一种瓶盖 技术领域
本申请涉及一种包装容器瓶盖,具体是一种容易开启,节约材料的瓶盖。
背景技术
包装容器的瓶盖为了显示包装容器是否开启过,也涉及防伪和防盗,现有技术常用的方法是设置上盖和下盖,下盖密封固定于瓶口,上盖扣压覆盖下盖,在上下盖之间设置可以撕拉开的断续连接的一次性条状物,用手撕拉掉一次性条状物后,上下盖才可以分离,这样设置的缺点是用手撕拉的时候必须用手指甲扣开一次性条状物的开头,并紧紧捏住才可以撕开,费力且不容易打开,产生碎片,为了密封包装容器内部的流体,现有技术采用在下盖内也设置一次性撕拉开口装置例如拉环,在打开上盖以后,只能使用一根手指扣住拉环并且撕拉掉,在下盖内形成流体的通道,这样设置存在缺点是用手指深入下盖内部不卫生,手指撕拉费力,手指容易被割伤等问题,每个人的手指粗细不一,同时上下盖之间的一次性条状物和下盖内的一次性撕拉开口装置在包装容器启封以后被随手扔掉,例如使用塑料制作的瓶盖,此类零碎而且小的部件不容易保存回收,造成垃圾环境污染,瓶盖的开启人们经常使用,也因此造成大量浪费,以上问题需要解决。

本申请用于解决如上所述的问题,本申请的目的在于提供一种包装容器的瓶盖,具有上盖和下盖,上盖和下盖一个边沿利用铰接部铰接,所述铰接部为与上盖和下盖一体连接,或多个部件通过组装连接上盖和下盖,使上盖能够从下盖掀开和闭合,下盖内部设置一次性密封件,在上盖和一次性密封件之间设有扣合装置,所述扣合装置用于使用上盖牵拉一次性密封件,形成瓶口通道,从而显示上盖和下盖的开启与否,并且同步开启下盖内部的一次性密封件,显著提高使用效率,容易操作使用,回收利用,节约成本。
        为实现上述目的,根据本申请提供了一种瓶盖。
一种瓶盖,包括上盖和下盖,下盖下端固定于包装容器的瓶口部,下盖内设置隔层,用于密封瓶口,其特征在于:下盖与上盖通过铰接部连接,使上盖可以铰接部转动从下盖掀开和闭合,在下盖隔层朝向上盖的一面设有一次性密封件,所述一次性密封件用于下盖开启瓶口通道,在上盖和所述一次性密封件之间设有扣合装置,所述扣合装置用于使用上盖牵拉一次性密封件,开启瓶口通道。
所述扣合装置设置在上盖的内侧朝向所述下盖的一面和一次性密封件之间。
所述一次性密封件为撕拉片,所述撕拉片设置在下盖内部隔层上,所述隔层用于封闭瓶口,所述撕拉片具有环状撕拉线,牵引撕拉片从撕拉线断开,与隔层分离形成瓶口通道,瓶口通道用于瓶口内流体流出。
所述扣合装置包括两个部分,分别设置在上盖和下盖,在上盖的部分设置在上盖朝向下盖的一面,所述扣合装置在下盖内部的部分设置在撕拉片上靠近撕拉线的位置,设置在上盖和下盖的扣合装置互相对应,当上盖和下盖闭合的时候,所述扣合装置的两个部分扣合在一起,当上盖从下盖掀开的时候,所述扣合装置牵引撕拉片从撕拉线裂开,从隔层上脱离,开启瓶口通道。
所述下盖上部外沿设置导流圈,导流圈内侧底部是隔层,导流圈上端设置卷边,所述上盖朝下一面设置外圈和内卡环,所述内卡环设置于外圈内侧,当按压上盖和下盖闭和的时候,导流圈内面卡紧于内卡环外面,使上盖和下盖之间形成密闭的空腔,同时固定上盖和下盖,使上盖和下盖处于闭合的状态,所述外圈用于掀开或关闭上盖和下盖。
