本申请要求专利申请号为202223119002.1、申请日为2022.11.22、发明创造名称为“线束及车体结构”的中国实用新型专利的优先权。
本发明涉及电气连接技术领域,尤其涉及一种线束及车体结构。
目前,随着新能源汽车工业的不断发展,汽车电器及其他控制系统也不断向功能精细化、结构复杂化、多样化发展,各类线束和管路纵贯车身,既要对车辆中的各种功能器件(诸如,车载冰箱、指示灯、无线充电盒等)进行电连接,也要保证对各功能器件的正常供电。线束上目前使用的还是带有塑料绝缘层的普通电线,塑料绝缘层普遍存在厚度大的特点,由于其在线束的截面中占据较大的面积,会对线束的折弯半径产生影响,造成线束与车体的契合度不佳,布线不便的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种线束及车体结构,不仅满足线束同时连接多种功能器件以及供电的要求,而且提高了线束的弯折性能,使线束能够适配车体上的安装位置和要求。
本发明可采用下列技术方案来实现的:
本发明提供了一种线束,所述线束包括沿一方向延伸的基体,所述基体内沿其延伸方向设置有至少一根信号线和至少一根电源线,所述信号线为漆包线。
本发明提供了一种车体结构,所述车体结构包括车身本体和上述的线束,所述线束设置于所述车身本体上。
本发明的有益效果是:
一、该线束不仅能够满足同时连接多种功能器件以及连接电源的要求,而且能够有效提高了线束的弯折性能,使线束能够适配车体上的安装位置和安装要求。
二、该线束上设置有定位件和/或夹持部,从而提供了多种固定结构,以满足不同的方式的固定需求,保证线束能够稳固布置于安装位置上。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
实施方式一
如图1至图6所示,本发明提供了一种线束,该线束包括沿一方向延伸的基体1,基体1内沿其延伸方向设置有至少一根信号线2和至少一根电源线3,其中信号线2为漆包线。本发明由于在基体内设置信号线2和电源线3,能够满足线束同时连接多种功能器件以及连接电源的要求,而且由于信号线2和电源线3的延伸方向与基体1相匹配,信号线2采用漆包线,从而有效提高了线束的弯折性能,使线束能够适配车体上的安装位置和安装要求。
本发明中,漆包线包括内部的导体和包覆于导体外周的绝缘层,导体经退火软化后,再经过多次涂漆,烘焙制成,可以极大降低线束的横截面积,减小线束的折弯半径;另外,在线束的回路中,70%都是流通电流较小的信号线,这些信号线由于其中电流较小、发热量不高,可以采用漆包线进行信号的传输。在有效导体横截面积相同的情况下,漆包线的直径远小于普通电线的直径(例如:线束中导体横截面积为0.35mm2,而漆包线中绝缘层的厚度仅为0.72mm,而电线中PVC绝缘层的厚度要达到1.3mm),绝缘层的厚度减小了44.6%,因此,信号线2采用漆包线能够有效减小线束的横截面积,进而提
高线束的弯折性能,使其适配于不同的布设环境和位置,保证线束与车体的良好适配效果。
进一步的,基体1的横截面的形状可为圆形、椭圆形、矩形、多边形、“A”字形、“B”字形、“D”字形、“M”字形、“N”字形、“O”字形、“S”字形、“E”字形、“F”字形、“H”字形、“K”字形、“L”字形、“T”字形、“P”字形、“U”字形、“V”字形、“W”字形、“X”字形、“Y”字形、“Z”字形、半弧形、弧形、波浪形中的一种或多种。基体1的横截面的具体形状根据实际安装位置(如:车体上安装位置形状)进行设置,满足适配安装的要求即可,在此不做限定。
进一步的,至少部分基体1采用刚性材料制成,以保证基体1具有一定的强度,以便固定安装。其中,基体1的刚性部分和非刚性部分可采用同一种材料,通过添加不同的添加剂,实现不同的刚性,例如PVC为硬质塑料,向其中添加玻纤后会增加其强度和硬度,但是向PVC材质中也可添加柔软剂和增塑剂,使硬质塑料变得柔软,形成柔性材料。另外,基体1可以采用橡胶类材料,橡胶类材料通常具有耐高温、耐磨的特点,其常态为柔性材料,但是如果向橡胶类材料中添加大量硫磺并经过长时间硫化后会得到硬质橡胶,该种硬质橡胶也可做为刚性材料使用。当然,基体1的刚性部分和非刚性部分也可采用不同种类的材料,例如刚性部分采用硬质塑料,非刚性部分采用柔性橡胶。对于基体1的加工方式可采用注塑加工,对于同一基体1的不同位置需要不同刚性的需求,可以采用多流道注塑工艺(即:在同一个模具中注塑多种不同材料,在同一模具中一体成型)。
在本发明的一个可选实施例中,如图1至图5所示,基体1内沿其延伸方向形成有第一腔道101和第二腔道102,信号线2位于第一腔道101内,电源线3位于第二腔道102内。可根据信号线2的数量对应设置第一腔道101的数量,电源线3和第二腔道102的数量一般设置一个,能够满足供电需求即可。当然,也可设置第二腔道102的数量为多个,设置多根电源线3,且多根电源线3分别设置于对应的第二腔道102内。信号线2、电源线3、第一腔道101和第二腔道102的具体数量根据实际情况进行设置,满足控制和供电需求即可。
