本申请涉及汽车连接器技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种新型连接器解锁结构。
随着现代科技的飞速发展,汽车连接器如同其他终端电子产品一样,在高性能需求趋势的基础上,小型化也成为了需求。目前一般汽车连接器锁止机构解锁都是通过按压解锁来实现的,为了减小解锁力,按压行程比较大,造成连接器本体体积较大,无法满足产品可解锁的空间,而为了在有限的空间内安装连接器,则需减小连接器体积,这就必然导致按压行程较短,增大了解锁力,提升了解锁难度。
本申请内容
本申请的目的是为了解决按压解锁结构空间局限性问题,将解锁结构变为活动性的按压件零件,方便解锁的同时也不会对其他零件造成干涉。
本申请提供了一种新型连接器解锁结构,包括相互插接的互配端护套和对插端连接器,所述互配端护套的上端设置有弹片,弹片的底面通过连接部与互配端护套固定连接;所述弹片的一端设置有卡槽,另一端为自由端;所述连接部位于所述卡槽与所述自由端之间;所述对插端连接器设置有与所述卡槽卡接的卡勾,所述自由端上设置有按压件,所述按压件在所述自由端上可移动。
优选地,所述自由端的端面距离所述连接部较近侧面的距离为L1,所述卡槽距离所述连接部较近侧面的距离为L2,L1与L2的比为1.8:1-3.5:1。
优选地,所述弹片的两侧设置有防护墙,所述防护墙的水平高度大于所述弹片的水平高度。
优选地,所述自由端纵向设置有导向槽,所述按压件设置有适于在所述导向槽内滑动的导向块。
优选地,所述互配端护套靠近自由端端部的边缘设置有用于阻挡所述导向块从导向槽中脱离的阻挡部。
优选地,所述按压件的两侧设置有与所述自由端两侧边相配合的的轨道槽,所述按压件通过所述自由端的侧边与所述轨道槽配合使其能在所述自由端上滑动。
优选地,所述导向槽内壁与所述导向块外壁中一者上设置有限位凸起,另一者上设置有与限位凸起相配合的限位槽。
优选地,设置在所述导向槽内壁的所述限位凸起包括第一限位凸起和第二限位凸起,所述第二限位凸起距离所述连接部的距离小于所述第一限位凸起距离所述连接部的距离。
优选地,所述限位槽与第一限位凸起配合时为按压件的解锁位,所述限位槽与第二限位凸起配合时为按压件的固定位。
优选地,所述导向块与按压件之间设置有加强斜面。
本申请具有以下技术效果:通过设置可移动的按压件,需要解锁或锁止时将按压件向互配端护套外侧拉伸,增加按压力臂,进而减小按压拆装所需的力;安装完毕后将按压件装入互配端护套内,不干涉互配端护套另一端所安装的导体组件完成360°旋转。

实施例
如图1-3所示,本实施例提供了一种新型连接器解锁结构,包括相互插接的互配端护套2和对插端连接器1,所述互配端护套2的上端设置有弹片21,弹片21的底面通过连接部22与互配端护套2固定连接;所述弹片21的一端设置有卡槽211,另一端为自由端;所述连接部22位于所述卡槽211与所述自由端23之间;所述对插端连接器1设置有与所述卡槽211卡接的卡勾11,所述自由端23上设置有按压件3,所述按压件3在所述自由端23上可移动,当需要将卡勾11伸入卡槽211或将其从卡槽211内取出时,下压按压件3将弹片21另一端的卡槽211弹起即可;通过可移动的按压件3的设置,当下压按压件3时,将之向拔出互配端护套2的方向移动,相当于增大了按压力臂,减小按压力;按压完毕后,将按压件3向插入互配端护套2的方向移动直至完全插入,不影响互配端护套2内部导体组件的转动。
进一步地,如图3所示,优选地,所述自由端23的端面距离所述连接部22较近侧面的距离为L1,所述卡槽211距离所述连接部22较近侧面的距离为L2,L1与L2的比为1.8:1-3.5:1,通过对连接部22位置的设置,可以更方便地在按压弹片21一端时,另一端能顺利弹起。所述弹片21的两侧设置有防护墙,所述防护墙的水平高度大于所述
弹片21的水平高度,通过防护墙对弹片21进行保护,减少误操作及不当操作导致弹片21、按压件3损坏。
