本发明涉及内衣配件技术领域,特别涉及一种钩扣结构及内衣背扣。
背景技术
传统的钩扣结构,扣眼多为平面结构,部分为阶梯面折弯形成且只有单个定位环;传统的钩件多为平直折弯,部分钩头嵌设于定位环内圈,没有设置安全卡点,而且只有单个定位环。上述传统的钩扣结构都是贴近内衣背扣的布层,导致触压面大,增大了对皮肤的压迫感;另外折弯成型结构通常折弯处因受力容易变形甚至折断,影响整件内衣的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种钩扣结构及内衣背扣。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种钩扣结构,包括:
扣眼,其一端设有定位环,另一端设有台阶扣位;
钩件,其一端设有定位环,另一端设有钩部;
所述台阶扣位向远离扣眼的定位环底面方向凸出,钩件通过钩部扣合在台阶扣位上,从而与扣眼扣合。
作为优选,所述台阶扣位包括平扣段和斜延段,平扣段与扣眼的定位环相互平行,平扣段通过斜延段与扣眼的定位环相连,平扣段位于扣眼的定位环远离底面的一侧,钩部扣合在平扣段上。
作为优选,所述扣眼两侧分别设有一组定位环,扣眼由整条料条一体弯折成型。
作为优选,所述钩件的定位环与钩部间形成有扣合开口,钩件的定位环面向钩部一侧设有安全卡点。
作为优选,所述安全卡点的顶部形成有弧形凸起,两侧分别与钩件的定 位环和钩部形成有弧形平滑过度。
作为优选,所述钩部前端设有向远离扣合开口方向翘起的翘曲部。

作为优选,所述扣眼沿第一连接带长度方向阵列设有多排,扣眼通过定位环配合车缝固定在第一连接带上,其中,第一连接带由多层布料构成,扣眼的定位环包覆在布料中,台阶扣位穿出到第一连接带外侧,第一连接带上、与台阶扣位相对的位置均设有超声波压点,钩件沿第二连接带宽度方向间隔设置有多组,钩件通过定位环配合车缝固定在第二连接带上。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过在扣眼上设置向远离人体背面方向凸出的台阶扣位,使得台阶扣位与人体背面间形成了避空间隙,钩件在通过钩部扣合在台阶扣位上时,钩部前端置于避空间隙中,并不与人体背面接触,从而有效避免了钩部压迫人体背面,给人体带来不适感,相较于现有技术,整体的佩戴舒适性更好;
2、由于台阶扣位向远离扣眼的定位环底面方向凸出,在佩戴时,钩件的钩部能够更方便的扣入台阶扣位。

实施例一
如附图1-6所示,本发明提供的一种钩扣结构,包括:
扣眼10,其一端设有用于固定扣眼10的定位环31,另一端设有台阶扣位11,扣眼10两侧分别设有一组定位环31,扣眼10由整条金属料条一体弯折成型;
钩件20,其一端设有用于固定钩件20的定位环31,另一端设有钩部21,钩件20两侧分别设有一组定位环31,钩件20由整条金属料条一体弯折成型;
台阶扣位11向远离扣眼10的定位环31底面方向凸出,钩件20通过钩部21扣合在台阶扣位11上,从而与扣眼10扣合,在使用状态下,扣眼10的定位环31位于靠近人体一侧,即扣眼10的定位环31贴靠在人体背面上,台阶扣位11向远离人体背面的方向凸出。
具体的,通过在扣眼10上设置向远离人体背面方向凸出的台阶扣位11,使得台阶扣位11与人体背面间形成了避空间隙41,钩件20在通过钩部21扣合在台阶扣位11上时,钩部21前端置于避空间隙41中,并不与人体背面接触,从而有效避免了钩部21压迫人体背面,给人体带来不适感,相较于现有技术,整体的佩戴舒适性更好,同时,由于台阶扣位11向远离扣眼10的定位环31底面方向凸出,在佩戴时,钩件20的钩部21能够更方便的扣入 台阶扣位11。
