Description

可替换式化妆品容器以及制造该容器的模具 技术领域
本申请涉及化妆品技术,具体涉及一种可替换式化妆品容器以及制造该容器的模具。
背景技术
化妆品是日化用品中常见的产品,一般包括外壳以及置于该外壳内的内胆。在生产的过程中,内胆和外壳一般为分体部件,组装时将两者固定连接在一起。当内胆中的化妆物料使用完毕后,直接将容器丢弃,造成了资源的浪费,也不符合环保的要求。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本申请提供一种可替换式化妆品容器,该容器中的内胆可以替换,且内胆与外壳之间通过过盈配合而固定在一起,因此容器中除内胆外的其他部件可以重复使用,减少了资源的浪费,且内胆拆装便利,便于使用。
本申请为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种可替换式化妆品容器,包括内胆和外壳,所述内胆包括具有镂空的上开口端和下封闭端,所述上开口端径向向外延伸形成翻边,所述外壳包括具有镂空的顶端和具有镂空的底端,所述内胆安装于所述外壳内,所述翻边扣合于所述顶端,所述顶端与所述内胆过盈配合,所述下封闭端位于所述底端的内侧。
可选地,所述顶端沿轴向方向延伸形成插片,所述翻边扣合于所述插片上,且所述插片与所述内胆过盈配合,所述内胆包括内胆主体和所述翻边。
可选地,所述插片的外侧壁沿径向向外延伸形成凸筋,所述凸 筋与所述翻边的内侧壁过盈配合,或所述翻边的内侧壁沿径向向内延伸形成凸筋,所述凸筋与所述插片的外侧壁过盈配合。

本申请的有益效果是:本申请中内胆通过翻边扣合于外壳的顶端,再通过内胆过盈配合于外壳的插片而使两者紧密结合,因内胆仅与外壳的插片过盈配合,内胆与外壳的其他部位之间具有空隙,因此内胆与外壳的接触面小、摩擦力小,安装和拆卸非常方便,而且内胆和外壳的结构简单,制造成本低,易于工业化生产;本申请中内胆可以被替换,因此除了内胆外的其他部件都可重复使用,减少了资源浪费,符合环保要求;当内胆装入外壳后,内胆的下封闭端位于外壳的底端的内侧,因此内胆的下封闭端不与外界接触,降低了内胆破损的可能性。

如图5-7所示,内胆10为上端开口、下端封闭、内部中空的筒状结构。内胆10中内部中空形成的容置槽用于存放化妆料体或者护肤料体,上述料体可以是膏状物。上开口端11沿圆周方向形成一圈封闭的翻边14,如图9和图10所示,翻边14与内胆10之间具有一定的间隙。可选地,上开口端11先径向向外延伸、再轴向向下延伸形成纵向截面类似“L”型的翻边14;同样参考图5-7所示,外壳20为上下两端开口、内部中空的筒状结构,外壳20中内部中空形成的容置槽用于放置内胆10,外壳20与内胆10的结构 类似,可为近似圆柱体、圆台体、多面体等形状。当内胆10安装于外壳20时,外壳20的顶端21插入翻边14与内胆主体之间的间隙内,通过内胆10与外壳20的顶端21之间过盈配合使两者紧密结合,所谓内胆10与外壳20的顶端21过盈配合:可以是顶端21的外侧壁与内胆10过盈配合,也可以是顶端21的内侧壁与内胆10过盈配合;还可以是顶端21的内、外侧壁皆与内胆10过盈配合;当内胆10中的料体使用完毕后,从外壳20的底端22的镂空处使内胆10的下封闭端12受到向上的外力,内胆10向上移动而脱离外壳20,再装入新的内胆10即可完成内胆的更换,操作十分方便。
本申请中内胆通过翻边扣合于外壳的顶端,再通过内胆与外壳20的顶端21过盈配合于外壳而使两者紧密结合,因此安装和拆卸非常方便,而且内胆和外壳的结构简单,制造成本低,易于工业化生产;本申请中内胆可以被替换,因此除了内胆外的其他部件都可重复使用,减少了资源浪费,符合环保要求;当内胆装入外壳后,内胆的下封闭端位于外壳的底端的内侧,因此内胆的下封闭端不与外界接触,降低了内胆破损的可能性。
如图2和图8所示,顶端21沿轴向方向延伸形成插片23,翻边14扣合于插片23上,且插片23与内胆10过盈配合,内胆10包括内胆主体和翻边14。顶端21上表面沿轴向向上延伸形成插片23,插片的厚度小于顶端的厚度,插片23插入翻边14内且翻边14置于顶端21上,将内胆10除了翻边14的部分定义为内胆主体,则内胆10由内胆主体和翻边14组成,插片23与内胆10之间过盈配合存在以下三种实施方式:插片23的外侧壁与内胆10的翻边14过盈配合;或插片23的内侧壁与内胆主体过盈配合;或插片23的内、外侧壁分别与内胆主体、翻边过盈配合。
如图2所示,在一实施方式中,插片23的外侧壁沿径向向外延伸形成凸筋24,凸筋24与翻边14的内侧壁过盈配合,或翻边 14的内侧壁沿径向向内延伸形成凸筋24,凸筋24与插片23的外侧壁过盈配合。即插片23与翻边14之间通过凸筋24过盈配合,可选地,插片23或翻边14沿圆周方向形成一圈或多圈凸筋24,亦或者,插片23或翻边14沿圆周方向形成若干相互间隔的凸筋24;即插片23与翻边14之间通过一圈凸筋或者若干圈平行的凸筋24过盈配合;也可将凸筋24设计为相互间隔的若干段,而不是一整圈。
