本发明涉及防护箱技术领域,具体为一种用于电气设备的绝缘防护箱。
背景技术
在生产、施工现场需要借助电气设备来完成工作需求,对电气设备在外部环境下进行使用时,为了调高工作稳定性以及安全性,需要将电气设备安装在防护箱中进行防护。
现有的防护箱功能单一,在雨天使用时,雨水存在进入防护箱内部的风险,造成电气设备发生短路,而且传统防护箱为了提高防护性能,其密封性设计较高,导致散热功能严重受限,难以将电气设备工作中产生的热量高效散出,传统的防护箱在对电气设备进行安装、检修时,需要工作人员将手伸入防护箱内部进行操作,存在诸多不便性。在对电气设备接线时,也存在触电风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于电气设备的绝缘防护箱,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于电气设备的绝缘防护箱,包括:防护箱本体,防护箱本体的左右两端的侧壁上均开设有散热孔,散热孔的外侧安装有防尘网,防护箱本体的上端安装有排气扇,底端的内壁上安装有散热风扇,防护箱本体的上端固定安装有遮挡盖,所述防护箱本体的内端侧壁上安装有绝缘层,每个散热孔内端口上下侧的侧壁上均安装有圆杆,每个防尘网边框上下端均通过钮簧转动连接有卡接杆,卡接杆的一端插入防护箱本体内并和圆杆进行卡接;
防护箱本体的左右两端的内壁上均安装有承重杆,承重杆的上端滑动连接有上滑套,承重杆的下端滑动连接有下滑套,上滑套的一端固定安装有连接杆一,连接杆一的下端通过滑筒滑动连接有安装架,下滑套通过连接杆二和安装架的一端固定连接。
优选的,所述遮挡盖呈山脊状,遮挡盖位于排气扇的上方,排气扇的内端和防护箱本体的内部连通。
优选的,所述防护箱本体的左右两端上下侧均开设有插接槽,插接槽位于散热孔的上下端,散热孔的外端口侧壁上固定安装有橡胶垫。
优选的,每个所述插接槽的内端口侧壁的前后端均固定安装有耳板,圆杆固定安装在两个耳板之间,圆杆的外壁上转动套接有转动套。
优选的,所述防尘网边框的上下端均开设有转动槽,卡接杆的一端设有卡接块,另一端插入转动槽内,且另一端前后侧的侧壁上均固定安装有轴杆,轴杆的另一端和转动槽的内壁转动连接,轴杆上套有钮簧,钮簧的两端分别固定安装在卡接杆的侧壁和转动槽的内壁上,卡接杆带有卡接块的一端穿过插接槽并和转动套卡接。
优选的,所述承重杆的一端固定安装有固定块,固定块的一端固定安装在防护箱本体的内壁上,承重杆的上端左右两侧均开设有滑槽一,下端的内壁上开设有滑槽二,承重杆的前端侧壁上开设有螺纹孔二,前端下侧的侧壁上开设有螺纹孔一和限位孔。

通过将电气设备安装在安装架上,在防护箱本体的上端安装遮挡盖,在防护箱本体的上端安装排气扇,侧壁上开设散热孔和安装防尘网,在防护箱本体的底端内壁上安装散热风扇,起到对防护箱本体内的电气设备进行散热、除湿器和防尘的作用;
当需要对电气设备进行检修时,通过将限位板拆下,将安装架往外侧拉动,上滑套和下滑套带着安装架和电气设备在承重杆上往外侧滑动,下滑套滑出承重杆外,上滑套和挡板接触,继续将安装架往外侧拉动,安装架在滑筒内滑动,将安装架和上端的电气设备拉出防护箱本体的外侧,便于对电气设备进行检修。

请参阅图1至图7,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种用于电气设备的绝缘防护箱,包括:防护箱本体1,防护箱本体1的左右两端的侧壁上均开设有散热孔(图中未标注),散热孔的外侧安装有防尘网2,起到对防护箱本体1内部防尘的作用,防护箱本体1的上端安装有排气扇4,底端的内壁上安装有散热风扇31,散热风扇31对防护箱本体1内的电气设备进行散热的作用,防护箱本体1的上端固定安装有遮挡盖3,防护箱本体1的内端侧壁上安装有绝缘层5,每个散热孔内端口上下侧的侧壁上均安装有圆杆12,每个防尘网2边框上下端均通过钮簧9转动连接有卡接杆7,卡接杆7的一端插入防护箱本体1内并和圆杆12进行卡接,遮挡盖3呈山脊状,遮挡盖3位于排气扇4的上方,排气扇4的内端和防护箱本体1的内部连通,排气扇4起到将防护箱本体1内的水汽和热气排出的作用,遮挡盖3起到对防护箱本体1遮阳遮雨的作用;