所述扣合装置包括插头和插座,所述插头和插座分别设置在上盖的内卡环内朝向下盖的面和下盖的撕拉片上,所述插座为圆柱状结构,在其内部具有圆柱状空腔,所述圆柱状空腔一端中心开设有圆形插口,所述插口直径小于圆柱状空腔直径,所述插头包括插头体和设置在插头体一端的第一卡头,所述第一卡头为圆形箭头,所述插头体为圆柱体,所述插头体外径小于第一卡头外径,所述第一卡头被插头开口平均分割,成为至少两个互相分开的部分,所述插头开口向插头体延伸,所述第一卡头的两个部分之间具有弹性,在外力作用下能够并拢,释放外力后依靠自身弹性分开,所述第一卡头在没有外力的作用下,其最大外径大于所述插口直径,在施加外力作用于第一卡头的时候,可以使第一卡头并拢而使第一卡头的外径小于插口的直径,所述插头朝向所述插口,因此,所述第一卡头在外力作用下压向插口,因为第一卡头具有圆形箭头而并拢插入所述插座的插口,进入所述插口后依靠自身弹性分开,分开后的第一卡头外部尺寸大于插口直径,使第一卡头不能够从插口退出,当上盖从下盖掀开,插头和插座互相作用,牵引撕拉片脱离隔层,形成瓶口通道。
所述插头还设置第二卡头,所述第二卡头设置在插头体,所述第二卡头与第一卡头之间的距离等于或大于所述插口的厚度,所述第二卡头在没有外力的作用下,其最大外径大于所述插口直径,在施加外力作用于第二卡头的时候,可以使第二卡头并拢而使第二卡头的外径小于插口的直径,按压第二卡头可以使第二卡头进入插口。
所述插座在圆柱状结构的侧面设置至少一个窗口,窗口与插座内部的圆柱状空腔连通。
所述插口也可以设置为椭圆形状,插头相对应的设置为椭圆形箭头。
所述扣合装置包括第二插头和第二插座,所述第二插头和第二插座分别设置在上盖的内卡环内朝向下盖的面和下盖的撕拉片上,位置互相对应,所述第二插座为圆柱状结构,在其内部具有圆柱状空腔,所述圆柱状空腔一端中心开设有圆形第二插口,所述第二插口直径小于圆柱状空腔直径,所述第二插口中间有第二插口开口,把第二插口平均分为两个部分,在外力作用下第二插口开口可以增大,增加两个部分之间的距离,在取消外力时,第二插口开口依靠第二插座本身弹性恢复原有状态,所述第二插头包括第二插头体和设置在第二插头体一端的顶部卡头,所述顶部卡头为圆形箭头,所述第二插头体为圆柱体,所述顶部卡头的最大外径大于第二插口直径,第二插头体外径小于顶部卡头外径,第二插头体外径等于或小于第二插口内径,当上盖和下盖闭合,第二插头压力施加于第二插口,第二插口扩张,第二插头顶部卡头进入第二插口后,第二插口依靠自身弹性恢复原有状态,第二插口直径恢复原来状态,第二插头不能够退出,当上盖从下盖掀开,第二插头和第二插座互相作用,牵引撕拉片脱离隔层,形成瓶口通道。
所述扣合装置包括齿条和齿条卡扣,所述齿条和齿条卡扣分别设置在上盖的内卡环上或上盖的内卡环内侧朝向下盖的面,与下盖的导流圈内侧的撕拉片之间,所述齿条为条状结构,在齿条的单面或两面设置单向齿,所述齿条卡扣中间有齿条孔,齿条孔内设置止退片,当齿条插入齿条卡扣的齿条孔后,止退片卡入所述单向齿,齿条不能退出,齿条和齿条卡扣在上盖和下盖的位置互相对应,齿条可以设置在上盖的内卡环朝下的边沿,在上盖和下盖完全闭合的时候,齿条插入齿条卡扣的齿条孔,当上盖从下盖掀开的时候,齿条和齿条卡扣互相牵引,将撕拉片沿着撕拉线从隔层分开脱离,形成瓶口通道。
所述扣合装置包括挂钩和挂条,所述挂钩和挂条,分别设置在上盖的内卡环上或上盖的内卡环内侧朝向下盖的面,与下盖的导流圈内侧的撕拉片之间,所述挂钩为钩状,所述挂条为为条状,并设置有挂钩孔,所述挂钩孔能够容纳挂钩穿过,所述挂钩和挂条在上盖和下盖之间上下设置,上下方向为轴向,所述挂钩和挂环至少其中一个具有径向弹性,挂钩和挂条在上盖和下盖位置设置为,当上盖和下盖被按压闭合的时候,挂钩和挂条接触,并且在外力作用下挂钩和挂条至少其中一个发生径向弯曲,在上盖和下盖完全闭合的时候,挂钩和挂条依靠挂钩和挂条至少其中一个的弹性弯曲并依靠弹性使挂钩进入挂钩孔,当上盖从下盖掀开的时候,挂钩和挂条互相牵引,将撕拉片沿着撕拉线从隔层分开,形成瓶口通道。
