房车空调器一般安装于车辆顶部2000,因此房车空调器也称作为顶置式空调器,顶置式空调器通过车辆顶部2000的安装口2100向下连通房车的内部环境,为其提供空气调节功能。由于顶置式空调器安装在房车上,因此需要面临着房车在行驶过程中的持续振动,顶置式空调器的装配可靠性就显得格外重要。但是,传统的顶置式空调器安装于房车的过程中对位难度大,需要安装人员往返于车辆顶部2000和车内多次调整才能实现对位安装,而且顶置式空调器的安装精度难以把握,从而影响了顶置式空调器的连接可靠性,造成顶置式空调器的安装效率和安装精度均较低。RV air conditioners are generally installed on the top 2000 of the vehicle, so RV air conditioners are also called roof-mounted air conditioners. The disclosed embodiment can effectively prevent the top plate 300 from shaking inside the mounting opening 2100, prevent the air conditioner body 100 from shaking accordingly, improve the installation accuracy of the top plate 300, and facilitate the installer to tighten the bolts 500 between the top plate 300 and the chassis 110.
