Le procédé comprend : l'extraction d'informations de fichier vidéo d'un fichier vidéo cible, les informations de fichier vidéo comprenant une durée vidéo, une taille de fichier et un débit de codes, et le fichier vidéo cible comprenant un dispositif source correspondant ; l'utilisation d'un modèle d'analyse prédéfini pour réaliser une analyse d'anomalie de saut de trame sur le fichier vidéo cible selon les informations de fichier vidéo, et la détermination d'un dispositif vidéo à saut de trame, le dispositif vidéo à saut de trame étant déterminé selon le nombre de fichiers vidéo à saut de trame ; et la réalisation respectivement d'une analyse de corrélation de réseau, d'une analyse de modèle de dispositif et d'une analyse de groupe de ressources sur le dispositif vidéo à saut de trame, et la réalisation d'une opération d'analyse pondérée à multiples facteurs selon des poids prédéfinis de façon à obtenir une cause profonde de saut de trame vidéo. La présente demande peut résoudre le problème technique, dans l'état de la technique, selon lequel les causes d'un problème de saut de trame vidéo sont complexes et diversifiées et ne peuvent pas être facilement déterminées.
