SPRAYING BOOM AXIAL MOVEMENT BALANCING SYSTEM
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to the spraying boom axial movement balancing system which is developed to ensure that the spraying boom is stabilised in a regular position by balancing roll and yaw movements of the spraying boom in the spraying machines which are used for agricultural pesticides due to the movement of the tractor during spraying or due to the unevenness on the ground where the spraying is carried out.
PRIOR ART
One of the significant factors affecting the increase of yield and crop quality in agricultural production is agricultural pesticide spraying. In the pesticide spraying of large agricultural areas, the efficiency of the spraying machine is crucial. In the existing agricultural spraying machines used in wide cultivation fields, long spraying booms are generally used. Spraying booms can be selected in different sizes and types according to usage request. However, due to the extended chassis lengths of the long spraying booms, which allow spraying of wider fields at a time, deformations occur in the booms and spraying nozzles during the application phase.
During agricultural spraying, there are stresses on the spraying booms depending on the axis of movement on the spraying booms due to both the tractor movement and the unevenness on the sprayed field. In the spraying machines in the current technique, since the spraying booms are fixed on the spraying machine chassis, the tensions on the booms can cause deformation in the machine, as well as risks such as tractor rollover due to unbalanced loads on the tractor.
In document TR201511308, a free oscillation system is mentioned which allows the movement of a spraying boom in a single axis. A system has been developed here that allows the spraying booms to move freely within a certain range in the horizontal. However, since it would be very difficult to stabilise the movement on the mentioned system, the movement of the spraying booms would be irregular.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention spraying boom axial movement balancing system has been developed to ensure that the spraying boom is stabilised in a regular position by balancing roll and yaw movements of the spraying boom in the spraying machines which are used for agricultural pesticides due to the movement of the tractor during spraying or due to the unevenness of the ground on which the spraying is carried out.
With the developed spraying boom axial movement balancing system, the main spraying boom (2), which is connected to the spraying machine chassis by means of the boom connection trolley (1 ), is provided to balance the roll and yaw movements caused by tractor movements or unevenness on the spraying field during spraying by movable connections and damper equipment provided between the boom (2) and the trolley (1 ).
In the developed spraying boom axial movement balancing system, thanks to the circular movement damper cylinder (3) and support spring (4), it is ensured that the main spraying boom (2) performs its roll and yaw movements in a controlled manner and is balanced by coming back to the spraying position.
In the developed spraying boom axial movement balancing system, thanks to the circular damper cylinder (6) and support spring (7), it is ensured that the main spraying boom (2) performs its roll and yaw movements in a controlled manner and is balanced by coming back to the spraying position.
In the developed spraying boom axial movement stabilisation system, it is ensured that the main spraying boom (2) remains in a stable position on the boom connection trolley (1 ) by means of the lock lever (9) during the transport of the spraying machine. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The subject of the invention spraying boom axial movement balancing system developed to ensure that the spraying boom is stabilised in a regular position by balancing roll and yaw movements of the spraying boom in the spraying machines which are used for agricultural pesticides due to the movement of the tractor during spraying or due to the unevenness on the ground where the spraying is carried out includes parts and sections; axial movement balancing system of the spraying arm subject to the invention; trolley connection lever (1 ) connecting the spraying boom group to the spraying machine chassis, main spraying boom (2) connecting the spraying boom group to the trolley connection lever (1 ), at least one circular movement damper cylinder (3) connected between the trolley connection lever (1 ) and the main spraying boom (2) in order to absorb the axial roll and yaw movement of the main spraying boom (2), at least one support spring (4) connected between the trolley connection lever
(1 ) and the main spraying boom (2) to absorb the axial roll and yaw movement of the main spraying boom (2), the circular movement damper cylinder (3) and the circular movement connecting lever (5) connecting the support spring (4) between the trolley connection lever (1 ) and the main spraying boom (2), at least one multi-axis damper cylinder (6) connected between the trolley connection lever (1 ) and the main spraying boom (2) in order to absorb the axial roll and yaw movement of the main spraying boom (2), at least one support spring (7) connected between the trolley connection lever (1 ) and the main spraying boom

The subject of the invention, the spraying boom axial movement balancing system includes parts and sections of the horizontal connection lever (1.1 ) which provides the connection of the multi-axis damper cylinder (6) and the support spring (7) to the trolley connection lever (1 ) on the trolley connection lever (1 ) developed in the spraying boom axial movement balancing system, and the connection knuckle (1.2) which provides the moving connection bearing with the main spraying boom (2).

