Description
本实用新型涉及化妆品领域,尤其涉及一种替换装置。
大多数口红都是抛弃式,使用完毕后,包装材料连带剩余的口红芯体通常是整体完全丢弃,不能重复使用;这样会造成包装材料的极度浪费,而且包装材料通常不可降解,大量废弃的包装材料严重污染环境。
为了解决这一问题,中国专利CN113367465A公开了一种可更换唇膏的容器结构,该结构中,结合件与口红组件可拆卸相连,口红组件使用完毕后可以整体替换回收,而底座、结合件及上盖均可重新反复再利用,另外由于该口红组件系使用PET制成,该材料为环保可回收的材料,因此本实用新型兼具降低环境污染的功效。
现有的这类可替换口红因为需要整体替换口红组件,被替换的组件中包含了运动配合的结构件,因此需要使用PET这类较高硬度、刚性和耐久性的材料制成,因此仅仅可以回收利用,当回收系统覆盖不全效率不完备时,被直接抛弃的口红组件同样会造成环境污染。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种型唇部化妆品替换装置,该替换装置将膏体直接利用地基腔体固定在连接座上,并能通过连接座底部的连接孔直接插装在相配合的化妆品容器上,提花装卸的操作十分便利,且整体皆由可降解材料制成,即便直接抛弃也不会污染环境,满足了新一代环保的需求。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种唇部化妆品替换装置,包括外壳体、连接座和膏体,所述外壳体罩住膏体,所述连接座上设置有地基腔体,所述膏体底部固定连接在地基腔体内,膏体的使用段伸出连接座,所述连接座底部设置有连接孔,所述连接孔与地基腔体之间通过过渡腔体连通。
该唇部化妆品替换装置由可降解材料类制成。
所述地基腔体和过渡腔体为圆柱形腔体,所述连接孔为圆孔,地基腔体、过渡腔体和连接孔同轴设置。
所述过渡腔体的横截圆直径小于地基腔体的横截圆直径。
所述连接孔直径小于过渡腔体的横截圆直径。
所述外壳体包括上壳体和下壳体,所述下壳体上设置有与连接座外形面相配合的承托孔,所述上壳体罩设在下壳体的顶部,所述连接座可拆卸安装在承托孔中。
所述下壳体外还设置有底座,所述下壳体设置在底座内,所述上壳体的一侧边与底座的顶边相连为一个整体,使上壳体与底座绕顶边转动构成转动副,所述顶边对面一侧的上壳体与底座之间通过插接结构相配合。
所述外壳体包括上壳体和封盖,所述上壳体罩设在连接座的顶部并罩住膏体,所述封盖盖住连接孔。
所述封盖为保护膜,所述保护膜的边缘设置有一撕拉部。
所述封盖为设置在连接孔上且与连接座一体成型的封盖片,所述封盖片的边缘为裁切线,封盖片在外力作用下沿所述裁切线与所述连接座分离。
本实用新型唇部化妆品替换装置将膏体直接利用地基腔体固定在连接座上,并能通过连接座底部的连接孔直接插装在相配合的化妆品容器上,提花装卸的操作十分便利,且整体皆由可降解材料制成,即便直接抛弃也不会污染环境,满足了新一代环保的需求。

实施例
如图1、2、3、4所示,一种可替换唇部化妆品容器,包括顶盖1、管身2、导向件3和旋转座4,所述管身2两端开口,所述顶盖1盖装在管身2的顶部开口处,所述旋转座4铰接在管身2底部开口处且与管身2构成转动副,所述导向件3套装在管身2内,还包括顶出套件5,所述管身2内壁设置有螺旋槽21,所述导向件3沿轴向设置有导向槽31,所述顶出套件5外壁设置有螺旋杆51,所述顶出套件5套装在导向件3内且螺旋杆51穿出导向槽31与螺旋槽21相配合构成螺旋副;顶出套件5沿导向槽31运动具有收纳位置、使用位置和替换位置,所述导向槽31上设置有分别与收纳位置、使用位置和替换位置相对应的收纳槽32,限位槽33和止档槽34;
