Description

一种产品管理方法及计算机可读存储介质 技术领域
本申请涉及一种产品管理方法及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
产品的销售过程主要是由经销商从产品的生产厂商进货,然后经销商再将产品售卖给顾客。目前,一些生产厂商为了获取产品销售情况,通常在产品外包装上设置产品标识,如条形码,该条形码可以包括产品的序列号、产地、价格等信息。经销商在出售产品时,可以通过扫描设备扫描产品标识,将产品销售信息上传给生产厂商,进而厂商可获知产品的销售情况。
但是,现有技术中,由于经销商无论是否扫码,产品均可销售,且能正常使用。因此,一些经销商在售卖产品时,往往不扫描产品标识便将产品售卖给顾客,销售信息没有上传,因此导致厂商不能准确掌握产品的销售数据,影响厂商配货、结算等。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种产品管理方法及计算机可读存储介质,能避免经销商在售卖产品时不上传产品销售信息,使生产厂商能够准确掌握产品的销售数据。
第一方面,本申请提供一种产品管理方法,应用于产品端,包括:
提供产品识别信息,以便所述经销商服务端获取所述产品的产品识别信息;
接收产品激活信息;
至少响应于接收到所述产品激活信息将所述产品从未激活状态激活至激活状态,在所述未激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能被限制使用,在所述激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能解除使用限制;
其中,所述产品激活信息至少响应于所述经销商服务端获取所述产品识别信息的动作,由所述经销商服务端或厂商服务端输出,以供所述产品端获取。
在其中一种实施例中,所述产品激活信息由所述经销商服务端发送至所述产品端。
在其中一种实施例中,所述产品激活信息由所述厂商服务端响应于接收到产品信息将所述产品激活信息发送至所述产品端,或者将所述产品激活信息发送至所述经销商服务端,再由所述经销商服务端将所述产品激活信息发送至所述产品端;
其中,所述产品信息包括所述产品识别信息。

响应于接收到所述产品激活信息,将所述产品激活信息与预存的出厂激活信息进行比较;
响应于所述产品激活信息与所述出厂激活信息相符,所述产品控制模块将所述产品从所述未激活状态激活至所述激活状态。
第二方面,本申请提供一种产品管理方法,应用于经销商服务端,包括:
获取所述产品的产品识别信息;至少响应于所述获取所述产品的产品识别信息的动作,向厂商服务端发送产品信息,所述产品信息至少包括所述产品识别信息;
接收所述厂家服务端发送的产品激活信息;
向所述产品端发送所述产品激活信息,以将所述产品从未激活状态激活至激活状态,在所述未激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能被限制使用,在所述激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能解除使用限制。
在其中一种实施例中,所述获取所述产品的产品识别信息包括:
发送读取产品识别信息的请求至产品端,并接收所述产品端发送的所述产品识别信息;
和/或,通过扫描设备扫描所述产品上的产品识别码,以获取所述产品识别信息。
在其中一种实施例中,所述产品管理方法还包括:
将所述扫描设备获取的所述产品识别信息与接收到的所述产品端发送的所述产品识别信息进行比较;
响应于所述扫描设备获取的所述产品识别信息与接收到的所述产品端发送的所述产品识别信息相符,向所述厂商服务端发送所述产品信息。
在其中一种实施例中,所述经销商服务端的读写器通过射频天线将所述产品激活信息发送至所述产品端的电子标签。
第三方面,本申请提供一种产品管理方法,应用于厂商服务端,包括:
接收产品信息,所述产品信息至少包括所述产品的产品识别信息;
响应于接收所述产品信息,输出产品激活信息,以供所述产品获取,以将所述产品从未激活状态激活至激活状态,在所述未激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能被限制使用,在所述激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能解除使用限制;
其中,所述产品信息,至少响应于经销商服务端获取所述产品的所述产品识别信息的动作,由所述经销商服务端或所述产品端发送至所述厂商服务端。
在其中一种实施例中,所述输出产品激活信息包括:
向所述经销商服务端发送所述产品激活信息,以经所述经销商服务端将所述产品激活信息发送至所述产品端。
在其中一种实施例中,所述响应于接收所述产品信息,输出产品激活信息包括:
根据接收到的所述产品信息中的产品识别信息,查询数据存储系统中是否有相对应的所述产品识别信息和/或所述产品激活信息;

所述经销商服务端至少响应于所述经销商服务端获取所述产品的产品识别信息的动 作,向厂商服务端发送产品信息,所述产品信息至少包括所述产品识别信息;

第五方面,本申请提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行5任一前述的产品管理方法。
