- FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an example of information processing according to the embodiment.
- the information processing system 1 shown in FIG. 1 includes an information processing device 10, which is an example of the information processing device according to the present application, a user terminal 100, and a facility terminal 200.
- the information processing device 10, the user terminal 100, and the facility terminal 200 are connected to each other via a network N (see FIG. 2, for example) so as to be able to communicate with each other by wire or wirelessly.
- the network N is, for example, a WAN (Wide Area Network) such as the Internet.
- the information processing system 1 shown in FIG. 1 may include a plurality of information processing devices 10, a plurality of user terminals 100, and a plurality of facility terminals 200.
- the information processing device 10 is an information processing device that controls information processing, which will be described later, and is realized, for example, by a server device or a cloud system.
- the information processing device 10 acquires from the facility, standard information indicating standards regarding the use of nonwoven fabric products by users in facilities such as nursing homes, care facilities, kindergartens, nursery schools, child welfare facilities, hospitals, etc., and comparison information indicating the results of a comparison with the nonwoven fabric products used by users in the facility, and outputs information based on the comparison information.
- the user terminal 100 is an information processing device used by a user (such as a relative) who has a certain relationship with a user who uses nonwoven products in a facility.
- the user terminal 100 is realized, for example, by a smartphone, a tablet terminal, a notebook PC (Personal Computer), a desktop PC, a mobile phone, or a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant).
- the user terminal 100 also displays information distributed by the information processing device 10 or the like using a web browser or application.
- the user terminal 100 is a smartphone used by a user.
- the facility terminal 200 is an information processing device used by facility staff (e.g., caregivers, childcare workers, nurses, etc.).
- the facility terminal 200 is realized, for example, by a smartphone, tablet terminal, notebook PC, desktop PC, mobile phone, PDA, etc.
- the facility terminal 200 also displays information distributed by the information processing device 10, etc., using a web browser or application.
- the facility terminal 200 is a tablet terminal used by staff.
- the user terminal 100 is used by a user (user U1) identified by the user ID "UID#1".
- the user terminal 100 may be regarded as the same as user U1.
- user U1 may also be read as user terminal 100.
- facility terminals 200-1 to 200-N (N is any natural number) will be described according to the staff member who uses facility terminal 200 in facility #1.
- facility terminal 200 is the facility terminal 200 used by staff member (staff member C1) identified by staff ID "CID#1".
- facility terminals 200 to 200-N will be referred to as facility terminal 200 when there is no particular distinction to be made.
- facility terminal 200 may be regarded as the same as staff member. In other words, in the following explanation, staff member can also be read as facility terminal 200.
- facility #1 is a care facility.
- a care recipient R1-1 (a user who uses nonwoven fabric products at the facility) who is a relative of user U1, is residing in facility #1.
- the nonwoven fabric products are absorbent articles (such as diapers or urine pads) for care recipients.
- the information processing device 10 acquires care recipient information on the care recipients residing in facility #1 (in other words, user information on users of nonwoven fabric products) from the facility terminal 200 or the like, and manages it in the memory unit of its own device. For example, the information processing device 10 acquires information indicating the care recipient's gender, age, weight, height, level of care, number of each type of absorbent article to be used, a schedule for replacing absorbent articles, whether or not the care recipient has subscribed to a subscription service for absorbent articles, etc.
- the information processing device 10 acquires information about the care recipient that indicates the number of each type of absorbent article to be used (e.g., the number per day) and the schedule for changing the absorbent articles (e.g., changing absorbent articles at 6:00, 9:00, 1:00, 17:00, and 22:00), which are determined by staff or the like when the care recipient moves into facility #1 or after the care recipient moves into facility #1.
- the information processing device 10 also acquires information indicating the type of diaper to be used by the care recipient (e.g., pants type, tape type, with or without wings, day use, night use), the type of urine pad (e.g., pants type, tape type), and combinations of diapers and urine pads, as information indicating the type of diaper to be used by the care recipient.
- the information processing device 10 acquires information about facility #1 from the facility terminal 200 or the like, and manages it in the memory unit of its own device. For example, the information processing device 10 acquires information indicating the room or floor in which the care recipients reside, the number of care recipients in the room, the number of care recipients on the floor, the price of absorbent articles provided to facility #1 by wholesalers or the like, the inventory of absorbent articles throughout facility #1, and the inventory of absorbent articles on each floor within facility #1.
