Description

反射パネル、これを用いた電磁波反射装置、電磁波反射フェンス、及び反射パネルの作製方法
 本発明は、反射パネル、これを用いた電磁波反射装置、電磁波反射フェンス、及び反射パネルの作製方法に関する。
 大量のデータを扱うIоT(Internet of Things)の通信ネットワークに、第5世代移動通信システム(以下、「5G」と呼ぶ)の高速大容量、低遅延、かつ多数同時接続が可能な移動体通信技術を導入することが期待されている。移動体通信技術が本来有するモビリティと柔軟性に加えて、5Gの低遅延特性がIoTに好適であるといわれている。一方で、5Gの電波は直進性が高いことから、リフレクタ等を設置して必要なエリアに電波を届ける伝搬経路を確保する必要がある。より高い周波数帯域を用いる第6世代移動通信システム(「6G」と呼ぶ)の導入も視野に入れると、伝搬環境の改善に用いられる反射装置には、反射効率とともに、反射方向の正確性が求められる。

 反射パネルにおいて、反射方向や反射効率が設計と乖離し、所望のエリアに電波が届かないという課題がある。本発明は、反射効率と、反射方向の正確性の少なくとも一方を改善した反射パネルを提供することを一つの目的とする。
 一実施形態において、反射パネルは、第1基板と、第2基板と、前記第1基板と前記第2基板の間に設けられる中間層であって第1中間膜、第2中間膜、及び第3中間膜がこの順で積層された中間層と、を有し、前記第1中間膜と前記第2中間膜の界面、または前記第2中間膜と前記第3中間膜の界面は1GHz以上300GHz以下の電磁波を反射する反射面であり、
 前記第1中間膜の平均厚さをd1、前記第3中間膜の平均厚さをd2とすると、
   0.5<d1/d2<1.5
を満たす。

 図1は、実施形態の反射パネルを有する電磁波反射装置を連結した電磁波反射フェンス100の模式図である。電磁波反射フェンス100は、反射パネル10-1、10-2、及び10-3(以下、適宜「反射パネル10」と総称する場合がある)をそれぞれ有する電磁波反射装置60-1、60-2、及び60-3を横方向に連結したものである。図1の座標系で、反射パネル10の幅または水平方向をX方向、高さまたは垂直方向をY方向、厚さ方向をZ方向とする。図1では、3つの電磁波反射装置60-1、60-2、及び60-3(以下、適宜「電磁波反射装置60」と総称する場合がある)を連結して電磁波反射フェンス100を構成しているが、連結される電磁波反射装置60の数に、特に制限はない。
 電磁波反射装置60-1、60-2、及び60-3で用いられる反射パネル10-1、10-2、及び10-3は、1GHz以上300GHz以下、たとえば1GHz以上170GHz以下、または1GHz以上100GHz以下、または1GHz以上80GHz以下の所定の周波数帯の電磁波を反射する。後述するように、各反射パネル10は、反射面を形成する層を含む。反射面は、入射角と反射角が等しい鏡面反射面であってもよいし、入射電磁波を所望の方向へ反射するメタサーフェスであってもよいし、これらの両方を含んでいてもよい。
 各電磁波反射装置60は、反射パネル10を保持するフレーム50を有する。電磁波反射装置60は、フレーム50を支持する脚部56を有していてもよい。脚部56は必須ではないが、図1のように電磁波反射装置60または電磁波反射フェンス100を設置面(XZ面)に対して自立させるときに有用である。
 反射パネル10-1、10-2、10-3が鏡面反射面を有する場合、反射電位の連続性を保つ観点から、互いに電気的に接続されていることが望ましいが、メタサーフェスを含む場合は、隣接する反射パネル10間に電気的な接続はなくてもよい。隣接する反射パネル10同士をフレーム50で保持することで、X方向に連結された電磁波反射フェンス100が得られる。