防护箱本体1的左右两端的内壁上均安装有承重杆15,承重杆15的上端滑动连接有上滑套25,承重杆15的下端滑动连接有下滑套28,上滑套25的一端固定安装有连接杆一26,连接杆一26的下端通过滑筒27滑动连接有安装架30,下滑套28通过连接杆二29和安装架30的一端固定连接,电气设备安装在安装架30上端。
防护箱本体1的左右两端上下侧均开设有插接槽10,插接槽10位于散热孔的上下端,散热孔的外端口侧壁上固定安装有橡胶垫14,每个插接槽10的内端口侧壁的前后端均固定安装有耳板11,圆杆12固定安装在两个耳板11之间,圆杆12的外壁上转动套接有转动套13,防尘网2边框的上下端均开设有转动槽6,卡接杆7的一端设有卡接块(图中未标注),卡接块呈直角三角形状,另一端插入转动槽6内,且另一端前后侧的侧壁上均固定安装有轴杆8,轴杆8的另一端和转动槽6的内壁转动连接,轴杆8上套有钮簧9,钮簧9的两端分别固定安装在卡接杆7的侧壁和转动槽6的内壁上,卡接杆7带有卡接块的一端穿过插接槽10并和转动套13卡接;
当需要将防尘网2安装在散热孔的外壁上时,将卡接杆7的一端插入插接槽10内,让卡接杆7一端的卡接块的斜边和转动套13的外壁接触,同时防尘网2的边框和橡胶垫14的外壁接触,通过往内侧推动防尘网2,防尘网2通过挤压橡胶垫14带着卡接块往内侧移动,卡接杆7通过让钮簧9变形往下转动,当卡接块越过转动套13时在钮簧9的反作用力下,卡接块的直角边和转动套13卡接,将防尘网2安装好。
承重杆15的一端固定安装有固定块16,固定块16的一端固定安装在防护箱本体1的内壁上,承重杆15的上端左右两侧均开设有滑槽一17,下端的内壁上开设有滑槽二18,承重杆15的前端侧壁上开设有螺纹孔二21,前端下侧的侧壁上开设有螺纹孔一20和限位孔19,上滑套25和下滑套28均呈U状,上滑套25的左右两侧的内壁上均固定安装有滑块,下滑套28的一端内壁上固定安装有滑块,上滑套25和下滑套28分别滑动连接在承重杆15的上下端,且滑块分别滑动连接在滑槽一17和滑槽二18内,滑筒27固定安装在连接杆一26的下端,滑筒27滑动套接在安装架30的一端侧壁上,连接杆二29的上端和下滑套28的一端侧壁固定连接,连接杆二29的下端和安装架30的一端侧壁固定连接,承重杆15的下端一侧设有限位板23,限位板23的一端侧壁上固定安装有限位柱24,限位柱24滑动插入限位孔19内,同时螺栓穿过限位板23和螺纹孔一20螺纹连接,限位板23的内端侧壁和下滑套28的外端侧壁相接触,此时安装架30的内端和防护箱本体1的内壁相接触,起到将安装架30固定住的作用,承重杆15的前端设有挡板22,螺栓穿过挡板22的并和螺纹孔二21螺纹连接,将挡板22固定安装在承重杆15的前端,挡板22的上端露出承重杆15的上端和将滑槽一17遮挡住,起到对上滑套25限位的作用。
本装置工作时,通过将电气设备安装在安装架30上,在防护箱本体1的上端安装遮挡盖3,在防护箱本体1的上端安装排气扇4,侧壁上开设散热孔和安装防尘网2,在防护箱本体1的底端内壁上安装散热风扇31,起到对防护箱本体1内的电气设备进行散热、除湿器的作用,当需要对电气设备进行检修时,通过将限位板23拆下,将安装架30往外侧拉动,上滑套25和下滑套28带着安装架30和电气设备在承重杆15上往外侧滑动,下滑套28滑出承重杆15外,上滑套25和挡板22接触,继续将安装架30往外侧拉动,安装架30在滑筒27内滑动,将安装架30和上端的电气设备拉出防护箱本体1的外侧,便于对电气设备进行检修。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于电气设备的绝缘防护箱,包括:防护箱本体(1),防护箱本体(1)的左右两端的侧壁上均开设有散热孔,散热孔的外侧安装有防尘网(2),防护箱本体(1)的上端安装有排气扇(4),底端的内壁上安装有散热风扇(31),防护箱本体(1)的上端固定安装有遮挡盖(3),其特征在于:所述防护箱本体(1)的内端侧壁上安装有绝缘层(5),每个散热孔内端口上下侧的侧壁上均安装有圆杆(12),每个防尘网(2)边框上下端均通过钮簧(9)转动连接有卡接杆(7),卡接杆(7)的一端插入防护箱本体(1)内并和圆杆(12)进行卡接;