- the information processing device 10 acquires from the facility terminal 200 reference information indicating standards regarding the use of absorbent articles by the care recipient R1-1 and comparison information indicating the results of a comparison between the absorbent articles actually used by the care recipient R1-1 (step S1). For example, a staff member of facility #1 inputs into the facility terminal 200 reference information based on care recipient information #1 regarding the care recipient R1-1, which is managed in a memory unit of the facility terminal 200, and comparison information indicating the results of a comparison between the absorbent articles actually used by the care recipient R1-1. Then, the information processing device 10 acquires the information input into the facility terminal 200 by the staff member.
- the staff member inputs information into the facility terminal 200 for each day indicating whether the number of each type of absorbent article that the care recipient R1-1 is scheduled to use in a day (reference number) matches the number of absorbent articles that the care recipient R1-1 actually used in a day. If there is a type of absorbent article for which the reference number and the number actually used by the care recipient R1-1 do not match, the staff member further inputs information into the facility terminal 200 indicating that type and the number of absorbent articles of that type that were actually used. Furthermore, if a type of absorbent article that was not scheduled for use by the care recipient R1-1 is used, the staff member inputs information into the facility terminal 200 indicating that type and the number of absorbent articles of that type that were actually used.
- the staff member inputs information into the facility terminal 200 for each day indicating whether the schedule (reference schedule) for changing absorbent articles used by care recipient R1-1, as indicated by care recipient information #1, matches the date and time when care recipient R1-1's absorbent articles were actually changed.
- the staff member further inputs information into the facility terminal 200 indicating the date and time when care recipient R1-1's absorbent articles were actually changed.
- the information processing device 10 also acquires comparison information for care recipients other than care recipient R1-1 residing in facility #1 using a method similar to that described above.
- the information processing device 10 may acquire from the facility terminal 200 standard information indicating standards regarding the use of absorbent articles by a specified unit of care recipients and comparison information indicating a comparison result between the absorbent articles used by each of the care recipients of the unit. For example, the information processing device 10 acquires from the facility terminal 200 for each day comparison information indicating whether the number of absorbent articles of each type for which all of the care recipients residing in facility #1 plan to use absorbent articles per day matches the absorbent articles actually used by care recipient R1-1 per day.
- the information processing device 10 also acquires from the facility terminal 200 for each day comparison information indicating whether the number of absorbent articles of each type for which all of the care recipients residing on a specified floor (e.g., floor #1, floor #2) of facility #1 plan to use absorbent articles per day matches the absorbent articles actually used by care recipient R1-1 per day. Additionally, the information processing device 10 acquires from the facility terminal 200, for each day, comparison information indicating whether the number of absorbent articles of each type that are planned to be used by all care recipients residing in a specified room in facility #1 matches the absorbent articles actually used by care recipient R1-1 for that day.
- a specified floor e.g., floor #1, floor #2
- the information processing device 10 outputs information related to ordering absorbent articles to the facility terminal 200 (step S2). For example, the information processing device 10 outputs information related to ordering absorbent articles for each predetermined period (e.g., one week, one month) based on the comparison information acquired from the facility terminal 200 during that period.
- predetermined period e.g., one week, one month
- the information processing device 10 typically outputs to the facility terminal 200 as information related to ordering absorbent articles to be used by the care recipient R1-1, the number obtained by subtracting or adding the number of absorbent articles of the type indicated in the comparison information acquired for the care recipient R1-1 from the number of absorbent articles of each type to be ordered for the care recipient R1-1 for each predetermined period (e.g., the total reference number for the care recipient R1-1 during the predetermined period).
- the information processing device 10 outputs information indicating that 55 absorbent articles of type #1 are to be ordered for care recipient R1-1. Furthermore, if comparison information is acquired indicating that a total of 50 absorbent articles of type #2 are normally ordered in period #1 and that 10 fewer absorbent articles of type #2 were used in period #1 than the reference number of absorbent articles of type #2, the information processing device 10 outputs information indicating that 40 absorbent articles of type #1 are to be ordered for care recipient R1-1.
- the information processing device 10 outputs information indicating that 10 absorbent articles of type #3 will be ordered for care recipient R1-1.
