本公开涉及一种即时通信会话信息的处理方法、装置及电子设备。
随着计算机软件技术的不断发展,即时通讯工具被越来越多地应用于人们的工作和生活中。即时通讯工具具有群组会话功能,人们可以通过即时通讯工具在群组中与群组成员进行会话,尤其是可以在群组中对热门话题进行讨论。但是,在群组成员数量较多的情况下,不同成员之间可能进行多个话题的讨论,使得针对相同话题的内容过于分散,增加了群组成员阅读信息的难度。
发明内容
本公开提供一种即时通信会话信息的处理方法、装置及电子设备。
根据第一方面,提供一种即时通信会话信息的处理方法,所述方法包括:
接收针对目标会话的会话模式切换操作;
响应于所述会话模式切换操作,将所述目标会话从第一会话模式切换到第二会话模式;
其中,所述不同会话模式下的会话消息管理方式不同,所述第一会话模式和所述第二会话模式为不同的会话模式。
根据第二方面,提供一种即时通信会话信息的处理装置,所述装置包括:
接收模块,用于接收针对目标会话的会话模式切换操作;
切换模块,用于响应于所述会话模式切换操作,将所述目标会话从第一会话模式切换到第二会话模式;
其中,所述不同会话模式下的会话消息管理方式不同,所述第一会话模式和所述第二会话模式为不同的会话模式。
根据第三方面,提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述第一方面中任一项所述的方法。

在相关技术中,用户可以通过即时通讯工具创建话题模式的群组,并在
话题模式的群组中与群组成员进行不同话题的讨论。每个话题对应于一个话题区域,该话题的相关信息均展示于该话题对应的话题区域中。然而,话题模式的群组创建后,群组成员之间只能通过话题模式进行互动,又具有一定的局限性。
本公开提供的一种即时通信会话信息的处理方法,通过用户针对即时通讯客户端中的目标会话进行的会话模式切换,将目标会话从一种会话模式切换到另一种会话模式,从而在不同会话模式下,以不同的会话消息管理方式对会话消息进行管理。扩展了即时通讯会话的功能,提升了用户体验。
图1a为根据一示例性实施例示出的一种即时通信客户端的会话界面示意图。例如,登录即时通信客户端的用户甲为群组group A的一个群组成员,group A是该群组的名称,用户甲可以是群组group A的管理员,具有多项群组管理权限,其中包括对群组会话的会话模式进行管理的权限。
如图1a所示,用户甲可以在群组group A会话界面中,例如可以通过触发群管理按钮,调出展示有群管理项目的侧边栏101,其中包括会话模式管理项目。在会话模式管理项目中,包括普通模式和话题模式。用户甲可以通过点击普通模式或话题模式之前的选项按钮,对会话模式进行切换。具体来说,例如,当前的会话模式为普通模式,用户甲可以点击话题模式之前的选项按钮,并确认继续进行切换。即时通信客户端响应于用户甲针对群组group A进行的会话模式切换操作,向服务器发送针对群组group A的会话模式切换请求。服务器中预先存储有群组group A的会话属性集R,会话属性集R中包括群组group A对应的各个属性的属性值,其中包括会话模式属性的属性值。服务器接收到该会话模式切换请求之后,可以对会话属性集R中包括的会话模式属性的属性值进行更新,将普通模式对应的属性值a更新成话题模式对应的属性值b。
接着,服务器可以向群组group A的各个成员(包括用户甲)的客户端推送一条更新消息,该更新消息中包括会话属性集R。群组group A的各个成员的客户端接收到该更新消息之后,可以检查会话属性集R中的各个属性对应的属性值。在确定会话模式属性的属性值由a变更为b的情况下,将群组group A对应的会话从普通模式切换到话题模式。可选地,服务器还可以向群组group A的各个成员推送一条系统通知消息,该系统通知消息用于提醒各个成
员,用户甲已将群组group A的会话模式进行了更新。
图1b示出了将群组group A对应的会话从普通模式切换到话题模式之后的会话界面示意图。如图1b所示,在群组group A的会话界面中显示有内容为“甲已将本群切换为话题模式,使讨论更集中”的通知消息。并且,该会话界面中隐藏了在图1a中示出的消息输入框102,并显示出话题创建按钮103,以避免用户由于误操作而将针对已有话题的回复作为新的话题发出等。当用户例如通过点击等方式触发话题创建按钮之后,显示话题输入框。
图1c示出了用户触发话题创建按钮之后的会话界面示意图。例如用户甲通过点击的方式触发话题创建按钮103之后,在会话界面中显示话题输入框104。用户甲可以在话题输入框104中输入话题内容,并将话题内容发送至群组group A中,以创建并发起一个新的话题。
图1d示出了用户发起话题之后的会话界面示意图。用户甲将话题内容发送至群组group A中之后,在会话界面中以话题模式的管理方式,显示该话题内容对应的话题卡片105。话题卡片105可以显示于用户甲的头像之后,话题卡片105中包括显示话题内容的话题区域和显示评论内容的评论区域。在评论区域的下方,显示有用于输入评论内容的回复输入框106,群组group A中参与该话题的成员均可以通过该回复输入框106输入并发送针对该话题的评论内容。如果该话题对应的话题内容或评论内容过多,话题卡片105中可以折叠部分话题内容或评论内容。用户还可以通过查看话题的操作,调出该话题对应的侧边栏,在侧边栏展开该话题对应的话题详情界面,并在话题详情界面中显示该话题对应的详情内容,从而扩展了该话题对应的展示区域。
