技术领域
本申请属于电子技术领域,具体涉及一种卡托组件、电子设备和磁吸设备。
背景技术
相关技术中,在手机等电子设备上设置接口,以通过该接口实现电子设备的数据传输和充电功能,但是,该接口会降低电子设备的防水和防尘性能。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种卡托组件、电子设备和磁吸设备,能够使实现在电子设备上无须额外开设充电和数据传输接口,实现无孔化,从而提升了电子设备的防水和防尘性能。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种卡托组件,包括:卡托,所述卡托包括卡托主体和卡托帽;所述卡托主体与所述卡托帽固定连接,所述卡托内嵌设有至少一个金属件,所述卡托上设置有与所述金属件对应的第一通孔,所述金属件的第一端通过所述第一通孔的外露于所述卡托帽背向所述卡托主体的外表面,以形成第一接口,所述金属件的第二端用于与配置所述卡托组件的电子设备的内部电路电连接。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备,包括如第一方面所述的卡托组件,在卡托与卡槽匹配连接的情况下,所述至少一个金属件的第二端 与所述电子设备的内部电路电连接。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供了一种磁吸设备,包括:主体部和第二磁力件;所述主体部的第一面设置有第二接口,所述第二磁力件收容于所述主体部内,且靠近所述主体部的第二面,所述主体部的第一面与所述主体部的第二面相背;所述第二接口与如第二方面的第一接口匹配;在所述第二磁力件与如第二方面的第一磁力件处于预设位置的情况下,所述第二磁力件与所述第一磁力件产生磁吸力,以使所述卡托组件处于第二状态。
在本申请实施例中,在卡托内嵌设有至少一个金属件,所述卡托上设置有与所述金属件对应的第一通孔,所述金属件的第一端通过所述第一通孔外露于所述卡托帽背向所述卡托主体的外表面,以形成第一接口,所述金属件的第二端用于与配置所述卡托组件的电子设备的内部电路电连接。这样,可以把第一接口集成在卡托上,从而可以基于该第一接口实现电子设备的数据传输、充电等功能中的至少一项,能够避免在电子设备上额外设置接口,实现了复用卡托组件来实现电子设备接口的无孔化设计。

下面结合附图,通过具体的实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的卡托组件、电子设备和磁吸设备进行详细地说明。
实施例一
请参阅图1至图5以及图8,本申请实施例提供的卡托组件包括卡托3, 该卡托可以分为卡托主体3a和卡托帽3b,且卡托主体3a与卡托帽3b固定连接。
所述卡托主体3a与所述卡托帽3b固定连接,卡托3内嵌设有至少一个金属件3151,卡托3上设置有与金属件3151对应的第一通孔35,金属件3151的第一端通过第一通孔35外露于所述卡托帽3b背向所述卡托主体3a的外表面,以形成第一接口315,金属件3151的第二端用于与配置所述卡托组件的电子设备的内部电路电连接。
本实施方式,相当于是把第一接口315设置在卡托3的卡托帽3b上,其中,金属件3151可以作为第一接口315的引脚,例如:D+引脚、D-引脚、VBUS引脚、GND引脚等等,金属件3151的数量可以根据第一接口315需要的引脚数量来确定,本申请实施例中,以第一接口315包括7个金属件3151为例进行举例说明,在此不作过多阐述。
可选的,卡托组件还包括卡槽2;
金属件3151的第二端外露于所述卡托主体3a朝向卡槽2的外表面;
卡槽2的侧壁上设置有连接件22,连接件22与金属件3151的第二端对应设置,在卡托3卡设于卡槽2内的情况下,连接件22用于将金属件3151与所述电子设备的内部电路导通。
其中,第一通孔35的第二端可以外露于卡托主体3a的第一面,其中,卡托主体3a的第一面可以是在卡托3卡设于卡槽2内时,卡托主体3a收容于卡槽2内的任意面,本申请实施例中,以卡托主体3a的第一面与卡托主体3a用于承载通信卡的一面相背为例进行举例说明。