     有益效果
    本申请提供的瓶盖具有以下效果,因为上盖和下盖之间有扣合装置连接,所以上盖从下盖离开必然带动上盖和下盖之间内部的扣合装置,不需要在上盖和下盖外部设置单独的可以撕拉开的断续连接的一次性条状物,同时,也是由于在上盖和下盖之间设置扣合装置,利用扣合装置开启下盖内部的瓶口通道,不需要在外部开启上盖和下盖后又使用人体手指扣拉内部,并且上盖从下盖开启的过程同步开启内部瓶口通道,减少瓶盖开启步骤,减少瓶盖结构,利用杠杆原理,开启容易,开启后瓶盖零碎部件容易保存,有利于回收利用,保护环境。

        下面,参照附图详细说明本申请的瓶盖的实施例。
在附图1和附图2中,上盖1和下盖2之间设置铰接部10,通过铰接部10上盖1和下盖2可以闭合和掀开,附图1和附图2中显示的是上盖1和下盖2之间掀开的状态,也是瓶盖没有被使用前的状态,本申请的瓶盖采用扣合装置,所述扣合装置包括插头3和插座7,设置插头3在下盖2内部,插座7设置在上盖1内部,可以理解插头3和插座7可以互相交换位置,通过附图1和附图2显示,上盖1和下盖2没有闭合在一起的时候的状态,使用下盖2的下端固定于瓶口,下盖2内部设置有隔层9,隔层9上设置撕拉片5,撕拉片5上设置插头3,插头3与撕拉片5的连接处靠近撕拉线51,牵拉插头3可以将撕拉片5沿着撕拉线51撕拉与隔层9分离,形成瓶口通道,瓶口内部流体可以从瓶口通道流出,在下盖2边沿设置导流槽4,导流槽4上端设置卷口,瓶口内流体从瓶口流出的时候,沿着导流槽4行进,不容易粘附在下盖2上,在附图2中可以看出,在上盖1内壁朝下的一面设置有内卡环6,内卡环6与下盖2的导流槽4互相配合,当上盖1闭合于下盖2的时候,内卡环6卡紧于下盖2的导流槽4内侧,形成密闭空腔,在上盖1内壁朝下下盖2的一面的位置,设置插座7,插座7朝下设有插口71,插座7的侧面设有窗口72,上盖1的插座7位置与下盖2的插头3的位置互相对应,在上盖1的内卡环6外侧设置外圈8。
从附图3可以看出,在上盖1和下盖2闭合的时候,上盖1和下盖2通过铰接部10转动互相靠近,下盖2的导流槽4与上盖1内部的内卡环6互相靠近,内卡环6卡紧在导流槽4内侧,起到密封作用,在上盖1和下盖2互相闭合的同时,下盖2内的插头3进入上盖1内部的插座7的插口71,同时从附图4,附图5和附图6可以看出,插头3设置第一卡头31,第一卡头31有插头开口33分隔成为两个互相分离的部分,插头开口33沿着插头体34向下延伸,在第一卡头31下面还设有第二卡头32,因此第一卡头3和第二卡头32的两个部分之间可以并拢,也可以由于自身弹性分开,当上盖1闭合于下盖2的时候,插头3的第一卡头31上端为箭头形状,受到挤压力量第一卡头31并拢进入插口71,设置上盖1和下盖2完全闭合到底的位置刚好第一卡头31进入插口71,并且第一卡头31的两个部分依靠自身弹性分开,使第一卡头31不能从插口71退出,通过附图3可以看出,设置上盖1和下盖2完全闭合的位置的时候,插口71位于第一卡头31和第二卡头32之间,此种状态下,上盖1和下盖2扣合插头3和插座7的扣合而锁定,例如适合于产品封装以后的销售状态。