 電磁波反射装置60は、反射パネル10とフレーム50に加えて、反射パネル10の上端を保持するトップフレーム57と、下端を保持するボトムフレーム58を有していてもよい。この場合、フレーム50と、トップフレーム57と、ボトムフレーム58とで、反射パネル10の全周を保持するフレームが構成される。フレーム50は、トップフレーム57とボトムフレーム58に対する位置関係から、「サイドフレーム」と呼んでもよい。トップフレーム57とボトムフレーム58を設けることで、反射パネル10の搬送、組立時の機械的強度と安全性が確保される。
 図2は、図1のA-Aラインに沿った水平断面図である。この水平断面図は、フレーム50によって保持された反射パネル10-1と10-2を、XZ面と平行な断面で示す。フレーム50は、導電性の本体500と、本体500の幅方向の両側に形成されたスリット51-1、及び51-2を有する。反射パネル10-1と10-2のエッジは、スリット51-1と51-2にそれぞれ挿入され、空間52内で保持される。空間52は必須ではないが、空間52を設けることで、フレーム50の本体500を軽量化するとともに、反射パネル10の保持角度にゆとりを持たせることができる。
 反射パネル10-1と10-2のそれぞれがスリット51-1と51-2に挿入されることで、隣接する反射パネル10-1と10-2は安定的に保持され得る。本体500の一部は非導電性の材料で形成されていてもよい。本体500の外表面に、樹脂などの非導電性のカバー501が設けられていてもよいが、カバー501は必須ではない。カバー501を設ける場合、カバー501はフレーム50を保護する保護部材として機能する。
 <反射パネルの層構成>
 図3は、反射パネル10Aの層構成の一例を示す。この層構成は、反射パネル10Aの厚さ(Z)方向の構成である。反射パネル10Aは、第1基板11と、第2基板12と、第1基板11と第2基板12の間に設けられる中間層13Aを有する。中間層13Aは、第1中間膜131、第2中間膜132A、及び第3中間膜133がこの順で積層されている。電磁波の入射方向によって、第1中間膜131と第2中間膜132Aの界面、または第2中間膜132Aと第3中間膜133の界面は、1GHz以上300GHz以下の所定の周波数帯の電磁波を反射する反射面となる。
 第1基板11と第2基板12は、中間層13Aを両側から支持する。第1基板11と第2基板12は、ポリカーボネート、COP、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)、フッ素樹脂などの絶縁性のポリマーシートまたはフィルムである。反射パネル10Aを屋外や、製造ラインで用いる場合は、耐衝撃性や耐久性、透明度に優れたポリカーボネートを用いるのが望ましい。反射パネル10Aの強度を保ちつつ、反射パネル10Aの総量をできるだけ軽くするためには、第1基板11と第2基板12の厚さは1.0mm以上10.0mm以下の範囲で適切に選択される。
 第2中間膜132Aは金属を含む材料で形成されており、入射する電磁波を反射する。第2中間膜132Aの材料として、ステンレス鋼、軟鋼、銅、銅酸化物、ニッケル、ニッケル酸化物、金、銀、アルミニウム、これらの組み合わせを用いることができる。
 第1中間膜131と第3中間膜133は、絶縁性の樹脂膜である。樹脂として、エチレン酢酸ビニル、シクロオレフィンポリマー(COP)、紫外線硬樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂、熱可塑性樹脂等が用いられる。紫外線硬化樹脂として、ウレタン系樹脂、アクリル系樹脂、シリコーン系樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ウレタンアクリレート等を用いることができる。第1中間膜131と第3中間膜133の材料は同じであっても異なっていてもよいが、反射パネル10Aの表面と裏面を区別せずにどちらの方向からでも同じ反射特性で使用可能にするには、同じ材料で形成されていることが望ましい。
