本实用新型涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种便于组装定位的扬声器。
背景技术
扬声器又名喇叭,运用于音箱中实现将音频信号转化为声音播放。随着客户对消费电子产品的要求提高,扬声器被赋予了更多的要求。
技术问题
相关技术的扬声器包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统、具有磁间隙的磁路系统以及电路板,所述磁路系统驱动所述振动系统振动发声,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜、插设于所述磁间隙的音圈,电路板上下分别与音圈和振膜胶合。一般的,在音圈与电路板胶合后,无法避免溢胶问题,胶水溢到电路板的下表面,胶水固化后影响电路板与振膜胶合面的平整度,易导致胶合可靠性问题,同时由于音圈与电路板胶合固定,工装无法对其进一步定位,容易造成音圈固定的偏移。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的扬声器解决上述技术问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种同结构稳定且整洁的扬声器。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种扬声器,其包括盆架、支撑于所述盆架的第一振膜、驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈、具有第一磁间隙的磁路系统以及设置于所述第一振膜与所述第一音圈之间的第一电路板,所述第一电路板包括与所述第一音圈固定的内固定端、与所述盆架固定的外固定端以及连接所述内固定端与所述外固定端的连接臂,所述内固定端包括与所述第一音圈抵接的第一表面,所述第一表面自其内侧凹陷形成收容槽,以在所述第一音圈与所述第一电路板胶合时收容多余的胶,所述收容槽上设有断口部以便组装所述扬声器时避让所述第一音圈的定位镶件。
优选地,所述内固定端呈矩形,所述内固定端的四边均设有所述收容槽及所述断口部。
优选地,所述第一电路板还包括自所述内固定端延伸出来与所述连接臂连接的焊盘,所述焊盘位于所述内固定端的对角线处。
优选地,所述收容槽的深度为0.04至0.06毫米。
优选地,所述第一音圈沿振动方向的投影位于所述第一电路板的内固定端上。
优选地,所述第一音圈包括外侧表面,所述第一电路板的内固定端延伸超出所述第一音圈的外侧表面。
优选地,所述磁路系统包括磁碗以及固定于所述磁碗的第一磁钢,所述磁碗包括承载所述第一磁钢的平板部及自所述平板部的两侧弯折延伸的弯折部,所述弯折部与所述第一磁钢之间形成所述第一磁间隙。
优选地,所述扬声器还包括固定于所述盆架且围绕所述磁碗平板部设置的第二磁钢、与所述第二磁钢固定的框架、固定于所述框架的第二振膜以及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述第二磁钢与所述磁碗弯折部之间形成第二磁间隙,所述第二音圈部分插设于所述第二磁间隙。
优选地,所述第一电路板的内固定端还包括与所述第一表面相对设置的第二表面,所述第二表面与所述第一振膜胶合固定。

请同时参阅图1-6,本实用新型提供了一种扬声器100,其包括盆架1、支撑于所述盆架1的第一振膜21、驱动所述第一振膜21振动发声的第一音圈31、具有第一磁间隙401的磁路系统4以及设置于所述第一振膜21与所述第一音圈31之间的第一电路板51。所述盆架1为矩形环状中空结构。
所述第一振膜21包括第一球顶211及环绕所述第一球顶211设置的第一折环212。
所述第一音圈31呈矩形,所述第一音圈31对角线的位置处设有第一引线311。所述第一音圈31包括外侧表面312。

所述第一电路板51包括与所述第一音圈31固定的内固定端511、自所述内固定端511延伸出来的焊盘512、自所述焊盘512延伸出来的连接臂513以及与所述连接臂513连接且固定于所述盆架1的外固定端514,所述焊盘512位于所述第一音圈31的对角线处,便于与所述第一引线311焊接固定以实现第一电路板51与第一音圈31的电性连接。所述内固定端511包括与所述第一音圈31抵接的第一表面5111以及与所述第一表面相对设置的第二表面5112,所述内固定端511还包括自所述第一表面5111凹陷形成的收容槽5113,所述收容槽5113设置于所述内固定端511的内侧,以在所述第一音圈31与所述第一电路板51胶合时收容多余的胶,所述收容槽5113的深度为0.04至0.06毫米。所述收容槽5113上设有断口部5114,所述断口部5114贯穿所述第一表面5111及第二表面5112以便组装所述扬声器100时避让所述第一音圈31的定位镶件。所述内固定端511呈矩形,所述焊盘512位于所述内固定端511的对角线处,所述内固定端511的四边均设有所述收容槽5113及所述断口部5114。所述第一音圈31沿振动方向的投影完全位于所述第一电路板51的内固定端511上,所述第一电路板51的内固定端511延伸超出所述第一音圈31的外侧表面312。
所述第一电路板51的第二表面5112与所述第一振膜21胶合固定,且弹性支撑所述第一音圈31。
所述磁碗41与所述盆架1注塑固定。所述磁碗41的弯折部412于所述焊盘512处设有第一缺口414,所述焊盘512暴露于所述第一缺口414以便组装所述扬声器100时工装便于定位所述第一电路板51与所述第一振膜21。所述磁碗41的所述平板部411与所述弯折部412连接的位置处设有第二缺口415,所述第一音圈31部分暴露于所述第二缺口415以便组装所述扬声器100时工装便于定位所述第一音圈31与所述第一振膜21。所述磁碗41的弯折部412与所述第一缺口414轴对称的位置处设有第三缺口416,如此设置,使得所述磁碗41整体为对称结构,便于制造及安装,第三缺口416设置于第一音圈31的另一条对角线处。