图1e示出了用户调出话题的侧边栏之后的会话界面示意图。具体地,用户可以通过触发(例如点击)话题卡片105的任意区域或者话题卡片105之前的用户甲的头像,调出该话题对应的侧边栏107。侧边栏107中显示有该话题对应的完整话题内容和评论内容,以供用户查看。并且,在侧边栏107的底部,显示有用于输入针评论内容的回复输入框108,群组group A中参与该话题的成员也可以通过该回复输入框108输入并发送针对该话题的评论内容。
需要说明的,在将群组group A对应的会话从普通模式切换到话题模式之后,切换之前接收的历史消息还是以原有的方式进行展示,即还是以普通模式进行管理。切换之后接收的新消息以话题模式进行管理。如果再将会话模
式从话题模式切换到普通模式,则再次切换之后接收的消息再以普通模式进行管理。
本实施例提供的方案,通过用户针对即时通讯客户端中的目标会话进行的会话模式切换,将目标会话从一种会话模式切换到另一种会话模式,从而在不同会话模式下,以不同的会话消息管理方式对会话消息进行管理。扩展了即时通讯会话的功能,提升了用户体验。例如,在一些场景下,普通模式群组的创建初期,由于群成员较少,讨论的内容较少,所以对于一条一条的会话消息的阅读并无障碍,但随着群成员人数的壮大,群里的消息越来越多,内容分散,消息会越来越混乱,此时将群转换成话题群可以很好地解决该问题。
进一步地,目标会话从第一会话模式切换到第二会话模式之后,历史会话消息的展示方式不变,新会话消息按照第二会话模式对应的会话消息展示方式进行展示。从而提高了会话消息的展示效果,进一步提升了用户体验。
再进一步地,会话界面隐藏了目标会话在普通模式下显示的消息输入框,并显示话题创建按钮,在用户触发话题创建按钮的操作之后,再显示话题输入框,从而避免了用户由于误操作而将针对已有话题的回复作为新的话题发出,进一步提升了用户体验。
又进一步地,在目标会话中展示每个话题各自对应的话题卡片,任一话题对应的话题卡片中展示该话题对应的话题内容,从而将针对相同话题的内容更加聚集,也使得用户的操作更加方便,进一步提升了用户体验。
又进一步地,在用户查看话题的操作的触发下,在侧边栏展开该话题对应的话题详情界面,并在话题详情界面中显示该话题对应的详情内容,从而扩展了该话题对应的展示区域,使得用户的对话题消息的查看更加便捷,进一步提升了用户体验。
下面将结合具体的实施例对本公开进行详细描述。
图2为根据一示例性实施例示出的一种即时通信会话信息的处理方法的流程图。该方法可以应用于终端设备中。在本实施例中,为了便于理解,结合能够安装第三方即时通信客户端的终端设备来举例说明。本领域技术人员可以理解,该终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如智能手机的移动终端设备、智能穿戴式设备、平板电脑等等。该方法可以包括以下步骤:
如图2所示,在步骤201中,接收针对目标会话的会话模式切换操作。
在本实施例中,目标会话可以是创建于即时通信客户端中的目标群组的群组会话,该即时通信客户端可以是安装于终端设备的第三方应用程序,用户可以通过即时通信客户端中的该群组会话与目标群组的群组成员进行即时通信。其中,目标会话可以包括至少两种会话模式,例如,会话模式可以包括但不限于普通模式和话题模式。
在不同会话模式下,会话消息的管理方式不同,例如,不同会话模式下会话消息的管理方式可以具有以下至少一项不同:会话消息的展示方式、发送会话消息的方式以及会话消息的通知方式。下面以会话模式包括普通模式和话题模式为例,对不同的会话消息的管理方式进行举例说明。
对于会话消息的展示方式,在普通模式下,可以按照发送会话消息的时间顺序,以对话的方式依次将会话消息展示于会话界面中。而在话题模式下,可以按照话题创建的时间顺序,以话题卡片的形式将话题展示于会话界面中,其中,每个话题卡片中展示和该话题相关的话题内容和话题评论。
对于发送会话消息的方式,在普通模式下,可以直接在会话界面中显示消息输入框,用户可以直接在消息输入框中输入会话消息,并将会话消息发送至目标会话中。而在话题模式下,在会话界面中隐藏了普通模式下显示的消息输入框,并显示有话题创建按钮,用户触发该话题创建按钮之后,在会话界面中显示话题输入框。用户通过话题输入框输入新建话题的话题内容,并将该话题内容发送至目标会话中。该话题内容展示于该新建话题对应的话题卡片中,在话题卡片的底部,展示有回复输入框,用户可以通过该回复输入框输入新建话题的评论内容,并将评论内容发送至目标会话中。
对于会话消息的通知方式,在普通模式下,在产生了新的会话消息之后,全部群组成员都可以接收到新消息通知。而在话题模式下,在创建了新的话题之后,只有参与新建话题的群组成员才可以接收到新消息通知。
在本实施例中,可以对目标会话的会话模式进行切换。具体来说,在一种实现方式中,目标会话对应的全部群组成员均可以通过即时通信客户端中提供的会话模式切换界面,对目标会话的会话模式进行切换。在另一种实现方式中,还可以预先对切换会话模式的操作权限进行设定,使得部分群组成员具有该切换会话模式的操作权限。例如,可以默认群组管理员具有该操作