 第1中間膜131と第3中間膜133の樹脂材料の比誘電率と誘電正接は、反射効率の低下を抑制する適切な範囲に設定されている。上記の樹脂材料の比誘電率は、2.0以上3.0未満、誘電正接は、0.0001以上0.1000未満である。第1中間膜131と第3中間膜133の比誘電率が3.0以上になると、高周波に対する損失が増大するおそれがある。同様に、第1中間膜131と第3中間膜133の誘電正接が0.1000以上になると、樹脂膜中での電気エネルギーの損失が大きくなるおそれがある。
 第1中間膜131の平均厚さをd1、第3中間膜133の平均厚さをd2とすると、d1とd2は、0.5<d1/d2<1.5を満たす。ここで、平均厚さとは反射パネルの幅(X)方向で10点測定して平均した厚さのことをいう。この条件は、中間層13Aの出来上がりの状態での膜厚関係である。作製された電磁波反射パネル10Aの中間層13Aで、第1中間膜131と第3中間膜133の平均厚さがこの条件を満たすことで、中間層13Aにおける第2中間膜132Aの位置が安定し、反射効率と反射方向の少なくとも一方を良好に維持することができる。第1中間膜131と第3中間膜133の厚さの差が大きいと、第2中間膜132Aが中間層13Aの表面に近付きすぎて樹脂膜による被覆が不十分になり、中間層13Aと第1基板11または第2基板12の界面に気泡が生じるおそれがある。あるいは、樹脂膜による第2中間膜132Aの被覆が厚くなりすぎて、誘電体膜の内部に好ましくない気泡が生じるおそれがある。
 第1中間膜131の平均厚さd1と、第3中間膜133の平均厚さd2を、0.5<d1/d2<1.5の範囲に保つことで、中間層13Aにおいて第2中間膜132Aは安定的に保持され、反射効率の低下または反射方向の正確性の劣化を抑制することができる。d1/d2の値は、0.5<d1/d2<1.5を満たし、かつ、反射パネル10の外周全体にわたって略均一であるのが望ましい。
 第2中間膜132Aの平均厚さをd3とする。5G、または6Gの関連周波数の全域に対して利用可能な設計とし、かつ、反射パネル10を薄く保つ観点から、中間層13Aの出来上がりの状態で、d1、d2、d3のトータルの厚さ、すなわち中間層13Aの平均厚さは、動作波長λよりも小さいことが望ましい(d1+d2+d3<λ)。たとえば、反射パネル10Aに入射する電磁波の周波数が28.0GHzのときは、波長λは10.7mmであり、中間層13Aの厚さは10.7mmよりも薄いことが望ましい。
 図4は、反射パネル10Bの層構成の一例を示す。反射パネル10Bは、中間層13Bの第2中間膜132Bが開口135を有することを除いて、反射パネル10Aと同様の層構造を有する。中間層13Bは、第1基板11と第2基板12の間に保持されている。中間層13Bは、第1中間膜131、第2中間膜132B、及び第3中間膜133がこの順で積層されている。電磁波の入射方向によって、第1中間膜131と第2中間膜132Bの界面、または第2中間膜132Bと第3中間膜133の界面は、1GHz以上300GHz以下の所定の周波数帯の電磁波を選択的に反射する反射面となる。第1基板11、第2基板12、第1中間膜131、及び第3中間膜133の材料、厚さ等は、反射パネル10Aと同じである。
 第2中間膜132Bの開口135は、方形、円形、楕円形、多角形などの貫通穴であってもよいし、メッシュ開口であってもよい。第2中間膜132Bを貫通する開口135を周期的な配列で形成して、特定の周波数に対する反射の選択性を高めてもよい。第2中間膜132Bをメッシュ構造に形成して、メッシュ開口を第2中間膜132Bの開口135としてもよい。第2中間膜132Bの開口率は、反射効率を維持しつつ反射パネル10Bの可視光透過率を高く維持する観点から、50%以上80%以下が望ましい。開口率が80%を超えると所望の反射効率が得られないおそれがある。開口率が50%未満だと、反射パネル10Bの可視光透過率が低下するおそれがある。反射パネル10Bの使用態様によって、可視光に対する透明性を必要としない場合は、開口135の開口率を50%よりも小さくして反射効率の向上を優先してもよい。