本申请提供的产品管理方法,使得经销商在售卖产品时,必须进行扫码操作,将产品销售信息上传给厂商,才能将产品激活正常使用,可避免经销商不扫码直接售卖产品,使得生产厂商能够准确获取产品的销售数据,掌握产品的销售情况,以便根据产品销售情况进行配货或结算等。

为解决经销商在售卖产品时不上传产品销售信息,使得生产厂商不能准确掌握产品的销售数据的技术问题,本申请提供一种产品管理方法,可以应用于涉及产品端、经销商服务端及厂商服务端的产品销售应用场景中。
产品端1,包括用于执行工作任务的产品主体、设置于所述产品主体的产品控制模块、产品通信模块、产品标签,产品标签包含产品识别信息。产品通信模块用于实现产品与经销商服务端和/或厂商服务端之间的通信。
经销商服务端2,包括经销商控制模块、经销商通信模块。产品通信模块用于实现经销商服务端与产品和/或厂商服务端之间的通信。
厂商服务端3,包括厂商控制模块、厂商通信模块、数据存储模块。厂商通信模块用于实现厂商服务端与产品和/或经销商服务端之间的通信。
作为一种示例,如图1所示,经销商服务端2可以通过远程通信方式与厂商服务端3进行通信,比如可以是通过4G模块、5G模块、WiFi模块、蜂窝网络、网口等方式,可以连接到云端,实现远程通信。厂商服务端3可以配置有数据存储系统,至少用于存储厂商服务端3获取的各个地区的产品销售数据。产品销售数据可以包括产品型号、价格、销售区域、产品识别信息等数据中的一种或多种。数据存储系统可以集成在厂商服务端3上,也可以放在云上或其他网络服务器上。其中,经销商服务端2和厂商服务端3全部或任意一个可以但不限于是各种个人计算机、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑、物联网设备和便携式可穿戴设备,也可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。可以理解的,所述的经销商服务端2或厂商服务端3并不限定是指经销商或厂商一侧的单个或特定终端设备,可以包括在经销商或厂商一侧为完成产品销售的数据处理而使用到的多个设备。
产品标签可以是设于产品外部的产品识别码,也可以是与产品控制模块电性连接的存储有产品识别信息数据的电子标签,也可以是其他形式。
经销商服务端与产品端可以通过近场通信的方式进行通信。作为一种示例,如图2所示,经销商服务端2包括主机、扫描设备及射频天线,扫描设备与主机通信连接。产品包括产品控制模块、电子标签及射频天线,产品外部设有产品识别码,电子标签与产品控制模块通信连接。电子标签与产品控制模块可以采用I2C、GPIO或其他连接方式。其中,扫描设备用于扫描设于产品外部的产品识别码,主机与产品的电子标签之间可以通过相匹配的射频天线进行数据交互。具体地,主机可以具有逻辑处理功能,可以读取、写入、存储、传输数据等;例如,主机可以是读写器(reader);扫描设备可以为基于光、电、磁等原理的扫描装置,可以扫描设于产品外部的产品识别码并读取产品识别码对应 的产品识别标识,产品识别码可以是二维码、条形码、激光码、磁性码等形式;例如,产品识别码可以是条形码,扫描设备可以是用于扫描并读取条形码的扫描枪。射频天线是基于无线射频识别技术(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)的天线,该天线通常是与另一个或一组天线配合使用,通过频率、波长、相位等形成对应的天线对,例如,产品中设置的射频天线可以与产品交互终端的射频天线相匹配形成对应的天线对,产品的电子标签可以接收主机通过射频天线发射的射频信号,也可以通过射频天线向主机发射射频信号供主机接收。产品控制模块可以是单片机等主控板,再此不做限定。
为便于描述,本申请的一些实施例中可以将产品交互终端一侧的射频天线称为第一射频天线,将产品一侧的射频天线称为第二射频天线。在其他示例中,也可以是蓝牙通信方式,或其他通信方式。
在一个实施例中,参照图3,本申请提供了一种产品管理方法,可以应用于产品端,方法包括:
S101、提供产品识别信息,以便所述经销商服务端获取所述产品的产品识别信息;
S102、接收产品激活信息;
S103、响应于接收到所述产品激活信息将所述产品从未激活状态激活至激活状态,在所述未激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能被限制使用,在所述激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能解除使用限制;
其中,所述产品激活信息至少响应于所述经销商服务端获取所述产品识别信息的动作,由所述经销商服务端或厂商服务端输出,以供所述产品端获取。
可以理解的是,产品在未激活状态的功能限制,可以是限制产品不能正常开机,可以是限制产品能正常开机、但不能执行工作任务,可以是限制产品能正常开机、但仅能执行部分工作任务,可以是限制产品能正常开机、能执行工作任务、但仅能在低功率下使用,可以是限制产品能正常开机、能执行工作任务、但不能联网,可以是限制产品仅能在有限时间期限内体验使用,也可以是其他形式。激活状态也可以包括多级激活状态,需要逐级激活,每级激活解除部分功能限制。具体可以根据实际需求进行设置,在此不再赘述。