在实施中,卡槽2的至少部分可以设置在电子设备100内的印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)5上,此时,上述连接件22可以是焊接在PCB 5上的金属弹片,且该金属弹片通过该PCB 5与电子设备100内的电路导通。该连接件22与上述金属件3151数量相同,且一一对应。在卡托3卡设于卡槽2内的情况下,连接件22用于将各自对应的金属件3151与电子设备100的内部电路导通。
可选地,如图8所示,金属件3151包括第一部位315a、目标连接部315b和第二部位315c;
第一部位315a的至少部分通过第一通孔35的外露于所述卡托主体3a的朝向所述连接件22的外表面,第二部位315c的至少部分外露于所述卡托帽3b的背向所述卡托主体3a的外表面,目标连接部315b连接第一部位315a和第二部位315c。
在实施中,上述金属件3151可以是弯曲的金属片结构,其包括与第一方向W垂直,即与卡托3的第一面平行的第一部位315a,该第一部位315a用于与第二接口中的导电桩抵接。其中,第二接口可以是与上述第一接口315相匹配的接口,且该第二接口中的导电桩与第一接口315中的金属件3151一一对应,例如:如图9所示的磁吸设备200中的第二接口201。
可选地,上述第一部位315a的外露于卡托3的表面的部位可以向卡托3的中心凹陷形成弧面,第二接口201的导电桩2011的自由端可以与第一部位315a上的弧面相匹配,这样,可以增加导电桩2011与金属件3151的电连接性能。
上述金属件3151的第二部位315c可以与卡托主体3a平行,该第二部位315c用于在卡托3卡设于卡槽2内时,与卡槽2连接件22接触,以实现与电子设备100内的电路导通。
可选地,如图7a至图7d所示,卡托组件还包括:第三磁力件4,第三磁力件4设置于第一接口315的至少一侧;
其中,在卡托3卡设于卡槽2内的情况下,第三磁力件4用于与第二接口201中的第四磁力件203产生第一吸附力,以使第二接口201与第一接口315匹配连接,第二接口201为设置于磁吸设备200上的接口。
需要说明的是,上述第三磁力件4可以设置在卡托组件上,也可能设置在具有本申请实施例提供的卡托组件的电子设备上,例如:如图7a至图7d所示,在本申请实施例提供的卡托组件设置在电子设备100的框体1上的情况下,该框体1上还设置有分布于卡托3两侧的第三磁力件4,在此不构成 具体限定。
本申请实施例中,以第三磁力件4于第一接口315的相对两侧为例进行举例说明,同时,第二接口201也可以包括与第三磁力件4一一对应的第四磁力件203,上述第三磁力件4和第四磁力件203用于为第一接口315和第二接口201提供磁吸对位功能,以使第一接口315与第二接口201匹配连接。
其中,上述提供磁吸对位的第三磁力件4和第四磁力件203与相关技术中能够对接口进行磁吸对位的磁力件的结构和功能相同,在此对接口和第三磁力件4的具体结构不作赘述。
本申请实施例与相关技术的不同之处包括:第一接口315设置于卡托帽3b,这样,能够复用卡托帽3b来设计第一接口315。且通过接口替代相关技术中开设于框体1的额外设置的接口,能够实现充电以及数据接口的无孔化设计,提升电子设备的防水性能和防尘性能。
可选地,位于第一接口315的相对两侧的第三磁力件4的磁极性可以不同,与之相对应的,第二接口201中的两个第四磁力件203的磁极性也可以不同。
例如:第一接口315左侧的第三磁力件4为N极,第一接口315右侧的为S极,第二接口201中用于与N极的第三磁力件4对应的第四磁力件203为S极,第二接口201中用于与S极的第三磁力件4对应的第四磁力件203为N极。
这样,能够防止第一接口315与第二接口201反接。
例如:如图10a所示的状态为第一接口315与第二接口201正常匹配连接的状态,此时,第二接口201中的S极第四磁力件203与第一接口315左侧的N极第三磁力件4吸附在一起,第二接口201中的N极第四磁力件203与第一接口315右侧的S极第三磁力件4吸附在一起。
再例如:如图10b所示的反接的状态下,第二接口201中的N极第四磁力件203与第一接口315左侧的N极第三磁力件4正对,第二接口201中的S极第四磁力件203与第一接口315右侧的S极第三磁力件4正对,从而基 于同极相斥的原理,可以在第二接口201与第一接口315之间产生相斥的磁力,避免第二接口201与第一接口315反接。
