Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態による電池劣化状態推定システム10の構成を説明する図である。また、図2は、電池劣化状態推定システム10の詳細を示すブロック図である。本実施形態の電池劣化状態推定システム10は、各車両V(図1ではV1、V2・・・Vn)に搭載されていた二次電池B(B1、B2・・・Bn)を所定の二次利用先(再利用先)に提供される際の当該二次電池Bの劣化状態を予測し、当該劣化状態に関する情報(データ)を外部に提供するためのシステムとして構成される。なお、本実施形態の各車両Vとしては、車載電池を搭載する電気自動車やハイブリッド自動車などが想定される。
電池劣化状態推定装置20は、各種演算/制御装置、記憶装置、及び入出力装置を備え、所望の演算・制御処理を実行するためのプログラムを記憶装置に格納させたコンピュータにより構成される。電池劣化状態推定装置20は、外部端末40から対象となる二次電池Bkの識別情報(以下、単に「電池ID」とも称する)を含むリクエスト信号を受信すると、車載電池管理サーバ30から当該電池IDにより特定される各種入力情報を取得する。そして、電池劣化状態推定装置20は、各種入力情報に基づいて、電池IDに紐づいた二次電池Bkの予測電池状態データを生成する。さらに、電池劣化状態推定装置20は、生成した予測電池状態データを外部端末40に出力送信する。
車載電池管理サーバ30は、電池劣化状態推定システム10に含まれる各車両Vに搭載されていた各二次電池Bを管理するサーバである。特に、本実施形態の車載電池管理サーバ30は、各車両Vの車両IDに、それぞれの二次電池Bごとの一次利用開始日t1s、一次利用終了日t1e、及び最終SOCを紐づけて記憶させた図示しないデータベースを有する。そして、車載電池管理サーバ30は、電池情報取得部21から車両IDを含む信号を受信すると、当該車両IDに紐づいた二次電池Bkの一次利用開始日t1s、一次利用終了日t1e、及び最終SOCを上記データベースから読み出し、電池劣化状態推定装置20に送信する。
外部端末40は、二次電池Bkの二次利用先への提供に係る中間業者(保管場所の管理業者など)、又は二次利用先の業者(リサイクル業者)などにより操作される端末であって、スマートフォン若しくはタブレット端末等の携帯端末、又はノートパソコン(ラップトップ)若しくはデスクトップ等のパーソナルコンピュータなどで構成される。
車載端末VTkは、車両Vkに搭載され、電池劣化状態推定装置20に必要な情報を提供するための車載コンピュータである。
以下、第2実施形態について説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同様の要素には同一の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。
Claims (6)
- 車両に搭載されていた二次電池の二次利用提供時における劣化状態を推定する電池劣化状態推定装置であって、
前記二次電池の一次利用が終了して二次利用に提供されるまでの保管期間における劣化推移を表す保管時劣化プロファイルを演算するプロファイル演算部と、
前記保管時劣化プロファイルに基づいて、前記二次利用提供時の予測劣化状態を含む予測電池状態データを生成するデータ生成部と、
前記予測電池状態データを所定の外部装置に出力するデータ出力部と、を備える、
電池劣化状態推定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電池劣化状態推定装置であって、
前記二次電池の一次利用終了日及び二次利用開始予定日を取得する取得部をさらに有し、
前記プロファイル演算部は、
前記一次利用終了日、前記二次利用開始予定日、及び前記二次電池の保管環境情報に基づいて、前記保管時劣化プロファイルを演算する、
電池劣化状態推定装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電池劣化状態推定装置であって、
前記取得部は、前記二次電池の一次利用開始日をさらに取得し、
前記プロファイル演算部は、
前記一次利用開始日及び前記一次利用終了日から定まる一次利用期間を参照して、前記保管時劣化プロファイルを演算する、
電池劣化状態推定装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電池劣化状態推定装置であって、
前記取得部は、前記一次利用終了日における前記二次電池の充電率である最終充電率をさらに取得し、
前記プロファイル演算部は、
前記保管環境情報、前記最終充電率、前記一次利用終了日、及び前記二次利用開始予定日に基づいて、前記保管期間における前記充電率の経時変化を表す保管時充電率推移を演算し、
前記保管環境情報、前記一次利用終了日、及び前記二次利用開始予定日に基づいて、前記保管期間における前記二次電池の保管温度の経時変化を示す保管時温度推移を演算し、
前記保管時充電率推移及び前記保管時温度推移に基づいて、前記保管時劣化プロファイルを演算する、
電池劣化状態推定装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電池劣化状態推定装置であって、
前記取得部は、前記一次利用終了日における前記二次電池の充電率である最終充電率をさらに取得し、
前記プロファイル演算部は、
前記二次電池が搭載されていた前記車両の位置情報に基づいて前記二次電池の保管場所を推定し、
推定した前記保管場所に基づいて、該保管場所を含む地域の外気温推移を演算し、
前記最終充電率、前記一次利用終了日、及び前記二次利用開始予定日に基づいて、前記保管期間における前記充電率の経時変化を表す保管時充電率推移を演算し、
前記外気温推移、前記一次利用終了日、及び前記二次利用開始予定日に基づいて、前記保管期間における前記二次電池の保管温度の経時変化を示す保管時温度推移を演算し、
前記保管時充電率推移及び前記保管時温度推移に基づいて、前記保管時劣化プロファイルを演算する、
電池劣化状態推定装置。 - 車両に搭載されていた二次電池の二次利用提供時における劣化状態を推定する電池劣化状態推定方法であって、
前記二次電池の一次利用が終了して二次利用に提供されるまでの保管期間における劣化推移を表す保管時劣化プロファイルを演算し、
前記保管時劣化プロファイルに基づいて、前記二次利用提供時の予測劣化状態を含む予測電池状態データを生成し、
前記予測電池状態データを所定の外部装置に出力する、
電池劣化状態推定方法。