在本实用新型中,为了确保使用过程中的操作舒适性,让用户能够很轻松的旋出安装在顶出套件5上的化妆品,所述螺旋槽21的螺纹升角大于等于螺旋副的当量摩擦角,此时螺旋副不具备自锁功能,因此需要在化妆品的使用位置设置一限位槽33,在此位置限制顶出套件5的回退。
如图8所示,一种唇部化妆品替换装置,该替换装置与所述可替换唇部化妆品容器配合使用,包括外壳体61、连接座62和膏体63,所述外壳体61罩住膏体63,所述连接座62上设置有地基腔体621,所述膏体63底部固定连接在地基腔体621内,膏体63的使用段伸出连接座62,所述连接座62底部设置有连接孔64,所述连接孔64与地基腔体621之间通过过渡腔体622连通;该过渡腔体622即能提供一个与顶出套件5相配合的安装空间,又能减少膏体63不可使用部分的体积,减小对膏体63的浪费;
如图9所示,在本实施例中,作为优选,所述下壳体612外还设置有底座614,所述下壳体612设置在底座614内,所述上壳体611的一侧边与底座614的顶边618相连为一个整体,使上壳体611与底座614绕顶边618转动构成转动副,所述顶边618对面一侧的上壳体611与底座614之间通过插接结构619相配合,以便于替换装置的运输和放置。
在本实用新型中,该替换装置由可降解材料类制成;可降解材料例如使用竹纤维、木纤维等可降解的纤维采用造纸法制备的材料,是需要达到能满足一次性使用的需求即可;使用完毕替换后的部分可以直接抛弃,让其自然降解即可,不会向常规塑料一样对环境造成污染,即便不回收利用也能满足环保方面的需求。
进一步的,在本实用新型中,所述地基腔体621和过渡腔体622为圆柱形腔体,所述连接孔64为圆孔,地基腔体621、过渡腔体622和连接孔64同轴设置。
如图10所示,在本实施例中,所述过渡腔体622的横截圆直径小于地基腔体621的横截圆直径;较小的过渡腔体622内缩会形成一台阶段,以实现对膏体63的承托;所述连接孔64直径小于过渡腔体622的横截圆直径。
本实用新型可以进一步描述为,所述外壳体61包括上壳体611和下壳体612,所述下壳体612上设置有与连接座62外形面相配合的承托孔613,所述上壳体611罩设在下壳体612的顶部,所述连接座62可拆卸安装在承托孔613中,以便于承托孔613与连接座62的配合和受力需求。
在本实用新型的替换装置的实施例三、四中,本实用新型可以进一步描述为,所述外壳体61包括上壳体611和封盖615,所述上壳体611罩设在连接座62的顶部并罩住膏体63,所述封盖615盖住连接孔64。
如图11所示,所述封盖615为保护膜,所述保护膜的边缘设置有一撕拉部616。
如图12所示,所述封盖615为设置在连接孔64上且与连接座62一体成型的封盖片,所述封盖片的边缘为裁切线617,封盖片在外力作用下沿所述裁切线617与所述连接座62分离;在将连接座62安装到顶出套件5上时,直接将封盖片对准连接凸台52下压,使封盖片沿裁切线617断裂落入过渡腔体622内即可。
如图5所示,在本实用新型中,该可替换唇部化妆品容器与替换装置6配套使用,在本实施例中,为了便于替换装置6与可替换唇部化妆品容器的可拆卸连接,所述顶出套件5为一侧开口的圆柱形腔体,顶出套件5的腔体51底部中心位置内设置有一连接凸台52,所述连接凸台52的外壁设置有肋条53;所述连接凸台52与所述连接孔64过盈配合,使连接座62可拆卸安装在腔体51中。
在进行替换装置6的更换时,先转动旋转座4,将顶出套件5上升到替换位置,然后打开外壳体61取出连接座62和膏体63,再将连接座62安装在顶出套件5上实现可拆卸的安装,安装时下压连接座62使其与顶出套件5紧密连接;因收纳槽32的存在使得下压的动作不会使顶出套件5下降,以确保安装动作能够顺利完成。
在本实用新型中,作为优选,所述的连接凸台52为圆柱形,所述的肋条53横截面为梯形,以提供更大的过盈配合压力,确保连接座62的安装稳定性。