实施例二
作为一种可选的实施方式,如图1至图5所示,卡托组件还包括:锁持组件31,锁持组件31设置于卡托主体3a的靠近所述卡托帽3b的区域;
锁持组件31包括:第一磁力件311、弹性件312和活动件313;
弹性件312与第一磁力件311抵接,并向第一磁力件311产生沿第一方向W的推力,第一磁力件311与活动件313抵接,第一方向W为卡托3进入卡槽2的方向;
卡托组件包括第一状态和第二状态;
在所述第一状态下,第一磁力件311基于弹性件312的推力向第一方向W移动,并推动活动件313移动至第一位置,以使卡托3卡设于卡槽2内;
在所述第二状态下,第一磁力件311在受到磁吸力的情况下,向第二方向S移动,并推动活动件313移动至第二位置,以使卡托3脱离卡槽2,其中,第二方向S与第一方向W相反。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,以卡托组件设置在电子设备100的框体1上为例进行举例说明,其中,上述电子设备100可以是手机、智能手表、智能眼镜等电子设备,该电子设备100可以配置通信卡(例如:用户身份识别模块(Subscriber Identity Module,SIM)卡),且本申请实施例提供的卡托组件还可以设置在电子设备的其他位置,在此不作具体限定。本申请实施例中,电子设备的通信卡可以通过上述卡托3插入电子设备100,或者从电子设备100内取出。
相关技术中,为了取出卡托,需要在卡托的外露面设置针孔,并利用顶针穿过针孔以顶出卡托。本申请实施例中,无需在卡托3的外露面设置针孔,而是通过磁控的方式控制卡托3上的锁持组件31将卡托3锁持在卡槽2内,或者使卡托3脱离卡槽2。
在实施中,上述卡托主体3a上可以开设收容槽,以收容上述锁持组件 31,或者,上述卡托3与锁持组件31开可以通过胶粘、焊接、通过螺钉固定连接等其他方式固定在一起。
上述第一磁力件311可以包括磁铁或者电磁体,该第一磁力件311在未受到沿第二方向S的吸附力的情况下,受弹性件312的弹性力作用而将活动件313抵靠在第一位置,该活动件313类似于“门闩”,其在处于第一位置时,可以将卡托3锁持在卡槽2内。
上述弹性件312可以包括弹簧、弹片等任意能够基于形变而产生弹性力的结构,此外,弹性件312产生沿第一方向W的弹性力,可以是弹性件312受到沿第二方向S的压缩形变,从而产生沿第一方向W的弹性恢复力,或者,弹性件312受到沿第二方向S的拉伸形变,从而产生沿第一方向W的弹性恢复力。本申请实施例中以弹性件312为弹片,且弹性件312受到沿第二方向S的压缩形变,从而产生沿第一方向W的弹性恢复力为例进行举例说明,在此不构成具体限定。
此外,在所述第二状态下,第一磁力件311在收到的磁吸力的作用下,向第二方向S移动,并驱使弹性件312进一步发生形变,将活动件313移动至第二位置,卡托3脱离卡槽2。在此之后,可以将第一磁力件311与第二磁力件202(即产生对第一磁力件311的磁吸力的磁力件)分离,此时,第一磁力件311在弹性件312的弹性力作用下带动活动件313移动至第一位置,此时若将卡托3推入卡槽2即可完成卡托3的安装。
或者,可以保持第一磁力件311与第二磁力件202的吸附状态,并将卡托3推入卡槽2后,再将第二磁力件202脱离卡托3,也可以完成卡托3的安装。
上述活动件313可以包括能跟随第一磁力件311的移动而改变所处位置的杆状或块状或圆弧形结构,本申请实施例中以活动件313为杆状结构为例进行举例说明,在此不构成具体限定。
其中,在活动件313移动至第一位置时,将会限制卡托3相对卡槽2移动,即将卡托3锁持在卡槽2内,例如:如图7a和图7b所示,第一位置的 活动件313穿过卡托3上的第二通孔33,且端部延伸至框体1上的限位槽21内,以将卡托3锁持在卡槽2内。
