Abstract

The present application relates to a makeup brush head and a makeup pen having the makeup brush head. The makeup brush head comprises a mounting part and a coating part fixedly connected to the mounting part. Bristles protruding outwards are distributed on the surface of the coating part. The mounting part, the coating part and the bristles are all-in-one injection-molded members. A mounting recess is provided in the mounting part, and a discharging hole communicating with the mounting recess is provided in the coating part. A makeup material can flow into the bristles via the mounting recess and the discharging hole, and the bristles are used for smearing the makeup material. The present makeup brush head is provided with the discharging hole, and in use, the makeup material directly flows into the bristles via the discharging hole, thus eliminating the need to repeatedly dip the material from a bottle body, and making the use convenient.

Technical Field

The present application relates to the field of cosmetic tools, and in particular to a cosmetic brush head and a cosmetic pen having the cosmetic brush head.

Background technique

A makeup brush is one of the commonly used makeup tools. Generally, a makeup brush includes a brush handle and a brush head. The surface of the brush head is covered with hair. When a user applies makeup, the brush head is taken out from a bottle containing a cosmetic material. The hair on the brush head is covered with the cosmetic material and used for makeup. Therefore, when applying makeup, the makeup brush needs to be inserted into the bottle and then taken out several times to dip the cosmetic material, which is very inconvenient.

The material of the makeup brush head can be selected from one of the following materials: thermoplastic material, elastomeric material, thermoplastic elastomer, thermoplastic polyester elastomer, such as nitrile rubber, silicone rubber, EPDM rubber, styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene (SEBS), polyurethane (PU), ethyl acetate (EVA), polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene (PP), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE), etc., but not limited thereto. Optionally, the mounting portion, coating portion and bristles are all made of thermoplastic elastomer or thermoplastic polyester elastomer material, and the hardness of the bristles is less than the hardness of the coating portion. Optionally, the mounting portion, coating portion and bristles are all made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material, and the hardness of the thermoplastic elastomer used to prepare the bristles is less than the hardness of the thermoplastic elastomer used to prepare the coating portion.

As shown in FIG. 1 , the coating portion 20 includes a first end and a second end arranged along the length direction, the first end is close to the mounting portion 10, and the second end is far away from the mounting portion 10, and the size of the coating portion 20 gradually decreases from the first end to the second end. The Y-axis direction in the figure is defined as the length direction of the coating portion 20, and the X-axis direction in the figure is defined as the width direction of the coating portion 20. As shown in Fig. 1, the discharge hole 22 is located close to the second end of the coating portion 20. Optionally, the center point of the discharge hole 22 is located at the center of the coating portion 20 in the width direction, and the center point of the discharge hole is located at 1/3 to 1/2 of the coating portion 20 in the length direction.

In one embodiment, the surface of the coating portion 20 is covered with uniformly distributed bristles 30. That is, the density of bristles on the entire surface of the coating portion is the same. For example, if a small area of the coating portion 20 is randomly selected, The bristle density in this area is X, and the bristle density of any other small area is also X; or the bristle density of the entire coating portion is basically the same, for example, take any small area of the coating portion 20, the bristle density in this area is X1, and the bristle density of any other small area is X2, and the difference between X1 and X2 is △X, then the ratio of △X to X1 is less than the set value, and the set value can be 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, etc.

In another embodiment, the surface of the coating portion 20 near the discharge hole 22 is defined as the central area, and the area of the surface of the coating portion 20 other than the central area is defined as the edge area, and the density of the bristles 30 in the central area is different from the density of the bristles 30 in the edge area. The surface of the coating portion 20 is divided into the central area and the edge area as needed. The central area is the area near the discharge hole 22, and the size of the central area can be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs. The other areas are the edge areas, and the bristle density of the central area and the bristle density of the edge area are designed to be different densities to meet different makeup needs; optionally, the bristle density of the central area is greater than the bristle density of the edge area.