进一步的,台阶扣位11包括U型的平扣段12和倾斜设置的斜延段13,平扣段12与扣眼10的定位环31相互平行,平扣段12通过斜延段13与扣眼10的定位环31相连,平扣段12位于扣眼10的定位环31远离底面的一侧,钩部21扣合在平扣段12上,由于平直折弯容易受力变形甚至折断,影响内衣的整体寿命,为此通过设置斜延段13,避免扣眼10形成平直折弯,同时,通过设置斜延段13,缩小平扣段12和扣眼10的定位环31与扣眼10定位环31所处平面的夹角α,从而避免平扣段12受力时,扣眼10定位环31由于受到过大的斜向牵拉,导致扣眼10定位环31的一侧压迫在人体背面上、带来不适感。
进一步的,钩件20的定位环31与钩部21间形成有扣合开口42,其中,为避免钩件20过于容易的从扣眼10中滑开,钩件20的定位环31面向钩部21一侧设有与平扣段12相配合的安全卡点22,钩部21延伸至与钩件20的定位环31相对,安全卡点22与扣合开口42相对,在钩件20与扣眼10扣合状态下,通过安全卡点22配合平扣段12对钩部21进行一定的限位,防止钩部21过于容易的从平扣段12滑出。
进一步的,安全卡点22的轴向与钩部21的轴向相同,安全卡点22的顶部形成有弧形凸起23,沿轴向,安全卡点22的两侧分别与钩件20的定位环31和钩部21形成有弧形平滑过度24,通过弧形平滑过度24和弧形凸起23。使得平扣段12能够相对平顺的扣入钩部21内,提高了扣入的平顺感,需要说明的是,虽然安全卡点22两侧设置了弧形平滑过度24,但并不影响安全卡点22配合平扣段12对钩部21形成限位作用。

需要说明的是,现有技术中通过平直折弯形成的平钩,在佩戴时,在受 外力压迫的情况下,平钩的一侧会整体的压迫在人体背面上,即受力点是平钩一侧的一整个平面,摩擦受力面的面积会比较大,增大了对人体背面的压迫感,通过设置翘曲部25,使得在受外力压迫时,仅在翘曲部25前端形成一个受力点,受力点会形成一个比较小面积的摩擦点,从而降低了在受外力压迫时人体背面所受到的压迫感。此外,在受外力压迫时,由于仅有翘曲部25前端的一个受力点,因为在翘曲部25前端受力时,翘曲部25后端及钩部21后端的半弧形段,能够形成一个有效的弹性缓冲,并且在外力消失后,通过弹性形变恢复推动翘曲部25前端恢复,通过弹性缓冲和弹性形变恢复,能够有效的避免钩部21由于受力发生塑性变形,提高了钩扣结构的使用寿命。
如附图7-10所示,一种内衣背扣,包括第一连接带50、第二连接带60,以及上述的钩扣结构,扣眼10设置在第一连接带50上,钩件20设置在第二连接带60上。
相同的,通过在扣眼10上设置向远离人体背面方向凸出的台阶扣位11,使得台阶扣位11与第一连接带50的带体间形成了避空间隙41,钩件20在通过钩部21扣合在台阶扣位11上时,钩部21前端置于避空间隙41中,并不会直接压迫在人体背面上,从而有效避免了钩部21压迫人体背面,给人体带来不适感,相较于现有技术,内衣背扣整体的佩戴舒适性更好,同时,由于台阶扣位11向远离扣眼10的定位环31底面方向凸出,在佩戴时,钩件20的钩部21能够更方便的扣入台阶扣位11。
进一步的,扣眼10沿第一连接带50长度方向阵列设有多排,扣眼10通过定位环31配合车缝固定在第一连接带50上,其中,第一连接带50由多层布料构成,扣眼10的定位环31包覆在布料中,台阶扣位11穿出到第一连接带50外侧,钩件20沿第二连接带60宽度方向间隔设置有多组,钩件20通过定位环31配合车缝固定在第二连接带60上,安全卡点22通过将布料顶起在第二连接带60上形成凸起卡点61,第一连接带50和第二连接带60的外边缘上通过布料的反包形成有圆角包边,并且通过圆角反包边工艺在两组的前端两侧形成柔软的圆角边位,避免外边缘形成利边、刮伤肌肤,使得内衣背扣更加亲肤,也能够防止水洗导致外边缘分层。
实施例二
本实施例与上述实施例的不同之处在于,扣眼10沿第一连接带50长度方向阵列设有多排,扣眼10通过定位环31配合车缝固定在第一连接带50上,其中,第一连接带50由多层布料构成,扣眼10的定位环31包覆在布料中,台阶扣位11穿出到第一连接带50外侧,第一连接带50上、与台阶扣位11相对的位置均通过超声波热压设有用于提高扣眼10稳固性的超声波压点51,防止扣眼10从穿出孔处滑出以及防止布层分离,钩件20沿第二连接带60宽度方向间隔设置有多组,钩件20通过定位环31配合车缝固定在第二连接带60上,安全卡点22通过将布料顶起在第二连接带60上形成凸起卡点61。
