本公开的实施例提供一种评论处理方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质。评论处理方法包括:获取文档中的评论内容;将评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,并在即时通信会话中生成并显示评论内容相应的预览。本公开的实施例可将文档中的评论内容转发至即时通信会话中并生成相应的消息预览,提升了线上的协同作业效率。

本公开的实施例涉及一种评论处理方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质。
背景技术
当用户需要将文档中的评论内容在即时通讯软件中分享时,只能通过发文档自定义截图或是文档链接的方式,线上协同作业效率较低,也不方便用户直观的了解上下文信息。

在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种评论处理方法,包括:
获取文档中的评论内容;
将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,并在所述即时通信会话中生成并显示所述评论内容相应的预览。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种评论处理装置,包括:
第一处理模块,用于获取文档中的评论内容;
第二处理模块,用于将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,并在所述即时通信会话中生成并显示所述评论内容相应的预览。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种电子设备,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
其中,存储器用于存储程序代码,处理器用于调用所述存储器所存储的程序代码执行上述的方法。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码在被处理器运行时,促使所述处理器执行上述方法。

如图1所示,图1是本公开实施例的评论处理方法的流程图,包括如下步骤。
步骤S01:获取文档中的评论内容;
步骤S02:将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,并在所述即时通信会话中生成并显示所述评论内容相应的预览。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供的方法支持用户复制文档中所选中的评论内容的链接,适用于计算机PC端(Personal Computer)、移动端和广域网web 端(World Wide Web)。如图2所示,当用户触发复制文档中所选中的评论内容的链接的操作时,生成所选中评论内容的复制链接。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,复制链接支持粘贴到即时通讯软件IM(Instant Messenger)的输入框中。当用户触发发送复制链接后,对复制链接进行解析,生成相应的消息预览。例如,IM可通过对复制链接进行解析,得到消息卡片。
在一些实施例中,将解析得到的消息预览在会话窗口中进行显示,会话内的用户可预览、转发该预览消息。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,消息预览中包括文档链接,支持点击文档链接打开文档,并快速定位到该评论。例如,点击消息预览中的“X产品使用说明书”即可快速打开“X产品使用说明书”文档,并跳转至评论位置处。
本公开实施例提供的评论处理方法获取文档中的评论内容;将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,并在所述即时通信会话中生成并显示所述评论内容相应的预览。本公开实施例提供的方法可将文档中的评论内容转发至即时通信会话中并生成相应的消息预览,方便用户在会话窗口中就能接收消息,提升了线上的协同作业效率。
在一些实施例中,所述将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,包括:
响应于对所述评论内容的复制粘贴链接操作,将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中。
在一些实施例中,所述将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,包括:

在一些实施例中,移动端除了复制链接,也支持直接转发文档中所选的评论内容,之后IM会解析评论内容生成消息预览。例如,用户在选中文档中的评论内容后,通过触发一键转发组件,IM会解析评论内容并在目标会话窗口生成并显示消息预览。其中,移动端包括手机和平板电脑等移动设备。
在一些实施例中,支持发送的评论包括划词评论、全文评论和对内容块的表情评论等。在web端包括复制链接组件,通过触发复制链接组件即可生成支持发送的评论内容的复制链接。
在一些实施例中,在移动端既包括复制链接组件也包括发送至会话组件。其中,通过触发复制链接组件即可生成支持发送的评论内容的复制链接,通过触发发送至会话组件,即可将支持发送的评论内容一键转发至目标会话窗口。
在一些实施例中,所述文档的账户与即时通信的账户为同一用户在应用套件中设置的账户。
在一些实施例中,所述预览包括所述评论内容以及与所述评论内容对应的所述文档中的正文内容。
在一些实施例中,所述响应于对所述评论内容的复制粘贴链接操作,将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,包括:
响应于对所述评论内容的复制链接操作,生成所述评论内容的复制链接;
响应于对所述复制链接的转发操作,将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中。
在一些实施例中,还包括:

在一些实施例中,在对评论内容进行转发时,如果文档应用与即时通信应用均为同一应用中的子应用,或者文档应用与即时通信应用是通过同一用户的账户登录的,那么可直接显示所述即时通信的账户对应的即时通信界面;响应于对即时通信界面中目标会话的触发操作,将评论内容发送至目标会话中。
在一些实施例中,所述预览包括所述文档的文档链接;
响应于对所述文档链接的触发操作,显示所述文档并跳转至所述评论内容所在位置。
在一些实施例中,所述待转发信息包括所述文档中的评论内容,所述评论内容包括表情评论,所述表情评论为文档中用户对普通评论的回复,表情评论直接添加在已有的普通评论的区域内,而非直接生成另一条普通评论,表情评论与普通评论为不同类型的评论。
在一些实施例中,当文档中的评论内容发生变更时,已被发送至即时通信会话中的评论内容也会进行相应的更新。例如,若针对文档中的评论内容增加了新的评论条目或者删除了评论条目,则即时通信会话中的评论内容预览也会相应的增加会删除;若文档中的评论内容被隐藏或被解决,则即时通信会话中的评论内容预览会被显示为预设的提醒信息,例如“该评论不可查看或该评论不存在”等。若文档中评论所对应的文档内容发生变更,则即时通信会话中的评论内容预览中相应的文档内容也会随之变更。
在一些实施例中,本公开实现支持用户将文档中的评论内容、表情回应内容发送到会话的能力,帮助用户更好的分享评论内容,网页端的评论内容支持复制成为一种链接,方便用户粘贴到对话并发送,且转发内容的变更、状态都是协同的,方便用户在对话中接收消息,提高信息流转的效率。
在一些实施例中,所述预览包括所述文档的文档链接;
响应于对所述文档链接的触发操作,显示所述文档并跳转至所述评论内容所在位置。
在一些实施例中,点击“复制链接”页面正文顶部弹出toast提示用户操作结果,包括:复制成功、复制失败,请重试。
在一些实施例中,在移动端点击“发送至会话”组件后,唤起分享面板,分享面板中包括选择/搜索选择分享的用户、群。点击选中的用户/群,界面提示将要发送,支持留言。进一步点击“发送”后,即可将链接分享到会话,点击“取消”后,取消发送评论。
在一些实施例中,所述预览包括用户权限信息;
若用户具有所述文档的阅读权限,在所述预览的预设位置显示阅读权限信息;
若用户具有所述文档的编辑权限,在所述预览的预设位置显示编辑权限信息;
若用户具有所述文档的管理权限,在所述预览的预设位置显示管理权限信息。
在一些实施例中,评论发送到即时通信会话后生成消息预览(消息卡片),会提示用户具体权限,并支持权限设置、打开等。
在一些实施例中,任何用户都可以转发这条消息卡片,但接收者需要有文档阅读权限才能看到预览。
在一些实施例中,当用户有分享文档的权限时,发送评论会自动授权(对齐分享文档链接),而是否可以分享文档授权则对齐用户在文档中的权限逻辑。
在一些实施例中,当用户无分享文档的权限时,发送评论后消息卡片上的提示用户无权限,但转发者可以替接收者申请权限。
在一些实施例中,会话内用户如果有文档的阅读权限,则文档消息卡片底部显示为:你可阅读。
在一些实施例中,会话内用户如果有文档的编辑权限,则文档消息卡片底部显示为:你可编辑。
在一些实施例中,会话内用户如果没有文档的阅读权限,则显示无权限的兜底图。
在一些实施例中,会话内用户如果拥有文档的可管理权限,则文档卡片底部显示为:单聊:<user_name>可阅读,可进一步编辑授权权限:可阅读、可编辑;群聊:<本群成员>可阅读,可进一步编辑授权权限:可阅读、可编辑。
在一些实施例中,当用户无分享文档的权限时,发送评论后消息卡片上的提示用户无权限,但转发者可以替接收者申请权限。
在一些实施例中,所述预览包括用户头像、用户标识、评论编辑状态评论时间、对评论的表情反馈中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,所述对所述复制链接进行解析,并生成消息预览,包括:
对所述复制链接进行解析,动态获取所述文档中所述待转发信息的快照;
根据所述快照,动态生成所述消息预览。
在一些实施例中,转发的评论内容为一段评论内容的预览,在IM上是一段快照,对齐分享文档链接的表现。预览内容包括用户选择的评论卡片内容。
在一些实施例中,转发的评论内容为动态内容,会随原始文档的内容更新而更新,如评论编辑、评论删除、原文删除等,也会随用户的文档权限变化。
在一些实施例中,消息卡片上会显示文档标题,并附带文档中评论的锚点链接。
在一些实施例中,所述对所述复制链接进行解析,还包括:
将所述复制链接解析为所述文档的文档标题,并在所述会话窗口的输入框中显示所述文档标题。
在一些实施例中,连接在输入框、消息预览中会解析为文档标题,对齐分享文档解析的文案。
在一些实施例中,所述消息预览包括所述待转发信息对应的用户头像、用户标识、引文、评论内容和评论时间中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,IM中渲染出的消息样式包括以下内容:说明部分:xxx(渲染文档标题,为可点击的锚点链接,如图4中的“X产品使用说明书”。内容部分:完整的评论内容快照,样式尽量对齐评论面板方便理解。包含头像、用户名、引文、评论内容、评论时间、对评论的表情回应和图片等。
在一些实施例中,评论卡片的渲染规则包括:确定两个高度:最小卡片高度和最大卡片高度。其中,最小卡片高度为单条评论自适应。最大卡片高度参考web端、移动端和PC端的实际规范,此处不做具体限制。
在一些实施例中,当评论卡片超出最大卡片高度,快照部分会直接截掉,并增加一个渐变的效果。
在一些实施例中,评论内容被转发到IM后,可在消息卡片内添加表情回复,并可对消息卡片进行回复、转发、生成话题以及其他更多操作。
在一些实施例中,本公开解决了用户高频反馈的问题,提升了消息在网页文档、客户端对话之间多端的流转效率,也解决了消息在多端发生变更时的协同问题,本公开实施例兼容了PC端、web端和移动端三端之间的消息流转。
本公开实施例还提供一种评论处理装置,包括:
第一处理模块,用于获取文档中的评论内容;
第二处理模块,用于将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,并在所述即时通信会话中生成并显示所述评论内容相应的预览。

