 以下、本発明をファン付きウェアに適用した場合の実施の形態について、図1から図6に基づいて説明する。ただし、本発明の技術的範囲は図示例に限定されるものではなく、以下説明する実施の形態には、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で、種々の変更を加えることが可能である。
 また、以下においては、着用者がファン付きウェア100を着用した状態を基準として、着用者の前方向を前、着用者の後方向を後、着用者の上方向を上、着用者の下方向を下、着用者の右手方向を右、着用者の左手方向を左、前後方向に沿う軸をX軸、左右方向に沿う軸をY軸、上下方向に沿う軸をZ軸と定めて説明する。
 なお、ウェア本体1の開閉手段11を開いた状態においては、図1に示すように、ウェア本体1の内面側(着用時に着用者の身体に向く側)が向く方向を前、その反対方向を後と定めて説明する。また、送風装置2のみを説明する場合にも、ファン付きウェア100に取り付けられた状態を基準として方向を定めて説明する。

 実施形態に係るファン付きウェア100は、図1に示すように、ウェア本体1と、ウェア本体1内(ウェア本体1と着用者の身体との間の空間内)に空気を導入する送風装置2と、送風装置2に電圧を供給する電源装置3と、電源装置3と送風装置2との間を接続する電源ケーブル4と、を備え、送風装置2によってウェア本体1内に取り込まれた空気を、着用者の身体又はウェア本体1の下に着用した下着の表面に沿って流通させた後に、ウェア本体1の襟部及び袖部に形成される空気排出部14から排出することで、身体から出た汗を蒸発させ、蒸発する際の気化熱により身体を冷却するものである。

[(1) ウェア本体]
 ウェア本体1は、ファン付きウェア100の内、送風装置2、電源装置3及び電源ケーブル4を除いた衣服部分であり、図1及び図2に示すように、着用者の胴部及び腕部を覆うブルゾン型の上衣の形状に形成されている。
 なお、ウェア本体1の形状は着用者の身体の少なくとも一部を覆うものであればよく、このような形状に限られない。例えば、着用者の胴部のみを覆うベスト型に形成してもよい。
 なお、ウェア本体1の着用時において着用者に向く面を内面側、その反対側のウェア本体1の着用時において外部空間に向く面を外面側とする。
[(1) Clothing body]

The surface of the garment body 1 that faces the wearer when worn is referred to as the inner surface, and the opposite surface of the garment body 1 that faces the outside space when worn is referred to as the outer surface.

 送風装置取付孔13は、直径が後述の送風装置2のケース体24のハウジング241の筒状部2412の直径と略同一となるように形成され、筒状部2412が送風装置取付孔13を挿通するようにして、ウェア本体1に送風装置2を取り付けることで、送風装置取付孔13を介して、外部の空気をウェア本体1内の空間に取り込むことができる。

 送風装置2には、電源装置3より、電源ケーブル4を介して必要な電圧が供給される。

 図3から図6においては、羽根21として、プロペラ状に形成されたいわゆるプロペラファンを用いる場合を図示しているが、羽根21の形状は、後述のケース体24の空気取込部2421側から空気送出部2411側へと向かう空気の流れを生じさせることができるものであれば特に限定されない。

 また、モータ22を封止する樹脂としては、上記のような防水性を得ることができるものであれば特に限定されないが、ABS樹脂等を用いることができる。

 電源ジャック231としては、電源ケーブル4の電源プラグ41と接続可能なものであればよく、例えば一般的なDCジャックを用いればよい。
[c Connection code]

 また、筒状部2412の外面の対向する2か所には、後述の取付リング25の内面側に形成された凹凸である取付リング側嵌合部251と嵌合する凹凸であるケース体側嵌合部24121が形成され、後述のように取付リング25を筒状部2412の外面側に固定できるように構成されている。

 これを利用して、楕円形状の取付リング25を長径方向の外面側から押圧し、これを撓ませて略真円形状に変形させた上で、取付リング25の取付リング側嵌合部251の位置と、筒状部2412のケース体側嵌合部24121の位置とが重なるようにして、取付リング25を筒状部2412に被せた上で、取付リング25に対する押圧を解除することで、図3及び図4に示すように、取付リング25を、ケース体24のハウジング241の筒状部2412に取り付けることができる。
 また、この際に、取付リング25の一端部と、ケース体24のハウジング241のフランジ2414との間に、ウェア本体1の送風装置取付孔13の周囲の部分を挟み込むことによって、送風装置2をウェア本体1に取り付けることができる。

 電源装置3は、送風装置2に電力を供給するための部材であり、例えば、安全保護回路が付加されたリチウムイオン組電池が内蔵され、図1に示すように、電源ケーブル4を介して送風装置2と接続される。また、電源装置3は、送風装置2に供給する電力のオン/オフを切り替えるスイッチを備える。
 電源装置3は、送風装置2に電力を供給することができるものであれば、その具体的な構成は任意である。

 電源ケーブル4は、図1に示すように、一端部が二股に分かれると共に、その両者に電源プラグ41を有し、送風装置2の接続コード23の電源ジャック231に電源プラグ41を差し込むことで、電源ケーブル4を着脱自在に送風装置2に接続することができる。

 本実施形態に係るファン付きウェア100によれば、送風装置2が、空気の流れを生じさせる羽根21と、羽根21を回転させるモータ22と、羽根21及びモータ22を収納するケース体24と、を備え、モータ22が備える電気部品221が防水性を有する。
 これによって、送風装置2に水をかけてもモータ22が故障し難くなることから、送風装置2を水で洗浄することが容易となる。

 例えば、2枚のシートの間に空気を導入し、このようなシートと体との接触部を冷却する機能を有する座布団や寝具、ヘルメット内に空気を流通させて着用者の頭部を冷却する機能を有するヘルメット、リュック内に空気を導入することで着用者の背中を冷却する機能を有するリュック等に、送風装置2を備えるようにしてもよい。いずれの物品であっても、本発明における送風装置付き物品に該当することとなる。
