本申请要求于2022年10月12日提交至中国专利局、申请号为202211246951.8、发明名称为“一种烟草段及其卷烟制品、制备方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及卷烟产品领域,特别涉及一种烟草段及其卷烟制品、制备方法。
背景技术
市场主流的卷烟中都包含了烟草段,该烟草段被加热而释放出的气溶胶可供消费者抽吸,以享受轻松愉悦。对消费者而言,烟草段释放的气溶胶香味对其感官刺激尤为重要,通过混合不同香型物质而产生特殊香味是一种有效提高感官体验的方法。并且,随着各厂商的加热卷烟逐渐同质化,消费者对常见香型卷烟逐渐出现消费惰性,市场期望出现一系列具有新颖奇异香气的卷烟来打破现状。
但是卷烟的香型调配相当复杂,不同香型的香料直接混合往往难以达到令人满意的感官体验,甚至出现混合香料中某香型物质感官体验削弱的情况。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供一种烟草段,通过非直接混合方式添加不同或相同的添加剂,制得的卷烟在抽吸时可以产生包含多种香型的烟气,进一步提高消费者的感官体验。
有必要地,还提供上述烟草段制得的卷烟制品。
有必要地,还提供一种上述烟草段及其卷烟制品的制备方法。

其中,所述烟草段由外包装壁材将所述烟草条卷制成圆柱体状,所述外包装壁材选自棉、麻、纤维素、尼龙、聚乙烯、聚乳酸、聚己内酯、聚丙烯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚酰亚胺等的一种或者多种制成的材料,或者是铝、铁、钢、镍、铬、铜等单质或者合金的箔材中的一种或多种;

一种如上所述烟草段的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
利用卷烟设备用包衣材料将烟草填充物和/或添加了添加剂的烟草填充物细小直径的烟草条,该烟草柱限定为直径3mm至9mm范围的圆柱形;
将多个烟草条沿着中心轴方向经过造型腔挤压,所述造型腔为引导步骤(1)中烟草条由圆柱体变形为异形烟草条的硬件,多种异形烟草条可以组合拼接为烟草段;
利用卷烟设备将烟草段的圆柱卷制在外包装壁材内部,所述外包装壁材绕制成所述烟草段的外包装筒。
进一步地,本申请所述的制备方法,还包括:
制得烟草段后,将过滤嘴段结合在烟草段下游,得到所述卷烟制品。
与现有技术相比较,本申请提供一种该烟草段包含至少两个烟草条,每个烟草条可以是具有相同的或不同组分、配比或者香型的烟草条。另外,选取高导热系数的烟草条包衣,可以提高烟草段的热量传递效果。还提供一种包含所述烟草段的卷烟,在抽吸时可以产生包含多种香型的烟气,进一步提高消费者的感官体验。

本申请实施方式采用递进的方式撰写。
一种烟草段11,烟草段11至少包括两个轴向的烟草条;
烟草条由包衣103包裹烟草填充物或添加了添加剂的烟草填充物制成。
烟草条在轴向具有相同的长度,通过加工生产,分别形成异形条状体,然后组成烟草段11的圆柱体,烟草条的种类可以相同也可以不同,可以是添加了不加添加剂的烟草条,烟草条的截面大小可以相同也可以不同,实现了以非直接混合方式添加添加剂的卷烟1,并且可以根据需要,选择不同的烟草条进行组合,制成不同抽吸口感的烟草段11。
本申请实施例烟草段11的直径为3mm-9mm,烟草段11的长度为6mm-90mm。
烟草段11的直径优选为5mm-8mm,烟草段11的长度优选为12mm-15mm。
本申请实施例烟草段11由外包装壁材将烟草条卷制成圆柱体状,外包装壁材选自棉、麻、纤维素、尼龙、聚乙烯、聚乳酸、聚己内酯、聚丙烯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚酰亚胺等的一种或者多种制成的材料,或者是铝、铁、钢、镍、铬、铜等单质或者合金的箔材中的一种或多种;