- the information processing device 10 outputs information regarding orders to the facility terminal 200 for care recipients other than care recipient R1-1 residing in facility #1 using a method similar to that described above.
- the information processing device 10 may also compile information regarding orders for units such as all care recipients residing in facility #1, all care recipients residing on a specified floor of facility #1, or all care recipients residing in a specified room of facility #1, and output the information regarding orders to the facility terminal 200.
- the information processing device 10 may output information regarding the order to a supplier of absorbent articles to facility #1 (e.g., a manufacturer that manufactures absorbent articles, or a wholesaler that distributes absorbent articles to facility #1, etc.).
- a supplier of absorbent articles to facility #1 e.g., a manufacturer that manufactures absorbent articles, or a wholesaler that distributes absorbent articles to facility #1, etc.
- the information processing device 10 may output information regarding ordering when the inventory of absorbent articles in facility #1, estimated based on the comparison information, falls below a predetermined threshold.
- the information processing device 10 outputs information regarding the use of absorbent articles for the care recipient R1-1 to the user terminal 100 based on the comparison information (step S3). For example, for each specified period, the information processing device 10 outputs the number and type of absorbent articles actually used for the care recipient R1-1 during that period, the number and type of absorbent articles actually used, a charge amount according to the price of the absorbent articles provided to facility #1 by wholesalers, etc., and information indicating whether the absorbent articles are being replaced according to a standard schedule. Furthermore, if the care recipient R1-1 has subscribed to a subscription service, the information processing device 10 outputs information indicating a charge amount according to the contents of the subscription service.
- the information processing device 10 outputs information regarding the ordering of absorbent articles to the facility by only obtaining information indicating whether the criteria and information regarding actual use by the care recipient match. This allows the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment to easily grasp the usage status of nonwoven fabric products in the facility.
- the information processing device 10 outputs to the relatives of the care recipient, information indicating the status of the care recipient's use of absorbent articles, in other words, the status of the care recipient's care at the facility.
- the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment can output to the relatives of the care recipient information indicating whether the absorbent articles are being replaced at the appropriate time and information indicating whether the absorbent articles are being used according to standards, thereby ensuring the transparency of the facility and preventing a situation in which the relatives request the facility to show evidence of the use of absorbent articles.
- absorbent articles were sometimes provided to facilities such as nursing homes by wholesalers, but in such cases, the wholesalers collected a margin.
- information such as the usage status of the absorbent articles at the facility was kept as a black box because the wholesaler acted as an intermediary for the absorbent articles to the facility, making it difficult for the manufacturer of the absorbent articles to sell directly to the facility. Therefore, the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment obtains comparison information, thereby visualizing the usage status of absorbent articles at nursing homes and the like, enabling the manufacturer of the absorbent articles to sell directly to nursing homes and the like, and eliminating the need for the wholesaler to collect a margin, making it possible to provide absorbent articles at a lower cost.
- the information processing device 10 may determine a standard for the care recipient R1-1 based on the gender, age, weight, height, level of care, etc. of the care recipient R1-1, and obtain comparison information showing a comparison result between the determined standard and the absorbent article actually used by the care recipient. For example, the information processing device 10 determines the standard determined by the staff of the facility #1 for other care recipients similar to the care recipient R1-1 in gender, age, weight, height, and level of care, as the standard for the care recipient R1-1.
- the information processing device 10 determines the number of absorbent articles of each type to be used and the schedule for replacing absorbent articles determined by the staff of the facility #1 for other care recipients similar to the care recipient R1-1 in gender, age, weight, height, and level of care, as the standard for the care recipient R1-1 in care level.
- the information processing device 10 may update the criteria for the care recipient R1-1 based on the comparison information. For example, when comparison information indicating that the criteria information for the care recipient R1-1 does not match the absorbent article actually used by the care recipient R1-1 is acquired a predetermined number of times, the information processing device 10 updates the criteria information based on information regarding the absorbent article actually used by the care recipient R1-1.
- the information processing device 10 may output a predetermined alert to the facility terminal 200 when the comparison information satisfies a predetermined condition. For example, when comparison information indicating that the reference number of the care recipient R1-1 does not match the absorbent articles actually used by the care recipient R1-1 in one day is acquired a predetermined number of times, the information processing device 10 outputs an alert to the facility terminal 200 to prompt the user to replace the absorbent articles based on the reference number.