所述产品识别信息可以包括产品的一种或多种数据信息。示例性地,可以包括产品序列号(Serial Number,S/N),产品序列号可以对应着产品的价格、型号、销售区域等信息,即可以根据S/N得知对应的产品型号、价格、销售区域等信息。当然,在一些实施例中,预设产品识别信息,可以以产品标签的形式设置。具体地,可以以产品识别码的形式设置在产品外部,比如可以是印刷在产品外包装上的二维码、条形码等,也可以是与产品控制模块电性连接的存储有产品识别信息数据的电子标签,也可以是设置在产品外部直接展示可直观读取的产品识别信息数据的产品标签。也可以是可供经销商服务端直接获取或由人获取再手动输入至经销商服务端的其他形式,在此不做限定。
产品激活信息,可以是能够被产品端的产品控制模块响应的激活指令,也可以是授权码或许可证的形式,还可以是其他形式。具体地,产品控制模块接收到激活指令将产品更改至激活状态,或者产品控制模块接收授权码或许可证后,基于该有效的授权码或许可证实现产品激活。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,所述产品激活信息由所述经销商服务端发送至所述产品端。
在另一个实施例中,所述产品激活信息由所述厂商服务端响应于接收到产品信息将 所述产品激活信息发送至所述产品端,或者将所述产品激活信息发送至所述经销商服务端,再由所述经销商服务端将所述产品激活信息发送至所述产品端;其中,所述产品信息包括所述产品识别信息。
可以理解的是,厂商服务端获取所述产品信息,以便获取所述产品的销售数据,掌握产品的销售情况。
可以理解的是,产品信息可以是向厂商服务端发送激活请求的形式,比如授权码请求或许可证请求等,也可以仅发送产品识别信息,也可以是其他形式,在此不做限定。
本实施例的产品管理方法,由于经销商在售卖产品时,必须通过经销商服务端获取产品的产品识别信息,才能将产品激活正常使用,而经销商服务端获取产品的产品识别信息的动作,可使得厂商服务端能够获取到产品信息,因此,可避免出现经销商直接售卖产品而厂商服务端无法获知产品销售数据的问题,使得生产厂商能够准确获取产品的销售数据,掌握产品的销售情况,以便根据产品销售情况进行配货或结算等。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,产品管理方法还包括:向厂商服务端发送所述产品信息。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,步骤S101中的所述提供产品识别信息还包括:
接收所述经销商服务端发送的读取产品识别信息的请求;
响应于该请求发送产品识别信息至经销商服务端。
在另一个实施例中,产品端提供产品识别信息,还可以是在产品外部设置产品识别码供所述经销商服务端的扫码设备扫码,以获取所述产品的产品识别信息。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,所述产品端设有电子标签,所述电子标签通过射频天线与所述经销商服务端的读写器进行通信,以实现接收所述经销商服务端发送的数据以及向所述经销商服务端发送数据。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,步骤S103具体包括:
响应于接收到所述产品激活信息,将所述产品激活信息与预存的出厂激活信息进行比较;
响应于所述产品激活信息与所述出厂激活信息相符,所述产品控制模块将所述产品从所述未激活状态激活至所述激活状态;否则,不改变所述产品的激活状态。
在另一实施例中,产品端响应于接收到所述产品激活信息,直接将所述产品激活至激活状态。
作为一种示例,参照图4,本实施例的产品管理方法包括:
S111、接收所述经销商服务端发送的读取产品识别信息的请求;
S112、响应于读取产品识别信息的请求发送产品识别信息至经销商服务端;
S113、接收经销商服务端发送的产品激活信息;

S202、接收所述厂家服务端发送的产品激活信息;
S203、向所述产品端发送所述产品激活信息,以将所述产品从未激活状态激活至激活状态,在所述未激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能被限制使用,在所述激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能解除使用限制。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,步骤S201中的所述获取所述产品的产品识别信息包括:
发送读取产品识别信息的请求至产品端,并接收所述产品端发送的所述产品识别信息;
和/或,通过扫描设备扫描所述产品上的产品识别码,以获取所述产品识别信息。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,产品管理方法在步骤S201之后还包括:
将所述扫描设备获取的所述产品识别信息与接收到的所述产品端发送的所述产品识别信息进行比较;
响应于所述扫描设备获取的所述产品识别信息与接收到的所述产品端发送的所述产品识别信息相符,向所述厂商服务端发送所述产品信息;否则,不向所述厂商服务端发送所述产品信息,或者可以输出产品不匹配的提示信息。