In the spraying boom axial movement balancing system of the invention, there is a movable trolley connection (5.1 ) on the developed circular movement connection lever (5), which enables the lever (5) to be connected to the trolley connection lever (1 ) in such a way that it can move axially, and a knuckle bush
(5.2), which enables the lever (5) to be connected to the double-eye knuckle (8) in such a way that it can move axially.
In the spraying boom axial movement balancing system of the invention, the multi-axis damper cylinder (6) is equipped with a movable trolley connection (6.1 ) that enables the cylinder (6) to be connected to the horizontal connection lever (1 .1 ) of the trolley connection lever (1 ) in such a way that it can move multi- axially, and a movable lever connection (6.2) that enables the cylinder (3) to be connected to the main spraying boom (2) in a way that it can move multi-axially. The spraying boom axial movement balancing system of the invention includes a multi-axis damper cylinder (6), the movable trolley connection (6.1 ) and the movable lever connection (6.2) of which are preferably selected as rod eye type knuckles.
In the spraying boom axial movement balancing system of the invention, a double-eye knuckle (8), preferably a rod eye type knuckle, is preferably used at both connection ends to provide the movable connection between the circular movement connection lever (5) and the main spraying boom (2).
In the spraying boom axial movement balancing system of the invention, it is provided with a lock lever (9), which is positioned in the lock housing (2.3) on the main spraying boom (2) and ensures that the main spraying boom (2) remains fixed on the trolley connection lever (1 ) in such a way that it does not move axially, and the locking movement is driven by the lock cylinder (10).
In the spraying boom axial movement balancing system of the invention, there is a lock cylinder (10), preferably selected as a hydraulic or pneumatic drive component, preferably controllable from the tractor, which drives the position of the lock lever (9) in the lock housing (2.3) of the main spraying boom (2) and the locking movement.
In the spraying boom axial movement balancing system of the invention, the connection knuckle (12) on the trolley connection lever (1 ), the circular movement damper cylinder (3) and the support spring (4) connected between the trolley connection lever (1 ) and the main spraying boom (2), circular movement connection lever (5) connected between the trolley connection lever (1 ) and the main spraying boom (2), multi-axis damper cylinder (6) and support spring (7) connected between the trolley connection lever connection (1 ) and the main spraying boom (2), thanks to the multi-axis movement capability provided by the parts and sections of the double eye knuckle (8) connected between the circular movement connection lever (5) and the main spraying boom (2), the forces on the boom (2) during the roll and yaw movements that the main spraying boom (2) will make axially due to tractor movement or unevenness in the spraying area are absorbed and the main spraying boom (2) is returned to the spraying position in a proper manner.