- the information processing device 10 when comparison information indicating that the reference schedule of the care recipient R1-1 does not match the date and time when the absorbent articles of the care recipient R1-1 were actually replaced is acquired a predetermined number of times, the information processing device 10 outputs an alert to the facility terminal 200 to prompt the user to replace the absorbent articles based on the reference schedule.
- the care recipient's excretion may decrease (for example, the frequency of changing absorbent articles may decrease). Therefore, when the comparison information indicates that absorbent articles are being changed less frequently, the information processing device 10 may output an alert regarding the health condition or unfortunate event of the care recipient to the facility terminal 200.
- the information processing device 10 may acquire information indicating the date and time when the care recipient R1-1 ate a meal or consumed a drink, and output the acquired information to the user terminal 100.
- Fig. 2 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the information processing device 10 according to an embodiment.
- the information processing device 10 has a communication unit 20, a storage unit 30, and a control unit 40.
- the communication unit 20 is realized by, for example, a network interface card (NIC) etc.
- the communication unit 20 is connected to the network N by wire or wirelessly, and transmits and receives information between the user terminal 100, the facility terminal 200, etc.
- the storage unit 30 is realized by, for example, a semiconductor memory element such as a random access memory (RAM) or a flash memory, or a storage device such as a hard disk or an optical disk. As shown in FIG. 2 , the storage unit 30 has a facility information database 31 and a user information database 32.
- Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of the facility information database 31 according to an embodiment.
- the facility information database 31 has items such as "facility ID”, “location information”, "floor information”, “room information”, “inventory information”, “staff information”, and "nonwoven fabric product information”.
- “Facility ID” indicates identification information for identifying the facility.
- “Location information” indicates the location of the facility.
- “Floor information” indicates information about each floor in the facility, and stores, for example, identification information for identifying the floor and information about users on each floor (for example, identification information for identifying users and the number of users).

Description
The present invention relates to an information processing device, an information processing method, and an information processing program.
Technology for supporting the provision of nonwoven fabric products at specified facilities is known. One example of such technology is a technology that acquires payment information, which is information related to the payment of fees for the use of nonwoven fabric products by users linked to users who use the nonwoven fabric products at each facility, and calculates the cost of providing nonwoven fabric products to the specified facility, which is the cost to be provided to a provider that provides nonwoven fabric products to each facility, based on the payment information of the user corresponding to the specified facility.
However, the above-mentioned technology does not necessarily make it easy to grasp the usage status of nonwoven fabric products in a facility.
For example, in the above-mentioned conventional technology, when a nursery school obtains information about nonwoven fabric products that it manages as inventory, the nursery school staff must input the information on a screen for inputting the remaining number of nonwoven fabric products that are managed as inventory at the nursery school, and it is not always easy to grasp the usage status of nonwoven fabric products at the facility.
This application was made in light of the above, and aims to make it easier to understand the status of use of nonwoven fabric products in facilities.
The information processing device according to the present application is characterized by having an acquisition unit that acquires from a specific facility standard information indicating standards regarding the use of nonwoven fabric products by users at the facility and comparison information indicating a comparison result with the nonwoven fabric products used by the user at the facility, and an output unit that outputs information regarding the user's use of nonwoven fabric products based on the comparison information received by the acquisition unit.
According to one aspect of the embodiment, the usage status of nonwoven fabric products in a facility can be easily understood.
The following points become clear at least from the description in this specification and the accompanying drawings.
Aspect 1 is characterized by having an acquisition unit that acquires from a specific facility standard information indicating standards regarding the use of nonwoven fabric products by users at the facility and comparison information indicating a comparison result with the nonwoven fabric products used by the user at the facility, and an output unit that outputs information regarding the use of the nonwoven fabric products by the user based on the comparison information received by the acquisition unit.
Conventionally, in facilities where there are multiple users of nonwoven fabric products, such as nursing homes, care facilities, kindergartens, nursery schools, child welfare facilities, hospitals, etc., if records regarding the usage status of nonwoven fabric products for each user must be kept, records had to be entered for each user each time. Also, when multiple users have excreted, there are cases where care for the other users needs to be given quickly, which requires a lot of effort in entering data. Therefore, in conventional facilities, records may be entered using analog methods.
