本发明涉及升降装置的技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种可升降的滚轮装置。
目前,随着人们生活水平的提高,各式各样的家具和电器日渐进入人们生活中,现有的家用电器和家具大部分由于其底部没有可移动的承载装置,所以它们的搬动或移动很费力,要靠很多人来抬起才能搬动,费时费力,给人们带来了诸多不便,此时也必须借助工具来完成,如何出较少的力轻松搬运较重的设备,不止是移动设备而且要将设备运至一定的高度,因此迫切需要一种新型装置来满足这一系列需求。
为了设备能够具有越来越多的功能和高利用率,滚轮就成了不可缺少的部件。通常,滚轮是指为了方便挪动笨重的设备而设置于设备下端的小轮。但是,现有的设备大部分在底部增加固定滚轮,只能实现移动,但是无法实现升降,而电动升降滚轮成本较高,且对空间要求较大,限制了使用范围。
专利文献KR101595841B1中的滚轮装置包括:齿轮,在边缘具有多个齿轮槽;以及扭力传递装置,配置于齿轮的周围,通过选择齿轮的扭力传递方向来传递扭力,扭力传递装置包括:调节杆,能够在第一位置与第二位置之间进行转动;以及位置调节部件,用于使调节杆位于第一位置及第二位置中的一个,调节杆可在第一位置及第二位置中位于相同齿轮槽,当调节杆位于第一位置及第二位置中的任意一个位置时,扭力传递装置可以向齿轮传递被选择的一个方向的扭力,调节杆具有一个包括旋转中心的阻挡端部,阻挡端部通过旋转来改变对齿轮槽加压的方向,从而决定扭力的传递方向并调节高度。此专利中滚轮的结构比较简单,但是为了保持滚轮的水平,使用人员需握住把手反复进行左
右往复操作,存在容易令使用人员体力消耗过大而放弃操作的问题。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可升降的滚轮装置,通过传动部件带动牵引组件在框架内往复移动,进而带动升降组件转动,从而实现滚轮的升降,在一定程度上节省了滚轮装置为了满足升降所占用的空间,结构简单,操作方便。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:一种可升降的滚轮装置,包括:
框架;
升降组件,可转动地安装在所述框架上,用于实现滚轮的升降;
牵引组件,可往复移动地设于所述框架内,与所述升降组件相连,用于带动升降组件转动;
传动部件,可旋转地安装在框架的一端,所述传动部件的一端穿过框架与牵引组件活动连接,用于带动牵引组件往复移动。
进一步的,所述牵引组件包括:
牵引架,所述牵引架与升降组件可转动连接;
牵引部件,设于所述牵引架的一端,与传动部件活动连接。
进一步的,所述传动部件的另一端位于框架的外侧,在延伸的长度方向上与框架的位置相对固定。
进一步的,所述传动部件包括螺杆,所述牵引部件设有螺孔,所述螺杆与螺孔螺接使得所述牵引部件与传动部件构成丝杠传动机构。
以上方案中,传动部件在延伸的长度方向上与框架的位置相对固定,当旋
转螺杆时,由于螺杆与螺孔螺接使得所述牵引部件与传动部件构成丝杠传动机构,所以牵引部件在螺杆上沿螺纹移动,即带动牵引架移动,进而带动升降组件转动,最终实现滚轮的升降,且滚轮在允许的升降高度范围内任意高度可调。
进一步的,所述框架的一端设有穿孔;
所述传动部件包括连接杆,所述连接杆的一端穿过所述穿孔与牵引部件可旋转的连接,另一端保持位于框架的外侧;
所述连接杆与牵引部件在轴向上的位置相对固定。
进一步的,所述连接杆的杆体上设有锁止部,所述锁止部与框架在轴向上锁止连接;
优选的,所述锁止部为设于连接杆的杆体周壁上的外螺纹,所述穿孔设有与外螺纹配合螺纹连接的内螺纹。
