Description

一种智能绘图桌 技术领域
本发明涉及智能家具的技术领域,特别涉及一种智能绘图桌。
背景技术
目前,绝大部分图像绘制工作可借助电脑制作完成,但对于设计从业者而言,手工制图仍是其强化空间感、层次感、线条感、色彩感,更加快速、自由地表达其设计理念而不可或缺的技能、工具。
因此专业的设计者买还是习惯手工制图,在手工制图时常借助桌面角度可调的绘图桌对画纸进行张贴、并获得较为舒适的制图角度。
而现有的绘图桌结构单一,不便于调节使用,不能用于不同身高要求的工作人员进行调节使用,且不能用于设计板倾斜角度位置进行适应性调节使用,实用性能收到局限,急需改进,为此,我们设计一种智能绘图桌。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种智能绘图桌,可以调节高度和设计板倾斜角度。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种智能绘图桌,包括下U形支板、工作台,所述下U形支板的上方设置有工作台,所述工作台的底壁上固定安装设有上U形支板,所述下U形支板的两侧耳端上分别开设有伸缩槽,两侧所开设的伸缩槽内分别滑动装配连接上U形支板的两侧耳端,所述上U形支板的左右两侧相对称固定连接直条齿板的顶端,所述下U形支板上转动安装设有传动轴,所述传动轴的左右两侧分别套设安装有驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮与直条齿板之间相啮合传动连接,所述下U形支板的顶口端固定安装设有U形稳定板,所述直条齿板与U形稳定板之间相插设装配连接;所述工作台的上方设置有绘图板,所述绘图板的右侧板端转动配合连接有轴杆,所述轴杆的两侧杆端固定连接在定位座上,所述定位座固定安装设置在工作台上,。
优选的,所述传动轴的右侧轴端贯穿下U形支板且向外伸出,所述传动轴向外伸出的轴端上固定安装设有手柄。

优选的额,所述绘图板为双层结构,底层为玻璃板,其边部设有框架,顶层为木质盖板;所述木质盖板通过木质长条与框架相连接,框架与木质长条之间、木质长条与木质盖板之间都通过铰链铰接;所述支撑杆和长条槽对应设有两组,支撑杆铰接在框架两侧的边部。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是,结构简单,装配安装方便,通过传动轴带动驱动齿轮旋转动作,使得驱动齿轮啮合传动连接的直条齿板沿U形稳定板进行上下移动,从而使得上U形支板与一体装配连接的工作台的高度进行上下调节,可以满足不同身高需求的设计人员使用。
工作台通过定位座、轴杆与绘图板的一侧板端之间进行转动配合连接,使得绘图板便于进行倾斜角度调节,绘图板倾斜角度调节的位置便于通过倾斜调节板进行支撑固定,操作应用方便,适应不同倾斜角度调节使用需求。

如图1-2所示,本发明的具体实施方式:一种智能绘图桌,包括下U形支板1、工作台2,所述下U形支板1的上方设置有工作台2,工作台2的底壁上固定安装设有上U形支板3,下U形支板1的两侧耳端上分别开设有伸缩槽4,两侧所开设的伸缩槽4内分别滑动装配连接上U形支板3的两侧耳端,上U形支板3的左右两侧相对称固定连接直条齿板5的顶端,下U形支板1上转动安装设有传动轴6,传动轴6的左右两侧分别套设安装有驱动齿轮7,驱动齿轮7与直条齿板5之间相啮合传动连接,下U形支板1的顶口端固定安装设有U形稳定板8,直条齿板5与U形稳定板8之间相插设装配连接。
工作台2的上方设置有绘图板11,绘图板11的右侧板端转动配合连接有轴杆10,轴杆10的两侧杆端固定连接在定位座9上,定位座9固定安装设置在工作台2上,绘图板11的底壁上均布设有多个一体结构的上凸块12,工作台2的台面上均布设有多个一体结构的下凸块13,相邻两个的下凸块13的间距内抵触固定倾斜调节板14的底端,倾斜调节板14的顶端抵触固定设置在相邻两个的上凸块12的间距内。
传动轴6的右侧轴端贯穿下U形支板1且向外伸出,传动轴6向外伸出的轴端上固定安装设有手柄15,设置的手柄15便于带动传动轴6进行旋转动作。
下U形支板1的两侧耳端上分别螺纹配合连接有多个螺栓16,多个的螺栓16的尾端与上U形支板3的两侧耳端之间相抵触锁定设置,通过设置的多个螺栓16便于对于下U形支板1与上U形支板3之间锁定抽拉升降位置稳定。
下U形支板1的两侧耳端内壁上分别固定安装设有轴套17,轴套17与传动轴6之间相转动配合连接,设置的轴套17使得传动轴16装配连接方便,且旋转传动轴16稳定。
下U形支板1的底壁四角位置处分别固定安装设有万向轮18,设置的万向轮18便于对应整体的绘图桌结构进行移动使用。
如图3所示,绘图板倾斜角度的另一种调节方式,绘图板11的背后铰接有支撑杆19,工作台在竖直方向上设有长条槽20,长条槽20和支撑杆19在同一平面内,长条槽20内设有滚珠丝杠副21,滚珠丝杠副21的螺母与支撑杆19的底部铰接。通过滚珠丝杠副中的螺母沿着丝杆移动,同支撑杆来调节整个绘图板的倾斜角度。可以配一个控制器,来控制滚珠丝杠中丝杆的正转和反转,来将绘图板抬起和放下,当绘图板放平的时候,支撑杆收纳在长条槽内,使得绘图板保持水平的状态。
绘图板11为双层结构,底层为玻璃板22,其边部设有框架23,顶层为木质盖板24;木质盖板24通过木质长条25与框架23相连接,框架23与木质长条25之间、木质长条25与木质盖板24之间都通过铰链铰接;支撑杆19和长条槽20对应设有两组,支撑杆19铰接在框架23两侧的边部。我们可以根据需要选择不同的绘图板,正常状态下就是不需要调整绘图板,当我们需要使用玻璃板时,可以将木质盖板向上翻起,木质盖板的边部搭在工作台上,该模式下,可以方便将有图的图纸放在玻璃板背后固定,将需要作图的图纸放在玻璃板的正面,通过光照,方便临摹画图。
使用时,通过解除螺栓16对下U形支板1与上U形支板3之间的抵触锁定,设计人员便于通过旋转手柄15带动传动轴6旋转,使得固定套设连接的驱动齿轮7旋转,驱动齿轮7啮合传动连接直条齿板5,直条齿板5顶端与上U形支板3之间相固接,且下U形支板1的顶口端固定安装设有U形稳定板8,直条齿板5与U形稳定板8之间相插设装配连接,使得直条齿板5便于在啮合驱动作用下进行上下高度调节,上U形支板3与下U形支板1上所开设的伸缩槽4之间相稳定滑移装配连接,从而使得上U形支板3与一体装配连接的工作台2的高度进行上下调节,可以满足不同身高需求的设计人员使用;此外工作台2的上方设置有绘图板11,绘图板11的右侧板端通过轴杆10、定位座9与工作台2之间形成转动配合连接,实现绘图板11便于沿轴杆10进行倾斜角度调节,倾斜角度调节的位置便于通过倾斜调节板14进行支撑固定,操作应用方便,适应不同倾斜角度调节使用需求。采用本技术方案,其结构简单,装配安装方便,通过传动轴带动驱动齿轮旋转动作,使得驱动齿轮啮合传动连接的直条齿板沿U形稳定板进行上下移动,从而使得上U形支板与一体装配连接的工作台的高度进行上下调节,可以满足不同身高需求的设计人员使用;工作台通过定位座、轴杆与绘图板的一侧板端之间进行转动配合连接,使得绘图板便于进行倾斜角度调节,绘图板倾斜角度调节的位置便于通过倾斜调节板进行支撑固定,操作应用方便,适应不同倾斜角度调节使用需求。

