Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, only for a better understanding of the subject of the invention, the vending machine or dispenser comprising the raw material capsule and the preferred embodiments of the raw material control system and the use of selective protocols are described.
The verification, tracking and supply system in the vending machine (400) or dispenser according to the invention generally comprises of at least one capsule (100) containing a single type of raw material, a transmitter (110) located on the capsule, a capsule base (130), a reader (120) located on the capsule base (130) that receives data on the raw material through the transmitter (110), a server (300) that receives data from the reader (120) and verifies the raw materials in the capsule (100), a vending machine (400) in which the capsules (100) are located, an external cloudy server (300), a processor that transmits data between the server (300) and the vending machine (400).
The communication between the transmitter (110) and the reader (120) can be QR, NFC or RFID.
The vending machine (400) contains capsules (100). The mentioned raw materials of the capsules (100) can be for pharmaceutical, medical products, food, supplements, dietary additives or cosmetic products. It can also be for men, women, children, babies or for stray animals, ruminants, poultry, pets.
There is a separate transmitter (110) for each type of raw material on the capsules (100). Data regarding the weight, number or volume of the products are received through the transmitter (110). Data on raw materials are stored in advance in the
server (300). The data of the raw materials in the capsule (100) is received and transmitted to the server (300) by means of the reader (120) located on the capsule base (130) of the raw materials in the capsule (100). The server (300) compares the data it receives and performs raw material verification for each raw material by identifying information such as supplier ID, product ID, product name, product type, product category, number of product weights, usage/consumption rate, user group, expiration date. The processor in the vending machine (400) notifies the supply unit (700) when the weight of the capsules (100) falls below a set level.
The supply unit (700) monitors and supplies the required raw materials according to the identity and location of the vending machine (400).
The transmitter (110) contains data regarding the name of the raw material product, its weight, type, shelf life, storage conditions for temperature control, and the name of the supplier.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the vending machine (400) is provided with an interface (500) having user ID, fingerprint or face recognition ID features for user identification.
The supplied raw materials can be transported into the vending machine (400) by screw conveyor systems according to the product type and the speed of the screw converter can be determined according to the dosage to feed the required amount of product.
The outer surface of the vending machine (400) is equipped with special insulators to protect the raw materials inside from heat, cold and moisture. Also, a sterile environment is created using ultraviolet radiation.
Different pre- registered protocols (200) are defined in the server (300). Prerecorded protocols (200) include products adapted to different users (600) and user groups. The selected protocols ensure the optimum use of products in response to different doses, usage situations, usage rates and products adapted to a specific use. When the raw materials are verified, different pre-registered protocols (200) are defined in it and the usage status and usage rates of the products are transmitted to different users (600) and user groups by the server (300) via the interface (500).
The data of the user (600) is entered into the processor located in the vending
machine (400). Thus, products can be determined for the user's gender, age, health status, specific diseases, support for certain organs in the body or optimized use of the products. Also, appropriate amounts can be determined for the user (600) by recording the data of the user (600) for the doses currently consumed and the doses currently needed. The determined doses are transmitted to the user (600) via the interface (500).
A raw material verification and supply method is comprised of the steps of;
• Defining the protocols (200) pre-recorded into the server (300),
• adding the capsules (100) inside the vending machine (400) to the capsule base (130),
• sending the data received by the transmitter (110) to the server (300) by the reader (120) to perform the verification of the raw material,
• transmitting the selected protocols and product list to the user interface (500) by the server (300) in line with the raw material data and selected protocols,
• providing supply by sending a notification to the procurement unit (700) in line with the selection via the interface (500).
As shown in Figure 1, data relating to the server (300), the vending machine (400) and the supplier ID are recorded in a preferred embodiment of the invention. Predetermined protocols (200) are added to the server (300). The capsules (100) in the vending machine (400) are added to the capsule base (130). The reader (120) sends the data received via the transmitter (110) to the server (300) to perform the verification of the raw material. The predefined protocols (200) for the products added to the capsule base (130) via the server (300) can be displayed on the interface (500). The server (300) sends the list of selected protocols and products to the user interface (500). The user (600) determines the category of the product to be placed through the interface (500). Thus, products are supplied according to the type of user.
As shown in Figure 2, predetermined protocols (200) are added to the server (300) according to the states (such as patient symptoms) of the user (600) in another preferred embodiment of the invention. On the interface (500) on the vending machine (400), predetermined protocols are sent and the user (600) makes a selection and creates an order to the supply unit (700). The products determined in line with the protocols added through the processor in the vending machine
(400) are sent to the supply unit (700) as a notification. The supply unit (700) delivers the products in capsules (100) to the vending machine (400) according to the notification. The raw materials, which come in capsules (100), are placed in the capsule base (130). The reader (120) sends the data received via the transmitter (110) to the server (300) to perform the verification of the raw material. The server (300) sends the usage protocols and product list to the user interface (500). The user (600) determines the category of the product to be placed through the interface (500). Thus, products are supplied according to the type of user.
As shown in Figure 3, predetermined protocols (200) are added to the server (300) according to the user's conditions (such as patient symptoms) in another preferred embodiment of the invention. The user determines their own status from selective protocols. The server (300) sends the added information to the consultant (800). The consultant (800) reviews the case and determines the product list and indication for use according to the user case (e.g. prescription). The list of products identified by the consultant is displayed in the user interface (500). In line with the determined product, the processor in the vending machine (400) sends a notification to the supply unit (700). The procurement unit (700) sends raw materials to the vending machine (400) according to the specified product list and machine location. The raw materials, which come in capsules (100), are placed in the capsule base (130). The reader (120) sends the data received via the transmitter (110) to the server (300) to perform the verification of the raw material. Protocols are selected based on product data and use case. Thus, products are supplied according to the type of user.