权限,并且群组管理员也可以指定部分群组成员获得该操作权限等。即时通信客户端会向具有该操作权限的群组成员提供目标会话对应的会话模式切换界面,而不会向不具有该操作权限的群组成员提供该会话模式切换界面。因此,只有具有该操作权限的群组成员可以通过该会话模式切换界面对目标会话的会话模式进行切换。
接着,在步骤202中,响应于会话模式切换操作,将目标会话从第一会话模式切换到第二会话模式。
在本实施例中,即时通讯客户端接收到用户对目标会话进行会话模式切换操作之后,可以向服务器发送会话模式切换请求,服务器接收到该会话模式切换请求之后,可以获取预先存储的目标会话对应的会话属性集。该会话属性集中包括目标会话对应的各个属性的属性值,其中包括会话模式属性的属性值,会话模式属性的不同属性值对应于不同的会话模式。服务器可以根据会话模式切换请求,将上述会话模式属性的属性值进行更改(即将第一会话模式对应的属性值更改成第二会话模式对应的属性值),以对会话属性集进行更新。
然后,服务器将更新后的会话属性集发送给目标群组的各个群组成员,目标群组的各个群组成员登录的即时通讯客户端接收到服务器发送的会话属性集之后,检查会话属性集中各个属性的属性值。各个即时通讯客户端在检查到会话模式属性的属性值发生变化,并且变化后的属性值对应于第二会话模式的情况下,将各自的会话模式属性的属性值更新成第二会话模式的属性值,以将目标会话从第一会话模式切换到第二会话模式。
可选地,服务器接收到该会话模式切换请求之后,还可以向目标群组的各个群组成员发送的变更目标会话的会话模式的通知消息。目标群组的各个群组成员登录的即时通讯客户端在接收到该通知消息之后,在目标会话界面中显示该通知消息,以提醒各个群组成员目标会话的会话模式已进行了切换。
需要说明的是,在将目标会话从第一会话模式切换到第二会话模式之后,目标会话中在切换前已产生的会话消息的展示方式不变。例如,在切换前第一会话模式下产生的会话消息,还是以第一会话模式对应的展示方式展示,即展示方式不变。目标会话中的在切换后产生的新会话消息,按照第二会话模式对应的会话消息展示方式进行展示。
本公开提供的一种即时通信会话信息的处理方法,通过用户针对即时通讯客户端中的目标会话进行的会话模式切换,将目标会话从一种会话模式切换到另一种会话模式,从而在不同会话模式下,以不同的会话消息管理方式对会话消息进行管理。扩展了即时通讯会话的功能,提升了用户体验。
与前述即时通信会话信息的处理方法实施例相对应,本公开还提供了即时通信会话信息的处理装置的实施例。
如图3所示,图3是本公开根据一示例性实施例示出的一种即时通信会话信息的处理装置的框图,该装置可以包括:接收模块301和切换模块302。
其中,接收模块301,用于接收针对目标会话的会话模式切换操作。
切换模块302,用于响应于会话模式切换操作,将目标会话从第一会话模式切换到第二会话模式。其中,不同会话模式下的会话消息管理方式不同,第一会话模式和第二会话模式为不同的会话模式。
在一些实施方式中,不同会话模式下的会话消息管理方式不同包括:在不同会话模式下,会话消息的展示方式、发送会话消息的方式以及会话消息的通知方式中的至少一项不同。
在另一些实施方式中,在切换模块302将目标会话从第一会话模式切换到第二会话模式之后,目标会话中的在切换前已产生的会话消息的展示方式不变;目标会话中的在切换后产生的新会话消息,按照第二会话模式对应的会话消息展示方式进行展示。
在另一些实施方式中,切换模块302可以包括:发送子模块,接收子模块和切换子模块(图中未示出)。
其中,发送子模块,用于响应于会话模式切换操作,向服务器发送会话模式切换请求。
接收子模块,用于接收服务器发送的会话属性集,该会话属性集中包括会话模式属性。
切换子模块,用于在确定会话属性集包括的会话模式属性的属性值对应于第二会话模式的情况下,将目标会话从第一会话模式切换到第二会话模式。

该电子设备910包括处理器911和存储器912,可以用于实现客户端或服务器。存储器912用于非瞬时性地存储有计算机可执行指令(例如一个或多个计算机程序模块)。处理器911用于运行该计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令被处理器911运行时可以执行上文所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法中的一个或多个步骤,进而实现上文所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法。存储器912和处理器911可以通过总线系统和/或其它形式的连接机构(未示出)互连。