通过对比产品内部和产品外包装上的产品识别信息是否相符,可以避免由于产品包装错误,导致产品被错误售卖,以及统计的产品销售数据错误。比如,外包装为吹风机,而内部产品为打草机,或者产品型号不符等。需要说明的是,厂商可以预先将产品外包装上的产品识别信息写入到产品的电子标签中,保证产品外包装与产品一一对应。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,所述经销商服务端的读写器通过射频天线将所述产品激活信息发送至所述产品端的电子标签。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,步骤S203中的向所述产品端发送所述产品激活信息包括:
S2031、通过读写器将产品激活信息写入所述产品端的电子标签;
S2032、通过读写器读取电子标签中的产品激活信息;
S2033、将读取的产品激活信息与接收的厂商服务端返回的产品激活信息进行比较;
S2034、响应于读取的产品激活信息与接收的厂商服务端返回的产品激活信息相同,提示产品激活信息写入成功。
以此,可以判断经销商服务端写入的产品激活信息是否正确,保障写入电子标签中的产品激活信息的正确性,以确保产品能够激活。所述的产品激活信息写入成功的提示信息,可以包括通过显示屏、灯光、声音等一种或多种方式的提示方式,如写入成功时,触发写入成功的提示音,或者显示屏显示“授权码写入成功”,或者某个指示灯的颜色变化为绿色。类似的,如果写入失败,也可以触发授权码写入失败的提示信息。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,步骤S203中还可以包括:
S2035、响应于读取的产品激活信息与接收的厂商服务端返回的产品激活信息不相同,重新执行S2031至S2033的操作步骤,直至读取的产品激活信息与接收的厂商服务端返回的产品激活信息相同或上述步骤的执行次数达到预设阈值;
S2036、响应于上述步骤的执行次数达到预设阈值时,触发授权码写入失败的提示信息。
即,如果一次写入不成功,重新写入产品激活信息,并读取、比较。若多次写入都不成功,则提示写入失败。
作为一种示例,参照图6,本实施例的产品管理方法包括:
S211、通过扫描设备扫描产品外包装上的产品识别码,以获取所述产品识别信息;
S212、通过读写器发送读取产品识别信息的请求至产品端,并接收产品端发送的产品识别信息;
S213、将所述扫描设备获取的产品外包装上的产品识别信息与接收到的所述产品端发送的所述产品识别信息进行比较;

S302、响应于接收到所述产品信息,输出产品激活信息,以供所述产品获取,以将所述产品从未激活状态激活至激活状态,在所述未激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能被限制使用,在所述激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能解除使用限制;
其中,所述产品信息,至少响应于经销商服务端获取所述产品的所述产品识别信息的动作,由所述经销商服务端或所述产品端发送至所述厂商服务端。
在一个实施例中,所述产品信息,响应于经销商服务端获取所述产品的所述产品识别信息的动作,由经销商服务端发送至厂商服务端。
在另一个实施例中,所述产品信息,响应于经销商服务端获取所述产品的所述产品识别信息的动作,由产品端发送至厂商服务端。具体地,经销商服务端获取所述产品的所述产品识别信息后,发送产品激活信息至产品端;产品端接收产品激活信息后,将所述产品从未激活状态激活至激活状态;产品端响应于产品激活至激活状态,向厂商服务端发送所述产品信息,以便厂商服务端能够获取产品销售数据。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,步骤S302中的所述输出产品激活信息包括:
向所述经销商服务端发送所述产品激活信息,以经所述经销商服务端将所述产品激活信息发送至所述产品端。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,步骤S302中的所述响应于接收所述产品信息,输出产品激活信息包括:
根据接收到的所述产品信息中的产品识别信息,查询数据存储系统中是否有相对应的所述产品识别信息和/或所述产品激活信息;
响应于所述数据存储系统中有相对应的所述产品识别信息和/或所述产品激活信息,向所述经销商服务端或所述产品端发送所述产品激活信息;否则,不向所述经销商服务终端或所述产品发送所述产品激活信息,或者向所述经销商服务终端或所述产品发送所述产品激活信息并记录异常状态。
在另一实施例中,厂商服务终端响应于接收到所述产品信息,直接向所述经销商服务端或所述产品端发送所述产品激活信息。
在一个实施例中,所述厂商服务端向经销商服务端发送产品激活信息,再由经销商服务端将产品激活信息发送至产品端。
在另一实施例中,所述厂商服务端直接向产品端发送产品激活信息,以激活产品。此种应用场景下,所述厂商服务端与产品端能够进行远程通信,以此实现数据交互。作 为一种示例,产品端设置4G模块、5G模块或其他可实现远程通信的通信模块,厂商服务端设置4G模块、5G模块,或通过光纤网络等方式实现远程通信。
