Description

一种卡扣锁紧装置、具有该卡扣锁紧装置的医用设备 技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接装置,具体涉及一种卡扣锁紧装置、具有该卡扣锁紧装置的医用设备。
背景技术
卡扣结构广泛用于各个领域,主要用于连接和固定两个物件。
移动和运送没有活动能力的伤者或病人对医护人员来说从来都是一件非常消耗体力的差事。在医用设备中,有一种专为移动/运送没有活动能力的伤者或病人而设计的吊兜类装置,该装置通常使用一种可拆卸式卡扣锁紧装置,如图1所示。图1所示装置具有锁固体9,锁固体9的中部设有与吊兜上设置的锁扣件配合的卡接孔90,卡接孔90包括穿入段91、与穿入段91连接的第一卡接段92和与第一卡接段92连接的第二卡接段93。第一卡接段92具有对立且平行的两壁,第二卡接段93也具有对立且平行的两壁,第一卡接段92与第二卡接段93整体上构成一钝角。当与锁扣件卡接时,锁扣件一端套入穿入段91,然后顺序滑入第一卡接段92及第二卡接段93,由于第一卡接段和第二卡接段两壁的间距大于或稍大于锁扣件的直径,这种结构可靠性较差,容易松脱,当受到外力影响或意外情况发生时,锁扣件很容易从卡接孔滑出,而造成安全事故。
目前受专利保护和经国际第三方实验室负载测试的无纺布吊兜产品系列有两大类 – 四扣型和长带型, 但都必须连同电动起吊机或非电动吊机一起使用。
现有卡扣的问题:1. 安全性不足,如患者在吊架上剧烈晃动, 有机会导致卡扣松脱;2.   卡位完全没有弹性,只能配合一种尺寸的电动起吊机架。
另外,使用病人护理产品的同时, 交叉感染成为全球问题, 其严重性与日俱增, 引起广泛关注。如何帮助医护人员和病人不受感染?  使用即弃性或短生命周期产品可针对这个问题, 也是唯一的解决方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安全性好的可拆卸式卡扣锁紧装置,以克服现有技术的缺陷。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种具有本发明可拆卸式卡扣锁紧装置的医用设备。
本发明提出一种卡扣锁紧装置,包括一锁固件和一卡扣件,所述卡扣件具有一卡接头部和一卡接杆,所述卡接杆的一端与所述卡接头部固定连接,另一端与一目标物体连接,所述锁固件上设有贯穿锁固件本体并与所述卡扣件配合的卡接孔,所述卡接孔由至少两段连通的孔位组成,其中一孔的孔径大于所述卡扣件的卡接头部的直径,以允许所述卡接头部贯穿其中,另一孔的孔径小于所述卡接头部的直径,但稍大于所述卡接杆的直径,用于锁固所述卡扣件,所述两段连通的孔位的其中一个相对另一个偏转一定角度,使得在两者连接处的其中一侧构成一钝角,在与所述钝角对应的孔内壁处设置一凸起,所述凸起所在位置处的孔内壁间距小于所述卡扣件的卡接杆的直径,以及在所述锁固件本体上紧邻所述钝角处设置一通孔,使得所述凸起受到压力作用时能够产生弹性变形而又能迅速回复原状,并使得经所述凸起进入所述卡接孔其中一孔位的所述卡扣件不易滑出。
在一实施例中,所述的卡扣锁紧装置的卡接孔由三段依次连通的孔位组成,其中,第一段孔位用于接纳所述卡扣件,第二段孔位相对于所述第一段孔位朝向一侧偏转一定角度,使得所述第一段孔位和所述第二段孔位的连接处的其中一侧构成第一钝角,第三段孔位相对于所述第二段孔位朝向另一侧偏转一定角度,使得所述第二段孔位和所述第三段孔位的连接处的其中一侧构成第二钝角,其中,所述第一钝角与所述第二钝角的朝向相反;在每个钝角对应的孔内壁处各设置一凸起且每个凸起所在位置处的孔内壁间距小于所述卡扣件的卡接杆的直径,以及在所述锁固件本体上紧邻每个钝角处各设置一通孔。
所述第二段孔位具有相对的两侧壁,所述两侧壁的间距稍大于所述卡接杆的直径,但小于所述卡接头部的直径;所述第三段孔位具有相对的两侧壁和一顶壁,所述两侧壁的间距稍大于所述卡接杆的直径,但小于所述卡接头部的直径。
较佳地,所述通孔的形状设计成大致呈侧三角形,三角形的顶端朝向所述钝角处。
较佳地,所述通孔的长度设置成沿着所述钝角向邻接的两个孔方向延伸,并达至覆盖所述两个孔的部分侧壁。