进一步地,如图4-5所示,所述自由端纵向设置有导向槽212,所述按压件3设置有适于在所述导向槽212内滑动的导向块32,对按压件3的移动起到左右限位,使得其移动时不发生左右偏斜,使得按压件3在弹片21内的往复移动更加顺滑。所述互配端护套2靠近自由端23端部的边缘设置有用于阻挡所述导向块32从导向槽212中脱离的阻挡部24,阻挡部24位于导向槽212的两端,对导向块32及按压件3形成限位作用,不仅防止其往复移动时超出极限位置对各部件造成损坏,还避免其从弹片21内意外脱出。
进一步地,如图5所示,所述按压件3的两侧设置有与所述自由端23两侧边相配合的的轨道槽31,所述按压件3通过所述自由端23的侧边与所述轨道槽31配合使其能在所述自由端23上滑动,通过轨道槽31的设置对按压件3的移动起到上下限位,使得其移动时不发生上下偏斜,轨道槽31的截面为L型,L型的截面比单一的平板形截面导向更好,不易发生形变。
进一步地,如图6所示,所述导向槽212内壁与所述导向块32外壁中一者上设置有限位凸起,另一者上设置有与限位凸起相配合的限位槽33。通过限位凸起及限位槽33的设置,不仅对按压件3的移动距离进行定位,还能在其移动至指定位置时,进行限位不会发生晃动,方便进行下一步操作。设置在所述导向槽212内壁的所述限位凸起包括第一限位凸起213和第二限位凸起214,所述第二限位凸起214距离所述连接部的距离小于所述第一限位凸起213距离所述连接部的距离。所述限位槽33与第一限位凸起213配合时为按压件3的解锁位,所述限位槽33与第二限位凸起214配合时为按压件3的固定位。位于解锁位时,按压件3的右端伸出互配端护套2的右端,增加按压力臂,用较小的力下压即可实现解锁;互配端护套2的右端连接有导体组件,为了方便与车身上的线路连接,导体组件需实现相对互配端护套2的360°旋转,在按压件3伸出时,会对导体组件的旋转造成干涉,因此解锁完毕后,需将按压件3向左完全插入弹片2内,此时在固定位按压件3的右端与互配端护套2的右端平齐,不影响导体组件的转动。当导向槽212内壁设置限位凸起时,导向块32外壁设置限位槽33;而当导向块32外壁设置限位凸起时,导向槽212内壁则需设置两处限位槽,分别对应导向块32的解锁位和固定位。
进一步地,如图5所示,所述导向块32与按压件3之间设置有加强斜面,提高按压件3的强度,避免频繁按压导致其损坏。
本申请通过可移动的按压件3的设置,可方便地对连接器进行解锁,同时不影响导体组件的转动;本申请在按压件3上设置有限位槽33,可以方便地对其解锁位和固定位进行定位,移动至指定位置完成定位时还可对其进行限位,防止其发生晃动导致意外。
虽然已经通过例子对本申请的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本申请的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本申请的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本申请的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

- 一种新型连接器解锁结构,包括相互插接的互配端护套(2)和对插端连接器(1),其特征在于:所述互配端护套(2)的上端设置有弹片(21),弹片(21)的底面通过连接部(22)与互配端护套(2)固定连接;所述弹片(21)的一端设置有卡槽(211),另一端为自由端(23);所述连接部(22)位于所述卡槽(211)与所述自由端(23)之间;所述对插端连接器(1)设置有与所述卡槽(211)卡接的卡勾(11),所述自由端(23)上设置有按压件(3),所述按压件(3)在所述自由端(23)上可移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型连接器解锁结构,其特征在于:所述自由端(23)的端面距离所述连接部(22)较近侧面的距离为L1,所述卡槽(211)距离所述连接部(22)较近侧面的距离为L2,L1与L2的比为1.8:1-3.5:1。
