が低い第2燃料との混焼が可能な燃焼器を備えるガスタービンを制御するためのガスタービン制御プログラムであって、
     コンピュータ装置を用いて、
     前記ガスタービンに対する負荷低下要求を取得する工程と、
     前記負荷低下要求の取得時における前記燃焼器の混焼率を取得する工程と、
     前記負荷低下要求が取得された際の前記第1燃料の流量目標値を設定する工程と、
     前記負荷低下要求が取得された場合に、前記第1燃料の流量を前記流量目標値になるように制御する工程と、
    を実行可能であり、
     前記流量目標値を設定する工程では、前記負荷低下要求に対応する負荷を前記第1燃料の専焼によって実現するための前記第1燃料の基本流量目標値を、前記混焼率に基づいて補正することにより設定する、ガスタービン制御プログラム。
