本公开涉及人机交互技术领域,特别涉及一种菜单展示方法及智能显示设备。
随着智能设备的普及,大屏智能显示设备的各种功能也逐步进入生活。智能显示设备主要用于教育和办公等领域,可以使用手和书写笔的方式触摸智能显示设备的触控显示屏,实现人机交互。
目前大屏智能显示设备上安装有丰富的应用程序,包括电子白板等书写程序、常用的办公软件、视频会议等,可以为用户提供多种应用场景。而在智能显示设备提供多种应用场景的情况下,菜单交互方式较为繁琐,因此如何为用户提供简洁、便携的菜单交互方式便成为目前亟需解决的技术问题。

本公开提供一种菜单展示方法及智能显示设备,用于解决大屏智能显示设备在多种应用场景下菜单交互方式繁琐的问题,为用户提供更加便携、简洁的菜单交互方式,提高用户的交互体验。

响应于用户在应用场景下触发的菜单触发操作,显示与所述应用场景对应的应用菜单;

实施例1、随着智能设备的普及,大屏智能显示设备的各种功能也逐步进入生活。智能显示设备主要用于教育和办公等领域,可以使用手和书写笔的方式触摸智能显示设备的触控显示屏,实现人机交互。目前大屏智能显示设备上安装有丰富的应用程序,包括电子白板等书写程序、常用的办公软件、视频会议等,可以为用户提供多种应用场景。而在智能显示设备提供多种应用场景的情况下,菜单交互方式较为繁琐,例如,目前智能显示设备为用户提供了丰富的工具和应用,通常设计有侧边栏,侧边栏中包括常见的菜单项 如信源切换、设置、网络设置、批注、聚光灯、截屏、计时器、投票器等。当用户使用智能显示设备时,并不是在什么场景下都需要这些工具,例如在使用电子白板应用时,并不需要批注功能。而智能显示设备本身有很多功能隐藏在更多应用或者某个程序内,比如在电子白板应用里,带有智能计算功能,但因为其隐藏在书写软件内,用户想要使用时,需要从桌面找到书写软件,再点击进入智能计算,操作繁琐。因此如何为用户提供简洁、便携的菜单交互方式便成为目前亟需解决的技术问题。
鉴于此,本公开提供一种菜单展示方法,将菜单和应用场景相关联,在显示菜单时基于应用场景进行显示,不同的应用场景对应不同的功能菜单项,提供当前应用场景下最合适的工具,能够使得用户在不同应用场景下快速直达对应的功能,可以让用户以更加短的时间找到想要的功能,无需切换到更多应用查找,也可以让用户以更加短的时间调用出当前场景需要的应用或小工具,还可以调用出隐藏在某个应用内的功能,操作更加便捷快速,直观的解决当前用户的需求,有效提高用户的使用体验。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的智能显示设备是指具有触控手写功能的大尺寸(一般为50寸以上)智能交互显示设备;在该智能显示设备上,安装有电子白板等书写程序,用户可以利用手指、主动笔或被动笔等在该显示设备上进行书写,该智能显示设备可以包含液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光半导体(Organic Electroluminescence Display,OLED)、电子墨水等显示模组,可以实时显示书写笔迹。
如图1所示,本公开实施例提供的一种菜单展示方法,具体实施流程如下所示:
步骤100、响应于用户在应用场景下触发的菜单触发操作,显示与所述应用场景对应的应用菜单;
需要说明的是,本实施例中的应用场景是指在当前操作系统将某个应用程序显示在当前显示界面的一种场景,应用场景包括但不限于用户在当前界面显示的应用程序或应用软件进行操作、使用的场景,本实施例中的应用场 景包括:Home应用和非Home应用,其中Home应用能够提供一种开机界面,在显示界面显示操作系统首页或系统主页,非Home应用包括但不限于第三方应用程序,其中第三方应用程序可以自主设计的应用程序,也可以是已有的应用程序,本实施例对此不作过多限定。
其中,所述应用菜单用于显示多个菜单项,不同应用场景下的菜单触发操作相同,且不同应用场景下显示的多个菜单项中的至少部分菜单项不同。
不同的应用场景可以理解为使用的应用程序或应用软件不相同。在不同的应用程序内触发的菜单触发操作是相同的,但是在不同的应用程序内显示的应用菜单中的至少部分菜单项是不同的,而不同的菜单项是基于应用场景进行变化的,能够使得用户在不同应用场景下,更加便捷地找到在当前应用场景下常用的菜单项,能够在不同应用场景下更快速地找到所需的工具(菜单项),从而使得用户的操作更加快速便捷,提高交互体验。
实施中,用户可以在不同应用场景下使用相同的菜单触发操作后,显示不同应用场景下的应用菜单,例如用户在系统主页场景下使用单指长按操作后,显示一种应用菜单,包括与系统相关的多个菜单项,用户在书写程序内使用单指长按操作后,显示另一种应用菜单,包括与书写相关的多个菜单项。虽然使用相同的菜单触发操作,但是在不同的应用场景下触发显示的应用菜单中的菜单项是不同的,其中不同应用场景下应用菜单的样式是相同的。
显示应用菜单中的菜单项时,可以通过图标和/或文字的形式进行显示。本实施例对此不作过多限定。
在一些实施例中,本实施例中的菜单触发操作包括但不限于长按、滑动、点击、双击操作中的一种,本实施例对此不作过多限定。
在一些实施例中,本实施例显示的应用菜单可以通过悬浮的形式进行显示,其中,悬浮是指上下层元素之间有各自特有的运动规律,上层元素即可称之为“悬浮”元素,比如导航栏、标签栏对于内容区就是悬浮。容易理解的是,本实施例中的应用菜单可以悬浮在智能显示设备的显示界面。
