Description

A BUILT-IN DRILLING CONSTRUCTION CARRYING DRILLING PIPES
Technical Field
The invention relates to a built-in drilling construction carrying drilling pipes.
The invention particularly relates to a particular drilling construction which allows the bottom hole drill string (BHA) equipment, one of the drilling rig components, to be transported more economically and safely via the jib crane and to be placed in a position in order to be used in the drilling rigs, oil exploration platforms and in any field where the solids, liquids and gases are extracted from the bottom hole.
Background of the Invention
The drilling is the process of drilling a hole in the ground with the necessary drilling machines in order to obtain the natural resources such as water, oil and natural gas from the underground and put them into use. In the drilling machines used to drill holes vertically into the ground, the deep drilling is performed with a pointed tool like a drill bit.
The mobile cranes are preferred in the drilling constructions in the state of the art. This preference may have some negative consequences. For example, since the drilling process takes days, it can be difficult to constantly allocate a mobile crane, and using a mobile crane for days can be quite costly.
This costly process becomes a dire scenario for most of the drilling users.
In addition, it becomes a difficult process in terms of the size and suitability of the tools to be used depending on the location (on-shore, off-shore) where the drilling will be performed.
The area to be drilled may be narrow. Therefore, it can be very difficult for the construction equipment required for the process to work and even enter the drilling area. Today, the great importance is given to the occupational safety. The risk of occupational accidents increases as there are too many construction machines and personnel in the existing drilling constructions.
In the European patent application no. EP3705683B1 in the literature, the following statement is included regarding the subject: “The invention relates to a device for performing horizontal drilling by means of a drill, wherein it comprises at least one drive mechanism for advancing the drill and at least one drive mechanism for angularly guiding the drill.”
In said application, a horizontal drilling system is described.
In the European patent application no. EP3719247B1 in the literature, the following statements are included regarding the subject: “The invention is an articulated drilling machine comprising a tool movable in at least one advance direction, a drilling member and an assembly suited to constrain and maneuver said drilling member relative to said vehicle. Said constraint and maneuver assembly comprises a first horizontal slewing bearing rotating around a vertical axis, wherein said first slewing bearing is in turn constrained to said vehicle by means of at least one parallelogram kinematic mechanism which allows the height of said first slewing bearing to be varied between a minimum and a maximum height.”
In said application, a compact articulated drilling machine is disclosed, which is suited not only for drilling operations in outdoor, but also and particularly for excavations and perforations in narrow spaces, tunnels and passages.
In the European patent application no. EP3642444B1 in the literature, the following statement is included regarding the subject: “The invention relates to a drilling device with a percussion piston for drilling in the earth, comprising at least one housing section for the percussion piston, wherein between the drill head tip and the percussion piston an insert is arranged in the housing such that it transfers at least part of the energy of the percussion piston to the housing, wherein the insert is held in the housing by means of a heat-shrinkable adhesive connection.” In said application, a drilling device and a method for the production and use thereof are described.
For the reasons mentioned above, there was a need for a built-in drilling construction carrying the drilling pipes.
Object of the Invention
Based on the state of the art, the object of the invention is to provide a built-in drilling construction carrying the drilling pipes, which eliminates the existing disadvantages.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that fulfills the function of transporting BHA equipment, one of the drilling rig components, in the most practical, economical and safe way with the help of the jib crane and placing it in its position.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that allows the control of the drilling pipe, which is one of the BHA equipment, thanks to the Lifting Tubes connected to the Jib Crane.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that does not require extra construction equipment and personnel to use this equipment.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that provides a great deal of economic convenience, as it can perform the drilling process without the need for additional mobile crane and extra personnel, thanks to the Lifting Tubes and jib crane.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that can be used easily without any difficulty in locations where the drilling will be performed, since it does not occupy unnecessary space.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that prevents the contractions and vibrations that may occur above and below, by means of the wheels mounted on the top and bottom of the fixed Tube 1 , which also has the hydraulic drive drums thereon. Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that can correct the deflections, that may occur while the system is operating, with the shim located between the bolted connection in Tube 1 , and provide a more comfortable operation of the system.

In this detailed description, the novelty of the invention is only described with the examples without any limiting effect for a better understanding of the subject.
A particular drilling construction (A) which allows the bottom hole drill string (BHA) equipment, one of the drilling rig components, to be transported more economically and safely via the jib crane and to be placed in a position in order to be used in the drilling rigs, oil exploration platforms and in any field where the solids, liquids and gases are extracted from the bottom hole, characterized in that it comprises a jib pipe (1) which allows the jib crane to be positioned a certain height from the ground, a jib arm (2) which allows the jib crane to be moved right and left, a jib crane drive system (3) which triggers the jib crane to operate, a fixed tube 1 (6) which connects the tubes in the drilling construction (A) with each other and ensures the safe operation of the drilling construction (A) with the elements thereof, a tube 2 (7) which allows the drilling construction (A) to extend upwards, a tube 3 (8) which allows the drilling construction (A) to extend downwards, and a drilling pipe (13) which allows the material to be extracted from the bottom hole to crop out in a regular manner.