在本发明的另一个可选实施例中,可设置第一腔道101的数量为一个,多根信号线2均设置于一个第一腔道101内。
在本实施例中,如图2、图5所示,采用固定件5将各信号线2之间进行固定后,将各信号线2设置于第一腔道101内,对多根信号线2起到缠绕定位的作用。其中,固
定件5为将各信号线2缠绕为一体的胶带。
在本发明的一个可选实施例中,电源线3采用硬质导体制成,电源线3沿线束的延伸方向设置于基体1内。
进一步的,如图1所示,电源线3的横截面呈圆形或椭圆形,当电源线3的数量为多根时,各电源线3在基体1内呈螺旋状排布。
进一步的,如图2、图3、图5所示,电源线3的横截面呈扁平状,当电源线3的数量为多根时,各电源线3在基体1内层叠且间隔排布。
在本发明的一个可选实施例中,信号线2和/或电源线3布置成型后,将基体1一体成型于信号线2和/或电源线3的外周,从而得到成型后的线束。
在本发明的一个可选实施例中,如图2、图3所示,线束还包括至少一个定位件4,定位件4设置于基体1上。通过定位件4的设置,可与外部安装位置的装配件配合连接,从而能够对线束进行固定。
进一步的,如图2所示,定位件4为卡扣401,可在外部安装位置(如:车体)上设置有与卡扣401相配合的卡槽或者其他形式的卡接件,通过卡扣401与卡槽或者其他形式的卡接件相配合进行卡接,从而将线束固定于安装位置上。
进一步的,如图3所示,定位件4为插孔402,可在外部安装位置(如:车体)上设置有与插孔402相配合的插接件,通过插孔402与插接件相配合进行插接,从而将线束固定于安装位置上。
进一步的,定位件4与基体1可为但不限于一体成型结构。
在本发明的一个可选实施例中,如图6所示,线束还包括至少一个接插件8,接插件8设置于基体1上,接插件8上设置有分别与信号线2和电源线3连接的端子。通过接插件8可分别将信号线2和电源线3与对应的功能器件和电源适配连接。
进一步的,如图6所示,线束包括主干线束103和分支线束104,分支线束104的一端连接于主干线束103上,接插件8的数量为多个,各接插件8分别位于主干线束103的端部和分支线束104的端部。其中,分支线束104的数量根据实际需要设置为一根或者多根。
进一步的,接插件8与基体1为一体成型结构。
在本发明的一个可选实施例中,如图4、图5所示,基体1上设置有至少一个夹持部6,以为外部结构件提供固定位置,对线束进行固定。
进一步的,如图4所示,夹持部6可为相对设置于基体1上的两个插接孔601,插
接孔601为盲孔,且插接孔601的延伸方向与基体1的径向相垂直,在外部的安装位置上可设置与插接孔601配合固定的插接件(如:相对设置的两根固定柱),插接件固定在安装位置(如:车体)上,通过将插接件插入至对应的插接孔601内,达到对线束固定的目的。
进一步的,如图5所示,夹持部6可为相对设置于基体1上的两个卡槽602,在外部的安装位置上可设置与卡槽602配合卡接的卡接件(如:相对设置的与卡槽602相配合的凸块),卡接件固定在安装位置(如:车体)上,通过将卡接件卡接至对应的卡槽602内,达到对线束固定的目的。
在本发明的一个可选实施例中,如图4、图5所示,至少基体1的部分外壁上设置有减震件7,减震件7至少位于基体1与安装位置(如:车体)相接触的位置上。通过减震件7的设置对车体和线束起到减震、防护的作用。
进一步的,减震件7可为但不限于粘贴或者一体注塑于基体1上的减震层。
进一步的,减震件7可采用但不限于具有弹性的泡沫塑胶或者橡胶制成。
本发明的线束的特点及优点是:
一、该线束不仅能够满足同时连接多种功能器件以及连接电源的要求,而且能够有效提高了线束的弯折性能,使线束能够适配车体上的安装位置和安装要求。
二、该线束上设置有定位件4和/或夹持部6,从而提供了多种固定结构,以满足不同的方式的固定需求,保证线束能够稳固布置于安装位置上。
实施方式二
本发明提供了一种车体结构,该车体结构包括车身本体和上述的线束,线束设置于车身本体上。
进一步的,线束沿所设置位置上车身本体的形状延伸。

- 一种线束,其中,所述线束包括沿一方向延伸的基体,所述基体内沿其延伸方向设置有至少一根信号线和至少一根电源线,所述信号线为漆包线。
- 如权利要求1所述的线束,其中,所述基体内沿其延伸方向形成有第一腔道和第二腔道,所述信号线和所述电源线分别位于所述第一腔道和所述第二腔道内。
- 如权利要求2所述的线束,其中,所述第一腔道的数量为一个,多根所述信号线均设置于一个所述第一腔道内。
- 如权利要求3所述的线束,其中,采用固定件将各所述信号线之间进行固定后,将各所述信号线设置于所述第一腔道内。
- 如权利要求4所述的线束,其中,所述固定件为将各所述信号线缠绕为一体的胶带。
- 如权利要求2所述的线束,其中,所述第二腔道的数量为多个,多根所述电源线分别设置于对应的所述第二腔道内。