在一些实施例中,本实施例中的所述多个菜单项包括至少一个第一菜单 项和至少一个第二菜单项;
其中,不同应用场景下,所述应用菜单显示的第一菜单项相同,且所述应用菜单显示的第二菜单项不同。
在一些实施例中,所述第一菜单项用于显示系统菜单项或者应用菜单项;
所述第二菜单项用于显示应用菜单项或者功能菜单项;
其中,所述系统菜单项用于触发执行系统自带的功能;所述应用菜单项用于触发进入对应的第三方应用程序界面;所述功能菜单项用于触发执行在所述应用场景下对应的功能。
需要说明的是,本实施例中每个应用场景下的功能菜单项用于触发执行在该应用场景下对应的功能,通过与应用场景绑定的方式,使得显示的应用菜单中的菜单项更加适合当前应用场景,从而使得用户在该应用场景下使用某个功能时不需要进行菜单的多次切换,直接通过功能菜单项的触发即可实现,提高用户的交互体验和效率。
在一些实施例中,本实施例中的应用菜单主要包括如下任一或任多种菜单项:
第1种、与操作系统对应的多个系统菜单项;
实施中,通过系统菜单项可以触发执行在操作系统主页或Home应用内的相关功能,例如执行设置、返回、音量调节、信源切换等功能。可选的,系统菜单项用于触发执行系统功能,例如返回、首页、设置、信源切换、网络设置、批注、聚光灯、截屏、计时器、投票器等。
第2种、与应用程序对应的多个应用菜单项;
实施中,通过应用菜单项可以触发启动并进入第三方应用程序界面,可以在不同的应用程序之间实现快速切换跳转,便于用户在某个应用内操作时快速跳转到另一个应用。
本实施例中的应用菜单项用于触发进入对应的应用程序界面。例如应用菜单项包括但不限于“工作台”、“浏览器”、“书写软件”、“WPS”中的至少一种。容易理解的是,本实施例中的应用菜单是进入应用程序的快捷方式, 即当用户对应用菜单执行触控操作时,此时打开并进入该应用菜单对应的应用程序界面。
其中,可以从预定义的快捷应用中筛选出多个快捷应用,在应用菜单中显示筛选出的快捷应用对应的多个应用菜单项。
第3种、与应用程序包含的功能对应的功能菜单项;
实施中,通过功能菜单项可以触发执行在第三方应用程序内的相关功能,例如在书写软件内,可以执行笔形切换、笔迹颜色等功能。
第4种、用户自定义的动作选项;
其中,所述动作选项是通过录制功能对用户输入的操作进行录制得到的。
还可以包括一个或多个预设菜单项,其中可以预先定义需要显示的常用菜单项,将其作为预设菜单项进行显示,可以根据用户的操作需求、应用场景的功能覆盖范围、应用场景下可以调用的其他应用程序等进行定义,本实施例对此不作过多限定。
可选的,多个菜单项包括两个第一菜单项和一个第二菜单项,其中:
一个第一菜单项用于显示系统菜单项,另一个第一菜单项用于显示应用菜单项,一个第二菜单项用于显示功能菜单项。

实施中,除采用本实施例中的菜单触发操作显示侧边栏菜单以外,还可以采用点击方式触发显示侧边栏菜单,例如点击显示屏侧边的“箭头”后,显示侧边栏菜单。
在一些实施例中,所述侧边栏菜单包括第一菜单和第二菜单;所述第一 菜单和所述第二菜单左右布置或上下布置。

在一些实施例中,应用场景为非home应用时,响应于用户在应用程序内触发的菜单触发操作,所述侧边栏中的第一菜单项用于显示系统菜单项或应用菜单项,所述第二菜单项用于显示功能菜单项。
可选的,响应于用户对所述第二菜单执行的滑动操作,控制第二菜单已显示的菜单项沿着滑动方向移动后隐藏,并在第二菜单新增显示至少一个菜单项。
本实施例中的侧边栏可以根据当前应用灵活改变,使得用户以最短的时间打开当前最需要的功能,当侧边栏显示应用菜单项时,便于用户利用侧边栏中的应用菜单项调用其他应用程序的功能,扩展了一体机本身的工具栏功能,极大发挥了隐藏在应用内的功能的使用场景,给用户带来更大的价值。
如图2所示,本实施例提供一种现有智能显示设备的默认侧边栏,此侧边栏的内容均为固定的,菜单项也是固定的几个,即不论在智能显示设备的什么应用场景下,不论在哪个应用程序中,显示的侧边栏的内容都是不变的,侧边栏中包含的菜单项也是不变的。
如图3所示,本实施例提供一种书写软件场景下侧边栏显示的示意图,其中侧边栏包括第一菜单300,第二菜单301,第一菜单300用于显示多个系统菜单项,第二菜单301用于显示“扫码签到”、“文件快传”、“OCR识别”、“投票器”、“计时器”、“浏览器”等功能菜单项,还可以显示调节亮度的进 度条,调节声音的进度条。
如图4所示,本实施例提供一种视频会议软件场景下侧边栏显示的示意图。其中侧边栏包括第一菜单400,第二菜单401,第一菜单400用于显示多个系统菜单项,第二菜单401用于显示“智能字幕”、“文件快传”、“会议录制”、“投票器”、“计时器”、“浏览器”等功能菜单项,还可以显示调节亮度的进度条,调节声音的进度条。
在会议场景中,当用户使用视频会议软件时,最常用的操作是查看文件,会议决策投票,而针对跨国会议,需要实时翻译,因此还可以增加智能字幕功能。
如图5所示,本实施例提供一种文件查看软件场景下侧边栏显示的示意图。其中侧边栏包括第一菜单500,第二菜单501,第一菜单500用于显示多个系统菜单项,第二菜单501用于显示“截屏翻译”、“智能计算”、“文件分享”、“投票器”、“计时器”、“浏览器”等功能菜单项,还可以显示调节亮度的进度条,调节声音的进度条。
当用户查看文件时,可能会阅读外文资料;针对excel文档中数据较多的情况,还可以提供智能计算功能,通过圈选一列数据,进行求和、求平均等计算。