考虑到在转动顶升顶出套件5时的受力稳定性,所述导向槽31共有一对,中心对称设置在导向件3上,所述螺旋杆51共有两个,分别与一导向槽31相配合。
在本实用新型中,所述收纳槽32和止档槽34为沿导向件3径向延伸的长条形槽;收纳槽32避免本装置在非使用状态时因为倒放自然伸出化妆品,止档槽34提供在安装替换装置时所需要的止档力。
在本实用新型中,以顶出套件5从收纳位置运动到替换位置的方向为正方向,所述限位槽33包括进入段331和脱出段332,所述进入段331的倾斜角小于螺旋杆51与进入段331之间的当量摩擦角;当螺旋杆51进入到限位槽33时,进入段331可以向螺旋杆51提供一个负方向运动的锁止力,此时,旋转座不被转动时,顶出套件5不会被被负方向的力推动,以满足本装置正常使用时的压力需求。
在本实施例中,作为优选,所述限位槽33为圆弧形或如图6所示的三角形。
如图7所示,在另一个实施例中,所述限位槽33为沿导向件3径向延伸的长条形槽。
进一步的,考虑产品的整体美观性和耐久性,所述管身2外还套装有外套筒22,所述外套筒22与管身2固定相连。
Claims (10)
- 一种唇部化妆品替换装置,其特征是:包括外壳体(61)、连接座(62)和膏体(63),所述外壳体(61)罩住膏体(63),所述连接座(62)上设置有地基腔体(621),所述膏体(63)底部固定连接在地基腔体(621)内,膏体(63)的使用段伸出连接座(62),所述连接座(62)底部设置有连接孔(64),所述连接孔(64)与地基腔体(621)之间通过过渡腔体(622)连通。
- 如权利要求1所述的唇部化妆品替换装置,其特征是:该唇部化妆品替换装置由可降解材料类制成。
- 如权利要求2所述的唇部化妆品替换装置,其特征是:所述地基腔体(621)和过渡腔体(622)为圆柱形腔体,所述连接孔(64)为圆孔,地基腔体(621)、过渡腔体(622)和连接孔(64)同轴设置。
- 如权利要求3所述的唇部化妆品替换装置,其特征是:所述过渡腔体(622)的横截圆直径小于地基腔体(621)的横截圆直径。
- 如权利要求4所述的唇部化妆品替换装置,其特征是:所述连接孔(64)直径小于过渡腔体(622)的横截圆直径。
- 如权利要去1~5中任意一权利要求所述的唇部化妆品替换装置,其特征是:所述外壳体(61)包括上壳体(611)和下壳体(612),所述下壳体(612)上设置有与连接座(62)外形面相配合的承托孔(613),所述上壳体(611)罩设在下壳体(612)的顶部,所述连接座(62)可拆卸安装在承托孔(613)中。
- 如权利要求6所述的唇部化妆品替换装置,其特征是:所述下壳体(612)外还设置有底座(614),所述下壳体(612)设置在底座(614)内,所述上壳体(611)的一侧边与底座(614)的顶边(618)相连为一个整体,使上壳体(611)与底座(614)绕顶边(618)转动构成转动副,所述顶边(618)对面一侧的上壳体(611)与底座(614)之间通过插接结构(619)相配合。
- 如权利要去1~5中任意一权利要求所述的唇部化妆品替换装置,其特征是:所述外壳体(61)包括上壳体(611)和封盖(615),所述上壳体(611)罩设在连接座(62)的顶部并罩住膏体(63),所述封盖(615)盖住连接孔(64)。
- 如权利要求8所述的唇部化妆品替换装置,其特征是:所述封盖(615)为保护膜,所述保护膜的边缘设置有一撕拉部(616)。
- 如权利要求8所述的唇部化妆品替换装置,其特征是:所述封盖(615)为设置在连接孔(64)上且与连接座(62)一体成型的封盖片,所述封盖片的边缘为裁切线(617),封盖片在外力作用下沿所述裁切线(617)与所述连接座(62)分离。