较佳地,所述锁固件的上下两端各设置一系带孔。
本发明另提出一种医用设备,包括一吊件装置,一用于吊起所述吊件装置的电动起吊机,以及至少两个如上述的卡扣锁紧装置;其中,所述卡扣锁紧装置的卡扣件固定在所述吊件装置上,而所述卡扣锁紧装置的锁固件则通过绑带连接在所述电动起吊机上。
本发明还提出一种医用设备,包括一吊件装置,一用于吊起所述吊件装置的非电动吊机或移送架,以及至少两个如上述的卡扣锁紧装置;其中,所述卡扣锁紧装置的卡扣件固定在所述吊件装置上,而所述卡扣锁紧装置的锁固件则通过绑带连接在所述非电动吊机或移送架上。
本发明有效解决了现有卡扣存在的缺陷,大大提升了卡扣连接的可靠性和安全性。
本发明的可拆卸式卡扣锁紧装置,以及具有该卡扣锁紧装置的医用设备,可以大大减轻使用者或医护人员体力上负担, 又可节省人力资源和时间, 更重要的是可在安全的环境下轻松的完成任务;就医用设备而言,伤者或病人同时亦可舒舒服服、安全地被移送到下一个场所接受相关护理或治疗。

参见图2-图4,图2所示为本发明卡扣锁紧装置的锁固件的立体结构示意图,图3为图2所示锁固件的卡接孔的结构示意图,图4所示为本发明的卡扣锁紧装置的锁固件和卡扣件在一使用示例中接合时的示意图。锁固件由具有一定柔韧性的塑料材料制成。
本发明的卡扣锁紧装置包括锁固件1和卡扣件2,该锁固件1上设有一贯通锁固件本体的卡接孔,用于与卡扣件2接合。在图2所示的实施例中,卡接孔由三段依次连通的孔位组成,其中,第二段孔位相对于第一段孔位朝向一侧偏转一定角度,使得第一段孔位和第二段孔位连接处的其中一侧构成第一钝角;第三段孔位相对于第二段孔位朝向另一侧偏转一定角度,使得第二段孔位和第三段孔位连接处的其中一侧构成第二钝角,其中,第一钝角与第二钝角的朝向相反。
第一段孔位为接纳孔11,第二段孔位为第一固位孔12,第三段孔位为第二固位孔13。卡扣件2具有一卡接头部21和一卡接杆22,所述卡接杆22的一端与所述卡接头部固定连接,另一端与一目标物体连接。
锁固件1的接纳孔11大致呈上端开口的圆形,其孔径大于卡扣件2的卡接头部21的直径,使得卡扣件2的卡接头部21可以自由出入接纳孔11。与接纳孔11连接且连通的第一固位孔12具有相对的两侧壁121,122,所述两侧壁121,122的间距D1稍大于卡扣件2的卡接杆22的直径,但小于卡扣件2的卡接头部21的直径。与第一固位孔12连接且连通的第二固位孔13具有相对的两侧壁131,132和一顶壁,所述两侧壁131,132的间距D2稍大于卡扣件2的卡接杆22的直径,但小于卡扣件2的卡接头部21的直径。
在与第一钝角对应的孔内壁处设置第一凸起14,且该第一凸起14所在位置处的孔内壁间距D3小于第一固位孔12两侧壁121,122的间距D1,并小于卡接杆22的直径。同样的,在与第二钝角对应的孔内壁处设置第二凸起15,且该第二凸起15所在位置处的孔内壁间距D4小于第二固位孔13两侧壁131,132的间距D2,并小于卡接杆22的直径。
较佳地,第一凸起及第二凸起的表面均被设置成弧形。
在所述第一钝角和第二钝角处旁边各设有一通孔16,位于第一钝角处的为第一通孔161,位于第二钝角处的为第二通孔162,两个通孔的形状可设计成大致呈侧三角形,三角形的顶端朝向钝角处;两个通孔161,162分别紧邻第一钝角和第二钝角,这样设计的目的是使得第一凸起14,第二凸起15在受到外力作用时能够产生弹性变形。
具体地说,当卡扣件进入接纳孔11,其卡接杆22被用力朝向第一固位孔12推入时需经过第一凸起14,由于第一凸起14处的孔内壁间距D3小于卡接杆22的直径,使得卡接杆22被推入第一固位孔12时遇到阻力,但籍由设置的第一通孔161,第一凸起14在被施加一定外力的作用下会产生弹性变形而向外扩展,直到卡接杆22通过后又迅速回复为原状;当卡接杆22通过第一凸起14进入第一固位孔12后,第一凸起14又会起到阻挡卡扣件2从第一固位孔12中脱出的作用。为了进一步锁紧卡扣件2以防其脱出,可将卡扣件2的卡接杆22再向第二固位孔13推入,需经过第二凸起15,同样地,籍由设置的第二通孔162使得第二凸起15在被施加一定外力的作用下产生弹性变形而向外扩展,直到卡接杆22通过后迅速回复为原状,而第二凸起15会阻挡卡扣件2从第二固位孔13中脱出。