包衣103选自棉、麻、纤维素、尼龙、聚乙烯、聚乳酸、聚己内酯、聚丙烯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚酰亚胺等的一种或者多种制成的材料,或者是铝、铁、钢、镍、铬、铜等单质或者合金的箔材中的一种或多种;
烟草填充物选自烟丝、薄片丝、烟粉、烟粒、烟柱中的一种或多种。
烟草条相接触的部分包衣103重叠。
由于烟草段11包衣103的形状及尺寸限定,其内部的烟草条会相互挤压形成一个圆柱体,该烟草段11圆柱体的包衣103外表面与烟草段11外包装壁材内表面紧密贴合。在上述烟草段11圆柱体内部,相邻烟草条的外表面包衣103层紧密贴合形成隔离带109,隔离带109将不同烟草条的烟草条分割成不同形状和区域。烟草条可以具有相似体积,也可以具有不同 体积,而烟草条体积直接影响烟草段11内的布置状态。通过预设的烟草条体积和制造工艺,调控烟草段11内隔离带109走向和位置。
值得说明的是,本申请实施例的卷烟1可以是加热型卷烟1,也可以是燃烧型卷烟1。对加热型卷烟1而言,其烟草段11内隔离带109的走向会影响烟草段11本身的加热效果,进而影响抽吸体验。为了减小烟草段11内隔离带109的热阻,有必要对烟草条包衣103材料进行筛选。由于导热系数是直观表示材料导热能力的重要参数,优选的烟草条包衣103的表观导热系数不低于烟草条表观导热系数的50%。作为一个可选的实施方式,烟草条包衣103可以采用铝箔制作,最终形成沿着半径发散的隔离带109,利用铝箔的高导热能力提高烟草段11内的径向热量传递,可以达到更好的效果。
本申请实施例的烟草条选自雾化烟草条104、香料烟草条105、香精烟草条106、乳酸烟草条107和烟碱烟草条108中的一条或多条;
雾化烟草条104由包衣103包裹添加了雾化成分的烟草填充物制成,雾化成分选自甘油或丙二醇;
香料烟草条105由包衣103包裹添加了雾化成分和固体香料的烟草填充物制成,香料选自薄荷、肉桂、柑橘、茶、香草、可可、薰衣草、香菜、柠檬、菠萝、茴香的一种或多种;
香精烟草条106由包衣103包裹添加了香精成分的烟草填充物制成,香精为液体香精;
乳酸烟草条107由包衣103包裹添加了乳酸添加剂的烟草填充物制成,乳酸添加剂选自柠檬酸、乙醇酸、丙酸、乳酸、乙酸、苹果酸、苯甲酸、肉桂酸、磷酸、苯乙酸、肉豆蔻酸、油酸中的一种或多种;
烟碱烟草条108由包衣103包裹添加了烟碱添加剂的烟草填充物制成,烟碱添加剂选自可可豆碱、烟碱、槟榔碱、咖啡因中的一种或多种。
本申请实施例乳酸烟草条107中,乳酸添加剂与烟草填充物的质量比为0.1%-20%;烟碱烟草条108中,烟碱添加剂与烟草填充物的质量比为0.1%-5.5%。
本申请实施例烟草条中添加剂的添加方式,可以通过喷涂、刷涂、混合等手段施加到烟草段11中,也可以通过上述手段施加到包衣103中,或 者同时具备以上两种形式。
本申请实施例烟草条的体积大小,还可以用于调节各种香料的添加比例。各种香料的体积添加率相似条件下,体积较大烟草条所包含的香料A比小体积烟草条所含香料B的添加量大,多个预设好体积的烟草条组合后可以得到各香料添加比例稳定的烟草段11。
作为一种可选的实施方式A,如图1所示,烟草段11包括三条轴向的雾化烟草条104,烟草条相接触的部分包衣103相互贴合形成隔离带109,隔离带109由两层包衣103的重叠组合在一起,铝箔具有较高导热系数,可以提高沿隔离带109延伸方向的热量传递效果,这有利于增强烟草条的雾化烟草薄片释放出更多气溶胶。
作为一种可选的实施方式B,如图2所示,烟草段11由香料烟草条105和香精烟草条106组成,香精烟草条106的数量为1条,香料烟草条105的数量为4条;香料烟草条105位于香料烟草条105的中间,香料烟草条105的包衣103不与前端包装纸101接触。
烟草填充物如烟丝和雾化烟草薄片在受热后产生的气溶胶具有不同风味,通过本实施方式的做法,可以将烟丝的气溶胶风味和雾化烟草薄片的气溶胶风味进行调配混合,为消费者提供更为新颖的感官体验。
在本实施方式中,进一步地,香精烟草条106的横截面积与烟草段11横截面面积之比介于0.2至0.7之间,能更好的适合现有的生产设备。