以上结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种钩扣结构,其特征在于,包括:
    扣眼(10),其一端设有定位环(31),另一端设有台阶扣位(11);
    钩件(20),其一端设有定位环(31),另一端设有钩部(21);
    所述台阶扣位(11)向远离扣眼(10)的定位环(31)底面方向凸出,钩件(20)通过钩部(21)扣合在台阶扣位(11)上,从而与扣眼(10)扣合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钩扣结构,其特征在于,所述台阶扣位(11)包括平扣段(12)和斜延段(13),平扣段(12)与扣眼(10)的定位环(31)相互平行,平扣段(12)通过斜延段(13)与扣眼(10)的定位环(31)相连,平扣段(12)位于扣眼(10)的定位环(31)远离底面的一侧,钩部(21)扣合在平扣段(12)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的钩扣结构,其特征在于,所述扣眼(10)两侧分别设有一组定位环(31),扣眼(10)由整条料条一体弯折成型。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的钩扣结构,其特征在于,所述钩件(20)的定位环(31)与钩部(21)间形成有扣合开口(42),钩件(20)的定位环(31)面向钩部(21)一侧设有安全卡点(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的钩扣结构,其特征在于,所述安全卡点(22)的顶部形成有弧形凸起(23),两侧分别与钩件(20)的定位环(31)和钩部(21)形成有弧形平滑过度(24)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的钩扣结构,其特征在于,所述钩部(21)前端设有向远离扣合开口(42)方向翘起的翘曲部(25)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的钩扣结构,其特征在于,所述钩部(21)前端向安全卡点(22)方向弯折,翘曲部(25)的后端与安全卡点(22)在扣合开口(42)中形成狭窄段(43),翘曲部(25)的前端与钩件(20)的定位环(31)在扣合开口(42)处形成外扩导向段(44)。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的钩扣结构,其特征在于,所述钩件(20)两侧分别设有一组定位环(31),钩件(20)由整条料条一体弯折成型。
  9. 一种内衣背扣,其特征在于,包括第一连接带(50)、第二连接带(60),以及权利要求1-8任一所述的钩扣结构,所述扣眼(10)设置在第一连接带(50)上,钩件(20)设置在第二连接带(60)上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的内衣背扣,其特征在于,所述扣眼(10)沿第一连接带(50)长度方向阵列设有多排,扣眼(10)通过定位环(31)配合车缝固定在第一连接带(50)上,其中,第一连接带(50)由多层布料构成,扣眼(10)的定位环(31)包覆在布料中,台阶扣位(11)穿出到第一连接带(50)外侧,第一连接带(50)上、与台阶扣位(11)相对的位置均设有超声波压点(51),钩件(20)沿第二连接带(60)宽度方向间隔设置有多组,钩件(20)通过定位环(31)配合车缝固定在第二连接带(60)上。