附图4是本申请的一种瓶盖上盖1和下盖2从闭合状态掀开互相离开的截面示意图;在本附图中,上盖1从下盖2掀开,由于上盖1和下盖2内部的插头3和插座7互相扣合在一起,在上盖1从下盖2掀开的过程中,会有插头3和插座7之间的牵引阻力,插头3的下端连接撕拉片5,并且插头3的下端靠近撕拉片5的撕拉线51,因此在转动过程中,利用上盖1和下盖2之间的力量,插头3和插座7牵引撕拉片5沿着撕拉线51开裂,并最终在上盖1离开下盖2的时候,撕拉片5离开下盖2内部的隔层9,在下盖2内部形成瓶口通道,用于瓶口内流体的流出,插头3的第一卡头31卡在插座7的插口71中,进一步按压插头3可以将插头3的第二卡头32进入插口71,并且依靠弹性第二卡头32分开卡设在插口71 不能退出,使插头3和撕拉片5牢固贴服于上盖1内,方便后续瓶盖的使用。

图10是本申请的一种瓶盖实施例之二整体示意图;在本附图中,上盖1和下盖2为没有闭合的状态,也是瓶盖没有被使用前的状态,图11是本申请的一种瓶盖实施例之二上盖没有与下盖闭合前的截面示意图;同时参看附图11和附图12可以看出,本实施例与实施例之一不同的地方是扣合装置为设置齿条13和齿条卡扣14,将齿条13和齿条卡扣14设置在上盖1和下盖2之间,具体是齿条13设置上盖1的内卡环6内侧的朝向下盖2的一面,齿条卡扣14设置在下盖2的隔层9上的撕拉片5靠近撕拉线51的位置,并且在上盖1和下盖2互相闭合的时候,齿条13和齿条卡扣14互相对应,齿条13能够插入齿条卡扣14的内部,齿条13上设置单向齿,齿条卡扣14内设有止退片141,止退片141上设置单向齿与齿条13上的单向齿互相对应配合,使齿条13进入齿条卡扣14后不能退出,当上盖1从下盖2掀开的时候,因为齿条13和齿条卡扣14之间不能够退出,齿条13 和齿条卡扣14之间互相作用,牵拉齿条卡扣14连接的撕拉片5,从撕拉线51断开并随着上盖1和下盖2之间距离的增加而使撕拉片5从隔层9脱离,形成瓶口通道,用于瓶口内部流体的流出,进一步按压已经掀开的上盖1上的通过齿条13和齿条卡扣14连接到的撕拉片5,可以将齿条13进一步进入齿条卡扣14内,使撕拉片5进一步贴近上盖1,撕拉片5方便继续使用上盖1和下盖2之间的闭合,关于齿条和齿条卡扣的相互工作原理和具体结构为现有技术,类似齿条和齿条卡扣结构还有多种,本领域的技术人员可以理解其具体情况,在本申请中不再陈述。
图13是本申请的一种瓶盖实施例之二齿条设置在内卡环下沿的截面示意图;通过设置齿条13在内卡环6的下沿,进一步简化结构,节约成本,具体结构通过附图13,附图14和附图15实现,在附图中显示,在上盖1的内卡环6远离铰接部10的位置的下沿设置齿条13,使齿条13和内卡环13一体连接,齿条13向下延伸,与设置在下盖2的齿条卡扣14位置对应,当上盖1和下盖2闭合的时候,齿条13插入齿条卡扣14内,参看附图14,设置齿条13的最下端朝向齿条卡扣14弯曲,方便齿条13插入齿条卡扣14内,内卡环6卡紧于导流槽4的内侧,当上盖1从下盖2掀开的时候,齿条13与齿条卡扣14牵引撕拉片5离开隔层9,打开瓶口通道,齿条13上的单向齿在附图14中朝向内卡环6内侧,也可以设置朝向内卡环外侧或其他方向。
图16是本申请的一种瓶盖实施例之二齿条与穿过齿条卡扣截面示意图;齿条13从上向下插入齿条卡扣14内,齿条卡扣14内设置止退片141,止退片141上设置单向齿与齿条13上的单向齿配合,使齿条13不能够从齿条卡扣14退出,附图仅用于说明其原理和结构,其部件尺寸比例不用于限定本申请。