 第1中間膜131と第3中間膜133は、第2中間膜132Bの開口135内で接続されていてもよい。開口135は樹脂膜で完全に充填されている必要はなく、中間層13Bを形成する際の貼り合わせの条件に応じて、開口135の総面積、または総体積の90.0%以上であってもよい。第1中間膜131と第3中間膜133が第2中間膜132Bの両面側から開口135内に入り込んでもよいし、第1中間膜131と第3中間膜133のいずれか一方が開口135に入り込んでいてもよい。
 中間層13Bにおいても、出来上がりの状態で、第1中間膜131の平均厚さd1と、第3中間膜133の平均厚さd2は、0.5<d1/d2<1.5の条件を満たす。これにより、中間層13Bにおいて第2中間膜132Bを安定的に保持して、反射効率の低下または反射方向の正確性の劣化を抑制することができる。また、第2中間膜132Bの平均厚さをd3として、d1、d2、d3のトータルの厚さ、すなわち中間層13Bの厚さは、動作波長λよりも小さい(d1+d2+d3<λ)。
 以下で、異なる条件でサンプルを作製し、所定の周波数における反射減衰量を測定することで、中間層13に含まれる第1中間膜131、第2中間膜、及び第3中間膜の膜厚関係の好ましい範囲を検証する。反射減衰量は、ベクトルネットワークアナライザと、高周波用斜め入射フリースペースタイプのSパラメータ測定治具を用いて測定する。反射減衰量の基準値として、厚さ3mm、300mm×300mmの平滑なアルミニウムプレートを用いて反射減衰量を測定し、この測定値を反射減衰量0.00dBとする。
 [例1]
 例1は、実施例1である。第1基板11及び第2基板12として、厚さ2mmのポリカーボネートシートを用い、2枚のポリカーボネートシートの間に中間層13を配置した反射パネル10のサンプルを作製する。中間層13の設計条件として、第1中間膜131は厚さ400μmのエチレン酢酸ビニル、第2中間膜132は厚さ100μmのステンレスメッシュ、第3中間膜133は厚さ400μmのエチレン酢酸ビニルを用いる。ステンレスメッシュの平均開口径は268μm、平均開口率は71%である。この積層体を2枚の厚さ3mmのガラスで挟み、真空下130℃で60分間加熱することで、反射パネル10を作成する。反射パネル10のサイズは1000mm×2000mmである。
 図5Aに例1の反射パネルの層構成の模式図を示し、図5Bにサンプル断面の光学顕微画像を示す。例1のサンプルの出来上がりの状態で、第1中間膜131の平均厚さd1は400μm、第2中間膜132の平均厚さd3は100μm、第3中間膜133の平均厚さd2は、400μmである。d1/d2=1.0であり、0.5<d1/d2<1.5の条件を満たす。また、d1+d2+d3=900μmである。図5Bに示すように、サンプルの出来上がりの外観を観察すると、1000mm×2000mmの有効範囲内に、気泡の発生がなく、中間層13内での第2中間膜132の位置はほぼ均一である。28.0GHzの入射電磁波に対して反射減衰量を測定すると、理想的なアルミプレート反射板と比較して、-0.02dBであり、反射減衰が非常に少ない。28GHzでの波長λは10.7mmであることから、d1+d2+d3<λの条件も満たされる。例1で作製されたサンプルの反射特性は良好である。
 [例2]
 例2は、実施例2である。第1基板11及び第2基板12として、厚さ2mmのポリカーボネートシートを用い、2枚のポリカーボネートシートの間に中間層13を配置した反射パネル10のサンプルを作製する。中間層13の設計条件は例1と同じであり、第1中間膜131は厚さ400μmのエチレン酢酸ビニル、第2中間膜132は厚さ100μmのステンレスメッシュ、第3中間膜133は厚さ400μmのエチレン酢酸ビニルである。ステンレスメッシュの条件も同じである。貼り合わせプロセスで、上述した積層体を厚さ3mmの2枚のガラスの間に挟み、真空下90℃で60分間加熱して、例2のサンプルを作製する。反射パネル10のサイズは1000mm×2000mmである。
