Taking the shape of the air duct 110 as a rectangular parallelepiped as an example, the inner wall of the air duct 110 refers to the left inner wall, the right inner wall, the front inner wall, and the rear inner wall of the air duct 110.
In the present embodiment, the air flowing in the air duct 110 may be only indoor air, outdoor air or a mixed air of the indoor air, outdoor air or the ....
In this embodiment, the flow direction of the gas in the air duct 110 is not limited and can be selected as needed. As a specific embodiment, as shown in Figures 2, 4 and 6, the gas flows upward in the air duct 110. Here, upward should be understood in a broad sense. Upward can be vertically upward, obliquely upward, first upward and then inclined to the left, first upward and then inclined to the right, first upward and then inclined forward, or first upward and then inclined backward, etc. As a specific embodiment, as shown in Figures 2, 4 and 6, the arrow line indicates the flow direction of the gas. The gas flows upward in the air duct 110.
The air duct 110 has a first air inlet 112 and a second air inlet 113 of the air duct 110 opened along the circumference of its side wall, that is, the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 are arranged along the circumference of the side wall of the air duct 110. In this embodiment, the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 can be closed along the circumference of the side wall of the air duct 110, or can be non-closed. As a specific embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 6, the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 are closed along the circumference of the side wall of the air duct 110 so that the shape of the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 is annular. Here, the annular should be understood in a broad sense, and can be a circular annular shape, a square annular shape or other irregular shapes. The specific shape of the annular shape is related to the shape of the air duct 110 and the path of opening the first air inlet and the second air inlet.
In this embodiment, the specific structure of the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 is not limited. Taking the first air duct 110 and the second air duct 110 as an example, the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 can be long strip-shaped through holes, or composed of a plurality of through holes arranged at intervals on the air duct 110. Taking the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 as an example, the circumferential direction of the side wall of the air duct 110 is closed, and the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet are composed of a plurality of through holes arranged at intervals opened on the side wall of the air duct 110 to ensure the continuity of the air duct 110.
In this embodiment, the type and quantity of the dampers included in the damper assembly are not limited and can be selected as needed. For example, the damper assembly can include only one damper or two dampers, one damper to control the opening and closing of the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113, or two dampers to control the opening and closing of the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 respectively.
In this embodiment, the specific opening and closing states of the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 are not limited and can be selected as needed. As a specific embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, when the gas needs to be washed and filtered at the same time, the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 are both in an open state.
As shown in Figures 3 and 4, when the gas only needs to be filtered, the first air inlet 112 is in a closed state and the second air inlet 113 is in an open state. As shown in Figures 5 and 6, when the gas only needs to be washed with water, the first air inlet 112 is in an open state and the second air inlet 113 is in a closed state.
In this embodiment, the type of the water washing component is not limited, and it can wash the gas entering the air duct 110 from the first air inlet 112. The type of the filter component 140 is not limited, and it can filter the gas entering the air duct 110 from the second air inlet 113.
The first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 are opened along the circumference of the side wall of the air duct 110, which makes the air intake of the air duct 110 relatively large and relatively uniform. By switching the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 open and closed, the gas output by the fresh air device 100 includes water-washed gas, filtered gas, or water-washed and filtered gas. This makes the fresh air device 100 simple in structure and versatile in function.
In some other embodiments, the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 are both closed along the circumference of the side wall of the air duct 110 so as to respectively surround the air duct 110. This makes the air intake of the air duct 110 more uniform and larger.
In some other embodiments, the air duct 110 is configured to be continuous at the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113. In the present embodiment, the specific manner in which the air duct 110 is continuous at the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 is not limited and can be selected as needed. For example, the air duct 110 can be connected by a connector so that the air duct 110 is continuous at the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113. As a specific embodiment, the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 are composed of a plurality of spaced through holes opened on the side wall of the air duct 110 so that the air duct 110 is continuous at the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113.
In some other embodiments, the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet are composed of a plurality of through holes arranged at intervals on the side wall of the air duct 110, so that the air duct 110 is continuous at the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113. This ensures the continuity of the air duct 110 without adding other structures, making the structure of the fresh air device 100 simple and beautiful.