图17是本申请的一种瓶盖实施例之三整体示意图;同时参看附图18和附图19,附图17和附图18是上盖1和下盖2之间掀开的状态,也是瓶盖没有被使用前的状态,本实施例不同于实施例之一和之二的地方是,扣合装置设置为挂钩16和挂钩条15,所述挂钩16设置在上盖1的内卡环16内侧朝向下盖2的一面,所述挂钩条15设置在下盖2的隔层9上的撕拉片5上,靠近撕拉线51的位置,挂钩16与挂钩条15的位置上下对应,并且挂钩条15的位置偏向挂钩16的挂钩开口的一侧,当上盖1与下盖2闭合的时候,挂钩16接触挂钩条15后,挂钩16和挂钩条15至少其中一个具有弹性,挂钩16和挂钩条15之间发生弹性弯曲,并且在上盖1和下盖2完全闭合的时候,挂钩16进入挂钩条15的挂钩孔151,当上盖1从下盖2掀开的时候,挂钩16向上移动,挂钩16挂住挂钩条15的挂扣孔151,随着上盖1和下盖2之间的距离增加,挂钩16和挂钩条15牵引撕拉片5沿着撕拉线51从隔层脱离,开启瓶口通道。
附图20显示的是在上盖1和下盖2完全闭合的情况下,挂钩16与挂钩条15之间的相对位置,此时,挂钩16的开口朝向挂钩条15的挂扣孔151,并且挂钩16自由端部分进入挂钩孔151,挂钩16和挂钩条15之间处于受力状态,当上盖1从下盖2掀开,挂钩16向上移动,挂钩16的自由端依靠挂钩16和挂钩条15之间的弹力穿过进入挂钩条15的挂钩孔151内,在上盖1和下盖2之间的距离不断增加的同时,挂钩16和挂钩条15牵引撕拉片5沿着撕拉线51从隔层9上脱离,开启瓶口通道。
附图21显示的是挂钩16和挂钩条15没有接触之前的相对位置,可以看出挂钩16和挂钩条15上下设置,挂钩条15偏向挂钩16的挂钩开口位置,当挂钩16随着上盖1向下移动接触挂钩条15,挂钩16和挂钩条15至少一个发生弹性弯曲,当上盖1和下盖2完全闭合,挂钩16的开口有部分进入挂钩孔151,成为附图20的状态,在上盖1从下盖2掀开带动挂钩1向上移动,挂钩16在弹性作用下穿过挂钩孔151。
附图22是本申请的一种瓶盖实施例之三的挂钩设置在内卡环上和挂条之间设置示意图;把挂钩16一体设置在内卡环6的下沿,其与上述的挂钩16单独设置一样的工作原理,在此不再重复描述,能够节约材料,减少成本,简化结构。
图23是本申请的一种瓶盖实施例之一下盖各部分位置示意图;在本附图中撕拉片5设置在下盖2的隔层9上靠近铰接部10的位置,插头3设置在撕拉片5上远离铰接部10的位置,并且靠近撕拉线51,参看附图24是本申请的一种瓶盖实施例之一下盖各部分位置示意图;在本附图中撕拉片5设置在下盖2的隔层9上远离铰接部10的位置,插头3设置在撕拉片5上靠近铰接部10的位置,并且靠近撕拉线51,由附图23和24可以看出,本申请的撕拉片5可以具有多个设置位置,其尺寸大小形状也可以根据实际情况选择使用,根据瓶口内流体性质选择,例如粘稠的流体使用较大尺寸的撕拉片,以形成较大尺寸的瓶口通道,附图23和24中的插头3可以使用齿条13和齿条卡扣14,或使用挂钩16和挂钩条15替换。
本申请的实施例中的瓶盖采用塑料制作,塑料具有一定柔韧性和弹性,也是现有最方便加工的材料。
可以理解的是,本申请的各个实施例所提出的扣合装置具有多种类似的结构,其都具有本申请提供的具有卡位连接的功能,属于等同替换技术,属于本申请保护范围。
本申请的瓶盖与瓶口的连接属于现有技术,在本申请不再描述,本领域技术人员可以根据情况设置。