在活动件313移动至第二位置时,将不会限制卡托3相对卡槽2移动,即将卡托3可以脱离卡槽2,例如:如图7c和图7d所示,第二位置的活动件313穿过卡托3上的第二通孔33,且端部收容在第二通孔33内,此时,卡托3可以脱离卡槽2。此外,基于第二状态下,第一磁力件311受到磁吸力而向第二方向S移动,且锁持组件31固定在卡托3上,则在第一磁力件311所受的磁吸力作用在卡托3上,从而将卡托3吸出卡槽2。
需要说明的是,在实际应用中,活动件313还可以呈其他结构,且卡槽2上设置有与处于第一位置的活动件313相匹配的限位件,例如:处于第一位置的活动件313通过与卡槽2的侧壁上设置的限位挡板抵接,以实现限制卡托3相对卡槽2移动。在此不限定处于第一位置的活动件313限制卡托3相对卡槽2移动的方式。
作为一种可选的实施方式,如图4a、图4b、图6a、图6b、图7b和图7d所示,卡托3上开设有收容槽32,电子设备的框体上设置有限位槽21,卡托主体上开设有连通收容槽32与限位槽21的第二通孔33;
活动件313设置于收容槽32内,并通过第二通孔33在限位槽21和收容槽32之间移动,第一磁力件311和弹性件312收容于收容槽32内,活动件313的第一端设置有磁力部3131,磁力部3131吸附于第一磁力件311;
在所述第一状态下,第一磁力件311推动活动件313沿第三方向U滑动,以使活动件313的第二端3132延伸至限位槽21内,其中,所述第三方向U为活动件313远离第一磁力件311的方向;
在所述第二状态下,第一磁力件311吸附活动件313沿第四方向V滑动,以使活动件313的第二端3132收容于第二通孔33内,其中,第四方向V为活动件313靠近第一磁力件311的方向。
本实施方式中,第一磁力件311和弹性件312收容于收容槽32内,活动件313贯穿第二通孔33,这样,第一磁力件311通过其端部的磁力部3131 保持着与第一磁力件311抵接的状态,从而能够在第一磁力件311移动的过程中改变所处位置。
可选的,第一磁力件311包括沿第一方向W并列设置的第一限位部3111、第一连接部3112和第二限位部3113;
第一限位部3111的第一端面与收容槽32的第一侧壁之间的距离为第一距离,第二限位部3113的第二端面与收容槽32的第一侧壁之间的距离为第二距离,所述第一距离小于所述第二距离,所述第一端面为第一限位部3111用于与磁力部3131抵接的一面,所述第二端面为第二限位部3113用于与磁力部3131抵接的一面,第二通孔33设于所述第一侧壁;
其中,在由所述第一状态切换至所述第二状态的情况下,磁力部3131通过第一连接部3112由第一限位部3111移动至第二限位部3113;在由第二状态切换至第一状态的情况下,磁力部3131通过第一连接部3112由第二限位部3113移动至第一限位部3111。
在应用中,在第一状态下,第一磁力件311受弹性件312的弹性力而与收容槽32的第二侧壁(即收容槽32的第一方向W所朝向的侧壁)抵接时,活动件313沿第三方向U或第四方向V的位置与第一磁力件311的第一限位部3111对齐,基于活动件313贯穿第二通孔33设置,其在第一方向W或第二方向S上的位置与卡托3保持相对静止,从而驱使活动件313的磁力部3131与第一限位部3111抵接.此时,活动件313的沿第三方向U移动,以使其第二端3132延伸至限位槽21内,构成了“门闩”关闭的状态,阻挡卡托3相对卡槽2沿第二方向S移动;
在第二状态下,第一磁力件311受磁吸力的作用,克服弹性件312的弹性力而与收容槽32的第三侧壁(即收容槽32的第二方向S所朝向的侧壁)抵接时,活动件313沿第三方向U或第四方向V的位置与第一磁力件311的第二限位部3113对齐,基于活动件313贯穿第二通孔33设置,其在第一方向W或第二方向S上的位置与卡托3保持相对静止,从而驱使活动件313的磁力部3131与第二限位部3113抵接.此时,活动件313的沿第四方向V移 动,以使其第二端3132收回至第二通孔33内,构成了“门闩”打开的状态,卡托3能够相对卡槽2沿第二方向S移动。
可选地,如图6a或图6b所示,磁力部3131包括与第一限位部3111或第二限位部3113抵接的第一端部,所述第一端部呈球面。
本实施方式中,通过将磁力部3131的用来与第一限位部3111或第二限位部3113抵接的第一端部设置成球面,可以降低磁力部3131与第一限位部3111或第二限位部3113之间的摩擦阻力,从而使磁力部3131能够更轻松的在第一限位部3111和第二限位部3113之间移动。