以上方案中,由于穿孔设置在框架上,穿孔的内螺纹与连接杆上的外螺纹螺纹连接,当旋转连接杆时,连接杆相对于框架在轴向上移动,由于连接杆与牵引部件在轴向上的位置相对固定,所以连接杆在移动时带动牵引部件和牵引架移动,进而带动升降组件转动,最终实现滚轮的升降,且滚轮在允许的升降高度范围内任意高度可调。
进一步的,所述连接杆的杆体分为两段,分别为第一段杆体和第二段杆体;
所述第一段杆体靠近框架设置,第一段杆体的直径小于穿孔的直径;
所述第二段杆体靠近牵引部件设置,第二段杆体上设有外螺纹,与穿孔的内螺纹配合螺纹连接。
进一步的,还包括弹性部件,用于牵引组件的复位;
所述弹性部件的一端与框架的另一端连接,所述弹性部件的另一端与牵引架远离牵引部件的一端连接。
优选的,所述弹性部件为弹簧。
以上方案中,第一段杆体受力穿过穿孔时带动牵引组件移动,进而带动升降组件转动,使滚轮升降,可以快速调整滚轮的高度;当第二段杆体靠近框架,第二段杆体上的外螺纹与穿孔的内螺纹螺接,通过旋转连接杆,连接杆相对于框架在轴向上移动,进一步带动牵引组件移动,进而带动升降组件进一步转动,使滚轮进一步升降,且在第二段杆体与框架上的穿孔螺接过程中,滚轮在一定高度范围内任意高度可调。
同时,弹性部件具有两种拉伸状态:
当第一段杆体受力穿过穿孔或者第二段杆体与框架上的穿孔螺接时,滚轮降下,弹性部件受拉力拉伸处于第一拉伸状态;
当第一段杆体失去受力或者第二段杆体与框架上的穿孔脱离时,弹性部件将牵引组件拉回原位,滚轮收起,此时,弹性部件受滚轮重力的拉伸,处于第二拉伸状态。
进一步的,所述升降组件至少设置两组,每组升降组件包括:
滚轮支架;
第一转轴,连接所述滚轮支架与滚轮;
第二转轴,连接所述滚轮支架与框架;
第三转轴,连接所述滚轮支架与牵引架;
所述滚轮支架以第二转轴为中心转动,所述第一转轴与第二转轴之间的间距大于第二转轴与第三转轴之间的间距。
以上方案中,滚轮支架以第二转轴为中心转动,且第一转轴与第二转轴之间的间距大于第二转轴与第三转轴之间的间距,即当滚轮支架受力转动时,在竖直方向上,牵引组件移动的距离远远小于滚轮移动的距离,使其能够在有限
的空间内提高滚轮升降的高度,大大节省了滚轮装置为了满足升降所占用的空间。
进一步的,所述牵引架具有两个平行设置的侧边;
所述滚轮支架包括两个支撑片,分别位于牵引架的两侧,与牵引架的两个侧边通过第三转轴实现可转动连接;
所述支撑片通过第一转轴实现与滚轮的可转动连接,通过第二转轴实现与框架的可转动连接。
优选的,所述支撑片为三角形结构。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种可升降的滚轮装置,通过传动部件带动牵引组件在框架内往复移动,进而带动升降组件转动,从而实现滚轮的升降,在一定程度上节省了滚轮装置为了满足升降所占用的空间。

如图1至图7所示,本发明提供一种可升降的滚轮装置,包括框架1,所述框架1上设有升降组件,所述升降组件包括滚轮支架21、第一转轴23、第二转轴24、第三转轴25和滚轮22,所述滚轮支架21包括支撑片211;所述框架1内设有牵引组件,所述牵引组件包括牵引架31和牵引部件32;所述框架1内设有弹性部件41,框架1上还设有传动部件5。
作为一种实施方案,本发明提供一种可升降的滚轮装置。
如图1所示,所述滚轮装置包括框架1,所述框架1呈罩状,框架1的下端至少部分呈开放状态,用于留出滚轮22所用空间。
所述框架1起到支撑和连接的作用。
如图2至图7所示,所述滚轮装置还包括升降组件和牵引组件。
所述升降组件可转动地安装在所述框架1上,用于实现滚轮22的升降。
所述升降组件至少设置两组,每组升降组件包括滚轮支架21,所述滚轮支架21分别与滚轮22、框架1和牵引组件可转动连接。
所述升降组件还包括第一转轴23、第二转轴24和第三转轴25。
所述第一转轴23用于连接所述滚轮支架21与滚轮22。
所述第二转轴24用于连接所述滚轮支架21与框架1。