其中,上述“截屏翻译”、“智能计算”,以及“OCR识别”等都属于书写软件内的功能,在程序设计上,将书写软件内的“截屏翻译”、“智能计算”等功能模块化,与书写软件解耦,在不打开书写软件的时候,也可以调用书写软件中的功能,使得这类工具既可以在使用白板软件时使用,也可以搭配场景,从侧边栏调用,使得侧边栏工具有极好的扩展能力,用户通过安装其他应用可以扩展侧边栏的工具,提供更多功能。
响应于用户在局域网中连接的任一智能显示设备的场景下触发的菜单触发操作,显示至少一个应用菜单;
其中所述局域网中连接有多个智能显示设备;所述应用菜单还包括屏幕共享菜单项,所述屏幕共享菜单项用于触发执行将所述任一智能显示设备显 示的内容,在所述局域网连接的除所述任一智能显示设备以外的其他智能显示设备上同步显示。
其中,该屏幕共享菜单项对应的功能来源于系统内置的投屏软件,当投屏软件检测到网络内有其他显示设备时,会在应用菜单中显示该屏幕共享菜单项。
实施中,可以根据智能显示设备使用的场景,变换侧边栏菜单,例如当会议室只有一台智能显示设备时,默认显示本实施例中设计的侧边栏。当会议室有多台智能显示设备,例如会议一体机和智能电视。可以在会议一体机的侧边栏显示屏幕共享菜单项,用户可通过点击屏幕共享菜单项,将会议一体机显示的内容一键共享屏幕到智能电视上进行显示。
第二种、应用菜单为工具盘菜单。
在一些实施例中,所述应用菜单为工具盘菜单;所述工具盘菜单包括至少一个第一菜单和至少一个第二菜单,所述第一菜单为第一环状区域,所述第二菜单为第二环状区域;所述第一环状区域围绕所述第二环状区域分布,或所述第二环状区域围绕所述第一环状区域分布。
实施中,第一环状区域和第二环状区域是基于不同的触发操作显示的,响应于用户在应用场景下触发的第一触发操作,显示所述第一环状区域;响应于用户在所述第一菜单中触发的第二触发操作,显示所述第二环状区域;其中不同应用场景下的第一触发操作相同,不同应用场景下的第二触发操作相同。也就是说,用户需要执行两次触发操作后,执行第一次触发操作(即第一触发操作)后,只显示第一环状区域(即第一菜单),执行第二次触发操作(即第二触发操作)后,再显示第二环状区域(即第二菜单)。
可选的,第一触发操作可以是点击、单指或多指长按,第二触发操作可以是在显示的第一环状区域的中间区域执行的点击、双击、滑动等操作,也可以还是在第一环状区域上执行的点击、双击、滑动等操作,本实施例对此不作过多限定。
如图6A所示,本实施例提供一种工具盘菜单的示意图,当用户执行第一 触发操作,显示包括一个第一环状区域600的工具盘菜单,当用户在该第一环状区域600上继续执行第二触发操作,则在第一环状区域600的外围继续显示一个第二环状区域601,第一环状区域600用于显示第一菜单的菜单项,第二环状区域601用于显示第二菜单的菜单项。
可选的,不同应用场景下,第一环状区域显示的第一菜单项相同,且第二环状区域显示的第二菜单项不同。

如图6B所示,本实施例提供一种工具盘菜单的示意图,当用户执行菜单触发操作后,例如用户单指或多指长按后,显示包括第三环状区域602和第四环状区域603的工具盘菜单。
在一些实施例中,当所述应用场景为第一应用场景时,所述应用菜单包括第三菜单;当所述应用场景为第二应用场景时,所述应用菜单包括第四菜单;其中所述第三菜单和所述第四菜单显示的至少一个菜单项不同,在所述第一应用场景和所述第二应用场景下触发的菜单触发操作相同。
如图7所示,以工具盘菜单为例,本实施例提供一种不同应用场景下显示的应用菜单不同的示意图,例如在Home应用场景下,用户单指长按后显示第三菜单700,在书写应用场景下,用户单指长按后显示第四菜单701,第三菜单700和第四菜单701中的菜单项不同。
实施中,响应于用户在第一应用场景下触发的菜单触发操作,显示第三菜单;响应于用户在第二应用场景下触发的菜单触发操作,显示第四菜单;其中所述第三菜单和所述第四菜单显示的至少一个菜单项不同,在所述第一应用场景和所述第二应用场景下触发的菜单触发操作相同。
可选的,第一应用场景为home应用,第二应用场景为非home应用,如书写应用;第三菜单包括系统菜单项,第四菜单包括功能菜单项。
在一些实施例中,响应于用户对所述第四菜单的触发操作,显示第五菜单;其中所述第五菜单和所述第三菜单显示的至少一个菜单项相同,第五菜单包括系统菜单项。可选的,本实施例用户对所述第四菜单的触发操作包括但不限于单击、双击、滑动操作中的一种。
在一些实施例中,所述工具盘菜单还包括位于所述第一环状区域中间的中心区域;所述中心区域用于触发执行与所述菜单项对应的操作。

实施中,中心区域可以不显示任何内容,只具备触发执行与菜单项对应的操作,例如编辑工具盘菜单显示的菜单项;中心区域也可以显示“更多”,或其他内容作为编辑菜单项,本实施例对此不作过多限定。
如图8所示,本实施例提供一种工具盘菜单的示意图,以工具盘菜单包括两个环状菜单为例,中心区域显示“更多”,用户点击“更多”,进入各菜单项的编辑界面,可以对工具盘菜单显示的任意一个或多个菜单项进行编辑。编辑包括新增菜单项、删除已显示的菜单项、或修改菜单项等操作。
需要说明的是,本实施例提供的工具盘菜单中显示的各个菜单项,可以通过文字和/或图标的形式进行显示,具体的文字形式和图标形式可以自定义,本实施例对此不作过多限定。
在一些实施例中,所述工具盘菜单包括围绕所述中心区域的第一环状区域和围绕所述第一环状区域的第二环状区域;
在一些实施例中,当所述第一环状区域用于显示多个系统菜单项时,所述第二环状区域用于显示多个应用菜单项;或,当所述第二环状区域用于显示多个系统菜单项时,所述第一环状区域用于显示多个应用菜单项。