上述结构的双卡扣设计,大大提升了卡扣连接的可靠性和安全性。
需说明的是,上述实施例中所述通孔的形状和结构并不限于侧三角形,还可以采用其它如何适合的形状,只要能起到让凸起弹性变形向外扩伸的作用,以阻挡卡扣件脱离。
作为选择,第一通孔161的长度设置成沿着第一钝角向接纳孔和第一固位孔两个方向延伸,并达至覆盖接纳孔和第一固位孔的部分侧壁;第二通孔162的长度设置成沿着第二钝角向第一固位孔和第二固位孔两个方向延伸,并达至覆盖第一固位孔和第二固位孔的部分侧壁;第一通孔161和第二通孔162这样延伸,大致上覆盖了位于第二段孔位的第一固位孔12的两侧壁的范围,也就是说,第一凸起14和第二凸起15各自对侧的侧壁也紧邻通孔,使得卡扣件2在通过第一凸起14或第二凸起15时,第一凸起14或第二凸起15对侧的侧壁也会产生一定的弹性变形,便于让卡扣件2通过,但又能迅速回复原状,不易使卡扣件2从固位孔中滑出,从而大为提高安全性。
作为选择,根据不同的用途,在锁固件上设置至少一个系带孔,用于与绑带连接。在图2-4所示的实施例中,在锁固件的上下两端各设置一系带孔17。
作为选择,根据不同的用途,本发明的锁固件也可以设计成采用上述原理的单卡扣结构,例如只包含上述结构的接纳孔和第一固位孔,两者其中一个相对另一个偏转一定角度,使得两者之间在交接处形成钝角,同时在钝角的背面,即钝角对应的孔内侧壁上构成一凸起,该凸起所在位置处的孔内壁间距小于卡扣件的卡接杆的直径,对卡扣件脱离卡接孔起到一定的阻碍作用,并在锁固件上紧邻所述钝角处设置一通孔,有助于卡接杆通过凸起所在位置时,在施加外力的情况下产生弹性变形,从而让卡接杆通过。所述通孔可采用如同上述实施例所述通孔的结构。
当需要拆卸卡扣件时,只需将锁固件相对于卡扣件施加外力,使卡扣件逐一通过各个凸起,从锁固件的各个相关孔中脱离出来。
在一实施例中,本发明还提供一种医用设备,该医用设备包括一用于专为移动/运送没有活动能力的伤者或病人而设计的吊件装置,用于吊起所述吊件装置的电动起吊机,以及至少两个上述卡扣锁紧装置,所述卡扣锁紧装置的卡扣件固定在吊件装置上,而所述卡扣锁紧装置的锁固件则通过绑带连接在电动起吊机上。所述吊件装置可以是例如吊兜、吊床、吊架,等等,。
在另一实施例中,本发明还提供一种医用设备,该医用设备包括一用于专为移动/运送没有活动能力的伤者或病人而设计的吊件装置,用于吊起或移送所述吊件装置的非电动吊机或移送架,以及至少两个上述卡扣锁紧装置,所述卡扣锁紧装置的卡扣件固定在吊件装置上,而锁固件则通过绑带连接在非电动吊机或移送架上。所述吊件装置可以是例如吊兜、吊床、吊架,等等。
在需要使用和连接吊件装置时,使用至少两个上述卡扣锁紧装置,分别安装在吊件装置的左右两侧。较佳地,使用多个上述卡扣锁紧装置,分别安装在吊件装置的左右两侧和位于伤者或病人座位前缘的一侧上。
卡扣锁紧装置通过锁固件与卡扣件的稳固结合,通孔的设置使得锁固件卡接孔中的凸起能发生较大的弹性变形,使卡扣件的卡接杆对凸起施加一定压力的情况下容易通过,一般的外力又不能使卡扣件从卡接孔中滑出,从而安全性大为提升。
在不使用上述医用设备时,可将卡扣锁紧装置的锁固件与卡扣件分离即可完成拆卸,以便将吊件装置另行处置,例如:清洁、消毒、销毁,等等,防止交叉感染,又便于收藏。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非限制本发明的保护范围,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,运用本发明说明书和附图所作的任何修改、等同替换等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种卡扣锁紧装置,包括一锁固件和一卡扣件,所述卡扣件具有一卡接头部和一卡接杆,所述卡接杆的一端与所述卡接头部固定连接,另一端与一目标物体连接,所述锁固件上设有贯穿锁固件本体并与所述卡扣件配合的卡接孔,所述卡接