本实施例中仅用于说明本申请技术内容,不用于限制本申请,例如实施例附图中的各部分之间的尺寸比例不用于限定本申请的技术内容,现有技术适合本申请的瓶盖与瓶口的连接,上盖和下盖的铰接等技术,在本申请不再陈述,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况设置使用,使其适用于本申请。
本申请所述瓶盖用于封装包装容器内的流体包括但不限于液体,固体粉末和固体颗粒。
瓶盖的开启这个行为动作在我们日常生活中经常发生,每个人每年需要开启很多个各类瓶盖,包括调料瓶盖,饮料瓶盖,医药瓶盖和其他类瓶盖,因此本申请提供的技术内容具有广泛使用价值,减少成本,保护环境。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种瓶盖,包括上盖和下盖,下盖下端固定于瓶口部,下盖内设置隔层,用于密封瓶口,其特征在于:下盖与上盖通过铰接部连接,所述铰接部为与上盖和下盖一体连接,或多个部件通过组装连接上盖和下盖,使上盖可以从下盖掀开和闭合,在下盖隔层朝向上盖的一面设有一次性密封件,所述一次性密封件用于下盖开启瓶口通道,在上盖和所述一次性密封件之间设有扣合装置,所述扣合装置用于使用上盖牵拉一次性密封件,开启瓶口通道,所述扣合装置设置在上盖的内侧朝向所述下盖的一面和一次性密封件之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述一次性密封件为撕拉片,所述撕拉片设置在下盖内部隔层上,所述隔层用于封闭瓶口,所述撕拉片具有环状撕拉线,牵引撕拉片从撕拉线断开,与隔层分离形成瓶口通道,瓶口通道用于瓶口内流体流出。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述扣合装置包括两个部分,分别设置在上盖和下盖,在上盖的部分设置在上盖朝向下盖的一面,所述扣合装置在下盖内部的部分设置在撕拉片上靠近撕拉线的位置,设置在上盖和下盖的扣合装置互相对应,当上盖和下盖闭合的时候,所述扣合装置的两个部分扣合在一起,当上盖从下盖掀开的时候,扣合装置牵引撕拉片从撕拉线裂开,从隔层上脱离,开启瓶口通道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述下盖上部外沿设置导流圈,导流圈内侧底部是隔层,导流圈上端设置卷边,所述上盖朝下一面设置外圈和内卡环,所述内卡环设置于外圈内侧,当按压上盖和下盖闭和的时候,导流圈内面卡紧于内卡环外面,使上盖和下盖之间形成密闭的空腔,同时固定上盖和下盖,使上盖和下盖处于闭合的状态。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述扣合装置包括插头和插座,所述插头和插座分别设置在上盖的内卡环内朝向下盖的面和下盖的撕拉片上,所述插座为圆柱状结构,在其内部具有圆柱状空腔,所述圆柱状空腔一端中心开设有圆形插口,所述插口直径小于圆柱状空腔直径,所述插头包括插头体和设置在插头体一端的第一卡头,所述第一卡头为圆形箭头,所述插头体为圆柱体,所述插头体外径小于第一卡头外径,所述第一卡头被插头开口平均分割,成为至少两个互相分开的部分,所述插头开口向插头体延伸,所述第一卡头的两个部分之间具有弹性,在外力作用下能够并拢,释放外力后依靠自身弹性分开,所述第一卡头在没有外力的作用下,其最大外径大于所述插口直径,在施加外力作用于第一卡头的时候,可以使第一卡头并拢而使第一卡头的外径小于插口的直径,所述插头朝向所述插口,因此,所述第一卡头在外力作用下压向插口,因为第一卡头具有圆形箭头而并拢插入所述插座的插口,进入所述插口后依靠自身弹性分开,分开后的第一卡头外部尺寸大于插口直径,使第一卡头不能够从插口退出。