一种手持式搅拌棒的调速装置,包括手持壳体(1),手持壳体(1)内设有电机(2),手持壳体(1)内上部设有控制装置,手持壳体(1)下部旋接组件连接有轴套管(3),轴套管(3)内设有与电机(2)的输出轴连接的搅拌棒,控制装置包括主控制板(4),手持壳体(1)的一侧设有与主控制板(4)电连接的延时解锁开关组件,手持壳体(1)顶端设有光圈(5),光圈(5)上端设有多档调速组件,光圈(5)下端与手持壳体(1)之间设有顶部控制板(6),顶部控制板(6)与多档调速组件之间设有电位器(16),主控制板(4)和顶部控制板(6)与设置于手持壳体(1)内的蓄电池连接,通过多档调速组件进行多档调速,使轴套管(3)与搅拌棒配合将食物搅拌得更细致,另外由于多档调速组件带有指示功能,在转动进行多档调速时,转动一个档位相应的有指示灯显示,这样能适时的指示调节情况,从而防止误操作搅拌。

一种手持式搅拌棒的调速装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及搅拌设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种手持式搅拌棒的调速装置。
背景技术
目前,手持式料理搅拌棒因其具有体积较小,便于便携的特点而被用户广泛使用。手持式料理搅拌棒通常包括手持壳体、电机、轴套管和搅拌棒。为了牢固的将电机固定在手持壳体中,现有技术中的手持式料理搅拌棒通常只有慢速和快速两种调速档位,这样对于不同的食物搅拌不能达到更加细致的效果;另外,慢速和快速的具体档位调节在控制位置指示不明,这样不能适时的明确搅拌情况,从而会出现搅拌误操作的情况。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种手持式搅拌棒的调速装置,其能通过多档调速,使食物搅拌得更细致,另外多档调速时,能适时的指示调节情况,从而防止误操作搅拌的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种手持式搅拌棒的调速装置,包括手持壳体,所述手持壳体内设有电机,所述手持壳体内上部设有控制装置,所述手持壳体下部旋接组件连接有轴套管,所述轴套管内设有与所述电机的输出轴连接的搅拌棒,所述控制装置包括主控制板,所述手持壳体的一侧设有与主控制板电连接的延时解锁开关组件,所述手持壳体顶端设有光圈,所述光圈上端设有带指示的多档调速组件,所述光圈下端与手持壳体之间设有顶部控制板,顶部控制板与多档调速组件之间设有电位器。
优选的,所述多档调速组件包括配合连接于所述光圈上端中部的调速支架, 所述光圈上端外缘配合设有驱动所述调速支架转动的调速旋钮,所述调速旋钮与调速支架之间配合设有顶盖,所述顶盖与调速支架之间设有带至少三个档位的档位灯带,所述光圈中部还设有安装套,所述安装套内设有弹珠,所述弹珠与安装套之间设有弹簧,所述调速支架下端设有若干与所述弹珠配合连接的卡齿。
进一步优选的,所述调速支架中部对应所述档位灯带开设有透光孔,所述顶盖上开设有与所述档位灯带的数目相同的指示灯孔。
进一步优选的,所述手持壳体包括左壳体和右壳体,所述左壳体和右壳体之间设有与所述主控制板和顶部控制板电连接的蓄电池,所述顶部控制板上设有充电口,所述延时解锁开关组件设于所述左壳体或右壳体上,所述左壳体或右壳体与主控制板之间设有按钮支架,所述按钮支架上设有延时解锁开关和启停开关,所述左壳体或右壳体上设有开关面板。