图5为本公开一些实施例提供的另一种电子设备的示意框图。该电子设备920例如适于用来实施本公开实施例提供的即时通信会话信息的处理方法。电子设备920可以是终端设备等,可以用于实现客户端或服务器。电子设备920可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)、可穿戴电子设备等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机、智能家居设备等等的固定终端。需要注意的是,图5示出的电子设备920仅仅是一个示例,其不会对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图5所示,电子设备920可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)921,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)922中的程序或者从存储装置928加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)923中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 923中,还存储有电子设备920操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置921、ROM 922以及RAM 923通过总线924彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口925也连接至总线924。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口925:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置926;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置927;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置928;以及通信装置929。通信装置929可以允许电子设备920与其他电子设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图5示出了具有各种装置的电子设备920,但应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置,电子设备920可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。
例如,根据本公开的实施例,上述即时通信会话信息的处理方法可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在非暂态计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包括用于执行上述即时通信会话信息的处理方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信装置929从网络上被下载和安装,或者从存储装置928安装,或者从ROM922安装。在该计算机程序被处理装置921执行时,可以实现本公开实施例提供的即时通信会话信息的处理方法中限定的功能。
图6为本公开一些实施例提供的一种存储介质的示意图。例如,如图6所示,存储介质930可以为非暂时性计算机可读存储介质,用于存储非暂时性计算机可执行指令931。当非暂时性计算机可执行指令931由处理器执行时可以实现本公开实施例所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法,例如,当非暂时性计算机可执行指令931由处理器执行时,可以执行根据上文所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法中的一个或多个步骤。
例如,该存储介质930可以应用于上述电子设备中,例如,该存储介质930可以包括电子设备中的存储器。
例如,存储介质可以包括智能电话的存储卡、平板电脑的存储部件、个人计算机的硬盘、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦除可编
程只读存储器(EPROM)、便携式紧致盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、闪存、或者上述存储介质的任意组合,也可以为其他适用的存储介质。
例如,关于存储介质930的说明可以参考电子设备的实施例中对于存储器的描述,重复之处不再赘述。存储介质930的具体功能和技术效果可以参考上文中关于即时通信会话信息的处理方法的描述,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,在本公开的上下文中,计算机可读介质可以是有形的介质,其可以包含或存储以供指令执行系统、装置或设备使用或与指令执行系统、装置或设备结合地使用的程序。计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是,但不限于:电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本公开中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本公开中,计算机可读信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读信号介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:电线、光缆、RF(射频)等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。