所述扬声器100还包括叠设于所述盆架1的框架6、固定于所述框架6的第二振膜22、驱动所述第二振膜22振动发声的第二音圈32、固定于所述盆架1且围绕所述磁碗41平板部411设置的第二磁钢44、设置于所述第二磁钢44靠近所述第一振膜21一侧的第二极芯45、设置于所述第二磁钢44靠近所述第二振膜22一侧的第三极芯46、固定于所述盆架1四个角部处的第二电路板52以及盖设于所述第二振膜22上方的盖板7。所述第二磁钢44为四个,且与所述磁碗41的弯折部412之间形成第二磁间隙402,所述第二音圈32部分插设于所述第二磁间隙402。所述磁碗41的延伸部413固定设置于所述第二磁钢44的上方,所述第二极芯45设置于未固定有延伸部413的第二磁钢44上,在本是实施例中,即为长轴方向上的第二磁钢44上。
所述第二振膜22包括第二球顶221及环绕所述第二球顶211设置的第二折环222。
所述第二电路板52与所述第二音圈32电性连接。
组装所述扬声器100时,所述盆架1与所述磁碗41、第二极芯45注塑固定,磁碗41的延伸部413注塑固定于盆架1的短轴方向上,第二极芯45注塑固定于盆架1的长轴方向上,将所述第一磁钢42、第一极芯43固定于所述磁碗41的平板部411,同时,所述第一音圈31与所述第一电路板51胶合固定,此时,第一音圈31与第一电路板51胶合时多余的胶水会渗入所述收容槽5113中,将盆架1翻转到音圈的定位镶件上,此处使用的是同一定位工装,且定位镶件穿过第一电路板上51上的断口部5114支撑所述第一音圈31,通过第一电路板51的外固定端514与盆架1贴合固定,从而将第一音圈31与盆架1固定,使得第一音圈31与盆架1的同心度得到了保证,最后将第一振膜21与第一电路板51固定从而完成部分扬声器的组装。需要注意的是,在第一振膜21与第一电路板51的固定过程中,工装会通过磁碗41上的第一缺口414对第一电路板51与第一振膜21、通过第二缺口415对第一音圈31与第一振膜21进行压合,从而保证了第一音圈31、第一振膜21、第一电路板51三者之间的胶合固定。然后再从盆架1的另一面对第二电路板52、第二磁钢44、框架6、第三极芯46、第二音圈32、第二振膜22进行组装,最终完成对扬声器100的组装。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的扬声器,其包括盆架、支撑于所述盆架的第一振膜、驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈、具有第一磁间隙的磁路系统以及设置于所述第一振膜与所述第一音圈之间的第一电路板,所述第一电路板包括与所述第一音圈固定的内固定端、与所述盆架固定的外固定端以及连接所述内固定端与所述外固定端的连接臂,所述内固定端包括与所述第一音圈抵接的第一表面,所述第一表面自其内侧凹陷形成收容槽,以在所述第一音圈与所述第一电路板胶合时收容多余的胶,所述收容槽上设有断口部以便组装所述扬声器时避让所述第一音圈的定位镶件。本实用新型的第一电路板的内固定端局部减薄形成收容槽,可以在第一音圈与第一电路板的第一表面胶合时存胶,可防止胶水下渗至第一电路板的第二表面,从而保证了第二表面与第一振膜结合的平整度,避免了胶水污染;同时,收容槽上的断口部让位第一音圈的定位镶件,保证了第一电路板、第一音圈与第一振膜胶合可靠性。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种扬声器,其包括盆架、支撑于所述盆架的第一振膜、驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的第一音圈、具有第一磁间隙的磁路系统以及设置于所述第一振膜与所述第一音圈之间的第一电路板,其特征在于:所述第一电路板包括与所述第一音圈固定的内固定端、与所述盆架固定的外固定端以及连接所述内固定端与所述外固定端的连接臂,所述内固定端包括与所述第一音圈抵接的第一表面,所述第一表面自其内侧凹陷形成收容槽,以在所述第一音圈与所述第一电路板胶合时收容多余的胶,所述收容槽上设有断口部以便组装所述扬声器时避让所述第一音圈的定位镶件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述内固定端呈矩形,所述内固定端的四边均设有所述收容槽及所述断口部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一电路板还包括自所述内固定端延伸出来与所述连接臂连接的焊盘,所述焊盘位于所述内固定端的对角线处。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述收容槽的深度为0.04至0.06毫米。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一音圈沿振动方向的投影位于所述第一电路板的内固定端上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一音圈包括外侧表面,所述第一电路板的内固定端延伸超出所述第一音圈的外侧表面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括磁碗以及固定于所述磁碗的第一磁钢,所述磁碗包括承载所述第一磁钢的平板部及自所述平板部的两侧弯折延伸的弯折部,所述弯折部与所述第一磁钢之间形成所述第一磁间隙。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括固定于所述盆架且围绕所述磁碗平板部设置的第二磁钢、与所述第二磁钢固定方的框架、固定于所述框架的第二振膜以及驱动所述第二振膜振动发声的第二音圈,所述第二磁钢与所述磁碗弯折部之间形成第二磁间隙,所述第二音圈部分插设于所述第二磁间隙。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一电路板的内固定端还包括与所述第一表面相对设置的第二表面,所述第二表面与所述第一振膜胶合固定。