作为一种示例,参照图8,本实施例的产品管理方法包括:
S311、接收经销商服务端发送的产品信息;
S312、根据接收到的所述产品信息中的产品识别信息,查询数据存储系统中是否有相对应的所述产品识别信息和所述产品激活信息;
S313、响应于所述数据存储系统中有相对应的所述产品识别信息和所述产品激活信息,向所述经销商服务端发送所述产品激活信息。
在一个实施例中,步骤S302中响应于接收到所述产品信息,输出产品激活信息具体包括:
响应于接收到所述产品信息,根据所述产品信息中的产品识别信息,针对与所述产品识别信息相对应的所述产品执行后台激活操作;
完成激活操作后,发送产品激活信息至所述经销商服务端或所述产品。
可以理解的是,该产品激活信息是一个激活指令,产品端的产品控制模块接收到该激活指令后,将产品更改至激活状态,以使所述产品激活。
在一个实施例中,参照图9和图11,本申请还提供了一种产品管理方法,可以应用于包括产品端、经销商服务端以及厂商服务端的产品销售管理系统,方法包括:
S401、经销商服务端获取所述产品的产品识别信息;
S402、所述经销商服务端至少响应于所述经销商服务端获取所述产品的产品识别信息的动作,向厂商服务端发送产品信息,所述产品信息至少包括所述产品识别信息;
S403、所述厂商服务端接收所述产品信息;
S404、所述厂商服务端响应于接收所述产品信息,输出产品激活信息,以供所述产品端获取;
S405、所述产品端接收所述产品激活信息;
S406、所述产品端响应于接收到所述产品激活信息将所述产品从未激活状态激活至激活状态,在所述未激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能被限制使用,在所述激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能解除使用限制。
进一步地,步骤S404中的所述输出激活信息包括:所述厂商服务端基于接收到的所述产品信息,向所述经销商服务端或所述产品发送所述产品激活信息。
在一个实施例中,所述厂商服务端向经销商服务端发送产品激活信息,再由经销商服务端将产品激活信息发送至产品端。
在另一个实施例中,所述厂商服务端直接向产品端发送产品激活信息,以激活产品。此种应用场景下,所述厂商服务端与产品端能够进行远程通信,以此实现数据交互。作为一种示例,产品端设置4G模块、5G模块或其他可实现远程通信的通信模块,厂商服务端设置4G模块、5G模块,或通过光纤网络等方式实现远程通信。
基于所述产品销售管理系统的产品管理方法,还可以包括前述的应用于产品端、经销商服务端和厂商服务端的任一产品管理方法,只要不存在矛盾,前述实施例中的产品管理方法均可引用到本实施例中,在此不再重复赘述。
作为一种示例,参照图10,本实施例的产品管理方法包括:
S411、经销商服务端获取所述产品的产品识别信息;
S412、所述经销商服务端至少响应于所述经销商服务端获取所述产品的产品识别信 息的动作,向厂商服务端发送产品信息,所述产品信息至少包括所述产品识别信息;
S413、所述厂商服务端接收所述产品信息;
S414、所述厂商服务端基于接收到的所述产品信息,向所述经销商服务端发送所述产品激活信息;
S415、经销商服务端接收到所述产品激活信息,并将该产品激活信息发送至产品端;
S416、所述产品端接收所述产品激活信息;
S417、所述产品端响应于接收到所述产品激活信息将所述产品从未激活状态激活至激活状态,在所述未激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能被限制使用,在所述激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能解除使用限制。
在其他实施例中,本申请还提供了一种产品管理方法,包括:
经销商服务端获取所述产品的产品识别信息;
响应于经销商服务端获取所述产品的产品识别信息的动作,经销商服务端发送产品信息给厂商端,并且经销商服务端发送产品激活信息至产品端;
产品端接收到产品激活信息,将产品激活至激活状态。
作为一种示例,经销商服务端通过扫描设备扫码产品外包装上的产品识别码获取产品识别信息,并通过无线通信方式将产品激活信息发送至产品端,具体地,可以是前述的读写器、电子标签通过射频天线进行通信的方式,也可以是蓝牙通信或其他近场通信方式。当然,也可以是4G、5G、蜂窝通信等远程通信方式。
前述实施例的产品管理方法,由于经销商在售卖产品时,必须通过经销商服务端获取产品的产品识别信息(可以是扫码获取,也可以是其他获取形式),才能将产品激活正常使用,而经销商服务端获取产品的产品识别信息的动作,可使得厂商服务端能够获取到产品信息,因此,可避免出现经销商直接售卖产品而厂商服务端无法获知产品销售数据的问题,使得生产厂商能够准确获取产品的销售数据,掌握产品的销售情况,以便根据产品销售情况进行配货或结算等。
在一个实施例中,本申请还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,计算机程序用于执行任一前述的产品管理方法。