作为一种可选的实施方式C,如图3所示,烟草段11包括两条轴向的乳酸烟草条107和烟碱烟草条108组成;
本申请实施例烟草段11受热后,乳酸烟草条107和烟碱烟草条108分别释放乳酸蒸汽和烟碱蒸汽,并在烟草段11的下游混合反应成烟碱盐气溶胶,有利于提高卷烟1气溶胶的生理满足感,为消费者提供新颖的感官享受。
进一步地,如图4和图5所示,本申请提供一种卷烟制品,包括如上的烟草段11和过滤嘴段,过滤嘴段由中空棒段12、纸管段13以及醋纤丝束段14组成,过滤嘴段由后端包装纸102将中空棒段12、纸管段13以及醋纤丝束段14包裹制得,后端包装纸102的前端包裹前端包装纸101的底部,后端包装纸102与前端包装纸101的重叠轴向长度为3mm-50mm。
本申请还提供上述烟草段11的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
利用卷烟1设备用包衣103材料将烟草填充物和/或添加了添加剂的烟草填充物细小直径的烟草条,该烟草柱限定为直径3mm至9mm范围的圆柱形;
将多个烟草条沿着中心轴方向经过造型腔挤压,组合成拼接圆柱体,拼接圆柱体具有圆柱形外观,造型腔为引导步骤(1)中烟草柱由圆柱体变形为异形烟草条的硬件,多种异形烟草条可以组合拼接为接近卷烟1烟草段11的圆柱;
利用卷烟1设备将烟草段11的圆柱卷制在外包装壁材内部,外包装壁材绕制成烟草段11的外包装筒。
进一步地,本申请还提供一种卷烟制品制备方法,还包括:
制得烟草段11后,将过滤嘴段结合在烟草段11下游,得到所述卷烟制品。
为了进一步验证本申请技术方案有益效果,还进行了以下实验验证香烟的抽烟感受,具体测试方法如下:
取实施方式A、实施方式B和实施方式C制得的卷烟制品,以及普通市售卷烟进行抽吸体验的测评,该测评从烟雾浓度、协调、劲头三个方面进行评价,每一项以满分5分计,结果如下:
由此可见,通过本申请方法制得的卷烟制品,在抽吸时,卷烟1可以产生包含多种香型的烟气,进一步提高消费者的感官体验。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种烟草段,其特征在于:
    所述烟草段(11)至少包括两个轴向的烟草条;
    所述烟草条由包衣(103)包裹烟草填充物或添加了添加剂的烟草填充物制成。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烟草段,其特征在于:
    所述烟草段(11)的直径为3mm-9mm,所述烟草段(11)的长度为6mm-90mm。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的烟草段,其特征在于:
    所述烟草段(11)由外包装壁材将所述烟草条卷制成圆柱体状,所述外包装壁材选自棉、麻、纤维素、尼龙、聚乙烯、聚乳酸、聚己内酯、聚丙烯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚酰亚胺等的一种或者多种制成的材料,或者是铝、铁、钢、镍、铬、铜等单质或者合金的箔材中的一种或多种;
    所述包衣(103)选自棉、麻、纤维素、尼龙、聚乙烯、聚乳酸、聚己内酯、聚丙烯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚酰亚胺等的一种或者多种制成的材料,或者是铝、铁、钢、镍、铬、铜等单质或者合金的箔材中的一种或多种;
    所述烟草填充物选自烟丝、薄片丝、烟粉、烟粒、烟柱中的一种或多种。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的烟草段,其特征在于:
    所述烟草条相接触的部分包衣(103)重叠。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的烟草段,其特征在于:
    所述烟草条选自雾化烟草条(104)、香料烟草条(105)、香精烟草条(106)、乳酸烟草条(107)和烟碱烟草条(108)中的一条或多条;