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述插头还设置第二卡头,所述第二卡头设置在插头体,所述第二卡头与第一卡头之间的距离等于或大于所述插口的厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述插座在圆柱状结构的侧面设置至少一个窗口,窗口与与插座内部的圆柱状空腔连通。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述扣合装置包括第二插头和第二插座,所述第二插头和第二插座分别设置在上盖的内卡环内朝向下盖的面和下盖的撕拉片上,位置互相对应,所述第二插座为圆柱状结构,在其内部具有圆柱状空腔,所述圆柱状空腔一端中心开设有圆形第二插口,所述第二插口直径小于圆柱状空腔直径,所述第二插口中间有第二插口开口,把第二插口平均分为两个部分,在外力作用下第二插口开口可以增大,增加两个部分之间的距离,在取消外力时,第二插口开口依靠第二插座本身弹性恢复原有状态,所述第二插头包括第二插头体和设置在第二插头体一端的顶部卡头,所述顶部卡头为圆形箭头,所述第二插头体为圆柱体,所述顶部卡头的最大外径大于第二插口直径,第二插头体外径小于顶部卡头外径,当上盖和下盖闭合,第二插头压力施加于第二插口,第二插口扩张,第二插头顶部卡头进入第二插口后,第二插口依靠自身弹性恢复原有状态,第二插口直径恢复原来状态,第二插头不能够退出,当上盖从下盖掀开,第二插头和第二插座互相作用,牵引撕拉片脱离隔层,形成瓶口通道。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述扣合装置包括齿条和齿条卡扣,所述齿条和齿条卡扣分别设置在上盖的内卡环上或上盖的内卡环内侧朝向下盖的面,与下盖的导流圈内侧的撕拉片之间,所述齿条为条状结构,在齿条的单面或两面设置单向齿,所述齿条卡扣中间有齿条孔,齿条孔内设置止退片,当齿条插入齿条卡扣的齿条孔后,止退片卡入所述单向齿,齿条不能退出,齿条和齿条卡扣在上盖和下盖的位置互相对应,齿条可以设置在上盖的内卡环朝下的边沿,在上盖和下盖完全闭合的时候,齿条插入齿条卡扣的齿条孔,当上盖从下盖掀开的时候,齿条和齿条卡扣互相牵引,将撕拉片沿着撕拉线从隔层分开,形成瓶口通道。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于:所述扣合装置包括挂钩和挂环,所述挂钩和挂条,分别设置在上盖的内卡环上或上盖的内卡环内侧朝向下盖的面,与下盖的导流圈内侧的撕拉片之间,所述挂钩为钩状,所述挂条为为条状,并设置有挂钩孔,所述挂钩孔能够容纳挂钩穿过,所述挂钩和挂条在上盖和下盖之间上下设置,上下方向为轴向,所述挂钩和挂环至少其中一个具有径向弹性,挂钩和挂条在上盖和下盖位置设置为,当上盖和下盖被按压闭合的时候,挂钩和挂条接触,并且在外力作用下挂钩和挂条至少其中一个发生径向弯曲,在上盖和下盖完全闭合的时候,挂钩和挂条依靠挂钩和挂条至少其中一个的弹性弯曲并依靠弹性使挂钩进入挂钩孔,当上盖从下盖掀开的时候,挂钩和挂条互相牵引,将撕拉片沿着撕拉线从隔层分开,形成瓶口通道。
