Abstract

The present disclosure improves the convenience of sharing equipment data with other users. An information processing system according to the present disclosure comprises: a communication unit; a storage unit that stores equipment data of external equipment and viewing permission information in which data identification information identifying the equipment data of the external equipment is associated with a shared key that indicates permission to view the equipment data; and a control unit that permits viewing of the equipment data indicated by the data identification information included in the viewing permission information if a shared key received from an information processing device matches the shared key included in the viewing permission information, and does not permit viewing of the equipment data if the shared key received from the information processing device does not match the shared key included in the viewing permission information.

 本発明者らは、外部機器である空調装置の点検や修理等の作業を行う場合、作業者は、空調装置の機器データを、許可された第三者が閲覧可能な状態とし、第三者の助言を得たい場合があるとの課題を発見した。しかし、サーバ装置に登録した空調装置の機器データを第三者が閲覧可能な状態とするためには、サーバ装置の設定を変更する必要があり、簡易な構成で、許可された第三者が機器データを閲覧可能となる構成が求められていた。
 そこで、発明者らは、機器データを他のユーザと共有する際の利便性を向上させるため、本開示の主題を構成するに至った。
 本開示は、機器データを他のユーザと共有する際の利便性を向上させる情報処理システムを提供することを目的とする。