可选地,如图6a或图6b所示,可以将上述第一连接部3112设置成向第一磁力件311的中心凹陷的弧形面。这样,同样可以降低磁力部3131与第一限位部3111或第二限位部3113之间的摩擦阻力。
需要说明的是,在具体实施中,第一磁力件311可以是其他结构,或者采用其他方式来调节活动件313处于第一位置或第二位置,例如:在第一状态下,第一磁力件311通过同极磁性相斥的原理,推动活动件313移动至第一位置;在第二状态下,第一磁力件311通过异极磁性相吸的原理,吸附活动件313移动至第二位置,在此不作具体限定。
作为一种可选的实施方式,如图6a或图6b所示,锁持组件31为沿第一对称轴Z对称的对称结构,第一对称轴Z与所述第一方向W同向;
第一限位部3111、第一连接部3112、第二限位部3113、活动件313、第二通孔33以及限位槽21的数量均为至少2个,且至少2个第一限位部3111、至少2个第一连接部3112、至少2个第二限位部3113、至少2个活动件313、至少2个第二通孔33以及至少2个限位槽21对称分布于第一对称轴Z的两侧。
其中,如图6a或图6b所示实施例中,第一限位部3111、第一连接部3112、第二限位部3113、活动件313、第二通孔33以及限位槽21的数量均为2个,在实际应用中,第一限位部3111、第一连接部3112、第二限位部3113、活动件313、第二通孔33以及限位槽21的数量还可以多余2个,例如:4个等, 在此不作具体限定。
本实施方式中,将锁持组件31设置为沿第一对称轴Z对称的对称结构,可以使锁持组件31在工作中的受力更加平衡,且提升了锁持组件31在工作中的可靠性。
作为一种可选的实施方式,如图4a、图4b和图5所示,锁持组件31还包括:盖板314,盖板314上设置有第一扣合结构3141,卡托主体3a上设置有与第一扣合结构3141相匹配的第二扣合结构34;
在第一扣合结构3141与第二扣合结构34扣合的情况下,第一磁力件311、弹性件312和活动件313通过盖板314限位于收容槽32内。
在一种可能的实现方式中,对于上述锁持组件31的组装流程可以包括:
1)将活动件313贯穿第二通孔33设置;
2)将第一磁力件311放入收容槽32;
3)将弹性件312卡入第一磁力件311与收容槽32的第三侧壁之间;
4)将盖板314上的第一扣合结构3141与卡托3上的第二扣合结构34扣合。
本实施方式下,可以通过盖板提升锁持组件31的整体结构的稳定性,且便于组装锁持组件31。
可选地,弹性件312与盖板314为一体结构。
本实施方式中,可以将弹性件312与盖板314设计为一体结构,这样,可以简化锁持组件31的结构,且在组装过程中,可以一步实现盖板314与弹性件312的装配。
在本申请实施例中,在卡托上设置锁持组件,且该锁持组件包括第一磁力件,通过调节外部的第二磁力件与该第一磁力件之间的相对位置,可以改变第一磁力件的受力,从而基于该受力驱使活动件移动至第一位置或第二位置,其中,在活动件移动至第一位置的情况下,卡托卡设于所述卡槽内;在活动件移动至第二位置的情况下,卡托可以脱离所述卡槽。这样,可以基于磁控的方式来取出或者锁持电子设备的卡托,且无需在卡托的卡托帽3b上设 置针孔,能够使电子设备的卡托实现无孔化,从而提升了电子设备的防水和防尘性能。
实施例三
本实施例三可以是上述实施例一和实施例二的结合,即卡托组件中的卡托上既可以集成第一接口315,又可以设置锁持组件31。
例如:如图1至图10所示,卡托主体3a的靠近卡托帽3b的区域可以设置锁持组件31,且卡托帽3b上集成第一接口315,该第一接口315中的金属件3151穿过该卡托3上的第一通孔35,以延伸至卡托主体3a背向锁持组件31的一面。
此时,可以在具有第二接口201的磁吸设备200中添加第四磁力件203,以使该磁吸设备200既能够通过第二接口201与卡托组件中的第一接口315匹配连接,又可以通过第四磁力件203控制锁持组件31处于锁持状态或解锁状态。