 サンプルの出来上がりの状態で、第1中間膜131の平均厚さd1は400μm、第2中間膜132の平均厚さd3は100μm、第3中間膜133の平均厚さd2は350μmになった。d1/d2=1.1であり、0.5<d1/d2<1.5の条件を満たす。また、d1+d2+d3=850μmでありd1+d2+d3<λの条件も満たされる。このサンプルの出来上がりの外観を観察すると、1000mm×2000mmの有効範囲内に気泡の発生がない。28.0GHzの入射電磁波に対して、反射減衰量を測定すると、理想的なアルミプレート反射板と比較して、-0.03dBであり、反射減衰が非常に少ないことが確認された。
 [例3]
 例3は、実施例3である。第1基板11及び第2基板12として、厚さ2mmのポリカーボネートシートを用い、2枚のポリカーボネートシートの間に中間層13を配置した反射パネル10のサンプルを作製する。中間層13の設計条件は例1と同じであり、第1中間膜131は厚さ400μmのエチレン酢酸ビニル、第2中間膜132は厚さ100μmのステンレスメッシュ、第3中間膜133は厚さ400μmのエチレン酢酸ビニルである。ステンレスメッシュの条件も同じである。貼り合わせプロセスで、上述した積層体を厚さ3mmの2枚のガラスの間に挟み、真空下88℃で60分間加熱して、例2のサンプルを作製する。反射パネル10のサイズは1000mm×2000mmである。
 サンプルの出来上がりの状態で、第1中間膜131の平均厚さd1は400μm、第2中間膜132の平均厚さd3は100μm、第3中間膜133の平均厚さd2は285μmになった。d1/d2=1.4であり、0.5<d1/d2<1.5の条件を満たす。また、d1+d2+d3=785μmでありd1+d2+d3<λの条件も満たされる。このサンプルの出来上がりの外観を観察すると、1000mm×2000mmの有効範囲内に気泡の発生がない。28.0GHzの入射電磁波に対して、反射減衰量を測定すると、理想的なアルミプレート反射板と比較して、-0.20dBであり、反射減衰が少ないことが確認された。
 [例4]
 例4は、比較例1である。設計条件は、例1から例3と同じである。すなわち、第1基板11及び第2基板12として、厚さ2mmのポリカーボネートシートを用い、2枚のポリカーボネートシートの間に中間層13を配置した反射パネル10のサンプルを作製する。中間層13の設計値は、第1中間膜131は厚さ400μmのエチレン酢酸ビニル、第2中間膜132は厚さ100μmのステンレスメッシュ、第3中間膜133は厚さ400μmのエチレン酢酸ビニルである。ステンレスメッシュの条件も同じである。貼り合わせプロセスでは、上述した積層体を厚さ3mmの2枚のガラスの間に挟み、真空下80℃で60分間加熱して、例3のサンプルを作製する。反射パネル10のサイズは1000mm×2000mmである。
 サンプルの出来上がりの状態で、第1中間膜131の平均厚さd1は400μm、第2中間膜132の平均厚さd3は100μm、第3中間膜133の平均厚さd2は200μmになった。d1/d2=2.0であり、0.5<d1/d2<1.5の範囲外である。例4のサンプル断面を光学顕微鏡で観察すると、1000mm×2000mmの有効範囲内に、大きさ2mmから10mm程度の25個の気泡が観察された。28.0GHzの入射電磁波に対して、反射減衰量を測定すると、理想的なアルミプレート反射板と比較して、-1.75dBであり、反射減衰が増大していることがわかる。これは中間層13で第2中間膜132の位置が偏り、それにともなって樹脂膜内に気泡が発生したためと考えられる。
 [例5]
 例5は、比較例2である。設計条件は、第2中間膜132を除いて、例1から例4と同じである。第1基板11及び第2基板12として、厚さ2mmのポリカーボネートシートを用い、2枚のポリカーボネートシートの間に中間層13を配置した反射パネル10のサンプルを作製する。中間層13の第1中間膜131と第3中間膜は、厚さ400μmのエチレン酢酸ビニルである。第2中間膜132として、厚さ100μmのポリエチレンテレフタラートに厚さ360nmのAg系金属のスパッタ膜が形成された膜を用いる。上述した積層体を厚さ3mmの2枚のガラスの間に挟み、真空下130℃60分間加熱して、例4のサンプルを作製する。反射パネル10のサイズは1000mm×2000mmである。