可以理解的是,本说明书中上述方法的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同/相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其它实施例的不同之处。相关之处参见其他方法实施例的描述说明即可。

基于上述的产品管理方法实施例的描述,本申请还提供产品管理装置。所述装置可以包括使用了本说明书实施例中所述方法的系统(包括分布式系统)、软件(应用)、模 块、组件、服务器、客户端等并结合必要的实施硬件的装置。基于同一创新构思,本公开实施例提供的一个或多个实施例中的装置如下面的实施例所述。由于装置解决问题的实现方案与方法相似,因此本说明书实施例具体的装置的实施可以参见前述方法的实施,重复之处不再赘述。以下所使用的,术语“单元”或者“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。

基于前述方法实施例描述,在一个实施例中,还提供了一种计算机设备,该计算机设备可以是服务器或终端(工具),其内部结构图可以如图12所示。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器和网络接口。其中,该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、计算机程序。该内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机程序的运行提供环境。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机程序被处理器执行时以实现本公开提供的可以实施于经销商服务端一侧的任意一种方法。

基于前述方法实施例描述,在一个实施例中,还提供了一种电子产品,可以包括至少一个处理器,和用于存储所述处理器可执行指令的存储器;其中,所述处理器被配置为执行所述指令,以实现本公开任一项可实施于产品自身一侧产品管理方法。
基于前述方法实施例描述,在一个实施例中,还提供一种产品销售验证系统,所述系统可以包括厂商服务端、经销商服务端,其中,厂商服务端的处理器执行存储器存储的可执行指令时,以实现本公开提供的可以实施于经销商服务端一侧的任意一种方法;
和/或,经销商服务端的处理器执行存储器存储的可执行指令时,以本公开提供的可以实施于经销商服务端一侧的任意一种方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器,上述指令可由处理器执行以实现本公开任意一项所述的方法。存储介质可以是计算机可读存储介质,例如,所述计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘、光数据存储设备、石墨烯存储设备等。
在示例性实施例中,还提供一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现本公开任一项所述的产品管理方法。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种产品管理方法,应用于产品端,其特征在于,包括:
    提供产品识别信息,以便所述经销商服务端获取所述产品的产品识别信息;
    接收产品激活信息;
    至少响应于接收到所述产品激活信息将所述产品从未激活状态激活至激活状态,在所述未激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能被限制使用,在所述激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能解除使用限制;
    其中,所述产品激活信息至少响应于所述经销商服务端获取所述产品识别信息的动作,由所述经销商服务端或厂商服务端输出,以供所述产品端获取。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的产品管理方法,其特征在于,所述产品激活信息由所述经销商服务端发送至所述产品端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的产品管理方法,其特征在于,所述产品激活信息由所述厂商服务端响应于接收到产品信息将所述产品激活信息发送至所述产品端,或者将所述产品激活信息发送至所述经销商服务端,再由所述经销商服务端将所述产品激活信息发送至所述产品端;
    其中,所述产品信息包括所述产品识别信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的产品管理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    向厂商服务端发送所述产品信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的产品管理方法,其特征在于,所述提供产品识别信息还包括:
    接收所述经销商服务端发送的读取产品识别信息的请求;
