Description
A SLIDING STRUCTURE THAT CAN BE FOLDED AND CONCEALED
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sliding structure which moves in rail mechanisms configured in furnitures for folding the doors and hiding them in a pocket on the side of the cabinet.
The invention particularly relates to a folding and concealing sliding structure which allows the wardrobe doors to be folded open in a horizontal plane and, once folded, to move by sliding within a rail mechanism configured in the ceiling of the wardrobe in order to be concealed in a pocket in the side of the wardrobe.
State of the Art
Nowadays, sliding cabinet doors have been developed to meet the aesthetic needs of the consumer and to provide storage space solutions for small spaces. Sliding doors are basically moved in the right and left directions on the horizontal axis on wheels moving within a rail mounted on the cabinet body. With the developments made in the sector in line with the change in consumer needs, sliding doors moving on a single axis have been made foldable on the same axis and movable on double axis.
In the current double-axis sliding system, the doors have to be moved manually in order to be completely removed from the pocket on the side wall of the cabinet. In the sliding systems mentioned, there are ropes that ensure synchronised movement of the doors in the pocket on the side. These ropes are mounted without adjustment option. Since it is mounted without adjustment option, the ropes loosen over time and cause the system not to work properly.
One of the studies on the improvement of sliding-folding cabinet doors moving on double axis is the invention subject to patent application numbered TR2016/12961 and titled "Double Roller Folding Door Mechanism with Bearing". The invention relates to a double roller folding door mechanism with bearings, which is used in sliding-folding type cabinet doors or decorative partition doors in areas such as offices, houses, etc. In the invention, the mechanism has a double roller bearing and the carrying capacity is increased and silent operation is ensured.
As a result, the need for a slide configuration that eliminates the disadvantages of the present technique and the inadequacy of the present solutions necessitated a development in the relevant technical field.
Brief Description of the invention
The present invention relates to a sliding structure which fulfils the above-mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages, moves in rail mechanisms configured in furnitures for folding the doors and hiding them in a pocket on the side of the cabinet.
Based on the known state of the art, the aim of the invention is to ensure that it is completely removed without the need for a manual movement after the first manual movement is given with the mechanism developed after being hidden in the pocket on the side of the cabinet.
The aim of the invention is to load a potential energy to the spring when the cover is pushed into the side pocket and closed by means of the spring added to the slide structure, and as a result of activate the mechanism at the back by pushing the cover and release the potential energy loaded on the spring, to ensure that the wheel on the sheet part connected to the spring mechanism moves from the flat plane to the inclined plane and the cover completely removes from the pocket.
Another aim of the invention is to provide the ability to adjust the tension of the ropes entering into this mechanism in the forward and reverse directions by means of an adjustable mechanism, one up and one down, added to the inner surface of the pocket into which the covers enter.
The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood by means of the figures given below and the detailed description written by making references to these figures, therefore, the evaluation should be made by considering these figures and detailed descriptions.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the sliding structure moving in the rail mechanisms configured to the furnitures for folding the inventive doors (K) and hiding them in the side pocket of the cabinet (D) are described only as an example for a better understanding of the subject matter and without any limiting effect.
The sliding structure of the invention the cabinet (D) doors (K) enables for opened by folding in the horizontal plane and hiding them in the pocket on the side of the cabinet (D) after folding to move by sliding within the rail mechanism configured on the ceiling of the cabinet (D). The sliding structure shown in Figure-1 comprises a carrier side strut chipboard (10) to which the folded doors (K) are mounted, which is positioned parallel to the vertical axis extending from the ceiling of the cabinet (D) to the base of the cabinet (D) to support the movement of the doors (K) in the pocket while the doors (K) are closed. A telescopic rail (20) is positioned at the top and bottom of the side wall of the cabinet (D), on which the carrier side strut chipboard (10) is mounted, for the movement of said doors (K) in the pocket in the closed position. Said telescopic rails (20) are mounted to the side chipboard of the cabinet (D) by means of the telescopic rail connection plate (30). The ropes (50) used for synchronised operation of the said telescopic rails (20) are guided by a synchronised
wheels (40) for synchronised operation and not rubbing each other. Said synchronised wheels (40) are mounted on the carrier side strut chipboard (10) with the synchronised wheel mounting plate (100). A rope adjustment mechanism (60) is positioned for adjusting the tension of the ropes (50) used for the synchronised operation of said telescopic rails (20). The first movement for the said doors (K) to come out of the pocket is provided by the push-open mechanism (110) shown in Figure-3. The rope adjustment mechanism fixing plate (70) is used to guide the ropes (50) and fix their positions.
For the folded doors (K) to completely come out from the pocket, a pull-in spring mechanism (80) shown in figure-2 is positioned on the carrier side strut chipboard (10). The said pull-in spring mechanism (80) comprises a wheel and spring mounting plastic (82), which allows the springs (84) to be loaded with potential energy and allows the guiding wheel (83) mounted on it to move down and up. Said wheel and spring mounting plastic (82) moves down and up in the spring mechanism guiding rail (81 ). Said guiding wheel (83) moves in the guiding rail (90) for removing the folded doors (K) from the pocket. Said spring (84) is charged with potential energy so that the folded doors (K) are completely come out from the pocket. A damper (86) is used to prevent noise and deformation of the parts when the folded doors (K) complete their movement out of the pocket. A spring and damper mounting plastic (85) is provided for the fixed positioning of said damper (86) and springs (84). The pull-in spring mechanism (80) is mounted to the carrier side strut chipboard (10) by means of the spring mechanism mounting plate (87).
The rope adjustment mechanism (60) shown in Figure-4 is mounted on the side wall chipboard of the cabinet (D) by means of the rope adjustment mechanism fixed plate (61 ). The ropes (50) are connected to the rope adjustment mechanism movable plate (62), which moves forwards and backwards for tension adjustment. The backwards and forwards movement of the said rope adjustment mechanism movable plate (62) is provided by the screw (63). Clamping nut rivet (64) is used to fix and guide the positions of the said screws (63).
The main function of the rope adjustment mechanism (60) in the foldable and concealable sliding structure developed by the invention is to adjust the rope (50) tensions easily on the cabinet (D) without disassembling the cabinet (D) and thus to ensure synchronised operation of the doors (K). The pull-in spring mechanism (80) in the sliding structure charges the springs (84) with potential energy and enables the folded doors (K) to come out of the pocket spontaneously after the first movement and so that the user does not have to open the doors (K) manually.