响应于用户在操作系统首页触发的菜单触发操作,所述第一环状区域用于显示多个系统菜单项,所述第二环状区域用于显示多个应用菜单项。其中,系统菜单项包括但不限于“返回”、“累计”、“首页”、“设置”、“信源”、“最近应用”等,本实施例对此不作过多限定。
在一些实施例中,第一环状区域和第二环状区域的显示内容不同,具体包括如下任一或任多种情况:
情况1)当所述第一环状区域用于显示多个功能菜单项时,所述第二环状区域用于显示多个系统菜单项;
情况2)当所述第一环状区域用于显示多个功能菜单项时,所述第二环状区域用于显示多个应用菜单项;
情况3)当所述第二环状区域用于显示多个功能菜单项时,所述第一环状区域用于显示多个系统菜单项;

在一些实施例中,本实施例中的中心区域可以具备两种不同的功能,具体如下所示:

在一些实施例中,响应于用户在书写软件内触发的菜单触发操作,所述中心区域用于显示所述书写软件对应的功能菜单项的子菜单项。
例如功能菜单项为“手写”时,该功能菜单项对应的子菜单项为一个或多个手写参数,例如功能菜单项为“书写笔”时,该功能菜单项对应的子菜单项为一个或多个书写笔参数,包括笔的颜色、轨迹粗细、透明度等,例如功能菜单项为“橡皮擦”时,该功能菜单项对应的子菜单项为一个或多个橡皮擦参数,包括尺寸、形状等信息。

实施中,用户先对悬浮菜单控件进行第二触发操作,显示中心区域,然后用户再对中心区域进行第三触发操作,从而显示环状区域。可选的,第二触发操作包括点击、双击、长按等,第三触发操作包括滑动操作,滑动操作包括左滑、右滑、上滑、下滑操作中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,所述工具盘菜单的至少一个环状区域包括多个块状子区域,多个块状子区域一一对应显示多个菜单项;可以通过如下方式显示所述工具盘菜单:
在显示所述环状区域时,按照顺时针方向或逆时针方向,依次显示所述环状区域的各个块状子区域。
在一些实施例中,显示所述工具盘菜单之后,还包括:
响应于用户对所述工具盘菜单的中心区域的触控操作,将所述工具盘菜单切换为悬浮菜单控件进行显示;
响应于用户对所述悬浮菜单控件的拖拽指令,将所述工具盘菜单移动到所述拖拽指令对应的位置。

在一些实施例中,本实施例在显示所述工具盘菜单之后,还可以通过如下操作执行工具盘中的菜单项,具体如下所示:
响应于用户使用单指或多指按压屏幕形成的按压操作,在按压屏幕的位置显示所述工具盘菜单;
响应于用户在按压屏幕的位置滑动后形成的滑动操作,执行所述滑动操作停止滑动的位置对应的菜单项的功能。
实施中,所述工具盘菜单的显示位置是根据所述单指或多指按压屏幕时的按压位置确定的;所述滑动操作的起点为所述按压位置,终点为所述工具盘菜单的环状区域的菜单项,所述滑动操作对应的菜单项为所述终点对应的菜单项。具体的,用户通过单指或多指按压屏幕后显示工具盘菜单,此时用户手指不抬起直接进行滑动操作,滑动到显示的工具盘菜单中的环状区域中的任一菜单项所在的块状区域,从而启动该块状区域中菜单项的功能。
在一些实施例中,在按压屏幕的位置显示所述工具盘菜单的中心区域;响应于用户在按压屏幕的位置向外滑动后形成的滑动操作,执行所述滑动操作停止滑动的位置对应的环状区域显示的菜单项的功能。
在一些实施例中,所述执行所述滑动操作停止滑动的位置对应的菜单项的功能之后,还可以控制所述工具盘菜单隐藏。
在一些实施例中,显示所述工具盘菜单之后,当预设时间内未接收到用户对所述工具盘菜单的触控操作时,还可以控制所述工具盘菜单隐藏。
如图9A-图9B所示,本实施例提供一种工具盘菜单的示意图,工具盘菜单包括中心区域900、第一菜单(第一环状区域)901、第二菜单(第二环状 区域)902。
其中,图9A中,用户通过单指长按屏幕形成的按压操作,在按压屏幕的位置显示工具盘菜单。可选的,当按压屏幕的位置处于智能显示设备的显示屏的边缘,即不能显示完整的工具盘菜单时,可以自动调整工具盘菜单的位置,可以将工具盘菜单的位置移动到能完全显示工具盘菜单的位置即可。
图9B中,当用户单指长按屏幕并显示工具盘菜单后,手指不抬起直接滑到需要的菜单项后再松手,可以直接调用该菜单项的功能或启动该菜单项。
当用户单指长按屏幕并显示工具盘菜单后,点击非工具盘菜单所在的外部区域或者不操作预设时段后工具盘菜单消失(或隐藏),例如不操作8s后菜单消失(或隐藏)。
实施中,不同应用场景下第二环状区域显示的多个菜单项不同,即用户在不同应用程序内触发的菜单触发操作,在该应用程序内显示的工具盘菜单的第二环状区域中的菜单项不同。
如图10A-图10C所示,本实施例提供一种不同应场景显示不同菜单项的工具盘菜单的示意图,图10A为在书写软件内显示的工具盘菜单,第二环状区域包括“硬笔”、“软笔”、“选择”、“智能图形”、“智能饼图”、“智慧计算”等功能菜单项;第一环状区域包括多个系统菜单项。图10B为在浏览器内显示的工具盘菜单,第二环状区域包括“刷新”、“下载记录”、“历史记录”、“复制标签”、“后退”、“翻译”等功能菜单项;第一环状区域包括多个系统菜单项。图10C为在其他通用场景如视频会议、文件管理、无线投屏、录音、截屏、WPS等应用场景下显示的工具盘菜单,第二环状区域包括多个应用菜单项,例如“文件管理”、“截屏”、“浏览器”、“WPS”等应用,第一环状区域包括多个系统菜单项。
通过如下方式实现不同应用程序内显示的工具盘菜单的第二环状区域中的多个功能菜单项不同:
当接收用户在应用程序内触发的菜单触发操作时,在该应用程序内通过UsageStatsManager来获取用户使用的程序的列表,然后按照最近使用时间排 序,得到当前的前台应用的包名,根据本地记录的用户在前台应用下已设定的菜单项(包括但不限于功能菜单项),显示对应的菜单项,触发点击操作后调用现成的工具实现接口或通过辅助服务(AccessibilityService)辅助点击,即可实现相应菜单项的功能。其中,UsageStatsManager用于查询应用使用详情,配置详情,事件日志数据。
可选的,本实施例中的工具盘菜单的中心区域用于显示编辑菜单项如“更多”,并触发执行所述环状区域的菜单项和/或所述应用场景的编辑,其中,对菜单项的编辑包括两个方面,第一方面是对应用场景进行编辑,另一方面是对功能菜单项进行编辑。
如图11A所示,本实施例还提供一种菜单项的编辑界面,实施中,用户点击中心区域显示的“更多”,进入菜单项的编辑界面,用户可以选择任一应用场景,点击该应用场景下的“编辑按钮”1100,对选择的应用场景下对应的功能菜单项进行编辑。如图11B所示,本实施例还提供一种应用场景的编辑界面,在显示菜单项的编辑界面上,用户可以点击图11A中右上角的“编辑按钮”1101,对应用场景进行编辑,进入应用场景编辑界面如图11B。在编辑时,应用场景可选“默认”、“工作台”、“浏览器”、“WPS”等应用场景,也可添加其他应用场景,智能显示设备预装的应用均可成为一个应用场景,定义的功能菜单项在打开对应的应用程序时生效;其他应用场景调出时工具盘菜单显示通用的菜单项。通过勾选想要快捷调出的菜单项调整工具盘菜单的快捷操作,同时最多仅可有预设数量个菜单项被勾选,可被勾选的菜单项包括默认的菜单项和用户自己录制的动作选项。
如图12所示,本实施例还可以提供用户自定义动作选项的功能,用户可以点击图11A中的“编辑按钮”1100,显示并选择自定义动作选项,进入自定义动作界面,展开已有动作,里面动作均为用户已经创建的动作,按照时间顺序倒序排序,还可以对已有的动作可进行播放、重命名、删除、编辑等操作,其中进行编辑时,点击编辑按钮后展开每一步动作详情,比如用户在工作台录制了一个画小房子的操作,由三步组成分别是插入一个基础圆形, 绘制两条笔迹,可对这几步动作分别进行修改,修改颜色属性,笔迹关键点位置关系或者重新录制笔迹等。
如图13所示,本实施例提供一种新建动作的示意图,用户可以点击图12中的“新建动作”按钮,弹出动作录制窗口如图13,点击“开始”按钮开始录制,之后的全部操作均会被记录,再次点击后停止录制,录制的动作记录在下方面板,也会同步至图12中的“已有动作”。
如图14所示,本实施例还提供一种在书写软件内显示的工具盘菜单的示意图,工具盘菜单包括中心区域1400和围绕该中心区域的一个环状区域1401,用户可以在书写软件内触发菜单触发操作,显示该工具盘菜单,其中菜单触发操作包括单指或多指长按,用户可以在环状区域1401显示多个功能菜单项,包括但不限于“硬笔”、“软笔”、“马克笔”、“选择”、“黏贴”、“智能图形”等,用户可以通过选择硬笔/软笔/马克笔,“选择”用于切换选择功能,“黏贴”用于将复制的内容黏贴到当前页面,同一元素仅可黏贴一次,“智能图形”用于将用户手绘的图形识别为智能图形,仅识别一次用户手绘的图形的笔迹,如果下次识别需要重新点击该智能图形。当用户点击中心区域1400的圆点,可以将工具盘菜单回到初始位置。用户可以通过点击除工具盘菜单以外的任意区域,关闭或隐藏该工具盘菜单。
如图15所示,本实施例还提供一种在系统主页(Home应用)场景下显示的工具盘菜单的示意图,用户可以在操作系统首页触发菜单触发操作,显示工具盘菜单,包括中心区域1500和围绕中心区域的一个环状区域1501,中心区域1500显示“更多”,环状区域1501用于显示多个系统菜单项,包括“首页”、“返回”、“信源”、“批注”、“菜单”。用户可以点击“更多”进入系统菜单项的编辑界面,其中,菜单项分为锁定状态和解锁状态,锁定状态的菜单项为在工具盘菜单中固定显示的菜单项,用户可以在编辑界面点击锁定图标进行菜单项的状态切换,同时处于锁定状态的菜单项最多为5个,超过时弹出提示框1,用于提示用户最多选择5个工具;当达到5个锁定状态的菜单项后确定按钮生效,未达到5个锁定状态的菜单项时弹出提示框2,用于提示用 户请选择5个工具。工具盘菜单上显示的系统菜单项的顺序按照锁定菜单项的先后顺序从12点钟方向顺时针排列。用户还可以通过滑动开关按钮选择是否显示该工具盘菜单,或者点击除该工具盘菜单以外的任意区域,关闭或隐藏该工具盘菜单。
如图16所示,本实施例提供一种在书写软件内显示的工具盘菜单的示意图,包括中心区域1600,第一环状区域1601和第二环状区域1602,其中,第一环状区域1601用于显示硬笔、软笔、选择、智能图形、智能饼图、智慧计算等功能菜单项,若想要修改功能菜单项可点击中心区域1600的“更多”进入编辑界面,第二环状区域1602用于显示视频会议、文件管理、绘图板、更多应用、文件快传、工作台等应用菜单项,点击后打开对应的应用程序。用户可以点击除该工具盘菜单以外的任意区域,关闭或隐藏该工具盘菜单。
在一些实施例中,响应于用户在书写软件内触发的菜单触发操作,显示一个工具盘菜单;还包括:
响应于用户对所述工具盘菜单的至少一个环状区域的菜单项的触控操作,控制多人书写模式的开启或关闭。