    响应于该请求发送产品识别信息至经销商服务端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的产品管理方法,其特征在于,所述产品端设有电子标签,所述电子标签通过射频天线与所述经销商服务端的读写器进行通信,以实现接收所述经销商服务端发送的数据以及向所述经销商服务端发送数据。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的产品管理方法,其特征在于,所述至少响应于接收到所述产品激活信息将所述产品从未激活状态激活至激活状态包括:
    响应于接收到所述产品激活信息,将所述产品激活信息与预存的出厂激活信息进行比较;
    响应于所述产品激活信息与所述出厂激活信息相符,所述产品控制模块将所述产品从所述未激活状态激活至所述激活状态。
  8. 一种产品管理方法,应用于经销商服务端,其特征在于,包括:
    获取所述产品的产品识别信息;至少响应于所述获取所述产品的产品识别信息的动作,向厂商服务端发送产品信息,所述产品信息至少包括所述产品识别信息;
    接收所述厂家服务端发送的产品激活信息;
    向所述产品端发送所述产品激活信息,以将所述产品从未激活状态激活至激活状态,在所述未激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能被限制使用,在所述激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能解除使用限制。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的产品管理方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述产品的产品识别信息包括:
    发送读取产品识别信息的请求至产品端,并接收所述产品端发送的所述产品识别信息;
    和/或,通过扫描设备扫描所述产品上的产品识别码,以获取所述产品识别信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的产品管理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将所述扫描设备获取的所述产品识别信息与接收到的所述产品端发送的所述产品识别信息进行比较;
    响应于所述扫描设备获取的所述产品识别信息与接收到的所述产品端发送的所述产品识别信息相符,向所述厂商服务端发送所述产品信息。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的产品管理方法,其特征在于,所述经销商服务端的读写器通过射频天线将所述产品激活信息发送至所述产品端的电子标签。
  12. 一种产品管理方法,应用于厂商服务端,其特征在于,包括:
    接收产品信息,所述产品信息至少包括所述产品的产品识别信息;
    响应于接收所述产品信息,输出产品激活信息,以供所述产品获取,以将所述产品从未激活状态激活至激活状态,在所述未激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能被限制使用,在所述激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能解除使用限制;
    其中,所述产品信息,至少响应于经销商服务端获取所述产品的所述产品识别信息的动作,由所述经销商服务端或所述产品端发送至所述厂商服务端。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的产品管理方法,其特征在于,所述输出产品激活信息包括:
    向所述经销商服务端发送所述产品激活信息,以经所述经销商服务端将所述产品激活信息发送至所述产品端。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的产品管理方法,其特征在于,所述响应于接收所述产品信息,输出产品激活信息包括:
    根据接收到的所述产品信息中的产品识别信息,查询数据存储系统中是否有相对应的所述产品识别信息和/或所述产品激活信息;
    响应于所述数据存储系统中有相对应的所述产品识别信息和/或所述产品激活信息,向所述经销商服务端或所述产品端发送所述产品激活信息。
  15. 一种产品管理方法,应用于包括产品端、经销商服务端以及厂商服务端的产品销售管理系统,其特征在于,包括:
    经销商服务端获取所述产品的产品识别信息;
    所述经销商服务端至少响应于所述经销商服务端获取所述产品的产品识别信息的动作,向厂商服务端发送产品信息,所述产品信息至少包括所述产品识别信息;
    所述厂商服务端接收所述产品信息;
    所述厂商服务端响应于接收所述产品信息,输出产品激活信息,以供所述产品端获取;
    所述产品端接收所述产品激活信息;
    所述产品端响应于接收到所述产品激活信息将所述产品从未激活状态激活至激活状态,在所述未激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能被限制使用,在所述激活状态下,所述产品的至少部分功能解除使用限制。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行权利要求1至15任一项所述的产品管理方法。