所述第三转轴25用于连接所述滚轮支架21与牵引组件。

在本实施例中,滚轮支架21以第二转轴24为中心转动,且第一转轴23与第二转轴24之间的间距大于第二转轴24与第三转轴25之间的间距,即当滚轮支架21受力转动时,在竖直方向上,牵引组件移动的距离远远小于滚轮22移动的距离,使其能够在有限的空间内提高滚轮22升降的高度,大大节省了滚轮装置为了满足升降所占用的空间。
所述牵引组件可往复移动地设于所述框架1内,与升降组件相连,用于带动升降组件转动。
所述牵引组件包括牵引架31和牵引部件32。
所述牵引架31具有两个平行设置的侧边,所述滚轮支架21包括两个支撑片211,分别位于牵引架31的两侧,与牵引架31的两个侧边通过第三转轴25实现可转动连接。
所述支撑片211通过第一转轴23实现与滚轮22的可转动连接,通过第二转轴24实现与框架1的可转动连接。
优选所述支撑片211为三角形结构。
所述牵引部件32固定连接在牵引架31的右端,优选两者一体设置。
还包括传动部件5,所述传动部件5可旋转地安装在框架1的一端,所述传动部件5的一端穿过框架1与牵引部件32活动连接,用于带动牵引组件往复移动。
如图2和图3所示,所述传动部件5的另一端位于框架1的外侧,在延伸的长度方向上与框架1的位置相对固定。
所述传动部件5包括螺杆511,所述牵引部件32设有螺孔,所述螺杆511
与螺孔螺接使得所述牵引部件32与传动部件5构成丝杠传动机构。
传动部件5在延伸的长度方向上与框架1的位置相对固定的方式可以是:
所述框架1的一端设有穿孔,所述传动部件5的一端穿过所述穿孔,另一端设有两个间隔设置的止挡部512,所述止挡部512分别位于框架1的内侧(图中未示出)和外侧,所述止挡部512的外周径大于穿孔的直径。
优选在止挡部512与框架1之间设有垫片。
在本实施例中,通过螺杆511与螺孔螺接使得所述牵引部件32与传动部件5构成丝杠传动机构,为牵引架31的移动提供作用力;由于牵引架31往复移动时,带动滚轮支架21以第二转轴24为中心转动,此时会使得牵引架31产生上下浮动,并带动螺杆511上下浮动,在传动部件5的止挡部512与框架1之间设有垫片,是为了使螺杆511在不影响与螺孔螺接的情况下,能够产生较小角度的倾斜以满足螺杆511的上下浮动;同时,减小传动部件5与框架1之间的摩擦,提高使用寿命。
需要说明的是,传动部件5在延伸的长度方向上与框架1的位置相对固定的方式不限于以上方案。
在本实施方案中,传动部件5在延伸的长度方向上与框架1的位置相对固定,当旋转螺杆511时,由于螺杆511与螺孔螺接使得所述牵引部件32与传动部件5构成丝杠传动机构,所以牵引部件32在螺杆511上沿螺纹移动,即带动牵引架31移动,进而带动升降组件转动,最终实现滚轮22的升降,且滚轮22在允许的升降高度范围内任意高度可调。
具体的:
如图2所示,滚轮22收起为初始状态;当顺时针旋转螺杆511时,牵引部件32在螺杆511上沿螺纹向右移动,并带动牵引架31向右移动,从而通过第
三转轴25带动滚轮支架21以第二转轴24为中心向右旋转,使滚轮22向下移动,如图3所示,滚轮22降下,达到升起设备的作用,然后通过滚轮22来移动设备;
当逆时针旋转螺杆511时,牵引部件32在螺杆511上沿螺纹向左移动,并带动牵引架31向左移动,带动滚轮支架21以第二转轴24为中心向左旋转,使滚轮22向上移动,滚轮22收起,回到图2所示状态。
作为一种实施方案,本发明提供一种可升降的滚轮装置。
所述框架1的一端设有穿孔,所述穿孔设有内螺纹。
所述传动部件5包括连接杆521,所述连接杆521的一端穿过所述穿孔与牵引部件32可旋转的连接,另一端保持位于框架1的外侧。

连接杆521与牵引部件32在轴向上的位置相对固定的方式可以是:
牵引部件32也设有穿孔,所述连接杆521的一端穿过牵引部件32的穿孔,在连接杆521的一端上间隔设置两个阻挡部,两个阻挡部分别位于牵引部件32的穿孔的两侧;
或者,牵引部件32设有球形凹槽,连接杆521的一端设有球形连接部,球形连接部的直径小于球形凹槽的直径,且大于球形凹槽开口的直径,使得球形连接部能够在球形凹槽内旋转,但不能脱出。
需要说明的是,连接杆521与牵引部件32在轴向上的位置相对固定的方式不限于上述方案,且所述连接杆521与牵引部件32的连接处留有能够满足牵引组件上下浮动的余量。
所述连接杆521的杆体上设有锁止部522,所述锁止部522与框架1在轴向上锁止连接。
在本实施方案中,所述锁止部522为设于连接杆521的杆体周壁上的外螺纹,所述穿孔设有与外螺纹配合螺纹连接的内螺纹。
由于穿孔设置在框架1上,穿孔的内螺纹与连接杆521上的外螺纹螺纹连接,当旋转连接杆521时,连接杆521相对于框架1在轴向上移动,由于连接杆521与牵引部件32在轴向上的位置相对固定,所以连接杆521在移动时带动牵引部件32和牵引架31移动,进而带动升降组件转动,最终实现滚轮22的升降,且滚轮22在允许的升降高度范围内任意高度可调。
优选的,如图6和图7所示,所述连接杆521的杆体分为两段,分别为第一段杆体523和第二段杆体524。
所述第一段杆体523靠近框架1设置,第一段杆体523的直径小于穿孔的直径。
所述第二段杆体524靠近牵引部件32设置,第二段杆体524上设有外螺纹,与穿孔的内螺纹配合螺纹连接。
还包括弹性部件41,用于牵引组件的复位。

同时,弹性部件41具有两种拉伸状态:
当第一段杆体523受力穿过穿孔或者第二段杆体524与框架1上的穿孔螺接时,滚轮22降下,弹性部件41受拉力拉伸处于第一拉伸状态;
当第一段杆体523失去受力或者第二段杆体524与框架1上的穿孔脱离时,弹性部件41将牵引组件拉回原位,滚轮22收起,此时,弹性部件41受滚轮22重力的拉伸,处于第二拉伸状态。
具体的:
如图6所示,滚轮22收起为初始状态;当向右拉动连接杆521时,第一段杆体523穿过穿孔,并带动牵引架31向右移动,从而通过第三转轴25带动滚轮支架21以第二转轴24为中心向右旋转,使滚轮22向下移动一定高度,并拉伸弹簧;当再向右拉动连接杆521时,第二段杆体524的外螺纹与穿孔的内螺纹螺接,此时顺时针旋转连接杆521时,第二段杆体524向右移动慢慢穿过穿孔,并带动牵引架31向右移动,从而通过第三转轴25带动滚轮支架21以第二转轴24为中心向右旋转,使滚轮22向下继续移动,此时弹簧呈第一拉伸状态,如图7所示,滚轮22降下,达到升起设备的作用,然后通过滚轮22来移动设备;
当逆时针旋转连接杆521时,第二段杆体524向左移动慢慢穿过穿孔,当第二段杆体524向左移动完全穿过穿孔时,松开连接杆521,弹簧恢复至第二拉伸状态,产生向左的拉力,连接杆521在弹簧的拉力下向左继续移动,使第一段杆体523向左穿过穿孔,同时,牵引架31向左移动,带动滚轮支架21以第二转轴24为中心向左旋转,使滚轮22向上移动,滚轮22收起,回到图6所示状态。
作为一种实施方案,本发明提供一种可升降的滚轮装置。
所述框架1的一端设有穿孔,所述穿孔设有内螺纹。
所述传动部件5包括连接杆521,所述连接杆521的一端穿过所述穿孔与牵引部件32可旋转的连接,另一端保持位于框架1的外侧。
所述连接杆521与牵引部件32在轴向上的位置相对固定。
所述连接杆521的杆体上设有锁止部522,所述锁止部522与框架1在轴向上锁止连接。
在本实施例中,如图4和图5所示,所述锁止部522为设于连接杆521的杆体周壁上的外螺纹,所述外螺纹设于连接杆521上靠近框架1的位置或者整个连接杆521的杆体上均设有外螺纹,连接杆521上的外螺纹与框架1上穿孔的内螺纹配合螺纹连接。