The jib crane arm (2) allows the drilling construction of the invention to be moved right and left. There is the jib crane drive system (3) which allows the jib crane arm (2) to be moved. The jib crane drive system (3) consists of a motor (3.1) and a gear (3.2).
The maintenance platform (5) located on the jib crane arm (2) is the location of the personnel. When the personnel desire to access this maintenance platform (5), they will be able to access it simply by using the platform ladder (12).
The tube 1 (6) is connected to the jib crane arm (2) and is fixed. The connection part (8.2) of Tube 1 - Tube 2 connects the Tube 2 (7) to the fixed Tube 1 (6). The Tube 3 (8) is at the bottom of the fixed Tube 1 (6). The tube 2 (7) and Tube 3 (8) connected to this fixed Tube 1 (6) move up and down to control the drilling pipe (13). There are the hydraulic drums (9) which allow the tube 2 (7) and tube 3 (8) to be moved up and down.
The rope to be wound on the pulley (7.1) above the tube 2 (7) allows the drilling pipe (13) to be moved up and down. The movement of the rope depends on the hydraulic drums (10) for the rope. Since the rope moves up and down depending on the pulley (7.1) in the drilling construction (A), it must be secured against breakage. This safety is provided by the spring buffer (11) inside the Tube 2 (8) in the drilling construction (A).
A shim plate (6.1) has been added between the Tube 1 (6) and the jib crane arm (2) in order to prevent the deflections that may occur when the drilling construction (A) operates. In addition, the contractions and vibrations that may occur during the up and down movement of the Tube 2 (7) and Tube 3 (8) are prevented by means of the skid wheels (6.2) located on the fixed Tube 1 (6).
Since the drilling construction (A) is a hydraulic system, there is a hydraulic system line (4) positioned on the jib pipe (1) under the jib crane arm (2). This hydraulic system line (4) is carried by the hydraulic system cables (4.1). These hydraulic system cables (4.1) are protected by the cable protection equipment (5.1) on the maintenance platform (5) to prevent damage.
There is a buffer (8.1) at the bottom of the Tube 3 (8) to terminate the downward movement of the drilling construction (A). In this way, a safe movement is ensured.

Claims

CLAIMS A particular drilling construction (A) which allows the bottom hole drill string (BHA) equipment, one of the drilling rig components, to be transported more economically and safely via the jib crane and to be placed in a position in order to be used in the drilling rigs, oil exploration platforms and in any field where the solids, liquids and gases are extracted from the bottom hole, characterized in that it comprises a jib pipe (1) which allows the jib crane to be positioned a certain height from the ground, a jib arm (2) which allows the jib crane to be moved right and left, a jib crane drive system (3) which triggers the jib crane to operate, a fixed tube 1 (6) which connects the tubes in the drilling construction (A) with each other and ensures the safe operation of the drilling construction (A) with the elements thereof, a tube 2 (7) which allows the drilling construction (A) to extend upwards, a tube 3 (8) which allows the drilling construction (A) to extend downwards, and a drilling pipe (13) which allows the material to be extracted from the bottom hole to crop out in a regular manner. A drilling construction (A) according to claim 1 , wherein it comprises a shim plate (6.1) which corrects the deflections that may occur during the operation of the drilling construction (A). A drilling construction (A) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein it comprises the skid wheels (6.2) which prevent the contractions and vibrations that may occur in the movements of tube 2 (7) and tube 3 (8). A drilling construction (A) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein it comprises a pulley (7.1) which allows the orientation of the rope. A drilling construction (A) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein it comprises a buffer (8.1) which terminates the downward progression of the drilling construction (A). A drilling construction (A) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein it comprises a connection part (8.2) of tube 1 - tube 2 which allows the tube 1 (6) and tube 2 (7) to be mounted together. A drilling construction (A) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein it comprises the hydraulic drums (9) for tube 2 - tube 3, allowing the tube 2 (7) and tube 3 (8) to be moved up and down. A drilling construction (A) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein it comprises the hydraulic drums (10) for the rope, allowing the rope to be moved up and down. A drilling construction (A) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein it comprises a spring buffer (11) which provides the upper safety of the drilling construction (A). A drilling construction (A) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein it comprises a hydraulic system line (4) used to perform the high-powered actions in the drilling construction (A). A drilling construction (A) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein it comprises a hydraulic system cable (4.1) that allows the hydraulic fluids to be transmitted to the elements in the drilling construction (A). A drilling construction (A) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein it comprises a cable protection equipment (5.1) which prevents damage to the cables passing over the drilling construction (A).