在一些实施例中,开启多人模式后,所述中心区域还用于触发执行子区域间的切换,并将当前切换到的子区域和其他子区域进行区分显示;其中所述子区域是根据书写人数对书写区域进行划分后得到的;所述至少一个环状区域显示的多个功能菜单项,用于控制当前切换到的子区域的书写参数。
例如将书写区域划分成左右区域、上下区域、四等分区域等,点击中心区域可以循环切换为左右区域、上下区域、四等分区域等,同时显示当前正在进行的手写属性设置所属的手写区域范围与全屏间的位置示意图,以用来明确区域的划分和对应区域的设置。以左右分区模式为例,并开启多人手写配置模式开关,当悬浮菜单控件在屏幕左半部被点开时,此时的颜色、笔迹粗细等设置就是针对屏幕左半部分书写的,与右侧书写配置的属性单独存储,书写笔迹绘制时会根据落笔点所在区域选择对应渲染属性;开启多人手写配置模式开关时,会保存单一配置的参数,在关闭时绘制属性会自动恢复单一 配置的参数。
在一些实施例中,本公开在同一应用场景下可以显示一个应用菜单,也可以显示多个应用菜单,其中显示多个应用菜单的情况可以适用于多人书写模式,例如在书写软件场景下,当多人书写时,可以显示多个应用菜单,用于匹配多个书写的用户,使得多个用户同时书写时可以就近使用各自对应的应用菜单,便于多个用户的书写的便利性,还可以利用多个用户各自对应的应用菜单对各自的书写轨迹进行相应的设置等操作,便于进行多个用户书写轨迹的区分。
在一些实施例中,响应于用户在书写软件内触发的菜单触发操作,显示多个工具盘菜单;
其中,每个工具盘菜单对应一个子区域,所述工具盘菜单用于控制对应的子区域的书写参数;或,所述工具盘菜单用于控制与自身距离最近的落笔点形成的书写轨迹的书写参数。
例如,可以生成多个本方案所示的工具盘菜单,例如2个,每个工具盘菜单的位置不相同,同时每个工具盘菜单所控制的手写参数的区域不同。例如2个工具盘菜单,每个工具盘菜单可以控制不同显示区域的手写参数,例如手写笔迹颜色、粗细等等手写参数。
在该实施例下,并没有明确书写区域的分区,用户通过某种操作,在书写区域上生成2个本方案的工具盘菜单,用户在书写时,如果落笔的触控点靠近哪个工具盘菜单,则会执行该工具盘菜单对应的手写参数。也就是说,不同的工具盘菜单具有设置不同的手写参数,根据用户落笔与工具盘菜单的之间的距离关系来确定用户的手写参数。
一个可替换的实施例,根据两个工具盘菜单的水平距离来确定工具盘菜单控制的手写区域,也就是说只考虑水平的距离。两个工具盘菜单的水平的中间线作为两个工具盘菜单控制区域的区分线。具体的,可以继续细化多人书写模式的生成(多人书写模式并不是一直开启的,因为会影响一些手势的判断)。
在一些实施例中,所述响应于用户在书写软件内触发的菜单触发操作,显示多个工具盘菜单,包括:
响应于用户在书写软件内触发的菜单触发操作,显示悬浮菜单控件;响应于用户对所述悬浮菜单控件的第四触控操作,显示选择框,所述选择框用于显示不同的书写人数;响应于用户对所述选择框中书写人数的选择操作,开启多人书写模式,显示与所述书写人数对应的多个工具盘菜单。
例如,可以设置多人书写模式的触发操作,例如对悬浮菜单控件进行常按,可以生成选择框,用户可以选择2人/3人或者是4人同时书写等等,这时同时在整个大屏上从左到右以此生成工具盘菜单或者工具盘菜单缩小所生成的悬浮菜单控件。每个工具盘菜单控制其对应的书写区域,多个用户可以选择更改手写参数,亦或者是隐藏工具盘菜单。
在一些实施例中,通过如下方式显示所述工具盘菜单:
响应于第一用户在书写软件内书写时,第二用户在书写软件内触发的菜单触发操作,开启多人书写模式,显示所述第二用户对应的工具盘菜单;
其中所述第二用户对应的工具盘菜单,用于控制所述第二用户对应的子区域的书写参数,其中所述第一用户对应的子区域和所述第二用户对应的子区域不相同。
这种触发方式,第一用户在正在书写的同时,检测到工具盘菜单的触发指令(例如5指触发显示的工具盘菜单),此时可以开启多人书写模式,同时开启工具盘菜单。第二用户可以通过工具盘菜单修改手写参数,但是该手写参数仅是实用于该工具盘菜单控制的书写区域,或者说是该工具盘菜单临近的书写区域。
在一些实施例中,通过如下方式显示所述工具盘菜单:
在书写软件内接收手指和触控笔触发的菜单触发操作,开启多人书写模式,显示手指对应的第一工具盘菜单,以及触控笔对应的第二工具盘菜单;
其中,所述第一工具盘菜单用于控制所述手指对应的子区域的书写参数,所述第二工具盘菜单用于控制所述触控笔对应的子区域的书写参数。
这种触发方式,现在的会议一体机通常支持手指和手写笔两种书写模式(可以理解为多人书写模式),这个情况手指和书写笔使用的是不同的手写参数。当检测到手指触摸屏幕时,触发的第一工具盘菜单为修改手指对应的手写参数。当检测到包含触摸笔的触发时,触发的第二工具盘菜单则是修改手写笔对应的手写参数。
基于相同的发明构思,本公开实施例还提供了一种智能显示设备,由于该设备即是本公开实施例中的方法中的设备,并且该设备解决问题的原理与该方法相似,因此该设备的实施可以参见方法的实施,重复之处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的智能显示设备是指具有触控手写功能的大尺寸(一般为50寸以上)智能交互显示设备,在该智能显示设备上,安装有电子白板等书写程序,用户可以利用手指、主动笔或被动笔等在该显示设备上进行书写,该智能显示设备可以包含液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光半导体(Organic Electroluminescence Display,OLED)、电子墨水等显示模组(显示屏),还包含触控组件,触控组件包括但不限于红外或电容触控组件等,可以实时显示书写笔迹。智能显示设备的控制器安装有操作系统,包括但不限于安卓、Windows等。