在本实施方案中,当顺时针旋转连接杆521时,连接杆521相对于框架1向右移动,并带动牵引架31向右移动,从而通过第三转轴25带动滚轮支架21以第二转轴24为中心向右旋转,如图5所示,滚轮22降下,达到升起设备的作用,然后通过滚轮22来移动设备;
当逆时针旋转连接杆521时,连接杆521相对于框架1向左移动,并带动牵引架31向左移动,从而通过第三转轴25带动滚轮支架21以第二转轴24为中心向左旋转,使滚轮22向上移动,如图4所示,滚轮22收起。
需要说明的是,所述连接杆521与牵引部件32的连接处留有能够满足牵引组件上下浮动的余量。此时,可以省略弹性部件41的设置。
作为一种实施方案,本发明提供一种可升降的滚轮装置。
所述框架1的一端设有穿孔,所述穿孔为带有缺口的通孔,其中缺口边缘与穿孔中心之间的距离大于穿孔的直径。
所述传动部件5包括连接杆521,所述连接杆521的一端穿过所述穿孔与牵
引部件32可旋转的连接,另一端保持位于框架1的外侧。
所述连接杆521与牵引部件32在轴向上的位置相对固定。
所述连接杆521穿过穿孔的杆体上沿轴向设有至少一个锁止部522,所述锁止部522的形状与穿孔的缺口的形状适配,使锁止部522能够穿过所述缺口。
所述连接杆521穿过穿孔的杆体上沿轴向间隔设有多个锁止部522,利用不同位置的锁止部522与穿孔的卡接,调整滚轮22的升降高度。
在本实施方案中,通过向右拉动连接杆521,带动牵引架31向右移动,从而通过第三转轴25带动滚轮支架21以第二转轴24为中心向右旋转,使滚轮22向下移动,同时旋转连接杆521,当锁止部522与缺口的位置正好对应时,锁止部522穿过缺口,此时再次旋转连接杆521,使锁止部522与缺口的位置错开,锁止部522卡接在穿孔附近的框架1上,使滚轮22稳定在下降高度处;
当需要调整滚轮22的高度时,只需继续向右拉动并旋转连接杆521,当下一个锁止部522穿过缺口时,再次旋转连接杆521,使锁止部522与缺口的位置错开,锁止部522卡接在穿孔附近的框架1上,以此类推,利用不同位置的锁止部522与穿孔的卡接,调整滚轮22的升降高度。
同理,当需要收起滚轮22时,旋转连接杆521,使锁止部522与缺口的位置正好对应,松开连接杆521,连接杆521在弹簧的拉伸作用下复位,使滚轮22收起。
需要说明的是,所述连接杆521与牵引部件32的连接处留有能够满足牵引组件上下浮动的余量。
作为一种实施方案,本发明提供一种可升降的滚轮装置。
如图2至图7所示,所示滚轮支架21还包括连接单元,所述连接单元连接所述两个支撑片211的上端,使得滚轮支架21套设在牵引架31上。
当滚轮支架21以第二转轴24为中心转动时,连接单元在竖直方向上产生位移,为了满足滚轮支架21可以转动,如图1所示,所述框架1的上端对应滚轮支架21的位置向上凸起,当滚轮支架21转动时,为连接单元向上移动留出空间。
或者,因为第一转轴23与第二转轴24之间的间距大于第二转轴24与第三转轴25之间的间距,即当滚轮支架21受力以第二转轴24为中心转动时,支撑片211的上端向上移动的位移较小,也可以将框架1的上端面设置成水平面,其上端面与第二转轴24在竖直方向上的距离大于连接单元在竖直方向上产生位移。