将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,并在所述即时通信会话中生成并显示所述评论内容相应的预览。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种方法,所述将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,包括:
响应于对所述评论内容的复制粘贴链接操作,将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种方法,所述将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,包括:
响应于对所述评论内容的转发操作,将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种方法,所述文档的账户与即时通信的账户为同一用户在应用套件中设置的账户。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种方法,所述预览包括所述评论内容以及与所述评论内容对应的所述文档中的正文内容。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种方法,所述响应于对所述评论内容的复制粘贴链接操作,将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,包括:
响应于对所述评论内容的复制链接操作,生成所述评论内容的复制链接;
响应于对所述复制链接的转发操作,将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种方法,还包括:
响应于对所述评论内容的转发操作,获取与所述文档的账户匹配的即时通信的账户,并显示所述即时通信的账户对应的即时通信界面;
响应于对所述即时通信界面中目标会话的触发操作,将所述评论内容发送至所述目标会话中。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种方法,所述预览包括所述文档的文档链接;
响应于对所述文档链接的触发操作,显示所述文档并跳转至所述评论内容所在位置。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种方法,在所述生成所述评论内容的复制链接后,还包括:
在所述文档的预设位置显示复制结果提示信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种方法,所述预览包括用户权限信息;
若用户具有所述文档的阅读权限,在所述预览的预设位置显示阅读权限信息;
若用户具有所述文档的编辑权限,在所述预览的预设位置显示编辑权限信息;
若用户具有所述文档的管理权限,在所述预览的预设位置显示管理权限信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种方法,所述预览包括用户头像、用户标识、评论编辑状态评论时间、对评论的表情反馈中的至少一种。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种评论处理装置,包括:
第一处理模块,用于获取文档中的评论内容;
第二处理模块,用于将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,并在所述即时通信会话中生成并显示所述评论内容相应的预览。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子设备,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行上述中任一项所述的方法。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码在被处理器运行时,促使所述处理器执行上述方法。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种评论处理方法,包括:
    获取文档中的评论内容;
    将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,并在所述即时通信会话中生成并显示所述评论内容相应的预览。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,包括:
    将所述评论内容的链接通过会话消息的形式发送至所述即时通信会话中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,包括:
    响应于对所述评论内容的转发操作,将所述评论内容发送至所述即时通信会话中。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其中,所述文档的账户与即时通信的账户为同一用户在应用套件中设置的账户。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述预览包括所述评论内容以及与所述评论内容对应的所述文档中的正文内容。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,包括:响应于对所述评论内容的复制粘贴链接操作,将所述评论内容发送至所述即时通信会话中;
    所述响应于对所述评论内容的复制粘贴链接操作,将所述评论内容发送至所述即时通信会话中,包括:
    响应于对所述评论内容的复制链接操作,生成所述评论内容的复制链接;
    响应于对所述复制链接的转发操作,将所述评论内容发送至所述即时通信会话中。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,还包括:
    响应于对所述评论内容的转发操作,获取与所述文档的账户匹配的即时通信的账户,并显示所述即时通信的账户对应的即时通信界面;
    响应于对所述即时通信界面中目标会话的触发操作,将所述评论内容发 送至所述目标会话中。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其中,所述预览包括所述文档的文档链接;
    响应于对所述文档链接的触发操作,显示所述文档并跳转至所述评论内容所在位置。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,在所述生成所述评论内容的复制链接后,所述方法还包括:
    在所述文档的预设位置显示复制结果提示信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法,其中,所述预览包括用户权限信息;
    若用户具有所述文档的阅读权限,在所述预览的预设位置显示阅读权限信息;
    若用户具有所述文档的编辑权限,在所述预览的预设位置显示编辑权限信息;
    若用户具有所述文档的管理权限,在所述预览的预设位置显示管理权限信息。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的方法,其中,所述预览包括用户头像、用户标识、评论编辑状态评论时间、对评论的表情反馈中的至少一种。
  12. 一种评论处理装置,包括:
    第一处理模块,被配置为获取文档中的评论内容;以及
    第二处理模块,被配置为将所述评论内容发送至即时通信会话中,并在所述即时通信会话中生成并显示所述评论内容相应的预览。
  13. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
    其中,所述至少一个存储器被配置为存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器被配置为调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码以执行权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,被配置为存储程序代码,其中,所述程序代码在被计算机设备运行时,促使所述计算机设备执行权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法。