在一些实施例中,所述工具盘菜单还包括用于显示所述首级菜单选项的调整控件,所述调整控件至少设置在中间区域和第二环状区域。参见图20,多个首级菜单选项可以包括音量、亮度、菜单、编辑、截屏、直播。例如,响应于用户对音量选项的调整控件的触控操作,在中间区域显示音量的大小,并在第二环状区域显示音量大小的进度条。
在一些实施例中,设置在所述中间区域的调整控件包括所述首级菜单选项的下级菜单选项,以及设置在所述第二环状区域内的调整控件包括与展示的下级菜单选项匹配的属性进度条或属性参数调节图标。
在一些实施例中,在本申请实施例提供的上述菜单展示方法中,所述电子交互平板的所述应用还包括分区操作模式或者多人书写模式。如图21所示,触控显示屏上书写应用的书写配置菜单的多个首级菜单选项的类型还包括分区操作模式的选项M1-7或者多人书写模式的选项M1-7。分区操作模式是指用户可以在显示屏的不同分区进行书写的操作模式,多人书写模式是指多人可以在显示屏的不同位置同时进行书写的模式。
在分区操作模式下,在触控显示屏上只显示1个书写配置菜单或悬浮按钮;所述分区操作模式对应至少2个分区,不同的分区被配置为采用不同的书写参数进行书写操作,当然,不同的分区也可以被配置为采用相同的书写参数进行书写操作。
在一些实施例中,所述分区操作模式的下级菜单选项包括:手动划分模式、二分区模式、三分区模式、四分区模式等。示例的,二分区模式包括左右分区模式、上下分区模式;三分区模式包括1行3列的区域划分模式、1列3行的区域划分模式;四分区模式包括2行2列区域划分模式、1行4列的区 域划分模式、1列4行的区域划分模式。当然,也可以是其他的区域划分模式,本文对此不做限定。手动划分模式是指用户可以自己在显示屏上手动划分区域。关于所划分的区域的形状和大小,本文不做限定。
在一些实施例中,根据悬浮按钮或书写配置菜单被触发的位置,确定所述书写配置菜单控制的分区。以左右分区模式为例,如果悬浮按钮在显示屏左侧被点击时,在显示屏左侧显示书写配置菜单,该书写配置菜单控制显示屏左侧的书写参数,当用户点击书写配置菜单的分区操作模式的选项M1-7时,在中间区域M2显示用户当前正在进行的书写区域范围与显示屏全屏之间的位置关系示意图,如图22所示。从图22中可以看出,用户正在显示屏的左侧区域进行书写。用户在左侧书写时配置的书写参数与在右侧书写时配置的书写参数单独存储。
以左右分区模式为例,图23为悬浮按钮被触发时的位置与其控制的分区的示意图,当悬浮按钮M0在显示屏的左侧区域被触发时,悬浮按钮M0控制左侧区域,即位置O所在的区域,的书写参数。
示例的,可以采用以下3种方式触发分区操作模式,第一种方式,响应于用户对悬浮按钮的长按操作,开启分区操作模式。例如,响应于用户对悬浮按钮的长按操作,生成一个选择框,所述选择框中包括手动划分模式、二分区模式、三分区模式、四分区模式等,如果用户选择四分区模式时,开启四分区操作模式。第二种方式,响应于用户对触控显示屏的预设触发指令,例如5个手指同时点击触控显示屏,开启分区操作模式,同时开启书写配置菜单。第三种方式,点击分区操作模式的选项M1-7来触发分区操作模式。
在一些实施例中,响应于用户对分区操作模式的下级菜单选项的连续选中操作,可以切换不同的分区模式。
在另一些实施例中,在多人书写模式下,在触控显示屏上至少显示2个书写配置菜单,所述多人书写模式的下级菜单选项包括:所述书写配置菜单的个数。
示例的,可以采用以下3种方式触发多人书写模式,第一种方式,响应 于用户对悬浮按钮的长按操作,开启多人书写模式。例如,响应于用户对悬浮按钮的长按操作,生成一个选择框,用户可以选择2人同时书写,或3人同时书写,或4人同时书写等。第二种方式,响应于用户对触控显示屏的预设触发指令,例如5个手指同时点击触控显示屏,开启多人书写模式,同时开启多个书写配置菜单。第三种方式,点击多人书写模式的选项M1-7来触发多人书写模式。
在一些实施例中,当开启2人书写的模式时,在显示屏显示2个书写配置菜单或2个悬浮按钮;当开启3人书写的模式时,在显示屏显示3个书写配置菜单或3个悬浮按钮;当开启4人书写的模式时,在显示屏显示4个书写配置菜单或4个悬浮按钮。例如,在显示屏上从左到右依次显示多个书写配置菜单或悬浮按钮。每个用户可以选择显示书写配置菜单,或者隐藏书写配置菜单,即显示悬浮按钮。
在一些实施例中,根据书写操作的触控点与所述至少2个书写配置菜单或悬浮按钮的距离,确定控制所述书写操作的书写参数的书写配置菜单或悬浮按钮。示例的,响应于用户在任意位置的书写操作,距离所述位置最近的书写配置菜单或悬浮按钮控制该位置的书写参数,也就是说,距离用户在书写时所触发的触控点更近的书写配置菜单或悬浮按钮,会控制触控点所在位置的书写参数。
例如,图24为不同的用户在触控显示屏上进行书写操作时的位置与悬浮按钮之间的距离关系示意图。如图24所示,在触控显示屏上显示了3个悬浮按钮,当在位置A检测到书写笔工具时,即第一用户在位置A进行书写操作时,距离位置A最近的悬浮按钮M0-1控制在位置A书写时对应的轨迹的宽度、轨迹的透明度、轨迹的颜色;当在位置B检测到手写笔工具时,即第二用户在位置B进行书写操作时,距离位置B最近的悬浮按钮M0-3控制在位置B书写时对应的轨迹的宽度、轨迹的透明度、轨迹的颜色。图24未示出第三用户在触控显示屏上进行书写操作时的位置。不同的书写配置菜单可被配置为相同或不同的书写参数;每个书写配置菜单单独控制对应的区域的书写 参数。