There is known technology that supports the provision of nonwoven fabric products in the above-mentioned facilities, but with this technology, childcare workers must input information on a screen for inputting the remaining number of nonwoven fabric products managed as inventory at the nursery school, and it is not necessarily easy to grasp the usage status of nonwoven fabric products at the facility.
According to this aspect 1, the facility staff, etc., only need to input the criteria for the user's use of nonwoven fabric products (e.g., the number of nonwoven fabric products used per day that the facility determines to be appropriate for the user, the timing for replacing nonwoven fabric products, the type of nonwoven fabric product, etc.) and the results of a comparison between the nonwoven fabric products actually used (e.g., whether the nonwoven fabric products used deviate from the criteria), and information regarding the user's use of nonwoven fabric products (e.g., information for managing the inventory of nonwoven fabric products at the facility) can be output, making it possible to easily grasp the status of nonwoven fabric product usage at the facility (e.g., a situation in which more nonwoven fabric products are being used than the criteria).
In addition, in aspect 2, in aspect 1, information indicating whether the nonwoven fabric product used by the user is within the range of the standards regarding the use of nonwoven fabric products by the user is obtained as the comparison information, and when information is obtained that the nonwoven fabric product used by the user is outside the range of the standards, further information regarding the nonwoven fabric product used by the user is obtained.
According to this type of aspect 2, for example, detailed information can be entered only when the nonwoven fabric product actually used does not meet the standards, thereby reducing the effort required for facility staff, etc., to enter information.
In addition, in aspect 3, in aspect 1 or 2, the standard information indicating the standard regarding the use of nonwoven fabric products by the users of a specified unit is acquired, and the comparison information indicating the results of a comparison between the nonwoven fabric products used by each of the users of the specified unit is acquired, and information regarding the nonwoven fabric products used by the users of the specified unit is output based on the comparison information.
According to this aspect 3, for example, it is possible to output information showing the usage status of nonwoven fabric products by users throughout the entire facility or the usage status of nonwoven fabric products throughout the entire room in which the users are located, thereby improving convenience.

First, the information processing device 10 acquires from the facility terminal 200 reference information indicating standards regarding the use of absorbent articles by the care recipient R1-1 and comparison information indicating the results of a comparison between the absorbent articles actually used by the care recipient R1-1 (step S1). For example, a staff member of facility # 1 inputs into the facility terminal 200 reference information based on care recipient information # 1 regarding the care recipient R1-1, which is managed in a memory unit of the facility terminal 200, and comparison information indicating the results of a comparison between the absorbent articles actually used by the care recipient R1-1. Then, the information processing device 10 acquires the information input into the facility terminal 200 by the staff member.
To give a specific example, the staff member inputs information into the facility terminal 200 for each day indicating whether the number of each type of absorbent article that the care recipient R1-1 is scheduled to use in a day (reference number) matches the number of absorbent articles that the care recipient R1-1 actually used in a day.
Furthermore, the staff member inputs information into the facility terminal 200 for each day indicating whether the schedule (reference schedule) for changing absorbent articles used by care recipient R1-1, as indicated by care recipient information # 1, matches the date and time when care recipient R1-1's absorbent articles were actually changed. Here, if the reference schedule does not match the date and time when care recipient R1-1's absorbent articles were actually changed, the staff member further inputs information into the facility terminal 200 indicating the date and time when care recipient R1-1's absorbent articles were actually changed.
In the example of FIG. 1, the information processing device 10 also acquires comparison information for care recipients other than care recipient R1-1 residing in facility # 1 using a method similar to that described above.
Here, in the example of FIG. 1, the information processing device 10 may acquire from the facility terminal 200 standard information indicating standards regarding the use of absorbent articles by a specified unit of care recipients and comparison information indicating a comparison result between the absorbent articles used by each of the care recipients of the unit. For example, the information processing device 10 acquires from the facility terminal 200 for each day comparison information indicating whether the number of absorbent articles of each type for which all of the care recipients residing in facility # 1 plan to use absorbent articles per day matches the absorbent articles actually used by care recipient R1-1 per day. The information processing device 10 also acquires from the facility terminal 200 for each day comparison information indicating whether the number of absorbent articles of each type for which all of the care recipients residing on a specified floor (e.g., floor # 1, floor #2) of facility # 1 plan to use absorbent articles per day matches the absorbent articles actually used by care recipient R1-1 per day. Additionally, the information processing device 10 acquires from the facility terminal 200, for each day, comparison information indicating whether the number of absorbent articles of each type that are planned to be used by all care recipients residing in a specified room in facility # 1 matches the absorbent articles actually used by care recipient R1-1 for that day.