以上两种方案,都能够使滚轮装置在有限的空间内提高滚轮22升降的高度,大大节省了滚轮装置为了满足升降所占用的空间。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种可升降的滚轮装置,其特征在于,包括:框架(1);升降组件,可转动地安装在所述框架(1)上,用于实现滚轮(22)的升降;牵引组件,可往复移动地设于所述框架(1)内,与所述升降组件相连,用于带动升降组件转动;传动部件(5),可旋转地安装在框架(1)的一端,所述传动部件(5)的一端穿过框架(1)与牵引组件活动连接,用于带动牵引组件往复移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种可升降的滚轮装置,其特征在于,所述牵引组件包括:牵引架(31),所述牵引架(31)与升降组件可转动连接;牵引部件(32),设于所述牵引架(31)的一端,与传动部件(5)活动连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种可升降的滚轮装置,其特征在于,所述传动部件(5)的另一端位于框架(1)的外侧,在延伸的长度方向上与框架(1)的位置相对固定。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种可升降的滚轮装置,其特征在于,所述传动部件(5)包括螺杆(511),所述牵引部件(32)设有螺孔,所述螺杆(511)与螺孔螺接使得所述牵引部件(32)与传动部件(5)构成丝杠传动机构。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种可升降的滚轮装置,其特征在于,所述框架(1)的一端设有穿孔;所述传动部件(5)包括连接杆(521),所述连接杆(521)的一端穿过所述穿孔与牵引部件(32)可旋转的连接,另一端保持位于框架(1)的外侧;所述连接杆(521)与牵引部件(32)在轴向上的位置相对固定。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种可升降的滚轮装置,其特征在于,所述连接杆(521)的杆体上设有锁止部(522),所述锁止部(522)与框架(1)在轴向上锁止连接;优选的,所述锁止部(522)为设于连接杆(521)的杆体周壁上的外螺纹,所述穿孔设有与外螺纹配合螺纹连接的内螺纹。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种可升降的滚轮装置,其特征在于,所述连接杆(521)的杆体分为两段,分别为第一段杆体(523)和第二段杆体(524);所述第一段杆体(523)靠近框架(1)设置,第一段杆体(523)的直径小于穿孔的直径;所述第二段杆体(524)靠近牵引部件(32)设置,第二段杆体(524)上设有外螺纹,与穿孔的内螺纹配合螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种可升降的滚轮装置,其特征在于,还包括弹性部件(41),用于牵引组件的复位;所述弹性部件(41)的一端与框架(1)的另一端连接,所述弹性部件(41)的另一端与牵引架(31)远离牵引部件(32)的一端连接。
- 根据权利要求2-8任一所述的一种可升降的滚轮装置,其特征在于,所述升降组件至少设置两组,每组升降组件包括:滚轮支架(21);第一转轴(23),连接所述滚轮支架(21)与滚轮(22);第二转轴(24),连接所述滚轮支架(21)与框架(1);第三转轴(25),连接所述滚轮支架(21)与牵引架(31);所述滚轮支架(21)以第二转轴(24)为中心转动,所述第一转轴(23)与第二转轴(24)之间的间距大于第二转轴(24)与第三转轴(25)之间的间 距。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种可升降的滚轮装置,其特征在于,所述牵引架(31)具有两个平行设置的侧边;所述滚轮支架(21)包括两个支撑片(211),分别位于牵引架(31)的两侧,与牵引架(31)的两个侧边通过第三转轴(25)实现可转动连接;所述支撑片(211)通过第一转轴(23)实现与滚轮(22)的可转动连接,通过第二转轴(24)实现与框架(1)的可转动连接。