在一些实施例中,可以根据任意2个书写配置菜单之间的水平距离来确定书写配置菜单或悬浮按钮控制的书写区域,即仅考虑了水平的距离。例如,任意2个书写配置菜单或悬浮按钮之间连线的垂直平分线作为该任意2个书写配置菜单控制或悬浮按钮的书写区域的分界线。
图25为不同的用户在触控显示屏上进行书写操作时的位置与对应的悬浮按钮的示意图。如图25所示,在触控显示屏上显示了3个悬浮按钮,任意2个悬浮按钮之间具有垂直平分线,即图中所示的虚线。当在位置E检测到橡皮擦时,即第一用户在位置E进行书写操作时,悬浮按钮M0-1控制在位置E书写时对应的橡皮擦的擦除面积、橡皮擦的擦除形状等;当在位置F检测到书写笔工具时,即第二用户在位置F进行书写操作时,悬浮按钮M0-2控制在位置F书写时对应的轨迹的宽度、轨迹的透明度、轨迹的颜色;当在位置H检测到手写笔工具时,即第三用户在位置H进行书写操作时,悬浮按钮M0-3控制在位置H书写时对应的轨迹的宽度、轨迹的透明度、轨迹的颜色。
在一些实施例中,当开启分区操作模式时,会保存未分区时配置的书写参数,当关闭分区操作模式时,会自动恢复未分区时配置的书写参数。在一些实施例中,当开启多人书写模式时,会保存单人书写时配置的书写参数,当关闭多人书写模式时,会自动恢复单人书写时配置的书写参数。
基于相同的发明构思,本公开实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
响应于用户在应用场景下触发的菜单触发操作,显示与所述应用场景对应的应用菜单;

- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述应用菜单为工具盘菜单;所述工具盘菜单包括第三环状区域和第四环状区域,所述第三环状区域围绕所述第四环状区域分布,或所述第四环状区域围绕所述第三环状区域分布;不同应用场景下,所述第三环状区域用于显示相同的第一菜单项,且所述第四环状区域用于显示不同的第二菜单项;或,不同应用场景下,所述第三环状区域用于显示不同的第二菜单项,且所述第四环状区域用于显示相同的第一菜单项。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,响应于用户在应用场景下触发的菜单触发操作,显示与所述应用场景对应的应用菜单,包括:当所述应用场景为第一应用场景时,所述应用菜单包括第三菜单;当所述应用场景为第二应用场景时,所述应用菜单包括第四菜单;其中所述第三菜单和所述第四菜单显示的至少一个菜单项不同,在所述第一应用场景和所述第二应用场景下触发的菜单触发操作相同。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,响应于用户对所述第四菜单的触发操作,显示第五菜单;其中所述第五菜单和所述第三菜单显示的至少一个菜单项相同。
- 根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其中,所述工具盘菜单还包括位于所述第一环状区域中间的中心区域;所述中心区域用于触发执行与所述菜单项对应的操作。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述中心区域用于显示编辑菜单项,并触发执行工具盘菜单中的菜单项和/或所述应用场景的编辑;或,所述中心区域用于显示工具盘菜单中的菜单项的子菜单项,并触发执行所述子菜单项的功能。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,响应于用户在应用场景下触发的菜单触发操作,显示与所述应用场景对应的应用菜单,包括:显示悬浮菜单控件;响应于用户对所述悬浮菜单控件的触发操作,显示与所述应用场景对应的应用菜单。
- 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述应用菜单为工具盘菜单,所述工具盘菜单包括中心区域和围绕所述中心区域的至少一个环状区域;所述响应于用户对所述悬浮菜单控件的触发操作,显示与所述应用场景对应的至少一个应用菜单,包括:响应于用户对所述悬浮菜单控件的第一触发操作,按从内到外或从外到内的顺序,依次显示所述工具盘菜单的中心区域和至少一个环状区域;或,响应于用户对所述悬浮菜单控件的第二触发操作,显示所述工具盘菜单的中心区域,响应于用户对所述中心区域的第三触发操作,按从内到外或从外到内的顺序,依次显示所述工具盘菜单的至少一个环状区域。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述工具盘菜单的至少一个环状区域包括多个块状子区域,多个块状子区域一一对应显示多个菜单项;在显示所述环状区域时,按照顺时针方向或逆时针方向,依次显示所述环状区域的各个块状子区域。
- 一种智能显示设备,其中,该设备包括显示屏和控制器,其中:所述显示屏被配置为进行内容的显示;所述控制器被配置为执行权利要求1~19任一所述方法的步骤。
- 一种计算机存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1~19任一所述方法的步骤。