Then, the information processing device 10 outputs information related to ordering absorbent articles to the facility terminal 200 (step S2). For example, the information processing device 10 outputs information related to ordering absorbent articles for each predetermined period (e.g., one week, one month) based on the comparison information acquired from the facility terminal 200 during that period. To give a specific example, the information processing device 10 typically outputs to the facility terminal 200 as information related to ordering absorbent articles to be used by the care recipient R1-1, the number obtained by subtracting or adding the number of absorbent articles of the type indicated in the comparison information acquired for the care recipient R1-1 from the number of absorbent articles of each type to be ordered for the care recipient R1-1 for each predetermined period (e.g., the total reference number for the care recipient R1-1 during the predetermined period).
To give a more specific example, if comparison information is acquired indicating that a total of 50 absorbent articles of type # 1 are normally ordered for care recipient R1-1 in period # 1 and that 5 more absorbent articles of type # 1 were used in period # 1 than the reference number of absorbent articles of type # 1, the information processing device 10 outputs information indicating that 55 absorbent articles of type # 1 are to be ordered for care recipient R1-1. Furthermore, if comparison information is acquired indicating that a total of 50 absorbent articles of type #2 are normally ordered in period # 1 and that 10 fewer absorbent articles of type #2 were used in period # 1 than the reference number of absorbent articles of type #2, the information processing device 10 outputs information indicating that 40 absorbent articles of type # 1 are to be ordered for care recipient R1-1. Furthermore, if comparison information is obtained indicating that 10 absorbent articles of type #3, which are not normally used for care recipient R1-1, were used during period # 1, the information processing device 10 outputs information indicating that 10 absorbent articles of type #3 will be ordered for care recipient R1-1.
In the example of FIG. 1, the information processing device 10 outputs information regarding orders to the facility terminal 200 for care recipients other than care recipient R1-1 residing in facility # 1 using a method similar to that described above. The information processing device 10 may also compile information regarding orders for units such as all care recipients residing in facility # 1, all care recipients residing on a specified floor of facility # 1, or all care recipients residing in a specified room of facility # 1, and output the information regarding orders to the facility terminal 200.
In addition, the information processing device 10 may output information regarding the order to a supplier of absorbent articles to facility #1 (e.g., a manufacturer that manufactures absorbent articles, or a wholesaler that distributes absorbent articles to facility # 1, etc.).
In addition, the information processing device 10 may output information regarding ordering when the inventory of absorbent articles in facility # 1, estimated based on the comparison information, falls below a predetermined threshold.
Then, the information processing device 10 outputs information regarding the use of absorbent articles for the care recipient R1-1 to the user terminal 100 based on the comparison information (step S3). For example, for each specified period, the information processing device 10 outputs the number and type of absorbent articles actually used for the care recipient R1-1 during that period, the number and type of absorbent articles actually used, a charge amount according to the price of the absorbent articles provided to facility # 1 by wholesalers, etc., and information indicating whether the absorbent articles are being replaced according to a standard schedule. Furthermore, if the care recipient R1-1 has subscribed to a subscription service, the information processing device 10 outputs information indicating a charge amount according to the contents of the subscription service.
As described above, the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment outputs information regarding the ordering of absorbent articles to the facility by only obtaining information indicating whether the criteria and information regarding actual use by the care recipient match. This allows the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment to easily grasp the usage status of nonwoven fabric products in the facility.
In addition, the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment outputs to the relatives of the care recipient, information indicating the status of the care recipient's use of absorbent articles, in other words, the status of the care recipient's care at the facility. As a result, the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment can output to the relatives of the care recipient information indicating whether the absorbent articles are being replaced at the appropriate time and information indicating whether the absorbent articles are being used according to standards, thereby ensuring the transparency of the facility and preventing a situation in which the relatives request the facility to show evidence of the use of absorbent articles.