下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1-3所示,一种手持式搅拌棒的调速装置,包括手持壳体1,所述手持壳体1内设有电机2,所述手持壳体1内上部设有控制装置,所述手持壳体1下部旋接组件连接有轴套管3,所述轴套管3内设有与所述电机2的输出轴连接的搅拌棒,所述控制装置包括主控制板4,所述手持壳体1的一侧设有与主控制板4电连接的延时解锁开关组件,所述手持壳体1顶端设有光圈5,所述光圈5上端设有多档调速组件,所述光圈5下端与手持壳体1之间设有顶部控制板6,顶部控制板6与多档调速组件之间设有电位器16,所述主控制板4和顶部控制板6与设置于手持壳体1内的蓄电池连接,通过多档调速组件进行多档调速,使轴套管3与搅拌棒配合将食物搅拌得更细致,另外由于多档调速组件带有指示功能,在转动进行多档调速时,转动一个档位相应的有指示灯显示,这样能适时的指示调节情况,从而防止误操作搅拌。
本实施例中,所述多档调速组件包括配合连接于所述光圈5上端中部的调速支架7,所述光圈5上端外缘配合设有驱动所述调速支架7转动的调速旋钮8,所述调速旋钮8与调速支架7之间配合设有顶盖9,所述顶盖9与调速支架7之间设有带至少三个档位的档位灯带10,所述光圈5中部还设有安装套11,所述安装套11内设有弹珠12,所述弹珠12与安装套11之间设有弹簧,所述调速支架7下端设有若干与所述弹珠12配合连接的卡齿13,所述调速支架7中部对应所述档位灯带10开设有透光孔14,所述顶盖9上开设有与所述档位灯带10的数目相同的指示灯孔15,所述档位灯带10优选的是设置八个档位, 具体进行档位调节时,在调速旋钮8转动时,所述调速支架7和与电位器16一起转动,通过所述透光孔14与调速支架7的主体间配合,将档位灯带10一个个灯珠的光线露出,并经过指示灯孔15显示在顶盖9上,同时,调节时会伴有弹珠12与不同卡齿13弹性接触的卡接声,这样便于操作时清楚识别具体的搅拌档位。
本实施例中,所述手持壳体1包括左壳体和右壳体,所述左壳体和右壳体之间设有与所述主控制板4和顶部控制板6电连接的蓄电池17,所述顶部控制板上设有充电口18,所述延时解锁开关组件设于所述左壳体或右壳体上,所述左壳体或右壳体与主控制板4之间设有按钮支架19,所述按钮支架19上设有延时解锁开关21和启停开关22,所述左壳体或右壳体上设有开关面板20,使用时,先按住延时解锁开关21两秒后,再通过启停开关22控制电机2驱动搅拌棒对食物进行搅拌。

  1. 一种手持式搅拌棒的调速装置,包括手持壳体,所述手持壳体内设有电机,所述手持壳体内上部设有控制装置,所述手持壳体下部旋接组件连接有轴套管,所述轴套管内设有与所述电机的输出轴连接的搅拌棒,其特征在于:所述控制装置包括主控制板,所述手持壳体的一侧设有与主控制板电连接的延时解锁开关组件,所述手持壳体顶端设有光圈,所述光圈上端设有带指示的多档调速组件,所述光圈下端与手持壳体之间设有顶部控制板,顶部控制板与多档调速组件之间设有电位器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式搅拌棒的调速装置,其特征在于:所述多档调速组件包括配合连接于所述光圈上端中部的调速支架,所述光圈上端外缘配合设有驱动所述调速支架转动的调速旋钮,所述调速旋钮与调速支架之间配合设有顶盖,所述顶盖与调速支架之间设有带至少三个档位的档位灯带,所述光圈中部还设有安装套,所述安装套内设有弹珠,所述弹珠与安装套之间设有弹簧,所述调速支架下端设有若干与所述弹珠配合连接的卡齿。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种手持式搅拌棒的调速装置,其特征在于:所述调速支架中部对应所述档位灯带开设有透光孔,所述顶盖上开设有与所述档位灯带的数目相同的指示灯孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式搅拌棒的调速装置,其特征在于:所述手持壳体包括左壳体和右壳体,所述左壳体和右壳体之间设有与所述主控制板和顶部控制板电连接的蓄电池,所述顶部控制板上设有充电口,所述延时解锁开关组件设于所述左壳体或右壳体上,所述左壳体或右壳体与主控制板之间设有按钮支架,所述按钮支架上设有延时解锁开关和启停开关,所述左壳体或右壳体上设有开关面板。