Claims (14)
- 一种即时通信会话信息的处理方法,包括:接收针对目标会话的会话模式切换操作;响应于所述会话模式切换操作,将所述目标会话从第一会话模式切换到第二会话模式;其中,不同会话模式下的会话消息管理方式不同,所述第一会话模式和所述第二会话模式为不同的会话模式。
- 根据权利要求1所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法,其中,所述不同会话模式下的会话消息管理方式不同包括:在不同会话模式下,会话消息的展示方式、发送会话消息的方式以及会话消息的通知方式中的至少一项不同。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法,其中,在所述将所述目标会话从第一会话模式切换到第二会话模式之后,所述目标会话中的在所述切换前已产生的会话消息的展示方式不变;所述目标会话中的在所述切换后产生的新会话消息,按照所述第二会话模式对应的会话消息展示方式进行展示。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法,其中,所述响应于所述会话模式切换操作,将所述目标会话从第一会话模式切换到第二会话模式,包括:响应于所述会话模式切换操作,向服务器发送会话模式切换请求;接收所述服务器发送的会话属性集,其中,所述会话属性集中包括会话模式属性;在确定所述会话属性集包括的所述会话模式属性的属性值对应于所述第二会话模式的情况下,将所述目标会话从所述第一会话模式切换到所述第二会话模式。
- 根据权利要求4所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法,其中,在所述向服务器发送会话模式切换请求之后,所述即时通信会话信息的处理方法还包括:接收所述服务器发送的变更所述目标会话的会话模式的通知消息;在目标会话界面中显示所述通知消息。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法,其中,在接收所述会话模式切换操作之前,所述即时通信会话信息的处理方法还包括:针对具有预设权限的用户,显示所述目标会话对应的会话模式切换界面;其中,所述接收针对目标会话的会话模式切换操作包括,接收所述具有预设权限的用户在所述会话模式切换界面上针对所述目标会话的所述会话模式切换操作。
- 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法,其中,所述第一会话模式是普通模式,所述第二会话模式是话题模式。
- 根据权利要求7所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法,其中,在将所述目标会话从所述普通模式切换到所述话题模式之后,所述即时通信会话信息的处理方法还包括:隐藏所述目标会话在所述普通模式下显示的消息输入框,并显示话题创建按钮;响应于用户触发所述话题创建按钮的操作,显示话题输入框。
- 根据权利要求7所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法,其中,所述话题模式对应的会话消息通过如下方式展示:在所述目标会话中展示每个话题各自对应的话题卡片,其中,任一话题对应的话题卡片中展示有所述任一话题对应的话题内容。
- 根据权利要求9所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法,还包括:响应于用户查看话题的操作,在侧边栏展开所述话题对应的话题详情界面,并在所述话题详情界面中显示所述话题对应的详情内容。
- 根据权利要求10所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法,其中,所述查看话题的操作包括:触发所述话题的创建者的头像的操作,或者触发所述话题对应的话题卡片的操作。
- 一种即时通信会话信息的处理装置,包括:接收模块,被配置为接收针对目标会话的会话模式切换操作;以及切换模块,被配置为响应于所述会话模式切换操作,将所述目标会话从第一会话模式切换到第二会话模式;其中,不同会话模式下的会话消息管理方式不同,所述第一会话模式和 所述第二会话模式为不同的会话模式。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,其中,当所述计算机程序在计算机中被执行时,使得所述计算机执行权利要求1-11中任一项所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法。
- 一种电子设备,包括存储器和处理器,其中,所述存储器中存储有可执行代码,所述处理器执行所述可执行代码时,实现权利要求1-11中任一项所述的即时通信会话信息的处理方法。