孔由至少两段连通的孔位组成,其中一孔位的孔径大于所述卡扣件的卡接头部的直径,以允许所述卡接头部贯穿其中,另一孔位的孔径小于所述卡接头部的直径,但稍大于所述卡接杆的直径,用于锁固所述卡扣件,所述两段连通的孔位设置成其中一个相对另一个偏转一定角度,使得在两者连接处的其中一侧构成一钝角,其特征在于:在与所述钝角对应的孔内壁处设置一凸起,所述凸起所在位置处的孔内壁间距小于所述卡扣件的卡接杆的直径,以及在所述锁固件本体上紧邻所述钝角处设置一通孔,使得所述凸起受到压力作用时能够产生弹性变形而又能迅速回复原状,并使得经所述凸起进入所述卡接孔其中一孔位的所述卡扣件不易滑出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的卡扣锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述卡接孔由三段依次连通的孔位组成,其中,第一段孔位用于接纳所述卡扣件,第二段孔位相对于所述第一段孔位朝向一侧偏转一定角度,使得所述第一段孔位和所述第二段孔位的连接处的其中一侧构成第一钝角,第三段孔位相对于所述第二段孔位朝向另一侧偏转一定角度,使得所述第二段孔位和所述第三段孔位的连接处的其中一侧构成第二钝角,其中,所述第一钝角与所述第二钝角的朝向相反;在每个钝角对应的孔内壁处各设置一凸起且每个凸起所在位置处的孔内壁间距小于所述卡扣件的卡接杆的直径,以及在所述锁固件本体上紧邻每个钝角处各设置一通孔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的卡扣锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述第二段孔位具有相对的两侧壁,所述两侧壁的间距稍大于所述卡接杆的直径,但小于所述卡接头部的直径;所述第三段孔位具有相对的两侧壁和一顶壁,所述两侧壁的间距稍大于所述卡接杆的直径,但小于所述卡接头部的直径。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的卡扣锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述通孔的形状设计成大致呈侧三角形,三角形的顶端朝向所述钝角处。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的卡扣锁紧装置,其特征在于:每个所述通孔的形状均设计成大致呈侧三角形,三角形的顶端朝向所述钝角处。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的卡扣锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述通孔的长度设置成沿着所述钝角向邻接的两个孔方向延伸,并达至覆盖所述两个孔的部分侧壁。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的卡扣锁紧装置,其特征在于:每个所述通孔的长度设置成沿着所述钝角向邻接的两个孔方向延伸,并达至覆盖所述两个孔的部分侧壁。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的卡扣锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述锁固件的上下两端各设置一系带孔。
  9. 一种医用设备,其特征在于:包括一吊件装置,一用于吊起所述吊件装置的电动起吊机,以及至少两个如权利要求1-8任一所述的卡扣锁紧装置;其中,所述卡扣锁紧装置的卡扣件固定在所述吊件装置上,而所述卡扣锁紧装置的锁固件则通过绑带连接在所述电动起吊机上。
  10. 一种医用设备,其特征在于:包括一吊件装置,一用于吊起所述吊件装置的非电动吊机或移送架,以及至少两个如权利要求1-8任一所述的卡扣锁紧装置;其中,所述卡扣锁紧装置的卡扣件固定在所述吊件装置上,而所述卡扣锁紧装置的锁固件则通过绑带连接在所述非电动吊机或移送架上。