The invention spraying boom axial movement balancing system developed to ensure that the spraying boom is stabilised in a regular position by balancing roll and yaw movements of the spraying boom in the spraying machines which are used for agricultural pesticides due to the movement of the tractor during spraying or due to the unevenness of the ground on which the spraying is carried out, characterised in that trolley connection lever (1 ) connecting the spraying boom group to the spraying machine chassis, main spraying boom (2) connecting the spraying boom group to the trolley connection lever (1 ), at least one circular movement damper cylinder (3) connected between the trolley connection lever (1 ) and the main spraying boom (2) in order to meet the axial roll and yaw movement of the main spraying boom (2), at least one support spring (4) connected between the trolley connection lever (1 ) and the main spraying boom (2) to absorb the axial roll and yaw movement of the main spraying boom (2), the circular movement damper cylinder (3) and the circular movement connection lever (5) for the connection of the support spring (4) between the trolley connection lever (1 ) and the main spraying boom (2), at least one multi-axis damper cylinder (6) connected between the trolley connection lever (1 ) and the main spraying boom (2) so as to absorb the axial roll and yaw movement of the main spraying boom (2), at least one support spring (7) connected between the trolley connection lever (1 ) and the main spraying boom (2) so as to meet the axial roll and yaw movement of the main spraying boom (2), double-eye knuckle (8) providing the movable connection between the circular movement connection lever (5) and the main spraying boom (2), characterised in that the main spraying boom (2) includes a lock lever (9) which ensures that the main spraying boom (2) is fixed on the trolley connection lever (1 ) so that it does not move axially, and a lock cylinder (10) which controls the movement of the lock lever.
2. According to Claim 1 , the spraying boom axial movement balancing system, characterised in that it includes a horizontal connecting lever
(1.1 ) providing multi-axis damper cylinder (6) and support spring (7) on trolley connection lever (1 ) and a connecting knuckle (1 .2) providing movable connection bearing with the main spraying boom (2).
3. According to Claim 1 , the spraying boom axial movement balancing system, characterised in that it includes trolley connection lever (1 ), the connection knuckle (1.2) preferably selected as a rod eye type knuckle.
4. According to Claim 1 , the spraying boom axial movement balancing system, characterised in that it includes at least one knuckle bushing
(2.1 ) providing the connection of the main spraying boom (2) to the connection knuckle (1.2) of the trolley connection lever (1 ) on mentioned main spraying boom (2), at least one knuckle bush (2.2) for connecting the main spraying boom (2) to the double eye knuckle (8), and at least one lock housing (2.3) in which the lock lever (9) is positioned in the locking position.
5. According to Claim 1 , the spraying boom axial movement balancing system, characterised in that it includes a movable trolley connection
(3.1 ) on mentioned circular movement damper roller (3) for circular movement of the cylinder (3) in connection with the trolley connection lever (1 ) and a movable lever connection (3.2) for circular movement of the cylinder (3) in connection with the circular movement connecting lever (5).
6. According to Claim 1 , the spraying boom axial movement balancing system, characterised in that it includes a movable trolley connection
(5.1 ) on mentioned circular movement connection lever (5) for axially movably connection lever (5) to the trolley connection lever (1 ) and a knuckle bushing (5.2) for axially movably connection lever (5) to the double-eye knuckle (8).
7. According to Claim 1 , the spraying boom axial movement balancing system, characterised in that it includes a movable trolley connection
(6.1 ) on mentioned multi-axis damper roller (6) for multi-axially movable connection cylinder (6) with the horizontal connecting lever
(1 .1 ) of the trolley connection lever (1 ) and a movable lever connection
(6.2) for multi-axially movable connection cylinder (3) with the main spraying boom (2).
8. According to Claim 1 , the spraying boom axial movement balancing system, characterised in that it includes a multi-axis damper cylinder (6), the movable trolley connection (6.1 ) and the movable lever connection (6.2) preferably selected as a rod eye type knuckle.

According to Claim 1 , the spraying boom axial movement balancing system, characterised in that it includes a double-eye knuckle (8), preferably a rod-eye type knuckle, preferably used at both connecting ends to provide a movable connection between the circular movement connecting boom (5) and the main spraying boom (2).

According to Claim 1 , the spraying boom axial movement balancing system, characterised in that it includes a lock lever (9) which is positioned in the lock housing (2.3) on the main spraying boom (2) so that the main spraying boom (2) remains fixed on the trolley connection lever (1 ) in such a way that it does not move axially, the locking movement being driven by means of a lock cylinder (10).

According to Claim 1 , the spraying boom axial movement balancing system, characterised in that it includes a lock cylinder (10) selected as a hydraulic or pneumatic drive component, which drives the position of the lock cylinder (9) in the lock housing (2.3) of the main spraying boom (2) and the locking movement, preferably controllable via the tractor.