 図6Aに例5の反射パネルの層構成の模式図を示し、図6Bにサンプル断面の光学顕微画像を示す。例5のサンプルの出来上がりの状態で、第1中間膜131の平均厚さd1は400μm、第3中間膜133の平均厚さd2は、50μmである。d1/d2=8.0であり、0.5<d1/d2<1.5の範囲外にある。図6Bに示すように、サンプルの出来上がりの外観を観察すると、1000mm×2000mmの有効範囲内に、大きさ2mmから10mm程度の125個の気泡101が観察された。28.0GHzの入射電磁波に対して、反射減衰量を測定すると、理想的なアルミプレート反射板と比較して、-2.20dBであり、反射減衰が増大していることがわかる。これは中間層13で第2中間膜132の位置が著しく偏り、それにともなって樹脂膜内に多数の気泡101が発生し、第1中間膜131の比誘電率が設計値から外れたためと考えられる。
 このように、第1中間膜131と第3中間膜133で第2中間膜132を挟んだ三層構造の中間層の出来上がりの状態で、第1中間膜131の平均厚さd1と第3中間膜133の平均厚さd2を0.5<d1/d2<1.5を満たす構成とする。d1とd2の膜厚関係は、第1中間膜131と第3中間膜133を逆にしても同じであるから、d1/d2が1.5よりも小さいということは、反対側の面からみると、d1/d2は0.5よりも大きくなる。反射パネル10の作製方法は、
(a)第1基板11と第2基板12の間に、第1中間膜131、第2中間膜132、及び第3中間膜133がこの順で積層された中間層13を配置し、
(b)第1基板11と中間層13と第2基板12を、80℃より高く130℃以下の温度で真空圧着して、圧着後の第3中間膜133の平均厚さd2に対する第1中間膜131の平均厚さd1の比d1/d2が0.5<d1/d2<1.5を満たすようにする。
 これにより、反射減衰量を低減して反射効率の低減を抑制できる。第1中間膜131または第3中間膜133の内部の気泡101の発生を抑制し、屈折率または比誘電率の変化に起因して反射方向が設計された方向から外れることを抑制できる。
 第1中間膜131と第3中間膜133が0.5<d1/d2<1.5の条件を満たすことを前提として、d1+d2+d3<λの条件が満たされることが望ましい。d1+d2+d3<λが満たされても、0.5<d1/d2<1.5の範囲から外れる場合は、反射減衰量が大きくなって、反射効率または反射方向の正確性を維持することが困難になる。
 電磁波反射装置60と電磁波反射フェンス100に上述した反射パネル10を用いることで、反射減衰量を低減し、反射効率と反射方向の正確性の少なくとも一方を維持することができる。実施形態の反射パネルを用いた電磁波反射装置と電磁波反射フェンスは、限られた空間内に不感地帯が多く発生する環境で有効に用いられる。反射パネル10が可視光に対する透明性を有する場合は、電磁波反射装置と電磁波反射フェンスを安全フェンスや、防音フェンスとしても利用可能である。
 反射パネル10の面内サイズは、30cm×30cmから3m×3mの範囲で、適宜選択可能である。反射パネル10の全面をメタサーフェスにしてもよいし、一部を鏡面反射面にしてもよい。反射パネル10の第1基板11と第2基板の表面に紫外線防止膜のような保護層を設けることで、屋外の環境で長期にわたって使用され得る。
 以上、本開示の実施形態について説明したが、本開示には以下の構成が含まれ得る。
(項1)
 第1基板と、
 第2基板と、
 前記第1基板と前記第2基板の間に設けられる中間層であって、第1中間膜、第2中間膜、及び第3中間膜がこの順で積層された中間層と、
を有し、前記第1中間膜と前記第2中間膜の界面、または前記第2中間膜と前記第3中間膜の界面は1GHz以上300GHz以下の電磁波を反射する反射面であり、