例如:如图10c所示,在磁吸设备200中,还将第二磁力件202设置在第二接口201的背面,这样,在第二接口201的背面贴设在卡托3的外露面时,第二磁力件202会对第一磁力件311产生第一吸附力,实现将电子设备由第一状态切换至第二状态。
需要说明的是,如图10a至10c所示附图中的第二磁力件202和第四磁力件203为透视效果,在实际应用中,第二磁力件202和第四磁力件203可以设置在磁吸充电头的壳体内。例如:如图9所示,第二磁力件202设置在磁吸充电头的壳体内,且与第二接口201的背面相对(及与第二接口201的外露面相背的一面),这样,在第二接口201的背面靠近卡托3的外露面时,能够缩短第二磁力件202与第一磁力件311之间的距离,增大两者之间的磁吸力。
此外,也可以将第一磁力件311尽可能的靠近卡托帽3b背向卡托主体3a的外露面设置,其同样可以缩短第二磁力件202与第一磁力件311之间的距离,增大两者之间的磁吸力。
在本申请实施例中,在卡托内嵌设有至少一个金属件,所述卡托上设置有与所述金属件对应的第一通孔,所述金属件的第一端通过所述第一通孔外露于所述卡托帽3b背向所述卡托主体3a的外表面,以形成第一接口,所述金属件的第二端用于与配置所述卡托组件的电子设备的内部电路电连接。这样,可以把第一接口集成在卡托上,从而可以基于该第一接口实现电子设备的数据传输、充电等功能中的至少一项,能够避免在电子设备上额外设置接口,实现了复用卡托组件来实现电子设备接口的无孔化设计。
如图1至图10c所示,本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备100,该电子设备具有如上任意实施例中提供的卡托组件。
其中,在卡托3与卡槽2匹配连接的情况下,所述至少一个金属件3151的第二端与电子设备100的内部电路电连接。
可选的,所述卡槽2固定于所述电子设备的电路板5,所述电路板5的朝向所述卡槽2内的一侧设置有与所述至少一个金属件3151一一对应的连接件22,在卡托3与所述卡槽2匹配连接的情况下,所述至少一个金属件3151的第二端通过所述连接件22与所述电路板5上的电路电连接。
可选的,所述卡托帽3b设置于所述电子设备的金属框体1,所述电子设备还包括第三磁力件4,第三磁力件4位于第一接口315的至少一侧。
请参阅图9、图10a至图10c,本申请实施例还提供一种磁吸设备200,磁吸设备200包括主体部2000和第二磁力件202;
主体部2000的第一面设置有第二接口201,第二磁力件202收容于主体部2000内,且靠近主体部2000的第二面,主体部2000的第一面与主体部2000的第二面相背;
第二接口201与本申请上一实施例中提供的电子设备100的第一接口315匹配;
在第二磁力件202与电子设备100中的第一磁力件311处于预设位置的情况下,第二磁力件202与第一磁力件311产生磁吸力,以使所述卡托组件处于第二状态。
其中,磁吸设备200可以是磁吸充电器、磁吸数据接口等,在该磁吸设备200的第二接口201与第一接口315匹配连接的情况下,可以实现充电、数据传输等功能中的至少一项。
上述第二磁力件202与电子设备100中的第一磁力件311处于预设位置,可以是第二磁力件202靠近第一磁力件311,例如:如图10c所示,将主体部2000的第二面贴设在卡托帽3b上,以使第二磁力件202靠近第一磁力件311,两者之间产生磁吸力,使得锁持组件解锁。
可选地,如图10a至10c所示,磁吸设备200还包括:第四磁力件203,第四磁力件203收容于主体部2000内,且靠近主体部2000的第一面;
如图10a所示,在主体部2000的第一面与卡托帽3b的外表面抵接的情况下,第四磁力件203用于与电子设备100的第一接口315中的第三磁力件产生第一吸附力,以使第二接口201与第一接口315匹配连接;
如图10c所示,在主体部2000的第二面与所述卡托帽3b的外表面抵接的情况下,第二磁力件202与第一磁力件311产生第二吸附力,以使所述卡托组件处于所述第二状态。
本申请实施例的附图中,以磁吸设备200设置在磁吸充电头上为例,进行举例说明,以使该磁吸充电头既能够对电子设备100进行磁吸充电,又能够对电子设备100内的锁持组件31产生磁控作用。
当然,在实际应用中,磁吸设备200也可能设置在除了磁吸充电头之外的其他设备或部件上,在此不作具体限定。
