Description

DESCRIPTION
A SMART FEEDBACK SYSTEM
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a smart feedback system to enable at least one manager in a workplace to provide feedback to at least one employee in an objective manner on at least one topic.
BACKGROUND
A manager in a workplace ensures that business processes are managed, that the said business processes are progressed in the most effective way, that audits are carried out, that corporate problems are solved, that corporate strategies are determined, and that work is distributed among employees. The manager is responsible for all kinds of activities of the team or institution for which they are responsible. For example, a manager is responsible for the days on which an employee will take leave, for the full performance of their work during working hours, for the timely delivery of work, and for ensuring employee motivation.
Today, communication between the manager and the employee is provided as the transfer of administrative functions such as necessary planning, coordination, and control. Taking on the responsibility of a department or organization, together with a serious workload, often distracts managers who are focused on finalizing operational tasks from the employees. While communication should be intense due to prolonged operational processes, and pressure from senior management or external sources, it is not possible to establish an adequate level of communication. This situation may cause the manager not to understand the employees sufficiently and to mob the employees.
Mobbing can be defined as oppressive management and psychological violence carried out deliberately and in a certain way, such as disturbing, humiliating, excluding, or ignoring the employee for purposes such as pacifying, wearing out and intimidating. "Mobbing" (psychological intimidation), which is one of the leading psychological risks in business life, is a problem that has been encountered very frequently recently but cannot be brought up for various reasons. When the effects of mobbing are evaluated from the perspective of the employee, it will cause the employee to feel unsuccessful and cause a decrease in motivation. However, intense anxiety and stress have effects such as the inability to focus on the task, lack of self-confidence while doing the job, and psychological disorders. This situation causes inefficient employees and job loss.
Today, there are performance-supported systems developed for the evaluation of employees. Application CN113449989A mentions a performance management system based on corporate performance management and OKR (Objectives and Key Results Method). It is ensured that the employees are evaluated in the mentioned system. However, the system in question does not enable communication between the manager and the employee.
All the problems mentioned above have made it necessary to make an innovation in the relevant technical field as a result.

In this detailed description, the subject matter of the invention is explained only by means of examples that will not have any limiting effect for a better understanding of the subject matter.
The invention relates to a smart feedback system (10) for enabling at least one manager (20) in a workplace to provide feedback to at least one employee (30) in an objective manner on at least one topic.
Said feedback system (10) comprises a feedback interface (100) for inputting feedback data via said manager (20), referring to Figure 1. Said feedback interface (100) may be a mobile application etc. that can be entered by a mobile device in a possible embodiment of the invention. The mobile device described herein may be a computer, a tablet, a smartphone, etc. The manager (20) can log in to the feedback interface (100) with an e-mail address and password provided specifically for them. The feedback system includes a processor unit (200) for receiving said feedback data entered into said feedback interface (100). The processor unit (200) is configured to use pre-trained data with at least one of the deep learning, machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms. Said processor unit (200) enables the execution of the process steps that enable the manager (20) to provide feedback objectively when read. There is a memory unit (500) that stores software comprising functional modules consisting of command lines, which is read by the processor unit (200) and allows said process steps to take place. The processor unit (200) is provided to be associated with the memory unit (500). The memory unit (500) may include a combination of memories that permanently store data and temporarily store it when necessary. The processor unit (200) may also be a processor such as a microprocessor, CPU, or GPU.
There is a database (300) where the employee (30) data associated with the processor unit (200) is stored. Said database (300) contains personal information of the employees (30), daily working hours, monthly/annual work performance, work activities, value segments, survey data, employee profile data, etc. all actions taken by the employee (30) in the workplace, all data collected, etc. There are storage areas such as files specially created for each employee (30) in the database (300). Each storage area contains the personal and business information of an employee (30). There is an employee interface (400) associated with the processor unit (200). It may be a mobile application entered by a mobile device as said employee interface (400) in a possible embodiment of the invention. The mobile device described herein can be a tablet, a smartphone, etc., to a computer. Each employee personally logs into the employee interface (400). For example, employees can log in to the employee interface (400) with an e-mail address and password.
