  1.  複数の利用者それぞれに配布された媒体の媒体IDと、前記複数の利用者それぞれの属性情報と、を対応付けて記憶するデータベースを備える、記憶手段と、
     認証端末において前記媒体を使用する媒体使用者の前記媒体IDと前記媒体の使用内容を含む使用通知を受信し、前記媒体使用者の媒体IDを用いて前記複数の利用者のなかから前記媒体使用者を特定すると共に、前記媒体の使用内容から得られる行動情報を前記特定された媒体使用者の行動履歴として前記データベースに記憶する、行動履歴制御手段と、
     前記データベースに記憶された属性情報及び行動履歴を用いて提供情報を生成し、前記生成された提供情報を出力する、情報提供制御手段と、
     を備える、サーバ装置。