 前記第1中間膜の平均厚さをd1、前記第3中間膜の平均厚さをd2とすると、
   0.5<d1/d2<1.5
を満たす、反射パネル。
(項2)
 前記中間層の厚さは前記反射面に入射する前記電磁波の波長よりも小さい、項1に記載の反射パネル。
(項3)
 前記第1中間膜と前記第3中間膜は樹脂層である、項1または2に記載の反射パネル。
(項4)
 前記樹脂層の比誘電率は2.0以上3.0以下、誘電正接は0.0001以上0.1000未満である、項3に記載の反射パネル。
(項5)
 前記第2中間膜は金属を含む膜である、項1から4のいずれかに記載の反射パネル。
(項6)
 前記第2中間膜は貫通穴またはメッシュ構造の開口を有する、項5に記載の反射パネル。
(項7)
 前記貫通穴または前記メッシュ構造の開口率は50.0%以上80%以下である、項6に記載の反射パネル。
(項8)
 前記第1中間膜と前記第3中間膜は前記開口の内部で接続されている、項6または7に記載の反射パネル。
(項9)
 前記開口の内部に前記第1中間膜と前記第3中間膜の少なくとも一方が入っている、項6から8のいずれかに記載の反射パネル。
(項10)
 前記開口の充填率は、前記開口の総面積または総体積の90.0%以上である、項9に記載の反射パネル。
(項11)
 項1から10のいずれかに記載の反射パネルと、
 前記反射パネルを保持するフレームと、
を有する電磁波反射装置。
(項12)
 項11に記載の電磁波反射装置を2以上有し、2以上の前記反射パネルを前記フレームによって連結した電磁波反射フェンス。
(項13)
 第1基板と第2基板の間に、第1中間膜、第2中間膜、及び第3中間膜がこの順で積層された中間層を配置し、
 前記第1基板と前記中間層と前記第2基板を、80℃より高く130℃以下の温度で真空圧着して、圧着後の前記第3中間膜の平均厚さd2に対する前記第1中間膜の平均厚さd1の比d1/d2が0.5<d1/d2<1.5を満たすようにする、

Claims (13)

  1.  第1基板と、
     第2基板と、
     前記第1基板と前記第2基板の間に設けられる中間層であって、第1中間膜、第2中間膜、及び第3中間膜がこの順で積層された中間層と、
    を有し、前記第1中間膜と前記第2中間膜の界面、または前記第2中間膜と前記第3中間膜の界面は1GHz以上300GHz以下の電磁波を反射する反射面であり、
     前記第1中間膜の平均厚さをd1、前記第3中間膜の平均厚さをd2とすると、
       0.5<d1/d2<1.5
    を満たす、反射パネル。
  2.  前記中間層の厚さは、前記反射面に入射する前記電磁波の波長よりも小さい、
    請求項1に記載の反射パネル。
  3.  前記第1中間膜と前記第3中間膜は樹脂層である、
    請求項1に記載の反射パネル。
  4.  前記樹脂層の比誘電率は2.0以上3.0以下、誘電正接は0.0001以上0.1000未満である、
    請求項3に記載の反射パネル。
  5.  前記第2中間膜は金属を含む膜である、
    請求項1に記載の反射パネル。
  6.  前記第2中間膜は貫通穴またはメッシュ構造の開口を有する、

  7.  前記貫通穴または前記メッシュ構造の開口率は50.0%以上80%以下である、

  8.  前記第1中間膜と前記第3中間膜は前記開口の内部で接続されている、

  9.  前記開口の内部に前記第1中間膜と前記第3中間膜の少なくとも一方が入っている、

  10.  前記開口の充填率は、前記開口の総面積または総体積の90.0%以上である、

  13.  第1基板と第2基板の間に、第1中間膜、第2中間膜、及び第3中間膜がこの順で積層された中間層を配置し、
     前記第1基板と前記中間層と前記第2基板を、80℃より高く130℃以下の温度で真空圧着して、圧着後の前記第3中間膜の平均厚さd2に対する前記第1中間膜の平均厚さd1の比d1/d2が0.5<d1/d2<1.5を満たすようにする、
