Abstract

The present application relates to a job processing method and apparatus, and an image forming device and a storage medium. The method comprises: upon receiving a job task, determining whether there is a need to establish a job group, wherein the job group comprises at least one image forming device among preset image forming devices; if it is determined that there is a need to establish a job group, establishing the job group; and selecting one image forming device from among the job group, and forwarding the job task to the selected image forming device, so as to execute the job task. The present application enables image forming devices in a network to be used by a user in a more balanced manner, thereby avoiding rapid aging of the devices, and thus effectively protecting the devices.