在另一实施方式中,插片23的内侧壁沿径向向内延伸形成凸筋24,凸筋24与内胆主体的外侧壁过盈配合,或内胆主体的外侧壁沿径向向外延伸形成凸筋24,凸筋24与插片23的内侧壁过盈配合。即插片23与内胆10靠近上开口端11处的外侧壁通过凸筋24过盈配合;可选地,插片23或内胆10沿周向形成一圈或者若干圈平行的凸筋24,亦或者,插片23或内胆10沿周向形成若干相互间隔的凸筋24。
在又一实施方式中,可替换式化妆品容器中设置有第一子凸筋和第二子凸筋,第一子凸筋用于令插片23的内侧壁与内胆主体的外侧壁过盈,第二子凸筋用于令插片23的外侧壁与翻边14的内侧壁过盈。具体存在以下四种情况:
第一种情况:插片23的内侧壁沿径向向内延伸形成第一子凸筋,插片23的外侧壁沿径向向外延伸形成第二子凸筋;
第二种情况:插片23的内侧壁沿径向向内延伸形成第一子凸筋,翻边14的内侧壁沿径向向内延伸形成第二子凸筋;
第三种情况:翻边14的内侧壁沿径向向内延伸形成第二子凸筋,内胆主体的外侧壁沿径向向外延伸形成第一子凸筋;
第四种情况:内胆主体的外侧壁沿径向向外延伸形成第一子凸筋,插片23的外侧壁沿径向向外延伸形成第二子凸筋。
即在上述四种情况下,插片23的内、外侧壁通过第一子凸筋、 第二子凸筋分别与内胆主体、翻边14过盈配合。
如图1所示,内胆10的外侧壁与外壳20的内侧壁之间设有空隙15;即外壳20除了插片23与内胆10紧密配合外,外壳20的其他部位与内胆10之间具有空隙15,这样,两者的接触面积很小,减少了安装和更换内胆时的阻力,便于内胆的拆装。而如果直接通过内胆10和外壳20之间大面积贴合并过盈接触或摩擦接触,因接触面积较大,造成内胆安装或拆卸于外壳时阻力很大,使用非常不便,而且对内胆和外壳两者的尺寸精确要求高,提高了加工成本。
如图1所示,下封闭端12的底面与底端22的底面之间的距离为L,且L为1.5±1mm。将内胆的下封闭端12设计于外壳的底端22内部,并将下封闭端的缩进量控制在1.5mm左右,既可保证内胆的下封闭端不会接触到外界,又尽可能地提高了内胆的容积。
可选地,外壳20为透明外壳,底端22上贴合透明的保护膜,保护膜将底端22上的镂空密封。外壳20可采用高级的材料制成,如高档的金属、塑料,可替换件的内胆10可采用普通的塑料制成,这样既可以保证化妆品容器的品质,又可适当地降低成本。将外壳的底端22贴上透明的保护膜,可以防止外部的灰尘进入外壳与内胆之间,保证了化妆品容器的洁净度。
可选地,内胆10的外侧壁沿轴向形成卡槽,外壳20的内侧壁沿轴向形成能够插入卡槽的卡筋,或外壳20的内侧壁沿轴向形成卡槽,内胆10的外侧壁沿轴向形成能够卡入卡槽的卡筋。在外壳20与内胆10之间的圆周方向通过卡槽与卡筋相互限定,从而进一步防止内胆10相对于外壳20发生转动,便于使用。
如图1-7所示,本申请还包括外盖30、垫片40和盖片50,上开口端11上设有缺口13,盖片50置于缺口13上而将上开口端11密封,外盖30可拆卸地盖合于外壳20,外盖30与盖片50之间设有垫片40,且垫片40贴合于外盖30的内侧。内胆10置于外壳20 内,且两者之间通过凸筋24过盈配合,盖片50盖合于内胆10的上开口端11并置于缺口13上,外盖30的内侧壁设有内螺纹,外壳20的外侧壁设有外螺纹,外盖30通过内外螺纹锁紧于外壳20上,外盖30与盖片50之间设有垫片40以进一步密封内胆10,同时还可减少外盖30与内胆10之前的磨损。
本申请还提供有一种模具,该模具用于制造上述的可替换式化妆品容器。本申请中的内胆10、外壳20和外盖30可分别通过模具单独成型,成型后再进行组装。内胆和外壳的结构简单,因此模具制造成本低,易于产品的工业化生产。
需要说明的是,上述一种模具可以根据实际生产情况理解为若干套模具,每一套模具用于注塑成型可替换式化妆品容器中的一个部件,各个部件通过组装形成可替换式化妆品容器。例如,一种模具可以包括第一模具、第二模具、第三模具、第四模具和第五模具。其中,第一模具用于生产内胆10,第二模具用于生产外壳20,第三模具用于生产外盖30,第四模具用于生产垫片40,第五模具用于生产盖片50。在另一种可能的实现方式中,垫片40采用非注塑工艺制造,则本申请中指明的一种模具可以包括第一模具、第二模具、第三模具和第五模具。
需要说明的是,模具可以根据实际制造情况自由组合装配,能够注塑制造本申请所公开的可替换式化妆品容器的模具,均在本申请的保护范围中。