Furthermore, in conventional facilities such as nursing homes, similar information such as records of absorbent article use and inventory management of absorbent articles may have been recorded separately. However, with the information processing device 10 according to the embodiment, it is possible to record the use of absorbent articles and simultaneously order absorbent articles (in other words, inventory management of absorbent articles) by inputting only the comparison information without having to record the use of absorbent articles and inventory management of absorbent articles separately, thereby improving convenience.
In the past, absorbent articles were sometimes provided to facilities such as nursing homes by wholesalers, but in such cases, the wholesalers collected a margin. In such cases, information such as the usage status of the absorbent articles at the facility was kept as a black box because the wholesaler acted as an intermediary for the absorbent articles to the facility, making it difficult for the manufacturer of the absorbent articles to sell directly to the facility.

[2-1. Determination of standards]
In the example of FIG. 1, theinformation processing device 10 may determine a standard for the care recipient R1-1 based on the gender, age, weight, height, level of care, etc. of the care recipient R1-1, and obtain comparison information showing a comparison result between the determined standard and the absorbent article actually used by the care recipient. For example, the information processing device 10 determines the standard determined by the staff of the facility # 1 for other care recipients similar to the care recipient R1-1 in gender, age, weight, height, and level of care, as the standard for the care recipient R1-1. To give a specific example, the information processing device 10 determines the number of absorbent articles of each type to be used and the schedule for replacing absorbent articles determined by the staff of the facility # 1 for other care recipients similar to the care recipient R1-1 in gender, age, weight, height, and level of care, as the standard for the care recipient R1-1 in care level.

[2-2. Update of standards]
1, theinformation processing device 10 may update the criteria for the care recipient R1-1 based on the comparison information.

[2-3. Alerts to caregivers]
In the example of Fig. 1, theinformation processing device 10 may output a predetermined alert to the facility terminal 200 when the comparison information satisfies a predetermined condition. Also, when comparison information indicating that the reference schedule of the care recipient R1-1 does not match the date and time when the absorbent articles of the care recipient R1-1 were actually replaced is acquired a predetermined number of times, the information processing device 10 outputs an alert to the facility terminal 200 to prompt the user to replace the absorbent articles based on the reference schedule.

In addition, when an unfortunate event occurs to a care recipient, the care recipient's excretion may decrease (for example, the frequency of changing absorbent articles may decrease). Therefore, when the comparison information indicates that absorbent articles are being changed less frequently, the information processing device 10 may output an alert regarding the health condition or unfortunate event of the care recipient to the facility terminal 200.

The arithmetic unit 1030 operates based on programs stored in the cache 1040 and memory 1050, programs read from the input unit 1020, and the like, and executes various processes. The cache 1040 is a cache such as a RAM that temporarily stores data used by the arithmetic unit 1030 for various calculations. The memory 1050 is a storage device in which data used by the arithmetic unit 1030 for various calculations and various databases are registered, and is a memory realized by a ROM (Read Only Memory), HDD (Hard Disk Drive), flash memory, etc.
The output IF 1060 is an interface for transmitting information to be output to an output device 1010 that outputs various types of information, such as a monitor or printer, and may be realized, for example, by a connector conforming to a standard such as USB (Universal Serial Bus), DVI (Digital Visual Interface), or HDMI (registered trademark) (High Definition Multimedia Interface). On the other hand, the input IF 1070 is an interface for receiving information from various input devices 1020, such as a mouse, keyboard, scanner, etc., and may be realized, for example, by a USB.
例えば、入力装置1020は、CD(Compact Disc)、DVD(Digital Versatile Disc)、PD(Phase change rewritable Disk)等の光学記録媒体、MO(Magneto-Optical disk)等の光磁気記録媒体、テープ媒体、磁気記録媒体、または半導体メモリ等から情報を読み出す装置により実現されてもよい。
For example, the input device 1020 may be realized by a device that reads information from an optical recording medium such as a CD (Compact Disc), a DVD (Digital Versatile Disc), or a PD (Phase change rewritable Disk), a magneto-optical recording medium such as an MO (Magneto-Optical disk), a tape medium, a magnetic recording medium, or a semiconductor memory. The input device 1020 may also be realized by an external storage medium such as a USB memory.