上述第二接口201和第四磁力件203的结构和工作原理,可以参考本申请提供的电子设备实施例中,对第二接口201和第四磁力件203的说明,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的 情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。此外,需要指出的是,本申请实施方式中的方法和电子设备的范围不限按示出或讨论的顺序来执行功能,还可包括根据所涉及的功能按基本同时的方式或按相反的顺序来执行功能,例如,可以按不同于所描述的次序来执行所描述的方法,并且还可以添加、省去、或组合各种步骤。另外,参照某些示例所描述的特征可在其他示例中被组合。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种卡托组件,包括:卡托3,所述卡托3包括卡托主体和卡托帽;
    所述卡托主体与所述卡托帽固定连接,所述卡托内嵌设有至少一个金属件,所述卡托上设置有与所述金属件对应的第一通孔,所述金属件的第一端通过所述第一通孔外露于所述卡托帽背向所述卡托主体的外表面,以形成第一接口,所述金属件的第二端用于与配置所述卡托组件的电子设备的内部电路电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托组件,其中,还包括卡槽;
    所述金属件的第二端外露于所述卡托主体朝向所述卡槽的外表面;
    所述卡槽的侧壁上设置有连接件,所述连接件与所述金属件的第二端对应设置,在所述卡托卡设于所述卡槽内的情况下,所述连接件用于将所述金属件与所述电子设备的内部电路导通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卡托组件,其中,所述金属件包括第一部位、目标连接部和第二部位;
    所述第一部位的至少部分通过所述第一通孔外露于所述卡托主体的朝向所述连接件的外表面,所述第二部位的至少部分通过所述第一通孔外露于所述卡托帽的背向所述卡托主体的外表面,所述目标连接部连接所述第一部位和所述第二部位。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的卡托组件,其中,还包括:锁持组件,所述锁持组件设置于所述卡托主体的靠近所述卡托帽的区域;
    所述锁持组件包括:第一磁力件、弹性件和活动件;
    所述弹性件与所述第一磁力件抵接,并向所述第一磁力件产生沿第一方向的推力,所述第一磁力件与所述活动件抵接,所述第一方向为所述卡托进入所述卡槽的方向;
    所述卡托组件包括第一状态和第二状态;
    在所述第一状态下,所述第一磁力件基于所述弹性件的推力向所述第一 方向移动,并推动所述活动件移动至第一位置,以使所述卡托卡设于所述卡槽内;
    在所述第二状态下,所述第一磁力件在受到磁吸力的情况下,向第二方向移动,并推动所述活动件移动至第二位置,以使所述卡托脱离所述卡槽,其中,所述第二方向与所述第一方向相反。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的卡托组件,其中,所述卡托主体上开设有收容槽,所述电子设备的框体上设有限位槽,所述卡托主体上开设有连通所述收容槽和所述限位槽的第二通孔;
    所述活动件设置于所述收容槽内,并通过所述第二通孔在所述限位槽和所述收容槽之间移动,所述第一磁力件和所述弹性件收容于所述收容槽内,所述活动件的第一端设置有磁力部,所述磁力部吸附于所述第一磁力件;
    在所述第一状态下,所述第一磁力件推动所述活动件沿第三方向滑动,以使所述活动件的第二端延伸至所述限位槽内,其中,所述第三方向为所述活动件远离所述第一磁力件的方向;
    在所述第二状态下,所述第一磁力件吸附所述活动件沿第四方向滑动,以使所述活动件的第二端收容于所述第二通孔内,其中,所述第四方向为所述活动件靠近所述第一磁力件的方向。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的卡托组件,其中,所述第一磁力件包括沿所述第一方向并列设置的第一限位部、第一连接部和第二限位部;