应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可替换式化妆品容器,其特征在于:包括内胆(10)和外壳(20),所述内胆(10)包括具有镂空的上开口端(11)和下封闭端(12),所述上开口端(11)径向向外延伸形成翻边(14),所述外壳(20)包括具有镂空的顶端(21)和具有镂空的底端(22),所述内胆(10)安装于所述外壳(20)内,所述翻边(14)扣合于所述顶端(21),所述顶端(21)与所述内胆(10)过盈配合,所述下封闭端(12)位于所述底端(22)的内侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可替换式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述顶端(21)沿轴向方向延伸形成插片(23),所述翻边(14)扣合于所述插片(23)上,且所述插片(23)与所述内胆(10)过盈配合,所述内胆(10)包括内胆主体和所述翻边(14)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可替换式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述插片(23)的外侧壁沿径向向外延伸形成凸筋(24),所述凸筋(24)与所述翻边(14)的内侧壁过盈配合,或所述翻边(14)的内侧壁沿径向向内延伸形成凸筋(24),所述凸筋(24)与所述插片(23)的外侧壁过盈配合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的可替换式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述插片(23)的内侧壁沿径向向内延伸形成凸筋(24),所述凸筋(24)与所述内胆主体的外侧壁过盈配合,或所述内胆主体的外侧壁沿径向向外延伸形成凸筋(24),所述凸筋(24)与所述插片(23)的内侧壁过盈配合。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的可替换式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述可替换式化妆品容器中设置有第一子凸筋和第二子凸筋,所述第一子凸筋用于令所述插片(23)的内侧壁与所述内胆主体的外侧壁过盈,所述第二子凸筋用于令所述插片(23)的外侧壁与所述翻 边(14)的内侧壁过盈。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可替换式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述插片(23)的内侧壁沿径向向内延伸形成所述第一子凸筋,所述插片(23)的外侧壁沿径向向外延伸形成所述第二子凸筋;
    或,所述插片(23)的内侧壁沿径向向内延伸形成所述第一子凸筋,所述翻边(14)的内侧壁沿径向向内延伸形成所述第二子凸筋;
    或,所述翻边(14)的内侧壁沿径向向内延伸形成所述第二子凸筋,所述内胆主体的外侧壁沿径向向外延伸形成所述第一子凸筋;
    或,所述内胆主体的外侧壁沿径向向外延伸形成所述第一子凸筋,所述插片(23)的外侧壁沿径向向外延伸形成所述第二子凸筋。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可替换式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述内胆(10)的外侧壁与所述外壳(20)的内侧壁之间设有空隙(15);所述下封闭端(12)的底面与所述底端(22)的底面之间的距离为L,且L为1.5±1mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可替换式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述外壳(20)为透明外壳,所述底端(22)上贴合透明的保护膜,所述保护膜将所述底端(22)上的镂空密封。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可替换式化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述内胆(10)的外侧壁沿轴向形成卡槽,所述外壳(20)的内侧壁沿轴向形成能够插入所述卡槽的卡筋,或所述外壳(20)的内侧壁沿轴向形成卡槽,所述内胆(10)的外侧壁沿轴向形成能够卡入所述卡槽的卡筋。
  10. 一种模具,其特征在于:所述模具用于制造权利要求1-9中任一项所述的可替换式化妆品容器。