113。In some other embodiments, the damper assembly includes a cylindrical damper 120 , and the cylindrical damper 120 moves along the length direction of the air duct 110 to open and close the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 .
In this embodiment, the length direction of the air duct 110 refers to the flow direction of the gas in the air duct 110. As a specific embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 6, the gas flows upward in the air duct 110, so the length direction of the air duct 110 refers to the vertical direction. The movement of the cylindrical damper 120 along the length direction of the air duct 110 refers to the movement of the cylindrical damper 120 along the vertical direction.
113。In this embodiment, the cylindrical damper 120 is sleeved on the outside of the air duct 110, or the air duct 110 is sleeved on the outside of the cylindrical damper 120. The shape of the cylindrical damper 120 is adapted to the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 so that the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 can be opened and closed.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the cylindrical damper 120 is connected from the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 When the cylindrical damper 120 moves to the first air inlet 112 and moves away from the second air inlet 113, the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 are both in an open state. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, when the cylindrical damper 120 moves to the first air inlet 112 and moves away from the second air inlet 113, the first air inlet 112 is in a closed state and the second air inlet 113 is in an open state. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, when the cylindrical damper 120 moves to the second air inlet 113 and moves away from the first air inlet 112, the second air inlet 113 is in a closed state and the first air inlet 112 is in an open state. This makes the structure of the fresh air device 100 simple and easy to control.
In some other embodiments, the water washing assembly further includes a water tank assembly and a humidifying curtain 133. The water tank assembly and the side wall of the air duct 110 together define a water storage chamber 132 for storing water. The humidifying curtain 133 includes an immersion portion 1331 and a water washing portion 1332; wherein the immersion portion 1331 is disposed in the water storage chamber 132, and is used to absorb water from the water storage chamber 132; the water washing portion 1332 is disposed in the immersion portion 1331, and extends from the immersion portion 1331 to the first air inlet 112 to wash the gas flowing into the air duct 110 from the first air inlet 112.
In this embodiment, the specific components included in the water tank assembly are not limited and can be selected as needed. As a specific embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 6, the water tank assembly includes a cylindrical inner shell 131 and a bottom shell. The air duct 110 is sleeved on the cylindrical inner shell 131, and the inner side wall of the air duct 110 and the cylindrical inner shell 131 together define a water storage chamber 132. The bottom shell is arranged between the cylindrical inner shell 131 and the air duct 110 to close the bottom end of the water storage chamber 132. Obviously, this is only exemplary and not exclusive.
For example, the cylindrical inner shell 131 is in the shape of a conical cylinder, and the air duct 110 is sleeved on the outer side of the cylindrical inner shell 131, and contacts the cylindrical inner shell 131 to form a conical water storage cavity 132. For example, the water tank assembly includes a plurality of water tank members spaced apart along the inner circumferential wall of the air duct 110, and the plurality of spaced apart water tank members and the inner side wall of the air duct 110 form a spaced apart water storage cavity 132, and so on.
The above example is an embodiment in which the water tank assembly and the inner side wall of the air duct 110 jointly define the water storage tank. Obviously, the water tank assembly can also jointly define the water storage chamber 132 with the outer side wall of the air duct 110. The water tank assembly includes a cylindrical outer shell and a bottom shell. The cylindrical outer shell is sleeved on the air duct 110. The outer side wall of the air duct 110 and the cylindrical outer shell jointly define the water storage chamber 132. The bottom shell is arranged between the cylindrical inner shell 131 and the air duct 110 to close the bottom end of the water storage chamber 132. Obviously, this is only exemplary and not exclusive.
For example, the cylindrical shell is in the shape of a conical cylinder, and the cylindrical shell is sleeved outside the air duct 110, and contacts the air duct 110 to form a conical water storage cavity 132. For example, the water tank assembly includes a plurality of water tank members spaced apart along the outer peripheral wall of the air duct 110, and the plurality of spaced apart water tank members and the outer side wall of the air duct 110 form the spaced apart water storage cavity 132, and so on.
When the washing portion 1332 extends from the immersion portion 1331 to the first air inlet 112 , the extension direction of the washing portion 1332 is not limited, which is related to the relative positions of the water storage chamber 132 and the first air inlet 112 . As a specific embodiment, the first air inlet 112 is located at the upper side of the water storage chamber 132 , and the water washing portion 1332 extends upward from the immersion portion 1331 so that the water washing portion 1332 extends to the first air inlet 112 .