    所述第一限位部的第一端面与所述收容槽的第一侧壁之间的距离为第一距离,所述第二限位部的第二端面与所述收容槽的第一侧壁之间的距离为第二距离,所述第一距离小于所述第二距离,所述第一端面为所述第一限位部用于与所述磁力部抵接的一面,所述第二端面为所述第二限位部用于与所述磁力部抵接的一面,所述第二通孔设于所述第一侧壁;
    其中,在由所述第一状态切换至所述第二状态的情况下,所述磁力部通过所述第一连接部由所述第一限位部移动至所述第二限位部;在由所述第二 状态切换至所述第一状态的情况下,所述磁力部通过所述第一连接部由所述第二限位部移动至所述第一限位部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的卡托组件,其中,所述磁力部包括与所述第一限位部或第二限位部抵接的第一端部,所述第一端部呈球面。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的卡托组件,其中,所述锁持组件为沿第一对称轴对称的对称结构,所述第一对称轴与所述第一方向同向;
    所述第一限位部、所述第一连接部、所述第二限位部、所述活动件、所述第二通孔以及所述限位槽的数量均为至少2个,且至少2个所述第一限位部、至少2个所述第一连接部、至少2个所述第二限位部、至少2个所述活动件、至少2个所述第二通孔以及至少2个所述限位槽对称分布于所述第一对称轴的两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的卡托组件,其中,所述锁持组件还包括:盖板,所述盖板上设置有第一扣合结构,所述卡托主体上设置有与所述第一扣合结构相匹配的第二扣合结构;
    在所述第一扣合结构与所述第二扣合结构扣合的情况下,所述第一磁力件、所述弹性件和所述活动件通过所述盖板限位于所述收容槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的卡托组件,其中,所述弹性件与所述盖板为一体结构。
  11. 一种电子设备,包括如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的卡托组件,在卡托与卡槽匹配连接的情况下,所述至少一个金属件的第二端与所述电子设备的内部电路电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其中,所述卡槽固定于所述电子设备的电路板,所述电路板的朝向所述卡槽内的一侧设置有与所述至少一个金属件一一对应的连接件,在卡托与所述卡槽匹配连接的情况下,所述至少一个金属件的第二端通过所述连接件与所述电路板上的电路电连接。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其中,所述卡托帽设置于所述电 子设备的金属框体,所述电子设备还包括第三磁力件,所述第三磁力件位于所述第一接口的至少一侧。
  14. 一种磁吸设备,包括:主体部和第二磁力件;
    所述主体部的第一面设置有第二接口,所述第二磁力件收容于所述主体部内,且靠近所述主体部的第二面,所述主体部的第一面与所述主体部的第二面相背;
    所述第二接口与如权利要求11中所述的第一接口匹配;
    在所述第二磁力件与如权利要求11中所述的第一磁力件处于预设位置的情况下,所述第二磁力件与所述第一磁力件产生吸附力,以使所述卡托组件处于第二状态。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的磁吸设备,其中,还包括:第四磁力件,所述第四磁力件收容于所述主体部内,且靠近所述主体部的第一面;
    在所述主体部的第一面与卡托帽的外表面抵接的情况下,所述第四磁力件用于与所述电子设备的第一接口中的第三磁力件产生第一吸附力,以使所述第二接口与所述第一接口匹配连接;
    在所述主体部的第二面与所述卡托帽的外表面抵接的情况下,所述第二磁力件与所述第一磁力件产生第二吸附力,以使所述卡托组件处于所述第二状态。