  1. 一种智能绘图桌,包括下U形支板(1)、工作台(2),其特征在于,所述下U形支板(1)的上方设置有工作台(2),所述工作台(2)的底壁上固定安装设有上U形支板(3),所述下U形支板(1)的两侧耳端上分别开设有伸缩槽(4),两侧所开设的伸缩槽(4)内分别滑动装配连接上U形支板(3)的两侧耳端,所述上U形支板(3)的左右两侧相对称固定连接直条齿板(5)的顶端,所述下U形支板(1)上转动安装设有传动轴(6),所述传动轴(6)的左右两侧分别套设安装有驱动齿轮(7),所述驱动齿轮(7)与直条齿板(5)之间相啮合传动连接,所述下U形支板(1)的顶口端固定安装设有U形稳定板(8),所述直条齿板(5)与U形稳定板(8)之间相插设装配连接;所述工作台(2)的上方设置有绘图板(11),所述绘图板(11)的右侧板端转动配合连接有轴杆(10),所述轴杆(10)的两侧杆端固定连接在定位座(9)上,所述定位座(9)固定安装设置在工作台(2)上,
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能绘图桌,其特征在于,所述传动轴(6)的右侧轴端贯穿下U形支板(1)且向外伸出,所述传动轴(6)向外伸出的轴端上固定安装设有手柄(15)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能绘图桌,其特征在于,所述下U形支板(1)的两侧耳端上分别螺纹配合连接有多个螺栓(16),多个所述的螺栓(16)的尾端与上U形支板(3)的两侧耳端之间相抵触锁定设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能绘图桌,其特征在于,所述下U形支板(1)的两侧耳端内壁上分别固定安装设有轴套(17),所述轴套(17)与传动轴(6)之间相转动配合连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能绘图桌,其特征在于,所述所述绘图板(11)的底壁上均布设有多个一体结构的上凸块(12),所述工作台(2)的台面上均布设有多个一体结构的下凸块(13),相邻两个所述的下凸块(13)的间距内抵触固定倾斜调节板(14)的底端,所述倾斜调节板(14)的顶端抵触固定设置在相邻两个所述的上凸块(12)的间距内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能绘图桌,其特征在于,所述绘图板(11)的背后铰接有支撑杆(19),所述工作台在竖直方向上设有长条槽(20),长条槽(20)和支撑杆(19)在同一平面内,长条槽(20)内设有滚珠丝杠副(21),滚珠丝杠副(21)的螺母与支撑杆(19)的底部铰接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种智能绘图桌,其特征在于,所述绘图板(11)为双层结构,底层为玻璃板(22),其边部设有框架(23),顶层为木质盖板(24);所述木质盖板(24)通过木质长条(25)与框架(23)相连接,框架(23)与木质长条(25)之间、木质长条(25)与木质盖板(24)之间都通过铰链铰接;
    所述支撑杆(19)和长条槽(20)对应设有两组,支撑杆(19)铰接在框架(23)两侧的边部。