The water storage chamber 132 is defined by the side wall of the air duct 110 and the water tank assembly, and the inner side wall of the air duct 110 is used to define the air duct 110. This structure of the fresh air device 100 is relatively simple and saves space.
In this embodiment, the shape of the humidifying curtain 133 is not specifically limited and can be selected as needed. As a specific embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 6, the shape of the immersion portion 1331 is cylindrical, and the shape of the water washing portion 1332 is cylindrical. Obviously, this is only exemplary and not exclusive. For example, the shape of the water washing portion 1332 is a flat plate, a long strip, etc. The shape of the immersion portion 1331 is a plate, a strip, etc. The water washing portion 1332 is arranged in the immersion portion 1331, that is, the water washing portion 1332 is connected to the immersion portion 1331 to obtain moisture from the immersion portion 1331. This structure of the fresh air device 100 is relatively simple and saves space.
In some other embodiments, the washing part 1332 is cylindrical in shape, and its shape matches the shape of the first air inlet 112 to cover the first air inlet 112. This allows the washing part 1332 to fully wash the gas entering the air duct 110 from the first air inlet 112 to avoid omission.
In some other embodiments, the water tank assembly includes a cylindrical inner shell 131. The cylindrical inner shell 131 is used to allow the air duct 110 to be mounted thereon, and its outer side wall and the inner side wall of the air duct 110 together define a cylindrical water storage chamber 132 surrounding the outer side wall of the cylindrical inner shell 131. The water storage chamber 132 is cylindrical in shape and surrounds the outer side wall of the cylindrical inner shell 131. That is, the water storage chamber 132 is mounted on the outer side wall of the cylindrical inner shell 131, or it can be understood that the water storage chamber 132 is coaxially arranged with the cylindrical inner shell 131. This makes the various parts of the water storage chamber 132 in a connected state, so that the humidification curtain 133 absorbs water more evenly at various places.
In some other embodiments, the immersion portion 1331 is cylindrical in shape, sleeved on the outer wall of the cylindrical inner shell 131, immersed in the water storage chamber 132, and coaxially arranged with the water washing portion 1332. This allows the humidifying curtain 133 to absorb water more evenly.
In some other embodiments, the first air inlet 112, the water storage chamber 132, and the second air inlet 113 are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the air duct 110. That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 , the water storage chamber 132 is located between the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 , when the cylindrical damper 120 is moved to control the opening and closing of the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113, the movement of the cylindrical damper 120 is relatively simple.
In some other embodiments, the filter assembly 140 is cylindrical in shape, and its shape is matched with the shape of the second air inlet 113 to cover the second air inlet 113 to avoid affecting the flow of gas in the air duct 110 .
In some other embodiments, the fresh air device 100 further includes a fan assembly, which is disposed at the air outlet 111 of the air duct, and whose inlet 151 is communicated with the air outlet 111 of the air duct, for promoting the gas to flow along the air duct 110 .
In this embodiment, the type of fan included in the fan assembly is not limited and can be selected according to needs. For example, the fan assembly can include a centrifugal fan 154, an axial flow fan or a cross flow fan.
In this embodiment, the air outlet 111 of the air duct is related to the flow direction of the gas in the air duct 110. As shown in FIG. 2 , the arrow line is used to indicate the flow direction of the gas. The gas flows upward in the air duct 110, and the air outlet 111 of the air duct is provided on the upper side of the air duct 110. The inlet 151 of the fan assembly refers to the inlet 151 through which the gas enters the fan. That is, the gas enters the fan assembly from the inlet 151 of the fan assembly. The fan assembly is used to cause the gas to flow upward in the air duct 110.
The upper side of the air duct 110 may be the upper side of the air duct 110, or may refer to the upper left side, upper right side, upper front side, upper rear side, etc. of the air duct 110. As a specific embodiment, the air outlet 111 of the air duct is opened at the upper side of the air duct 110. This facilitates the fresh air device 100 to blow gas toward the first air outlet 210, and the structure is simple and compact.