    防护箱本体(1)的左右两端的内壁上均安装有承重杆(15),承重杆(15)的上端滑动连接有上滑套(25),承重杆(15)的下端滑动连接有下滑套(28),上滑套(25)的一端固定安装有连接杆一(26),连接杆一(26)的下端通过滑筒(27)滑动连接有安装架(30),下滑套(28)通过连接杆二(29)和安装架(30)的一端固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电气设备的绝缘防护箱,其特征在于:所述遮挡盖(3)呈山脊状,遮挡盖(3)位于排气扇(4)的上方,排气扇(4)的内端和防护箱本体(1)的内部连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于电气设备的绝缘防护箱,其特征在于:所述防护箱本体(1)的左右两端上下侧均开设有插接槽(10),插接槽(10)位于散热孔的上下端,散热孔的外端口侧壁上固定安装有橡胶垫(14)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于电气设备的绝缘防护箱,其特征在于:每个所述插接槽(10)的内端口侧壁的前后端均固定安装有耳板(11),圆杆(12)固定安装在两个耳板(11)之间,圆杆(12)的外壁上转动套接有转动套(13)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于电气设备的绝缘防护箱,其特征在于:所述防尘网(2)边框的上下端均开设有转动槽(6),卡接杆(7)的一端设有卡接块,另一端插入转动槽(6)内,且另一端前后侧的侧壁上均固定安装有轴杆(8),轴杆(8)的另一端和转动槽(6)的内壁转动连接,轴杆(8)上套有钮簧(9),钮簧(9)的两端分别固定安装在卡接杆(7)的侧壁和转动槽(6)的内壁上,卡接杆(7)带有卡接块的一端穿过插接槽(10)并和转动套(13)卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于电气设备的绝缘防护箱,其特征在于:所述承重杆(15)的一端固定安装有固定块(16),固定块(16)的一端固定安装在防护箱本体(1)的内壁上,承重杆(15)的上端左右两侧均开设有滑槽一(17),下端的内壁上开设有滑槽二(18),承重杆(15)的前端侧壁上开设有螺纹孔二(21),前端下侧的侧壁上开设有螺纹孔一(20)和限位孔(19)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于电气设备的绝缘防护箱,其特征在于:所述上滑套(25)和下滑套(28)均呈U状,上滑套(25)的左右两侧的内壁上均固定安装有滑块,下滑套(28)的一端内壁上固定安装有滑块,上滑套(25)和下滑套(28)分别滑动连接在承重杆(15)的上下端,且滑块分别滑动连接在滑槽一(17)和滑槽二(18)内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于电气设备的绝缘防护箱,其特征在于:所述滑筒(27)固定安装在连接杆一(26)的下端,滑筒(27)滑动套接在安装架(30)的一端侧壁上,连接杆二(29)的上端和下滑套(28)的一端侧壁固定连接,连接杆二(29)的下端和安装架(30)的一端侧壁固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于电气设备的绝缘防护箱,其特征在于:所述承重杆(15)的下端一侧设有限位板(23),限位板(23)的一端侧壁上固定安装有限位柱(24),限位柱(24)滑动插入限位孔(19)内,同时螺栓穿过限位板(23)和螺纹孔一(20)螺纹连接,限位板(23)的内端侧壁和下滑套(28)的外端侧壁相接触。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于电气设备的绝缘防护箱,其特征在于:所述承重杆(15)的前端设有挡板(22),螺栓穿过挡板(22)的并和螺纹孔二(21)螺纹连接。