Optionally, the length and diameter of the bristles 30 are both 0.1-2 mm. Optionally, the length of the bristles is 0.3-0.5 mm, and the diameter of the bristles 30 is 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm or 0.8 mm. By optimizing the length and diameter of the bristles, the bristles give a soft touch when applying makeup, and do not prick the lips, thereby improving the use experience of the product.

As shown in Fig. 5, the coating portion 20 has a first surface 21 and a second surface 23 arranged opposite to each other, and bristles 30 are disposed on at least one of the first surface 21 and the second surface 23. Optionally, the first surface 21 and the second surface 23 are covered with bristles 30, or only the first surface 21 is covered with bristles 30.

In one embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, the first surface 21 is a convex surface and bristles 30 are arranged on the first surface 21, the mounting portion 10 is fixedly connected to the second surface 23, and the discharge hole 22 is coaxially arranged with the mounting portion 10. The coating portion 20 is arranged obliquely on the mounting portion 10, and the mounting portion 10 is directly mounted on the second surface 23, and the bristles 30 are not arranged on the second surface 23. As shown in Fig. 9, the discharge hole 22 is vertically arranged on the coating portion 20 and coaxially arranged with the mounting portion 10. When the mounting portion 10 is assembled to the pen assembly, the mounting portion is coaxially arranged with the pen assembly. The discharging hole 22 is arranged in this manner, which is beneficial for the cover assembly to seal the discharging hole.

In another embodiment, not shown in the figure, the first surface 21 and the second surface 23 are both convex, and bristles 30 are provided on both the first surface 21 and the second surface 23, the mounting portion 10 is fixedly connected to the first end of the coating portion 20, and the density of the bristles 30 on the first surface 21 is different from the density of the bristles 30 on the second surface 23. In this embodiment, bristles are provided on both the first surface 21 and the second surface 23, that is, both surfaces are working surfaces, the mounting portion 10 is directly connected to the first end of the coating portion 20, the second end of the coating portion 20 is a free end, the first surface 21 and the second surface 23 are both provided with discharge holes 22, and the density of the bristles on the first surface 21 is different from the density of the bristles on the second surface 23, so as to meet the diverse makeup needs.

As shown in Figures 7-10, a cosmetic brush includes a cosmetic brush head, a cover assembly 40 and a pen assembly, wherein the cosmetic brush head is mounted on the pen assembly, the cover assembly 40 is detachably mounted on the pen assembly, and the cover assembly 40 covers the cosmetic brush head, and a sealing rod 43 is provided on the cover assembly 40, and the sealing rod 43 is sealed in the discharge hole 22 of the cosmetic brush head. The pen assembly includes a pen head assembly 50 and a pen body assembly 60. The discharging method of the pen body assembly 60 is not limited. Optionally, the discharging method of the pen body assembly 60 is manual or electric. Optionally, the discharging method of the pen body assembly is a tail button discharging method, a side pressure button discharging method, a rotation discharging method or an extrusion discharging method. The so-called tail button discharging method means that the button is installed at the tail of the pen body, and the material in the pen body can be squeezed into the makeup brush head by pressing the button at the tail. The so-called side pressure button discharging method means that the button is installed on the side of the pen body, and the material in the pen body can be squeezed into the makeup brush head by pressing the button on the side. The so-called rotation discharging method means that a rotating button is installed at the tail of the pen body, and the material in the pen body can be squeezed into the makeup brush head by rotating the rotating button. The so-called extrusion discharging method means that the pen body is made of soft material, and the material in the pen body can be squeezed into the makeup brush head by directly squeezing the pen body.

In a specific embodiment, the discharge method of the pen body is the tail button discharge method. As shown in FIG9 , the cover assembly 40 includes an inner cover 41 and an outer cover 42 fixedly installed together. The outer cover 42 is sleeved on the inner cover 41. A sealing rod 43 is provided in the inner cover 41. The pen head assembly 50 includes a pen head seat 51 and a plug 52 fixedly installed together. The pen head seat 51 is fixedly inserted into the mounting groove 11 of the mounting portion 10.