    所述雾化烟草条(104)由包衣(103)包裹添加了雾化成分的烟草填充物制成,所述雾化成分选自甘油或丙二醇;
    所述香料烟草条(105)由包衣(103)包裹添加了雾化成分和固体香料的烟草填充物制成,所述香料选自薄荷、肉桂、柑橘、茶、香草、可可、薰衣草、香菜、柠檬、菠萝、茴香的一种或多种;
    所述香精烟草条(106)由包衣(103)包裹添加了香精成分的烟草填充物制成,所述香精为液体香精;
    所述乳酸烟草条(107)由包衣(103)包裹添加了乳酸添加剂的烟草填充物制成,所述乳酸添加剂选自柠檬酸、乙醇酸、丙酸、乳酸、乙酸、苹果酸、苯甲酸、肉桂酸、磷酸、苯乙酸、肉豆蔻酸、油酸中的一种或多种;
    所述烟碱烟草条(108)由包衣(103)包裹添加了烟碱添加剂的烟草填充物制成,所述烟碱添加剂选自可可豆碱、烟碱、槟榔碱、咖啡因中的一种或多种。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的烟草段,其特征在于:
    所述乳酸烟草条(107)中,乳酸添加剂与烟草填充物的质量比为0.1%-20%;
    所述烟碱烟草条(108)中,烟碱添加剂与烟草填充物的质量比为0.1%-5.5%。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的烟草段,其特征在于:
    所述烟草段(11)包括三条轴向的雾化烟草条(104)。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的烟草段,其特征在于:
    所述烟草段(11)由香料烟草条(105)和香精烟草条(106)组成。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的烟草段,其特征在于:
    所述香精烟草条(106)的数量为(1)条,所述香料烟草条(105)的数量为4条;
    所述香料烟草条(105)位于所述香料烟草条(105)的中间,所述香料烟草条(105)的包衣(103)不与前端包装纸(101)接触。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的烟草段,其特征在于:
    所述烟草段(11)包括两条轴向的乳酸烟草条(107)和烟碱烟草条(108)组成。
  11. 一种卷烟制品,其特征在于:
    包括权利要求1-9任一项所述烟草段(11)和过滤嘴段,过滤嘴段由中空棒段(12)、纸管段(13)以及醋纤丝束段(14)组成,所述过滤嘴段由后端包装纸(102)将中空棒段(12)、纸管段(13)以及醋纤丝束段(14)包裹制得,所述后端包装纸(102)的前端包裹前端包装纸(101)的底部,后端包装纸(102)与前端包装纸(101)的重叠轴向长度为3-50mm。
  12. 一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的烟草段的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    利用卷烟设备用包衣(103)材料将烟草填充物和/或添加了添加剂的烟草填充物细小直径的烟草条,该烟草柱限定为直径3mm至9mm范围的圆柱形;
    将多个烟草条沿着中心轴方向经过造型腔挤压,所述造型腔为引导步骤(1)中烟草条由圆柱体变形为异形烟草条的硬件,多种异形烟草条可以组合拼接为烟草段(11);
    利用卷烟设备将烟草段(11)的圆柱卷制在外包装壁材内部,所述外包装壁材绕制成所述烟草段(11)的外包装筒。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的卷烟制品的制备方法,其特征在于:
    在权利要求12所述制备方法制得烟草段后,将过滤嘴段结合在烟草段(11)下游,得到所述卷烟制品。
